The service was very good, but the food was less so. The bread was more wet than crispy, and the meat was raw inside. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Good burger, fries still have room for improvement

We ate vegetarian bugs here. The whole burger was super tasty, the fries were very good and the service was very friendly. Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. We ordered two takeaway meals. The Mezzo Mix included with the meal had expired over a year ago, as had all the other drinks in the refrigerated section. After informing the staff, we received a bottle from the storeroom with the same expiration date. The wait for the burgers was acceptable. However, the burgers were very soggy, and the meat was tough, with a strong taste and smell. Only the fries were good. At around €14 per meal, it's too expensive and not recommended.

We had a bad experience shortly after the reopening when we ate in. The service was abysmal, though. The brownie we ordered was full of nuts (which wasn't declared). Not ideal for someone with an allergy. Today we ordered burger meals to go. The Mezzo Mix we drank there was over seven months past its expiration date. Upon closer inspection, all the Mezzo Mix in the refrigerator were also past their expiration date. The staff apologized and were understanding. We were then allowed to take two Budweisers for free (they pointed out that these had expired two weeks ago. It was actually three months past its expiration date, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're bad). The Mezzo Mix had simply tasted rancid, so I only checked the expiration date. When we got home, we were very impressed with the fries, but unfortunately, the burger was inedible. The patties had a rubbery texture and tasted awful. A real shame.

The service wasn't quite as bad as some reviews here suggest, but it wasn't as good as I expected either. The burger, in particular, was bland and the meat dry. Combined with the prices, especially the expensive drinks, it was disappointing. —> I've had much better experiences elsewhere.

For this price, the quality is what Germans would call "erbärmlich". They are outclassed by the next-door competition.

The food was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. Not only was half the order completely forgotten, but items were also brought to the table incorrectly. Not recommended! A terrible experience!

I had a BTL Burger. Pretty decent and expected for a 7.5 Euro Burger.
