The service was very good, but the food was less so. The bread was more wet than crispy, and the meat was raw inside. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Good burger, fries still have room for improvement

We ate vegetarian bugs here. The whole burger was super tasty, the fries were very good and the service was very friendly. Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. We ordered two takeaway meals. The Mezzo Mix that came with the meal had expired over a year ago, as had all the others in the refrigerated section. After informing the staff, we were given a bottle from the warehouse with the same best-before date. The wait for the burgers was okay. Unfortunately, the burgers were very soggy, and the meat was tough and had a harsh taste and smell. Only the fries were good. At around €14 per meal, it was too expensive and I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a bad experience eating on site shortly after the reopening. But the service here was subpar. The brownie I ordered was full of nuts (which was not declared). Not ideal if you have an allergy. Today we ordered burger menus to take away. The mezzo mix drunk on site had already expired for over 7 months. Upon closer inspection, all of the Mezzo Mix in the refrigerator had already expired. Staff apologized and responded understandingly. We were then allowed to take 2 Budweisers with us for free (it was pointed out here that they had already expired 2 weeks ago. But it was already 3 months, but that doesn't necessarily have to be bad). The Mezzo Mix simply tasted rancid, so I only looked at the best before date. When we got home we were very excited about the fries but unfortunately the burger wasn't edible. The petties had a rubbery consistency and tasted disastrous. It's all just a shame.

In my opinion, the service is not quite as bad as sometimes written here... but also not as positive as I expect. The burger in particular was bland and the meat was dry. In combination with the prices. especially expensive drinks, disappointing. —> I've had much better experiences elsewhere.

For this price, the quality is what Germans would call "erbärmlich". They are outclassed by the next-door competition.

The food was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. Not only was half of the order completely forgotten, but items were also brought to the table incorrectly. Not a recommendation! Bad experience!

I had a BTL Burger. Pretty decent and expected for a 7.5 Euro Burger.
