We chose the Christmas Burgers. They were good. The place wasn't very clean and the waitresses weren't very friendly.

Order was incomplete they missed one of the ordered burgers (ordered online) fries were raw and cold, burger that was delivered was sour, nuggets were absolutely disgusting.

We ordered a Bacon King as a meal deal with six chicken wings and cinnamon and sugar churros. The chicken wings were missing, and the cinnamon and sugar topping for the churros was also missing. I only received a refund for the wings through Uber Eats, but not for the churros. The churros were therefore incomplete and not enjoyable. The burger had far too much sauce.

A complete disaster. I've rarely experienced such incompetence. I waited over an hour only to end up with burgers served on rock-hard bread.

Everything is very good 👍 but the Wi-Fi usually doesn't work. The internet is very important these days.

A beautiful place, the staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious. I didn't have to wait long, and the welcome was seamless. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

I visited this Burger King again and wanted to leave a second review. The restaurant was clean and quiet, the food was really delicious, and the tables were neat and well-maintained. It only took about five minutes before I could start eating, which is perfectly acceptable. The fries were fresh, crispy, and salted just right. The restrooms were also very clean. The staff was once again very friendly and attentive. Therefore, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them again for the excellent service and the warm welcome.

I've never experienced such a bad Burger King. The guy at the drive-thru barely understands German. He doesn't know the menu or the special offers. After ages of back and forth, I was finally asked to go to the next window, and when I went to pay, the cash register crashed. To top it all off, my order wasn't taken completely, which I only discovered later. Then I got the wrong size drink. And there were hairs in my onion rings... simply disgusting. Honestly, this place is abysmal.

If you're ever in Aachen, you should definitely go.

The delivery time was a lie. It said 7:20 PM. It arrived at 7:30 PM, and this has happened twice now. Last time, it said 6:00 PM, but the food didn't arrive until 8:00 PM. The food was cold, and we only received one donut.

There are usually free tables and it's not crowded. I really like this BK; it looks modern and clean. The food and staff are good, too. They also have a parking lot, right next to the door, and plenty of space. Even for electric cars.

I have to say that I regularly get delicious and relatively fresh burgers and sides. Anyone who goes to Burger King shouldn't think they're going to a two-star restaurant and paying three or even four times what they pay here. Not everything is always perfect, but I've enjoyed coming here relatively regularly for years and am 95% satisfied with the food. I hope it stays this way and maybe even gets better, so that my positive review motivates and justifiably rewards all the hard work.

We waited a maximum of 5 minutes and the food was there, there was a machine to refill the drinks and it was generally new and modern, with tablets of course!

Nice Burger King, easily accessible from the highway. BUT: The staff were largely uninformed and poorly trained. The cash register system had put the wrong burger on the bill, and according to the staff, an exchange wasn't possible. They lack the understanding and sensitivity for customer satisfaction, a shame!

The food was okay. You can refill your drink. A thorough cleaning of the floors, especially around the table legs, is highly recommended.

A manager works here who walks around with a goatee, sometimes in the kitchen, sometimes in the office. While others wear a beard guard or a cap, this one walks around freely. I asked Mr. Y. about it and got a lot of flack. I think hygiene rules should apply to everyone!

I had a very bad experience at Burger King today. I stood in the drive-thru line with my car for over 20 minutes, with a small child with me. When I finally got to the window, the employee, who barely spoke German, told me that they didn't accept 200-euro bills. Since when does a company as large as Burger King not accept 200-euro bills? If they don't, then they need to post it prominently so people don't wait 20 minutes! Why should I waste my time only to end up not getting my order????

Today, on a Sunday at 10:52, I ordered just a coffee and a cappuccino at the drive-thru. As always, they made us wait a long time, even though there wasn't a single car in front of us. After waiting for 10 minutes, I also saw the employee at the drive-thru counter pulling his underwear out of his bum because it was stuck in his bum… Very unhygienic and disgusting to witness. Well, there was a reason for that Burger King hygiene scandal. After the endless wait, I just drove away without ordering. Never again!

I've experienced a lot, but this really outweighs everything else! Today, August 19, 2025, at 6:15 p.m., I was at the BK Krefelderstr with my children. One of them is 4 months old, and I couldn't even change his diaper because there was no changing room. The women's restroom had a very large anteroom where there was easily room for a fold-out changing mat. There was only one accessible toilet available. And then the cashier apparently didn't think it was necessary to serve us. I stood at the checkout for 10 minutes while at least 15 other customers seemed to have been waiting forever, annoyed, for their things. After I called out an apology, the cashier simply turned around and calmly walked to the drive-thru, pretending she didn't see me. Such a disgrace. I left after that, even other customers said it was a disgrace. The right employees are definitely behind the cash register, respect. I'll be avoiding Burger King in the future. I've been working in the restaurant industry for 18 years, and this is absolutely unacceptable. There's no customer service or motivation for the job. This kind of person doesn't belong behind a cash register. My 6-year-old son even asked why the woman ignored us and walked away without saying a word. Back then, I stood in the drive-thru at this branch for 45 minutes, and now this is the last time I've been there.

Went to eat quickly because I was passing through, the employees were not at all motivated!!! I had to wait a long time for my order!! In the kitchen, in the dining room and at the checkout, this Burger King was a disaster!!! And cleanliness needs to be reviewed... First, I received the food on my tray and was ready to go to the table. Before I even got to my table, however, an employee asked if he could check my order – which I agreed to. He then took the burgers down and asked me to sit down. Less than a minute later, a woman came over, apologized, and handed me the correct burgers. Everything was clean, drinks could be refilled as often as I wanted, and the restrooms were excellent for a snack bar. I'll be driving to Aachen soon just to eat at Burger King :-)

I was in the store for 20 minutes, picked up my food, and thought: It's all easy, I'm a customer. Think again. I came out – and boom: a €30 fine on the window. Why? Because I didn't put a parking disc down. Sorry, I came here to get a burger, not to run to the authorities. How lost is that? You throw your money in there and immediately get a slap in the face from the public order office, even though you're a customer. No warning, nothing. Not even a big sign in the parking lot saying you need a disc. The main thing is to get paid. Honestly: If you can't even park for 20 minutes without getting ripped off, I'd rather eat cold food at home. Best regards to the parking mafia.

A Burger King, like any other, nice and big, plenty of space, and the food is really good. A must when in Aachen. Freshly prepared, burgers and fries warm to the last bite, not like some places in Berlin.

The woman behind the counter is chewing gum while waiting for work. She really looks bored. My sandwich wasn't bad, but I found it a little squished. I've been to Burger King before where the burgers look like the photos. Not here.

Today at 1:50 p.m., I ordered three menu items and ate at a restaurant with two friends. Because of the differences between the beef burgers, I asked the middle-aged woman with the microphone which burger was the Big King and which was the Whopper. She was rude, however, and said it wasn't her problem.

Ordered food, and it ended up in the trash the way it came! The nuggets were wobbly like cardboard. The fries were all stuck together. The mayo was piping hot and the burger was cold. Disgusting. Never again in my life!

BEWARE: PARKING LOT RIP-OFF! A regular Burger King, the food was as expected. But the parking lot rip-off is new: As others have also reported, a man with a stupid grin was sitting in the corner of the restaurant by the window overlooking the parking lot. When I returned to the car after the restaurant visit (lasting approximately 15 minutes), I knew why he was watching me like that: I was surprised to find a parking ticket from the company fairparken stuck under the windshield wiper, demanding a contractual penalty of €29.90 for a missing parking disc.

It was quick and, for the first time in many Burger King visits, really fresh and delicious. Plus, you get unlimited refills on your drinks.

Brazen rip-off of the worst kind! This is a scam. The rip-off company "Fair Parken" is lurking for people who forget their parking disc. There are no signs indicating that the parking lot isn't operated by BK itself. I've always used the drive-thru there, and it's worked fine so far. This is the first time I've parked in the parking lot in front of the restaurant and picked up food from the restaurant. I waited ten minutes for the food, and one minute after parking, I got a €30 ticket. I'll be avoiding the restaurant from now on, and this will be passed on everywhere.

Generally speaking, the store isn't bad, but two things were crucial in why I won't be visiting this store again: 1. Employees from the company "Fair Parken" occupy the already limited parking spaces, find a seat in the Bürger King so that the entire parking lot is visible, and just wait for customers to park their vehicles in the parking lot, hoping that the parking disc isn't there. Watch out for vehicles with Düsseldorf license plates. 2. The drive-thru takes a very long time.

Well, the shop isn't bad, but no one can handle the online menus, and not even the staff can take orders. People just walk away, read, and stand there. That wasn't the done thing, of course. Delivery service is usually very slow, with the last order it took about 2 hours. In principle it wouldn't be a problem if these waiting times were reflected in the app, but after 1 hour nothing is updated.

First of all, it has become incredibly expensive. I was there this morning to pick something up. It's cheeky that they call the "big" fries big, but I also got the last of the lousy, rotten fries that had been lying there for a long time, really remorseful. All parking spaces were occupied even though there was only one customer in them. In any case, I won't go here again

I have never seen such a dirty fast food joint, let alone Burger King. We were there one afternoon a week. There was nothing going on, but the staff were still unable to remove the leftovers from previous customers from the tables, preferring to hide behind the counter or sit on a counter. Only after instructions from the supposed boss, who was previously at a table with guests he knew, did an employee grab a broom. Announcements from the staff could hardly be understood because no one bothered to open their teeth to make themselves understandable. Listless, or just plain unfriendly, I still have to decide for myself... Our child once ducked under the table to pick up his toys. When I checked on him, I felt sick. Under the benches there was a black layer of all sorts of things... There hadn't been a cleaning cloth or anything like that for weeks/months. Apparently they only clean as far as the listless employee's broom can reach. A trip to the toilet was the highlight. Dirty again, from the door handles to the toilets to the sinks. The hand dryer was so dirty that it almost made you eat your food again. There doesn't seem to be a cleaner in this store. Thanks, never here again... even though the food was good, I don't really want to know how clean the staff is when I see the rest of it... I hope you didn't catch anything.

A very unpleasant dining experience. The ordering machine appears to be an ancient device from the last century and is extremely difficult to operate. The staff seemed as if they weren't fully awake yet. Overall, I get the impression that the store manager is completely neglecting his job and responsibilities.

Unfortunately, the restrooms were very dirty. The floor was sticky. There were enough people behind the counter. Everyone was wearing different clothes, some of them even their own. It was hard to tell who was working for BK (with exceptions). The return cart was full, some of the stuff fell on the floor, and no one was able to clean anything up.
