An sich ein guter BK, relativ neu alles und ja Burgerking halt. Hygiene ist leider problematisch. Sitzebänke schmutzig und die Toiletten sind leider anders ekelhaft: Alles ist versifft und sogar dieses Handgebläse sind sieht aus als ob da noch nie jemand auch nur drüber gewischt hat. Die Luft aus dem Handgebläse stinkt.

Der schlechteste Burger King, in dem ich je war. Ich hatte dreimal online bestellt und einmal selbst abgeholt. Ich habe nie das bekommen, was ich bestellt hatte. Mal war es der falsche Burger, mal war er kalt. Irgendetwas fehlte immer. Wenn man sieht, wie sie arbeiten, wird einem klar, warum. Die Burger werden einfach übereinandergestapelt und nicht richtig beschriftet, sodass die Mitarbeiter meistens raten müssen, was sie einem geben. Ich habe Chicken Nuggets bestellt, und der Mitarbeiter hat tatsächlich zehn verschiedene Tüten geöffnet, um zu sehen, was drin ist, nur um eine mit Chicken Nuggets zu finden. Dann hat er endlich eine gefunden. Gebt hier bloß nicht euer Geld aus!

Leider sind Tische und Sitzplätze warum auch immer unter aller Sau - Reste von Essen liegen überall rum. Das Restaurant kann nichts dafür - sind ja die Kunden, die nicht essen - sondern fressen und alles über aller Sau zurücklassen. Nichtsdestotrotz ist der Betreiber für Sauberkeit zuständig!! Es kann nicht sein, das ich als Kunde sagen muss, dass jemand Mal drüber wischen muss

Hat man die doch sehr versteckt liegende Zufahrt zum Drive In erst einmal gefunden, gibt's hier das bekannte Fast Food in immer gleichbleibender Qualität.

Sehr nettes Personal. Aber etwas überfordert mit korrekter Ausgabe der Bestellung. Aber alles wurde freundlich und unkompliziert gelöst.

Haben auf 2 Hamburger über 20 min gewartet und das Essen anschließend nur auf Nachfrage hin geklatscht bekommen. Es war nicht voll und die leute haben dort ewig gewartet. Also schnellrestaurant is was anderes..

Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt, Burger ok wie immer... Tender Katastrophe !!! Überfritiert, Trocken, alt . Frechheit dafür fast 12 € zu bezahlen....

Das Personal war aufmerksam, aber die Eismaschine war defekt und die Wartezeit viel zu lang. Die Qualität des Essens entsprach nicht dem Burger-King-Standard. Das Eis hatte nicht die erwartete Konsistenz.

Also ich bin eigentlich seit langem begeisterter Burgerking Fan und bin immer gern hier vorbei aber das heute war unter aller Sau. Es war viel los ja aber wir haben ewig gewartet der Schokoshake wurde als erstes fertig gemacht und war dann flüssig und warm als das Essen fertig war. Die Getränkestation war fölligst versaut und ist ausgelaufen.Die burger waren Furz trocken, also so richtig trocken so dass wir Zuhause noch Sauce drauf machen mussten. Die spezial burger sahen sowas von traurig aus und der bestellte plantbased long chicken kam als regulärer long chicken. Die Zwiebelringe waren matschig und teilweise ohne zwiebeln drin also nur der Teig. Also für 46 euro gehen ich zukünftig in der Bürgerbude bei mir in der straße essen. Das war definitiv das letzte Mal bei diesem Burgerking! Sowas fieses hab ich in diesem Burgerking noch nicht erlebt.

Modernes Burger King Lokal mit Bestell-Terminals. Das Essen kommt wie gewohnt recht schnell und von der Qualität her so wie man es von einem Burger King erwaten kann. Die Sanitär anlagen sind gepflegt und für Gäste frei zugänglich. Genug Platz im Innenraum um sich zu setzen und in Ruhe seine Bestellung zu Essen, leider aber keine Terasse. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vor der Tür vorhanden aber es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle, welche nicht all zu weit weg ist.

Ich bin mehr als unzufrieden. Ich habe mir hier heute über Lieferando essen bestellt. Ich hatte an sich noch nie Probleme bei meinen Lieferando Bestellungen. Das Restaurant nutzt eigene Fahrer, wodurch Lieferando mir keine Standortverfolgung geben konnte. Bestellt habe ich um 21:11. Mittlerweile ist es 23:41. Also fast DREI STUNDEN nach meiner Bestellung und kein Essen in Sicht. In der App stand die ganze Zeit, dass das Essen gleich da sein sollte. Vor 5 Minuten wurde es aktualisiert zu "Die heutige Bestellung kam um 22:12". Daraufhin habe ich im Restaurant angerufen aber natürlich ist keiner drangegangen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen.

Ich kenne wirklich keinen anderen BK, bei dem man so lange auf sein Essen warten muss (Drive in). Egal ob Mittags oder Abends, man wartet teils einfach eine halbe Stunde. Nichts um mal schnell in der Mittagspause was zu holen. PS: falsche Bestellungen gibt es als Dreingabe.

1:20 Stunde auf die Lieferung gewartet und erhalte am Telefon auf die Frage wann die Lieferung endlich ankommt: Wir wissen nicht wann der Fahrer von seiner Tour zurückkommt. NACH 1:20 STUNDE Wartezeit Soll ich laut der Frau am Telefon einfach „kurz und schmerzlos“ stornieren. Hätte ich da nicht angerufen, hätte ich wahrscheinlich noch Stunden gewartet. Wer auch immer den Laden führt, der hat nichts im Griff.

Wieder mal ein super leckeren Premium Burger ergattert. Besser als bei "normalen" Restaurants. Immer wieder gerne.

Ich habe diesen Baklava-Shake gekauft, weil er in der Werbung gut aussah, aber er sieht nicht so aus. Ich bin einfach nur enttäuscht.

Kein King des Monats verfügbar. Was stimmt mit euch nicht?

Streng genommen ist es noch der einzige Fast Food Laden in der Umgebung mit Getränkeflat (auch wenn diese entsprechend von den Ingenieuren gemolken wird und deswegen nur eine Frage der Zeit ist, bis auch diese abgeschafft ist). Für das Warten von ca. 15 Minuten, hatte mir der dunkle Kollege ein Getränk + Pommes spendiert - chapeau! Generell fällt mir auf, dass das Team bunt ist und (anscheinend) alle miteinander klarkommen - Vorzeigecharakter. Kritikpunkte: - das Klientel (s.o.). Allerdings sucht sich BK diese nicht gezielt aus, sondern eher andersrum, da seit Anfang des Jahres nichts anderes im Nordkreis (bis zur gelben Konkurrenz in Kohlscheid) zur späten Stunde noch geöffnet hat - die Aktion mit der Quittung für gratis Kaffee / Pommes ist etwas umständlich, da die meisten Bestellungen ohnehin am Bildschirm ablaufen. Besser wäre es, im Anschluss einen Code zu bekommen, den man auch dort eingeben kann (da kann aber der Standort Aachen nichts für). - das Parken kann böse enden, v.a. wenn man wirklich nur für wenige Minuten (Essensbestellung) geparkt hat. Aber auch das ist ein strukturelles Problem um den Tivoli herum, hat sich BK auch nicht ausgesucht

Ist halt Burger King wie man es kennt. Essen war aber deutlich heißer als sonst und besser als in anderen Burger King Filialen.

Ich glaube, die verwenden gefälschten Coca-Cola-Sirup, denn das schmeckt überhaupt nicht nach Coca-Cola.

Leider ist die Filiale sehr dreckig. Die Tische waren alle nicht abgewischt, obwohl mehrere Mitarbeiter einfach nur herum standen.

Wow! Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals so schnell in einem Schnellimbiss bedient worden zu sein! Wir haben unser Essen am Selbstbedienungsterminal bestellt und eine Wartenummer bekommen. Ich hatte kaum Zeit, den Tisch abzuwischen und auf das Essen zu warten, da war es schon fertig. Und dieses Mal war das Essen auch noch richtig gut und lecker (Whopper und Double Cheese Melt Beef). Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt waren die unaufgeräumten Tische. Auf Tisch und Stühlen lagen Essensreste. Aber ich habe sie selbst weggeräumt. Burger King Aachen war so ein tolles Erlebnis, dass wir bei unserem nächsten Aachen-Besuch wahrscheinlich wieder dort schnell zu Mittag essen werden! Schade, dass ich keine Fotos gemacht habe, der Laden ist nämlich ziemlich modern.

Gestern haben sich die letzten Eindrücke bestätigt.Eine halbe Stunde aufs Essen im Laden trotz wenig Betrieb gewartet. Burger kalt und ungenießbar.Aus der Küche kam Geschrei war wohl dicke Luft unter den Mitarbeitern. Und wenn bitte so dass es die Kunden doch bitte nicht so mitbekommen .

Das Essen ist gut so wie überall. Am meisten gefällt mir der Nachfüllautomat für Getränke.

Ich war schon in vielen Burger King-Filialen weltweit, aber diese hier ist mit Abstand die schlechteste. Die Burger waren überhaupt nicht frisch – die Brötchen waren kalt, und das Patty schmeckte, als wäre es schon Stunden zuvor gegrillt und kalt serviert worden. Es war auch schwer verdaulich, was die wirklich schlechte Qualität des Essens unterstreicht. Als wir uns beschwerten, reagierte das Personal nicht professionell, sondern verhielt sich unverschämt, als stünden sie über den Kunden. Sie zeigten keinerlei Verständnis für Kundenservice und schienen weder kompetent noch geschult zu sein, mit Qualitätsproblemen umzugehen. Insgesamt scheint dieser Laden nur auf Profit aus zu sein, nicht auf frisches Essen oder guten Service. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Ich hatte Essen bestellt. Leider kam alles total kalt an. Die Lieferung hat knapp anderthalb Stunden gedauert. Ich hatte einen plant based Burger also vegetarisch. Auf diesem konnte ich ein richtiges Fleisch Patty vorfinden, deshalb konnte ich ihn leider nicht essen. Die Pommes und die plant-based Nuggets haben geschmeckt, als ob sie im ranzigen Fett fritiert wurden. Die Pommes waren total versalzen, kalt und matschig. Am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld zurück. Vom Essen habe ich starke Bauchschmerzen. Nie wieder

Mit Freunden unterwegs. Ich mag das essen aus dieser Art Restaurant nicht und habe mir nur ein Softdrink genommen. Wärend die Freunde Ihre Menüs gegessen haben htten wir viel Spass. Das Local war Augenscheinlich sauber. Zum Service kann ich nichts sagen, da man mir mein Getränk mitgebracht hat.

Super Mitarbeiter! Haben auf Nachfrage meine Bestellung ohne große Zögerung angepasst und sind sehr freundlich gewesen. Außerdem ist die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und der Service effektiv.

We chose the Christmas Burgers. They were good. The place wasn't very clean and the waitresses weren't very friendly.

Order was incomplete they missed one of the ordered burgers (ordered online) fries were raw and cold, burger that was delivered was sour, nuggets were absolutely disgusting.

We ordered a Bacon King as a meal deal with six chicken wings and cinnamon and sugar churros. The chicken wings were missing, and the cinnamon and sugar topping for the churros was also missing. I only received a refund for the wings through Uber Eats, but not for the churros. The churros were therefore incomplete and not enjoyable. The burger had far too much sauce.

A complete disaster. I've rarely experienced such incompetence. I waited over an hour only to end up with burgers served on rock-hard bread.

I've never experienced such a bad Burger King. The guy at the drive-thru barely understands German. He doesn't know the menu or the special offers. After ages of back and forth, I was finally asked to go to the next window, and when I went to pay, the cash register crashed. To top it all off, my order wasn't taken completely, which I only discovered later. Then I got the wrong size drink. And there were hairs in my onion rings... simply disgusting. Honestly, this place is abysmal.

The delivery time was a lie. It said 7:20 PM. It arrived at 7:30 PM, and this has happened twice now. Last time, it said 6:00 PM, but the food didn't arrive until 8:00 PM. The food was cold, and we only received one donut.

There are usually free tables and it's not crowded. I really like this BK; it looks modern and clean. The food and staff are good, too. They also have a parking lot, right next to the door, and plenty of space. Even for electric cars.

I have to say that I regularly get delicious and relatively fresh burgers and sides. Anyone who goes to Burger King shouldn't think they're going to a two-star restaurant and paying three or even four times what they pay here. Not everything is always perfect, but I've enjoyed coming here relatively regularly for years and am 95% satisfied with the food. I hope it stays this way and maybe even gets better, so that my positive review motivates and justifiably rewards all the hard work.

Nice Burger King, easily accessible from the highway. BUT: The staff were largely uninformed and poorly trained. The cash register system had put the wrong burger on the bill, and according to the staff, an exchange wasn't possible. They lack the understanding and sensitivity for customer satisfaction, a shame!

The food was okay. You can refill your drink. A thorough cleaning of the floors, especially around the table legs, is highly recommended.

A manager works here who walks around with a goatee, sometimes in the kitchen, sometimes in the office. While others wear a beard guard or a cap, this one walks around freely. I asked Mr. Y. about it and got a lot of flack. I think hygiene rules should apply to everyone!

I had a very bad experience at Burger King today. I stood in the drive-thru line with my car for over 20 minutes, with a small child with me. When I finally got to the window, the employee, who barely spoke German, told me that they didn't accept 200-euro bills. Since when does a company as large as Burger King not accept 200-euro bills? If they don't, then they need to post it prominently so people don't wait 20 minutes! Why should I waste my time only to end up not getting my order????

Today, on a Sunday at 10:52, I ordered just a coffee and a cappuccino at the drive-thru. As always, they made us wait a long time, even though there wasn't a single car in front of us. After waiting for 10 minutes, I also saw the employee at the drive-thru counter pulling his underwear out of his bum because it was stuck in his bum… Very unhygienic and disgusting to witness. Well, there was a reason for that Burger King hygiene scandal. After the endless wait, I just drove away without ordering. Never again!

I've experienced a lot, but this really outweighs everything else! Today, August 19, 2025, at 6:15 p.m., I was at the BK Krefelderstr with my children. One of them is 4 months old, and I couldn't even change his diaper because there was no changing room. The women's restroom had a very large anteroom where there was easily room for a fold-out changing mat. There was only one accessible toilet available. And then the cashier apparently didn't think it was necessary to serve us. I stood at the checkout for 10 minutes while at least 15 other customers seemed to have been waiting forever, annoyed, for their things. After I called out an apology, the cashier simply turned around and calmly walked to the drive-thru, pretending she didn't see me. Such a disgrace. I left after that, even other customers said it was a disgrace. The right employees are definitely behind the cash register, respect. I'll be avoiding Burger King in the future. I've been working in the restaurant industry for 18 years, and this is absolutely unacceptable. There's no customer service or motivation for the job. This kind of person doesn't belong behind a cash register. My 6-year-old son even asked why the woman ignored us and walked away without saying a word. Back then, I stood in the drive-thru at this branch for 45 minutes, and now this is the last time I've been there.

I won’t be returning to this location anymore! The food was terrible, staff are rude (not even German which makes sense) just disgusting!!

Went to eat quickly because I was passing through, the employees were not at all motivated!!! I had to wait a long time for my order!! In the kitchen, in the dining room and at the checkout, this Burger King was a disaster!!! And cleanliness needs to be reviewed... First, I received the food on my tray and was ready to go to the table. Before I even got to my table, however, an employee asked if he could check my order – which I agreed to. He then took the burgers down and asked me to sit down. Less than a minute later, a woman came over, apologized, and handed me the correct burgers. Everything was clean, drinks could be refilled as often as I wanted, and the restrooms were excellent for a snack bar. I'll be driving to Aachen soon just to eat at Burger King :-)

This store is to be avoided. 1) They only process delivery orders, and you can wait forever, which is much worse. 2) There's hair in the fries and the burger. Thanks, it's thrown away.

Parking disc not in place, never had that happen there before. Now suddenly a 30 euro fine. That's a joke, right? THIS IS ONE OF THE FEW BURGER KINGS WITH DELICIOUS FOOD, and then they walk out with it. I think that's a real cheek.

I was in the store for 20 minutes, picked up my food, and thought: It's all easy, I'm a customer. Think again. I came out – and boom: a €30 fine on the window. Why? Because I didn't put a parking disc down. Sorry, I came here to get a burger, not to run to the authorities. How lost is that? You throw your money in there and immediately get a slap in the face from the public order office, even though you're a customer. No warning, nothing. Not even a big sign in the parking lot saying you need a disc. The main thing is to get paid. A Burger King, like any other, nice and big, plenty of space, and the food is really good. A must when in Aachen. Freshly prepared, burgers and fries warm to the last bite, not like some places in Berlin.

The woman behind the counter is chewing gum while waiting for work. She really looks bored. My sandwich wasn't bad, but I found it a little squished. I've been to Burger King before where the burgers look like the photos. Not here.

Today at 1:50 p.m., I ordered three menu items and ate at a restaurant with two friends. Because of the differences between the beef burgers, I asked the middle-aged woman with the microphone which burger was the Big King and which was the Whopper. She was rude, however, and said it wasn't her problem.

Ordered food, and it ended up in the trash the way it came! The nuggets were wobbly like cardboard. The fries were all stuck together. The mayo was piping hot and the burger was cold. Disgusting. Never again in my life!

BEWARE: PARKING LOT RIP-OFF! A regular Burger King, the food was as expected. But the parking lot rip-off is new: As others have also reported, a man with a stupid grin was sitting in the corner of the restaurant by the window overlooking the parking lot. When I returned to the car after the restaurant visit (lasting approximately 15 minutes), I knew why he was watching me like that: I was surprised to find a parking ticket from the company fairparken stuck under the windshield wiper, demanding a contractual penalty of €29.90 for a missing parking disc.

It was quick and, for the first time in many Burger King visits, really fresh and delicious. Plus, you get unlimited refills on your drinks.

Brazen rip-off of the worst kind! This is a scam. The rip-off company "Fair Parken" is lurking for people who forget their parking disc. There are no signs indicating that the parking lot isn't operated by BK itself. I've always used the drive-thru there, and it's worked fine so far. This is the first time I've parked in the parking lot in front of the restaurant and picked up food from the restaurant. I waited ten minutes for the food, and one minute after parking, I got a €30 ticket. I'll be avoiding the restaurant from now on, and this will be passed on everywhere.
