Ambience and food Bürgerking typically good. The service, on the other hand, is completely forgettable. The coupons that are displayed for the branch do not exist and no one comes when you want to pay. I stood at the checkout for 30 minutes and no one even looked at me. Unfortunately there are no 0 stars because they would have been really deserved. Unfortunately I have to say that this point of view is not recommended.

Employees totally overwhelmed. And the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Tables are smeared because the dust is thick on the lamps - then you don't want to know what it looks like behind the kitchen.

The best years are over. The atmosphere is loveless and you always have the impression that the food has been waiting for you for a long time. The normal prices are pretty steep - just bearable with coupons etc.

Despite moving to a "new store" some time ago, the store appears neglected. There is a lack of someone to regularly clean the beverage station and lobby. The products appear cobbled together so that part of the product is in the packaging. That's not appropriate given the price level. Too bad!

The taste was ok, but the stuff always makes me sick. There's nothing negative to say about the service, it's all good. The music in the store is pretty annoying though.

Friendly staff Old facility but clean

Burger King should focus more on customers in the store instead of delivery service! Waiting 25 (!) minutes for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks is underground! We actually wanted to order 1 takeaway menu, but then decided against it! At Mc Donalds it took less than 5 minutes from ordering the menu to receiving it! That's what I call service!!!

One of my favourite BK restaurants, always friendly staff working at a good pace. Never had mistakes here with my order, even if you modify your burger it is always done how you asked for.

A bit dirty but the staff tried hard and quickly

Seldom seen such a dirty BK branch. In the toilet you were stuck to the floor, there was no soap, the taps were dirty and I don't even want to start with the cubicles themselves. According to the cleaning schedule, nothing had been cleaned here that day; we were there at 3 p.m. The food met the standard, but was only lukewarm, even though the branch was busy. We searched in vain for clean tables; while we were eating, some were "cleaned", albeit with a cloth that had seen better days. Apparently for decorative purposes, there was at least a cleaning cart in the middle of the branch during our stay.

Food was okay. It's nice that there are many plant-based alternatives.

Even by burgerking standards, underground, very dirty and the service is subpar. At the drive-in you always get the wrong food and it always takes forever because the staff is helplessly overwhelmed. I would prefer not to give a star

Highly recommended. We have been visiting this Burger King among several friends for years. Always tastes delicious. The employees are friendly and put in a lot of effort.

I just wanted to eat something quick, BUT! I had to wait over half an hour for my food. Guys, this is system catering! It has to work! Apparently the staff doesn't understand the system that shows which numbers are ready for pickup. In most cases the numbers are not deleted upon collection. When I got there there were about 20 numbers on the “Ready for Pickup” screen. It's unbelievable that Burger King doesn't manage to train their employees properly. They never sweat.

Very nice staff and they also have very good hygiene and very tasty food, sometimes better in taste than in a fancy restaurant

The new lady who came here is so rude. She mentioned i am boss here. She is new “chefin”(Boss in German). Don’t know the name. But she mentioned yes talk to me i will decide here. She denied to give extra cheese with burger and rudely replied its not Aldi or something where you can buy cheese. I mentioned nicely it’s not my first time here but i guess you are new here and you don’t know we can add extra toppings or cheese . She started misbehaving with me. She was so laud and started talking with hand actions so everyone can hear. Before it was nice so this one star is still for that.

Usually has free tables, not full of people. I really like this BK, looks modern and clean. The food and staff also good. You also have parking, right at the door and enough space. Also for electronic cars.

The Plant Woppers are really tasty. The chocolate sauce with the Churos didn't suit our taste.

Unfortunately the food was cold!

Was there for the first time. Cold fries, unfriendly staff. It's actually good that you can pour your own drinks, but it was very dirty there, everything was sticky and the cola wasn't carbonated. No Burger King to recommend.

After a long time we went there to see if anything had improved... The complete opposite is the case... The colleague at the checkout only spoke English... Then my order couldn't be delivered completely because something was missing and when I complained that I wanted part of my money back because I didn't get everything I ordered, the manager also made a funny face... Then the barbecue sauce was missing... The card payment on the device did not work. When I ordered online, it was displayed to me that there were no more wings available, even though there were plenty of them when I asked... And the cleanliness hasn't changed at all so far - the tables still look like crap. To be honest, I have never experienced such a disastrous store in my life...you should really close it down... This store will never see me as a customer again...

At any other fast food restaurant, you get the fastest service at the drive in. Unfortunately, there is a special phenomenon in this Burger King that you wait at least 25 minutes in a drive and are then served cold food. Any other place called Burger King in the area offers about twice the quality and three times the quality of food so please avoid unless you want a week's worth of gastro-intestinal food. Thank you

Why, after years, have we still not managed to sign the Drivein? Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the branch is not very good. Toilets are often dirty, some of the furnishings are behind the times. Staff rarely clear away trash. The staff is nice and the food is generally good.

I ordered 4 hours ago, but my order has not arrived yet. I called many times, and finally, a lady answered. At first, she said they didn’t have an order for me, but then she quickly changed her mind and said it would arrive in two minutes. An hour later, the same lady, who refused to share her name, called me back. Her German was poor, and she was shouting, rude, and fighting. So the driver took over the call. He asked if I still wanted my order, and I said yes. Now, almost 6 hours have passed, and my order still hasn't arrived. I knew he won’t do it any soon because his voice tune changed when I confirmed that I still want it. Given the delay and the negative experience, and it might not arrive, I no longer trust them to prepare it properly. They could just have rejected the order instead of ranking the worst Burger Franchise.

By far the worst BürgerKing I had black hair in my fries and when I ordered I put onions on it and they were on it I ordered extra sauce on the Burger Burger dry like they would never know again

Not my thing and I didn't like ordering at the kiosk either. Sanitary facilities not really clean and no toilet paper. The burgers are very expensive and I didn't like them. Soggy bun, dry meat and the rest a mess.

Unfortunately there is no roof over the drive in counter nor at the pick up counter when it rains everything gets wet!!!

This branch is like the other branches which are good. But over 36 euros for 2 menus and a side dish is really steep. Especially since I had to wait over 15 minutes until the chili cheese nuggets were ready and the burgers stayed in the bag for ten minutes and got cold along with the fries. Otherwise I can recommend everything except the chili cheese fries, the sauce doesn't taste good.

As is often the case, part of the order (two burgers) was forgotten. Unfortunately, this was only noticed at home. Went there again with the request to get everything new because the food would be cold. They didn't want to do that at first. Then reluctantly. But the food that was already unpacked and touched at home was taken back and I wonder what will happen to it now. Will it just be given to the next customer? Wow, that's DISGUSTING.

Once again, not all of the burgers that were ordered and paid for were delivered. It's okay that this can happen under stress. But when you open the bag at home on the other side of town and notice that the food is missing, it's very annoying. So if there is a next time: check it straight away.

One star is already too much, the burger is cold, the cola piss is warm and you have to pay €12 for it and even the toilets are dirty...so not recommended at all.

I don't think I've actually been to a Burger King branch in about 15 years - with the exception of the mini versions at some rest stops. Whatever the reason, we ended up here quite spontaneously today and, to be honest, I was quite skeptical beforehand. Without reading through all the reviews, most branches, whether Burger King or McDonalds, have consistently negative reviews... after reading through some of them, I'll give you a suitable review. Honestly really pleasantly surprised. Sunday afternoon quite busy, but still clean; Tables, floors, drinks vending machines, bathrooms, etc. Staff super friendly. Order easily via one of the digital terminals. Waiting times are also moderate. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the big RECUPs! I wouldn't have expected it to be in a BK! Burgers and curly fries surprisingly good for fast food. In my opinion the price is very fair - especially considering the current price level.

After waiting for 10 minutes, other customers were simply brought forward. Only to have to wait another 10 minutes. Then the order was incomplete and the burgers were wrong. My wife was simply left standing while three men were then brought forward. The motivation of the employees there was clear.

You get what you get, what you expect. Staff is friendly but noticeably stressed. Food is OK for fast food. The branch is tidy and there is a refill machine.

Today, Sunday, come in at 10:00 a.m., they don't open until 10:00 a.m.! Ordered something to eat, including a drink. The lady at the checkout was nice, the food was ready relatively quickly, the lady told me nicely (I had already sat down). But when I went to the drinks machine with the empty cup, I was almost shocked !Machine extremely dirty (see attached pictures). I then told the lady, she immediately got hot water and cleaned the machine very thoroughly and then apologized to me, the night shift had forgotten, they were probably too tired (her statement ).But the lady was really very nice and accommodating.

Burger King is always good, but the Service is totally bad. I went and ordered for Take away a menu, plus a Hot Brownie and Cola....and they put a paper bag on the counter, and a glass next to it for the Cola with no cover and no holder no bag, nothing.....and the Hot Brownie next to it, again, simple like that, and I made the order for Take away!!! And I say clearly in my poor German: Ich gehe mit der Roller. And I point to the Brownie and Cola....and they look at each other like I was speaking French, and after a few seconds they decide to put the brownie in a burger box, but still they didn't give me a cover for the Cola cup....so I took everything without the Cola.... They looked so without wish to work, no customer empathy, no smiles, no nothing Never again at this Burger King PS: My friend to whom I took the order said that they forgot to add the Kartoffel..,.. So there you go, quality service

We hadn't been here for a while and wanted to try again. The waiting time was again very long, even though there weren't many people in the restaurant or at the counter in front of us at night. Unfortunately we didn't really like the food either. The nuggets were extremely soggy and the burgers didn't taste fresh either, it had probably been sitting for a long time. We also noticed that neither the entrance to the site nor the entrance to the drive in was signposted, which could be difficult, especially for non-local visitors. (February 2024)

Update 2/15/24 Unfortunately the service has been extremely poor. Once again, paid dishes were missing when picked up. Unfortunately, this was only discovered upon consumption. Complaints are therefore no longer possible. We have drawn our conclusions and will no longer get food for the office here. Modern branch with order terminals and free refill. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is Burger King quality, reasonably prepared. The waiting time was ok. There are enough parking spaces available.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings war das Essen sehr trocken gewesen. Teilweise sogar kalt.

Wenn ich ein Fast Food Restaurant besuche, dann BurgerKing. Die Whooper Jr waren frisch gemacht und sehr lecker. Die Pommes waren entsprechend und genug. Ein Whopper Jr könnte ich noch genießen, damit war mein Sättigungsgrad erreicht. Das Personal war freundlich und unaufdringlich. Das Ambiente des BurgerKing ist angenehm. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Da sagt man gern mal Auf Wiedersehen.

Durchschnittlicher Burger King. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Am Getränkeautomat sieht es oft überschwemmt aus und die Kunststoff Deckel fehlen so gut wie immer.

Man zahlt 3,24 €für nen red bull und dann ist er nichtmal dabei, die Bestellungs Einzelheiten werden nicht gelesen und Zutaten nach frei Schnauze auf den burger geklatscht. Man wartet nach Zubereitung über eine Stunde obwohl der gefahrene weg 15 Minuten beträgt. Die Saucen sind nicht die in der Bestellung angegebenen. Wenn ich was hätte essen wollen was ich mir nicht ausgesucht hab wär ich zur Tafel gegangen.

Terminal funktionierte nicht und Grill war defekt, es gab kein Fleisch. Wir sind dann zur Konkurrenz gefahren.

Der “Alte“ Burger King, im klassischem American Diner-Stil, war viel schöner.

Ik was op 27 december in deze Burger King. Ik bestel in elke BK telkens mijn Whopper "made to order". Dit is één van de typische kenmerken bij BK dat dit altijd gratis is. Ik stond dan ook perplex wanneer bleek dat elk "extra" item, 0.50 € extra kostte. Blaadje sla: +0.50, sneetje tomaat: +0.50 €, ring ui: +0.50 €. Toen ik meldde dat dit altijd gratis was, antwoorde de medewerker nogal kortaf: neen, is te betalen. Ik vroeg de manager te spreken, deze was heel erg onvriendelijk, meldde dat alle extra's bij te betalen waren, en stelde de zaak op scherp: bestellen of annuleren??? Dit alles maakt dat Burger King Duitsland voor mij verleden tijd is.

Fast food halt. Das Personal Quatsch lieber als für Sauberkeit zu Sorgen. An der Getränke - Station ekelt man sich.

Liefer Dienst Reinste katastrofe, nicht mal 100 Euro wacselgeld dabei. Musste mir dann noch anhören das ich dafür sorgen muss es passend zu haben. Dürfte dann selber Geld umtauschen gehen. Hab den Herrn dann zurecht gewisen was er darf mit Kunden und was nicht. Das Essen spare ich mir die Worte. Alles kalt. Unverschämt.

Absolute Katastrophe am Drive in. Man kommt mittags beim Burger King an und was erwartet man am wenigsten? Kein Fleisch da, nur chicken oder dieses vegane zu kaufen. Bei Burger King!! Wer hat da alles gepennt, dass da mittags keine Burger zu kaufen sind. Am Schalter hab ich kein Wort verstanden. Eine Begrüßung oder an normales nettes Wort ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Vorfahren!!! war die letzte Aufforderung. Wahnsinn wie man als Kunde behandelt wird. Wenn man so abgenervt auf seinen Job is, is es schwierig eine Marke zu vertreten. Hatte ich erwähnt dass ich die zwei Long chicken mit Käse natürlich ohne Käse bekommen hab.

Ein Burger King. Bemerkeswert ist die Sauberkeit

Ist gut geworden alles nur ist es schade wenn es was voller wird das man das direkt an der Qualität und auch an allem andere merkt. Dann bleiben die Tische dreckig die Tablettdinger voll man muss auch dann mal was länger warten und es passieren kleinere Fehler die aber direkt gelöst werden

Service traurig jedes mal das gleiche es wird immer eine Sache der Bestellung hinterherlaufen und dann darf man 20 Minuten warten und nochmal nachfragen.

Dreckig, Lobby messy, Personal untereinander unfreundlich, stranger Misch der Gäste am Samstag Abend -> echt nicht zu empfehlen

Die Drive Ausfahrt wird immer besser.😅👍Total verplant oder was? Der Service ist Anspruchslos einfach nur lau. Ab und zu gibt es trockene burger. Aber dennoch als burger king zu empfehlen.
