So I usually like to eat at MC with the kids, and I also like to eat the spacy nuggets. But four times now the nuggets have been so hard and shitty that you had to throw them away, which is a shame because they are really expensive. Well, I won't get them anymore.

Brother, when I say this is McDonald's biggest bullshit, I mean it! I was there twice and each time I got incredibly bad stomach pains. Tables are not cleaned, there is no cleaning in general. NEVER EAT IN A STORE IN YOUR LIFE! Half felt when ordering was not brought to the table, as every staff is taken. I'm really serious, don't eat there, it's really dangerous.

I'm really disappointed with recent visits to McDonald's in Brand. It happens regularly that parts of my order are forgotten and this is very frustrating. Every time I have to go back or call to fix the problem and that doesn't always work either. The service seems unreliable and lacks care. You just expect more for the price, especially for fast food chains that are supposed to have a good reputation. The employees aren't the nicest and they don't really take you seriously either.

I've been there many times. Fries are almost always cold and inedible. I think it's a disgrace for the prices and in general. The food should always be fresh and not served stale! I once returned a cold fries to the “restaurant” and the employee simply put them back and put them in the bag when ordering from Mc Drive… I was shocked! I also saw an employee sitting on the ground outside the Mc Drive and smoking and then going in and preparing and serving food again without washing her hands. I find it extremely unhygienic and disgusting. A braid for long hair and curls would also be appropriate when working with food!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. In the toilet core (you can't call it toilets) you are attacked by toilet paper demons and germs. DANGER! I was just there and ordered from McDrive. The lady at the checkout was extremely friendly and pleasant. A gentleman handed me food. He didn't say a word. A “Hello” was probably too much of a good thing. Acceptable service looks different!

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was very disappointing. I have often experienced inaccurate work and unfriendly staff. On my last visit I ordered a coke that I wanted to have to go. Unfortunately there was neither a lid nor a straw. When I politely asked if I could get a straw (although apparently these are only intended for milkshakes), I was treated extremely rudely. You constantly have to check everything and if you don't do it, a third of the goods are missing. The food was cold and the riffled potatoes I ordered actually had more fries than the racks. The table and the two benches were greasy and we cleaned them. Unfortunately that wasn't possible with the toilets...but it would be urgently needed.

The deep fryers were particularly gross - the edges were heavily soiled, and it seemed like measuring the fats was more important than basic cleanliness. I went to McDonald's with my colleague at 3:15 a.m. and initially couldn't place an order at the counter in the future. The LAN staff was unable to change an order. We then had to place the order ourselves via the terminal. The citizen or citizens were cold. And when complaining? Just been there with my husband and 2 sons. The Smurfs are currently available in the Happy Meal. One of my sons wanted to trade his smurf, was told no and sent away. Then I went and wanted to exchange the Smurf. The manager told me there was only one and that I should come back next week and swap because then there would be new Smurfs. I went back to my seat. Then I got to watch other kids have other Smurfs in their Happy Meal. So I went back to the staff and asked for the manager and told him that other children had other Smurfs. Suddenly there were several to choose from. The manager ended by saying “Sorry all the packs look the same”. It's an absolute shame to lie to the customers there like that! Like you're stupid! Staff so unfriendly! Might be a bit more work, take a look! We won't be visiting this store again!

I ordered 20 plant based nuggets. The nuggets were bone dry, rock hard and crumbled in your mouth. It had nothing to do with what they normally taste like. When I complained at the order counter, three employees looked at the tray and simply left without comment as if it was none of their business. After that I was completely ignored.

This branch is one of the worst in Aachen. The burgers are usually cold, the fries are undercooked and unfortunately that's no small mishap in this branch. Apparently it's normal there. If you're really in the mood for MC, then it's better to go to another branch (Jüllicher Str.) where the burgers are hot and the fries are cooked through. In Brand, however, this is due to poor leadership. You can complain, but nothing will change.

Just been to McDonalds. Brought several things. The new cheese hamburgers with the cheese cream, 20 McNuggets and 6 MCNuggets on the menu. Then add extra sweet and sour sauce. We had to wait and when the employee came she said everything was still there. Yes, that's true too... Except for the sauces... Train your employees... Actually 0 stars... Nach wiederholten Enttäuschungen fühle ich mich veranlasst, meine Erfahrungen mit McDonald's öffentlich zu machen. Leider ist es kein Einzelfall mehr, dass in meinen Bestellungen etwas fehlt oder falsch geliefert wird. Heute jedoch hat meine Geduld endgültig ein Ende gefunden. Als schwangere Frau mit spätabendlichen Heißhungerattacken habe ich mich auf ein leckeres McMenü gefreut, nur um bitter enttäuscht zu werden. Die Pommes waren schlecht frittiert und kamen mir fast gefroren vor. Ähnlich ungenießbar war der Backfisch im Fishmac, der alles andere als frisch schmeckte – eher aufgetaut und halbherzig zubereitet. Solch nachlässige Qualität ist absolut inakzeptabel. Besonders bedenklich finde ich dies, wenn ich daran denke, dass auch Kinder dieses Essen konsumieren. Die Frage nach der Verantwortung für eventuelle gesundheitliche Konsequenzen steht im Raum. Zu allem Überfluss ist der Kundenservice bzw. das Personal vor Ort nicht gerade dazu angetan, die Situation zu verbessern. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten bei jedem meiner Besuche uninteressiert und genervt, anstelle von freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich steht fest: McDonald's hat mich als Kundin verloren. Es ist enttäuschend und traurig zu sehen, wie wenig Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Produktqualität gelegt wird. Zukünftig werde ich mich nach Alternativen umsehen, bei denen Qualität und Service noch großgeschrieben werden.

I went to this McDonald's a lot when I was a kid. A lot has happened since then and it has been completely rebuilt. The branch is clean, there is an outdoor slide for children and the preparation is quick and fresh. (March 2024).

McDonalds as we know and love it. Fast service and friendly, what more could you want for a snack?
