McDonald's in Aachen

Typisches McDonald’s, allerdings wirkt die Einrichtung mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider waren die Tische teilweise sehr verschmutzt und machten keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck. Zudem mussten wir relativ lange auf unsere Bestellung warten. Insgesamt okay, aber bei Sauberkeit und Service besteht definitiv noch Luft nach oben.

Leider kaltes essen erhalten. Schade.

Schade schon das zweite mal keine Fritten bekommen ob wohl man zwei Menüs bestellt hat. Schade das dann gesagt wird nein haben sie nicht bestellt wenn man darauf hinweist.

Mit dem Wohnmobil erreichbar! Köstlich und frisch!

Sehr freundlicher und sehr schneller Service! Es wird auch sehr regelmäßig geputzt und aufgeräumt. Schichtleiter schaut regelmäßig dass es läuft. Qualität der Speisen einwandfrei. Gerne wieder!

Der Veggie-Burger war ganz lecker, aber die heiße Schokolade, die ich bestellt hatte, war geschmacklich eine Zumutung. Das Personal war etwas langsam, aber vielleicht hatten sie einfach einen schlechten Tag. Immerhin war meine Bestellung korrekt, was positiv war. Es gibt Steckdosen, falls man sein Handy aufladen möchte. Die Toiletten waren sauber und in gutem Zustand. Insgesamt eine akzeptable Wahl für einen Roadtrip.

Ich habe mir eben den Cherry Sprite Erfrischer geholt und oben drauf war so ein Sahne Film der sich durch das ganze Getränk gestreut hat. Einfach nur widerlich für den Preis das zu liefern.

Mäccäässs! Wie jede andere Burgerbutze mit dem M auf'm Dach, dachte ich... Dann kam's, irgendein Promi (Hier Name einfügen, den ich natürlich nicht weiß als Boomer) hat den Bullettengrill gekauft und steht höchstpersönlich an der Tür und sagt Hallo und Tschüß. Und dann funktionierte auch noch die Eismaschine bei über 30° Grad... Wenn das Schule macht...

Jedes verdammte mal wird was vergessen und dazu kommt noch, dass man 20 Minuten auf seine Bestellung wartet. Das war jetzt definitiv das letzte Mal, dass wir hier hin kommen. Absolut peinlich der Laden

Seitdem Besitzerwechsel hat sich sichtbar was verändert. Es ist sauberer und freundlicher.

Ich habe heute erlebt, wie anstrengend die Arbeit bei McDonald's sein kann. Der Laden war voll, draußen waren es 38 °C und es gingen ununterbrochen Bestellungen ein. Ich hatte schon immer großen Respekt vor den Mitarbeitern, aber heute ist dieser Respekt noch einmal gewachsen. Unser Essen war perfekt. Obwohl das Team sichtlich viel zu tun hatte, hat man ihnen den Stress kaum angemerkt. Alle waren freundlich, professionell und haben ihre Arbeit hervorragend gemacht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Filialleiter bzw. „Chef“. Trotz des ganzen Trubels hat er sich die Zeit genommen, sich um das Anliegen eines kleinen Kindes zu kümmern, das gerne ein anderes Happy-Meal-Spielzeug haben wollte. Solche Kleinigkeiten zeigen, wie wichtig guter Service und Freundlichkeit sind. Eigentlich schmeckt das Essen bei McDonald's immer recht ähnlich, und ich habe dort schon oft gegessen. Aber heute hat es mir besonders gut geschmeckt – vielleicht auch, weil man gesehen hat, wie viel Einsatz und harte Arbeit dahinterstecken. Vielen Dank für euren Einsatz und ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team!

Es ist eines der besseren McDonald's-Restaurants. Aber die Toiletten sind renovierungsbedürftig.

Deutlich & beschwerdegeeignet Der Kaffee war kalt. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde er lediglich mit heißem Wasser aufgefüllt und uns wieder ausgehändigt.

#teamschölermann - da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Riesige Enttäuschung – Mit hungrigen Kindern weggeschickt! Eigentlich sollte der Besuch im Drive-In des McDonald's in Aachen Brand ein echtes Highlight für die Kinder auf dem Rücksitz werden. Leider endete der Ausflug in einer absoluten Enttäuschung. Es wird überall groß und deutlich ausgeschildert, dass American Express akzeptiert wird. Beim Bezahlen funktionierte die Karte dann plötzlich nicht. Vom Personal kam leider nur ein unhöfliches Schulterzucken. Keine Hilfsbereitschaft, kein Servicegedanke, keine Lösung. Da wir uns voll und ganz auf die angegebene Zahlungsmethode verlassen hatten, mussten wir ohne Essen und mit völlig enttäuschten Kindern wieder vom Hof fahren. Die Stimmung war im Keller. Als absolute Notlösung mussten wir dann zu Burger King ausweichen – dort funktionierte die AmEx-Zahlung übrigens auf Anhieb und völlig problemlos. Für einen Systemgastronomen dieser Größe ist das in Sachen Kundenservice und technischer Zuverlässigkeit ein absolutes Armutszeugnis. Wer so prominent mit Zahlungsmethoden wirbt, sollte seine Systeme auch im Griff haben!

Frische Burger. Heisse Pommes. Top.

Ich habe leider es versäumt, da es sehr voll war, Fotos zu machen. Aber es ist halt so, dass an der Fensterfront zwischen den Sitzen, zwischen Scheibe und Sofa waren alte Verpackungen, zusammengedrücktes Papier, alte Pommes. Man könnte jetzt denken, das wurde dahin geschmissen von irgendwelchen Kindern eben gerade. Nein, das ist nicht so. Man sieht ja an den Pommes, wie alt sie schon sind. Da war halt auch sehr viel Staub zwischen den Fensterfronten und den Sitzen. Unterm Tisch sah es nicht besser aus. Dabei sind die Tische sehr verschmiert gewesen an dem Tag. Und es hat wohl keiner geputzt. Summa summarum ein ganzes Restaurant dreckig, Toiletten, da gehe ich nicht mehr auf Klo, sage ich nur mal, und aber auch nicht mehr essen. Ich werde dann irgendwann nochmal hingehen, ob sich die Zustände sich geändert haben, aber ich glaube nicht. Und ja, ich habe dem Personal Bescheid gesagt, es hat nur keinen interessiert. Ich wurde damit abgetan mit, ja, wenn wir Zeit haben, gucken wir mal.

Für einen Mces auf jeden Fall gut. Leider muss man auch hier seine gekauften Artikel kontrollieren. Bei meinem Burger fehlte z.B. das obere Brötchen. Nachtrag 30.05.2026: Das Essen war frisch, der Service schnell und nett. Allerdings finde ich es eine Frechheit, dass man für das Menü wegen deines Glases mehr zahlen muss, diese aber ausverkauft waren. Somit zahle ich für etwas, was ich gar nicht bekommen habe. Des Weiteren war die Rutsche widerlich. Absolut schmutzig und es lag dort auch Müll. Da sollte mehr drauf geachtet werden.

Leider war dieser Besuch äußerst unangenehm. Bereits beim Betreten der Filiale fiel auf, wie ungepflegt und verschmutzt der gesamte Innenbereich wirkte. Der Boden war in nahezu allen Bereichen so stark verschmutzt und klebrig, dass man beim Gehen förmlich daran festklebte. Das zog sich nicht nur durch einzelne Stellen, sondern durch große Teile des Restaurants. Auch die Tische, Sitzbereiche und allgemein der Eindruck der Filiale wirkten alles andere als hygienisch oder einladend. Gerade in einem Restaurant erwartet man ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Reinigung, insbesondere zu Stoßzeiten. Stattdessen entstand leider ein insgesamt sehr unhygienischer und teilweise wirklich ekelhafter Eindruck. Das Essen selbst gerät dadurch leider komplett in den Hintergrund, weil man sich als Gast schlicht unwohl fühlt. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Filiale das Thema Hygiene und Reinigung künftig deutlich ernster nimmt und hier zeitnah Verbesserungen erfolgen.

Beim heutigen Drive-Inn war die Unterhaltung am Schalter mal wieder sehr interessant: man kann die Dame kaum verstehen, da weder die Sprach- noch die Tonqualität gut war. Der Drive Inn war voll und als ich meine Bestellung aufgab, wollte ich zu meinem McMenü einen Iced Matca strawberry als Getränk haben. Auf dem Display wurde dies ausgewiesen mit einem Mehrpreis von 1,30€. Okay. Aber die Dame verneinte es, gäbe es nur im McCafe. Warum steht es dann auf der Karte? Sie holte jemand anderes, dessen deutsch leider noch schwieriger zu verstehen war und auch hier hieß es dann, das ging nicht. Auf meinen Hinweis, es stünde doch so auf der Werbung am Schalter, kam ein: das stimmt nicht. Dann als Antwort: ich solle reinkommen zum reden! Der Umgang und die Frechheit dem Kunden gegenüber…wäre der Drive Inn nicht voll gewesen, wäre ich definitiv einfach gefahren. Schon wieder wurde ich von MacDonalds belehrt, wie Kundenservice nicht gehen sollte. Ich lasse es zukünftig und fahre wieder woanders hin.

Von 10 vorab Bestellungen per App, würde nur eine einzige richtig gepackt. Ich glaube es gibt kaum einen schlechteren MC Donalds. Nichts klappt. Alles immer falsch. Sie sagen sogar einem was sie einem geben, und oft stimmt garnichts von dem. Sehr enttäuschend. Ich fahre dort nie wieder an

Das ist das beste McDonald’s, in dem ich je war. Der Manager verdient echt eine Gehaltserhöhung! Super sauber, leckeres Essen. Alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hätte nie gedacht, dass ich mal eine Bewertung schreibe, aber es ist wirklich so gut!

Ja McDonald’s in Aachen… Mehrfach dort gewesen (zuletzt heute) und mehrfach enttäuscht gewesen. Es ist oft brechend voll, es werden Dinge vergessen (ich bezahle für die Sachen, dann hätte ich sie auch gerne) und man kann nicht immer erwarten das ich jedes verdammte Mal in die Tüte schaue und kontrolliere, dann kann ich mir meine Bestellung auch selber packen! Und ein Menü ohne Pommes ist halt einfach nur ein Burger und ein Getränk, nicht das was ich bestellt habe! Ich verstehe Stress in der Gastronomie, gerade auf einem Sonntag, aber wenn jeder einfach seinen Job macht und jeder sich selbst kontrolliert und nicht einfach Tüten raus gibt ohne Kontrolle dann gäbe es diese Bewertung nicht. Am Ende zahle ich für Ware und die Dienstleistung, dann erwarte ich, wie überall woanders auch, dass ich alles vollzählig bekomme OHNE das ich das selbst kontrollieren muss!

Als mein essen von Lieferando nicht zugestellt wurde. Hat sich der Manager selbst darum gekümmert und mir persönlich die Bestellung nach Hause geliefert. Was ein guter Service

Wir kamen zum Frühstück und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir wurden schnell bedient. Das Restaurant war wunderschön zum Valentinstag dekoriert. Als wir erwähnten, dass unsere Tochter Geburtstag hatte, bereitete eine Mitarbeiterin einen Muffin mit Kerze vor und sang uns ein Lied (auf Englisch, weil wir kein Deutsch können). Der Speisesaal war sauber, und man sieht deutlich, dass regelmäßig geputzt wird. Herzliches Lob an das gesamte Team – ihr habt eine treue Stammkundschaft gewonnen!

Haben 20er spicy Nuggets bestellt wie immer sehr frisch und lecker allerdings hat 1 Nuggets gefehlt. Leider auch auf freundliche Nachfrage keinen weiteren Nugget erhalten… Dann kam aber eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin und hat uns einen weiteren Nugget angeboten👍 Guter Service !

Sauberste McDonalds Filiale, in der ich jemals war. Personal sehr freundlich und vor allem: untereinander harmonisch.

War an der Debyestraße und es war wie gewohnt ordentlich voll. Das Essen war okay, die Burger heiß und die Pommes frisch, da kann man nicht meckern. Und beim Service war auch alles super. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Editier: Ich dachte bei Macces arbeiten nur Hauptschüler aber das muss noch Förderschule sein. Burger ohne Gurken bestellt, Aufkleber ist drauf und was war Soße fehlt, Gurken sind drauf. Nuggets muss man nun auch schon nachzählen. Burger sind schlimmer gebaut, wie von einem 3 jährigen 3 Duplo Steine. Da muss eindeutig mal ne Kontrolle oder so hin Der Rest bleibt Essen kalt, Fritten roh, mal viel Salz mal wenig salz. Bei sonderbestellungen werden fertige Sachen einfach verändert. Haarnetze gibt's nicht 2 Burger hatten Haare drauf

Wartezeit unterirdisch, Update 30.12.25 Bestellung war unvollständig, bei der rekla war die Bedienung so was von schlecht gelaunt, das sie mir die Bestellung nicht nachgeworfen hat war auch alles....

Typical McDonald's 😄 The service at the drive-thru is terrible, though. Everyone's friendly, but there's almost ALWAYS something wrong or something's missing. We now always stop in the parking lot to check everything and often have to go back in to complain.

Never again. Once two products were missing, and several times, like today, the wrong thing was packed. And you only notice it when you unpack it. Train your staff better!

Unfortunately, very disappointing. The food was cold and the burgers weren't fresh. Sorry, there's a lot of room for improvement...

The level of quality is not the same.

Average. I was there again after a long season, but I wasn't impressed by this place. Some products were unavailable, the food was OK, but the fries were a bit soggy.

The food was okay. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty. They should send the food inspectors over. It takes away your appetite.

The food was okay, albeit poorly cooked and, of course, different from what I ordered. But the place was so dirty at 9:00 this morning, the pictures speak for themselves – the benches hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS – disgusting.

I'm really annoyed. They ask you what kind of sauce you want. You say ketchup, but no, the manager just packs you what he wanted, even though you said what you wanted. It's not the first time. If you don't want to do your job, just quit.

Voucher 183. 2x Filet-o-fish. Or filet without sauce and cheese. They both looked so sad, by the way.

Unbelievable! I've never seen anything worse than this unfriendly staff.

We're generally satisfied with the quality. There's just one thing that constantly goes wrong... no matter what coffee we order, something's always forgotten. Caramel Latte without caramel, Caramel Iced Coffee Shake without coffee. Unfortunately, the mistake is always only noticed in the car. It's not worth going back then. So please make sure you have all the ingredients. It's really annoying when you don't get what you ordered.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

Very disappointed. Nuggets forgotten, burgers completely disintegrated, and poorly prepared. The staff also seemed to have no desire to work. Everyone was in a bad mood while working. Too bad, unfortunately, I won't be coming back here.

The burgers are tiny compared to what you can get in Turkey, and the portions are child-sized!! It's dirty and the couches are stained. The entire branch needs a thorough cleaning! I'm attaching photos.

I usually order via the app while sitting at the table. Sometimes it takes a long time to cook, but the staff is friendly and it's more or less clean.

The food was excellent, and the staff/service was really quick and courteous. What was completely unacceptable was the hygiene in the store. The restrooms were dirty, as were the tables and seating. It was difficult to find a non-filthy seat in the half-empty store.

Clean, fast, and friendly! The entrance is a bit difficult to find for non-locals, but it's still easy to drive in and park.

The personnel was outstanding in the pursuit to make the customers happy!

Good Mecces if you like your order incomplete

We were at MC in Aachen Brand last night. We ordered burgers without cucumber (I'm allergic to them), and all three of them came with cucumber, even though there was a note saying it didn't have cucumber. The other burger we ordered didn't have his on the burger, but rather completely beside it. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired; you're stuck to the floor, and the tables looked like crap. It was definitely our first and last time there.

It's become incredibly expensive, so you can now go to a real restaurant.

I've been here several times in the evening, from about midnight onwards. The car park is very empty with two or three cars! No one behind me in the Mc Drive-In! I was told to pull out anyway and wait on the right. This is the third time I've had 2 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken burgers, 6 nuggets with two sweet and sour ones and a large fries with two mayo's. Yes, of course you're supposed to check everything, but that's my own fault, of course! But already the second time I've simply forgotten the mayo! Is that so difficult? So next time I'll only check with a checker!! A real shame!

A visit to McDonald's Aachen turned into an apocalyptic experience somewhere between "Grill den Henssler" and "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!", except the grill was real, the jungle camp was ruled by wasps, and the service was as fast as a glacier hike – in reverse. Never again. Maybe. Or only with a flamethrower and insect spray. ⸻ The Journey From a distance, you could see a cloud of smoke hovering over the store. At first, I thought it was a side effect of the new "Smoky BBQ Burger." Wrong. Apparently, somewhere in the kitchen, a deep fryer had decided to take early retirement – and fiery retirement at that. Firefighters? No sign of it. The employees were surprisingly calm, as if this were their daily routine. I swear, one of them said, "Oh, it was worse last week." ⸻ The Atmosphere I should have known when I walked through the automatic door—which wasn't automatic, but had to be pushed manually. Inside, it smelled like a mix of burnt grease, fried food, and despair. The ceiling tiles were partially drooping, presumably in protest. The music mix consisted of an unironic loop of Despacito, Atemlos, and the sound of an overwhelmed deep fryer quietly whining for help. ⸻ The Order I get in line. In front of me: two people. Time to order: 17 minutes. Reason? The cashier was obviously still fast asleep, just with her eyes open. I don't know if she was performing her movements with a 15-second delay, but even my grandma—who gets around with two hip replacements and a walker—could have fried, wrapped, and served three cheeseburgers herself in that time. ⸻ The Food I ordered: • A Big Mac • Medium Fries • A Coke • And got: • A Cavity Bomb with a side of wasps. At first, I thought: Wow, inclusion—even the insects are allowed to eat. Then I realized that the wasps weren't invited, but were apparently official employees. One pointedly sat on my Big Mac patty, looked at me, and buzzed: "Do something if you dare." There were two half-fried wasps in the fries. I hope for their sake that they died first. My stomach churned like the ice cream machine—which, by the way, wasn't working. "It's broken," said the employee—probably for the tenth time that day. ⸻ The Staff I fully understand stress, understaffing, and overtime. But here, I had the feeling the employees had already mentally quit. I think someone handed over their duties to a cardboard box with a painted face – the performance was identical. An employee stood motionless by the coffee machine, staring into it as if searching for the meaning of life. Spoiler: It wasn't there. ⸻ The Restroom Visit I don't want to go into details. Just this: I've never seen a cockroach wash its hands before. But now I have. ⸻ Conclusion If you're wondering what the end of the world would feel like if it were disguised as a fast-food restaurant, just visit this McDonald's. It's an architectural monument to efficiency, hygiene, and culinary delight. The wasps have long since taken over, the staff only communicate in slow motion, and the food? Only recommended with the courage of death. ⸻ Rating: 🌟 1 star – Only because, unfortunately, you can't give a zero. 🐝 Bonus point for the animal entertainment. 🔥 Deducted for spontaneous combustion of the kitchen. 🐢 Slowness: "Too fast for this place" – says my grandma while walking backward. ⸻ So if you're a fan of adventure, biodiversity, and gastronomic self-loathing: Please, go. Everyone else – walk. Run. Or go to Liège. At least they have fries that don't buzz.

I picked up my order via McDrive and was asked to wait in the waiting parking lot, as it was moderately busy. Unfortunately, I was forgotten there. After 20 minutes, I called the phone number here and was greeted warmly. As an apology, I received a free large fries, along with ketchup and mayo. Great thinking! Still very satisfied! :)

Wow. Clean. We got the food quickly, and the staff was friendly and courteous. This is what every McDonald's should be like. And our vacation is off to a great start.

Stopped on the way. It was a bit busier but not that they were outside. Tables and benches and floor were dirty and sticky. We ended up washing our own table.

Actually, everything was fine. But unfortunately, the most expensive item was forgotten when ordering the Big Mac.

They got the last 3 orders wrong. Especially take out orders always lack items. They also increased prices to unreasonable levels.

There was a lot of garbage lying around

Very friendly and courteous staff. I frequent this McDonald's often since I work nearby. I was also very satisfied with my lunch today 😊

I actually always enjoy going to McDonald's, but definitely not this branch. The staff here is so rude, you can't even finish your meal. The first employee gave our dog water... While we were eating, the next one came and literally kicked us out, saying dogs weren't allowed. I wouldn't even give this one a star. If you're a pet owner, you should definitely avoid this branch. Thank you... never again!!!!

Why is there a McDrive if you're supposed to drive to the parking lot? In my opinion, that makes no sense and is incredibly annoying.

The wait time at the McDonald's Drive-In is unacceptable. This is probably due to the fact that the employees taking orders don't have sufficient language skills to understand an order or the numbers on the voucher codes. The wrong code was entered, the wrong products were checked out, and at the second counter, after being addressed as "brother," the employee said he couldn't cancel the order. McDonald's Aachen Brand - never again!

Avoid. The main dining room is in a terrible state: greasy tables, sticky floor, no clean tables. We had to sit in the "café" area to avoid eating in the filth. The restrooms? The soap doesn't even lather. Hygiene-wise, it's close to non-existent. The food: awful. Questionable nuggets, the chicken peels away from the coating as if it's trying to escape. (In the photo, yes, that's supposed to be the chicken inside... even if it's hard to believe.) The fries are soggy, fluorescent yellow, and tasteless. Nothing appealing. The staff? Not a single hello. Nothing. In short: bad food, uncleanliness, and a poor welcome. A real disappointment.

Great location and a large selection of fast food. We were served quickly, and the employee, Phu, left a good impression on us. Highly recommended.

Saw a rat while ordering and my food was cold

The fries were only lukewarm and looked like they'd been refried because they were quite hard and brown. Furthermore, the fries weren't filled completely (I only got half of the medium fries). When I spoke to the staff, no one seemed to understand me. Instead of at least a small fries as compensation, I just received a "sorry." The burger wasn't any better; it was completely squashed and very difficult to eat. This has happened several times before, and today was my last visit to this restaurant. Cleanliness is also a different story.

Completely run down location.. Very worn out and dirty

Everything is just terrible, dirty, and none of the employees speak German. I wanted the golden Coca-Cola glass. I was told to order the meal, which I did, but I didn't get anything. The employees who knew three words of German obviously didn't understand anything. So I asked to speak to the manager. It turned out they didn't have one. I didn't get half of my meal (and they didn't refund it either). No, no, and no again. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

The fries are the worst of any Mc's. Otherwise, it's just like any other.

The food was delivered quickly and tasted like any other McDonald's. Unfortunately the atmosphere is very dirty and shabby. I didn't feel well.

The fries were wobbly. Forget the cleaning cloth every time you rip Mac.

I wanted Sprite, but I got water. Syrup apparently empty - well, that can happen. I let the employee know, but unfortunately our communication was as good as my drink: not at all. I thought, now comes the saving sprite... instead I get a cup of water full to the brim. After all: hydration is important. 5/5 stars for drinking water access, 1/5 for refreshment!

Cheapest fast food place I've ever seen. Everything in there is full of shit. Just snot. Floor sticks. Don't go in there.

So I usually like to eat at MC with the kids, and I also like to eat the spacy nuggets. But four times now the nuggets have been so hard and shitty that you had to throw them away, which is a shame because they are really expensive. Well, I won't get them anymore.

Brother, when I say this is McDonald's biggest bullshit, I mean it! I was there twice and each time I got incredibly bad stomach pains. Tables are not cleaned, there is no cleaning in general. NEVER EAT IN A STORE IN YOUR LIFE! Half felt when ordering was not brought to the table, as every staff is taken. I'm really serious, don't eat there, it's really dangerous.
