One of the few McDonald's that deserves five stars: Our table outside was very cleaned, because we were a larger group, an extra table was given to us without asking and in the toilets there is still the option of drying yourself with paper or a hairdryer to decide. When our fries were forgotten, the staff apologized and brought them straight away. Thank you for the good service! Last but not least, there is the option to charge your electric vehicle. Unfortunately the coffee wasn't good.

Disgusting store. Waited 35 minutes for our food - it was quicker after asking. They can't speak a word of German. Then ordered ice cream and a cheeseburger again. Cheeseburger fell off the counter - was picked up after 3 seconds and put back on the tray and they seriously wanted to give it to me. I said that I wanted a new one and it was lying on the floor, no one understood me until an employee, totally annoyed, gave me a new one, without saying a word. Ah and every time the ice cream is forgotten with the Happy Meal - then had to go back and ask. Sorry, but that's terribly bad.

So I'm very angry about this service that I had to experience today. We ordered an hour and a half ago and waited until the order was simply canceled shortly before delivery!!! Incorrect opening times: closed at 1 even though it says 2 o'clock everywhere

The burgers, service and hygiene are getting worse. For the time being the last time at this location. The staff is rude and unfriendly, the food is miserable and really disgusting. Not only are the burgers always soggy and old, but also the fries. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a clean table on site. The toilet is really an imposition. I'm very surprised that a restaurant like this in Germany passes food inspection and is allowed to continue operating. better! somebody tipped us German McDonalds is better then Dutch it is ! the product choice is better the service is quicker the food tastes better (better tenderness, fresher and more flavour) no more Dutch McDonalds for us this is a 40 minute drive, but it's worth it ... haven't had McDonalds this good in years 😋🍔

McDonald's. Reasonably fast, rarely errors when ordering.

Just been there with my husband and 2 sons. The Smurfs are currently available in the Happy Meal. One of my sons wanted to trade his smurf, was told no and sent away. Then I went and wanted to exchange the Smurf. The manager told me there was only one and that I should come back next week and swap because then there would be new Smurfs. I went back to my seat. Then I got to watch other kids have other Smurfs in their Happy Meal. So I went back to the staff and asked for the manager and told him that other children had other Smurfs. Suddenly there were several to choose from. The manager ended by saying “Sorry all the packs look the same”. It's an absolute shame to lie to the customers there like that! Like you're stupid! Staff so unfriendly! Might be a bit more work, take a look! We won't be visiting this store again!

I ordered 20 plant based nuggets. The nuggets were bone dry, rock hard and crumbled in your mouth. It had nothing to do with what they normally taste like. When I complained at the order counter, three employees looked at the tray and simply left without comment as if it was none of their business. After that I was completely ignored.

Worst branch we have visited so far, conditions at the checkout, no German is spoken so communication was very poor, tables and floors were very dirty, food was almost cold. We will never go there again.

We ordered something on June 29th, 2024. The ice cream had a bite and it smelled very sour. My son ate it and had to throw up all night long. I tried to get through by phone, unfortunately without success, for 4.75 euros, which was a bit cheeky

This branch is one of the worst in Aachen. The burgers are usually cold, the fries are undercooked and unfortunately that's no small mishap in this branch. Apparently it's normal there. If you're really in the mood for MC, then it's better to go to another branch (Jüllicher Str.) where the burgers are hot and the fries are cooked through. In Brand, however, this is due to poor leadership. You can complain, but nothing will change.

Just been to McDonalds. Brought several things. The new cheese hamburgers with the cheese cream, 20 McNuggets and 6 MCNuggets on the menu. Then add extra sweet and sour sauce. We had to wait and when the employee came she said everything was still there. Yes, that's true too... Except for the sauces... Train your employees... Actually 0 stars... Bacon wasn't on the McCrispy Bacon either... And if the comment comes back... you have to check what you give them. Bite me!

Nach wiederholten Enttäuschungen fühle ich mich veranlasst, meine Erfahrungen mit McDonald's öffentlich zu machen. Leider ist es kein Einzelfall mehr, dass in meinen Bestellungen etwas fehlt oder falsch geliefert wird. Heute jedoch hat meine Geduld endgültig ein Ende gefunden. Als schwangere Frau mit spätabendlichen Heißhungerattacken habe ich mich auf ein leckeres McMenü gefreut, nur um bitter enttäuscht zu werden. Die Pommes waren schlecht frittiert und kamen mir fast gefroren vor. Ähnlich ungenießbar war der Backfisch im Fishmac, der alles andere als frisch schmeckte – eher aufgetaut und halbherzig zubereitet. Solch nachlässige Qualität ist absolut inakzeptabel. Besonders bedenklich finde ich dies, wenn ich daran denke, dass auch Kinder dieses Essen konsumieren. Die Frage nach der Verantwortung für eventuelle gesundheitliche Konsequenzen steht im Raum. Zu allem Überfluss ist der Kundenservice bzw. das Personal vor Ort nicht gerade dazu angetan, die Situation zu verbessern. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten bei jedem meiner Besuche uninteressiert und genervt, anstelle von freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich steht fest: McDonald's hat mich als Kundin verloren. Es ist enttäuschend und traurig zu sehen, wie wenig Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Produktqualität gelegt wird. Zukünftig werde ich mich nach Alternativen umsehen, bei denen Qualität und Service noch großgeschrieben werden.

I went to this McDonald's a lot when I was a kid. A lot has happened since then and it has been completely rebuilt. The branch is clean, there is an outdoor slide for children and the preparation is quick and fresh. (March 2024).

At 9:10 p.m. on March 10th, 2022 we wanted to order in the McDrive, vouchers didn't work because, according to the employee: "Problems Internet server cash register broken", ok... so we wanted to order 2 Happy Meals and it was at the "voice" terminal Gentleman just left, after waiting a minute, we just drove up. After another 3 minutes he came to the counter window with the words: “Happy Meal sold out, nuggets also sold out, only burgers, but no hamburger, just a cheeseburger ” - after that statement, we were really too stupid and drove to the nearest McDonalds. Rarely have I encountered such unfriendly and unmotivated employees at work, unbelievable.

A classic MC Donalds with the familiar menu that you know from all MC Donalds restaurants. Including MC Cafe, Kinderland outdoor area and drive-in. Because of its location in the commercial area, only approx. 500m from the Aachen-Brandt motorway exit, it is easy to reach by car.

Restaurant ist sauber, Essen wie gewohnt... Nur der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Gerade eine größere Bestellung dort abgeholt, Nummer wurde aufgerufen, Essen hingestellt und der Kunde nicht weiter beachtet. Bestellung war unvollständig, Packungen teilweise kaputt und/oder durchgesifft...

Unfähiges Personal, Technik funktioniert nicht, letztendlich wieder umgedreht und wo anders richtig gegessen weil „Fast“ ist hier das „Food“ nicht.

Typisches McDonald’s Restaurant in der Nähe des Industriegebietes. Personal ist meistens sehr freundlich und das Abholen am Drive-In funktioniert auch immer einwandfrei und auch sehr schnell. Das ist vor allem in der Mittagspause sehr vor Vorteil. Das Essen schmeckt wie in jedem McDonald’s Restaurant gleich.

Einfach nur Enttäuscht, waren zu zweit da und haben 20 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl unser Tablett schon nach 10 Minuten fertig dastand. Die Person die sich um den Service kümmerte war die ganze Zeit damit beschäftigt einzeln die gebrauchten Tabletts in einen Raum zu bringen. So kann man auch die Zeit verbringen. Meine Frau hat sich beschwert das wir so lange warten mussten und das Essen nun kalt geworden sei, die Bedienung sagte einfach nur wir hätten das Tablett ja selber holen können (hätte ich sogar gemacht, wenn ich gewusst hätte es wäre wirklich unseres). Wir waren sprachlos. Nach dieser Bedingung waren wir sprachlos und wirklich „bedient“. Der Fischburger war komplett hart, kalt und am Rand konnte man sich die Zähne abbrechen. Die Pommes komplett versalzen. Aber Beschweren wollten wir uns nun nicht mehr und sind einfach gegangen. Die Sauberkeit im „etwas anderen Restaurant“ war eine Katastrophe. Werde nie mehr dahin gehen. Hier Essen gehen ist pure Geldverschwendung!

Leider mal gut mal extrem schlecht aber meisten extrem schlecht. Auch heute.. 3 Cheeseburger bestellt, war dann nur Käse eine Bulette und Fleisch. Wo war die Gurke oder Zwiebeln? Soße war auch extrem wenig drauf also dementsprechend trocken das ganze. Drauf hingewiesen das etwas nicht mehr vorrätig sei wurde ich auch nicht. Dafür 9€ ..

Das Problem an diesem neuen System ist,dass die Burger einfach zu frisch sind. Und nicht durchgewärmt. Einen Royal TS kann man vor Ort quasi garnicht mehr essen. Der ist einfach kalt, weil auch die Patties nicht warm sind und nicht zuvor direkt gebraten wurden. Dass die Produkte vor dem Umbau in der warmen Wartezone für wenige Minuten lagen, fehlt jetzt einfach und ist für mich ein Grund, lange nicht mehr so häufig dort essen zu gehen. Welche Burger gehen sind: McChicken, Fischmac und McRib. 17.12.23: Zu konstatieren ist, dass McDonalds einfach viel zu teuer geworden ist. Wieder 30 Cent mehr für z.B. einen Hamburger Royal Käse. 6,45 €, die ticken doch nicht sauber. Und die Produkte werden immer kleiner, der Cheesburger ist kaum noch wiederzuerkennen.

Ich kaufe eher Essen zum Mitnehmen. Drinnen könnte es etwas sauberer sein.

Es ist festzustellen, dass trotz der geringen Anzahl von Besuchern das Restaurant insgesamt sehr schmutzig war. Die Suche nach einem freien und ordentlichen Tisch gestaltete sich äußerst schwierig, da praktisch alle Tische unordentlich und verschmiert waren. Neben der mangelnden Sauberkeit ließ auch die Qualität der angebotenen Gerichte zu wünschen übrig. Die Zubereitung erschien weniger sorgfältig und die Qualität stand in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Es bedarf dringend einer Verbesserung der Sauberkeit und der Qualität der Speisen, um den Gästen unabhängig von der Häufigkeit ihrer Besuche ein angenehmeres Erlebnis zu bieten.

Es ist doch echt ein schönes Erlebnis - wenn man den Tisch und Bänke vorher selbst abwaschen kann, - weil dort die essensreste und Soßen kleben von vorherigen Kunden. Haben versucht beim Personal einen Lappen zu bekommen. Aber die Herrschaften haben uns nicht verstanden. Ein bisschen Sprachkenntniss wäre doch vom Vorteil. Damit wir beim nächsten mal nicht mit eigenen feuchttücher vor dem essen dort alles abwaschen müssen. Dies wurde vom Personal gesehen, trotzdem kam mal keiner und hat uns ein Lappen gebracht. Auch andere Kunden die nach uns kamen haben erstenmal mit Servietten ihre Tische abgewaschen. Leider ist es dort nicht mehr so sauber wie es einmal war. Auch die Toiletten sind nur zu besuchen wenn es wirklich nötig ist. Schade. Kinderfreundlich mit nur einem Spieltisch - wo dann meistens erwachsene ohne Kinder dran sitzen - ist auch nicht gerade das was man als kinderfreundlich beschreiben kann. Dann lieber nächstes mal zum Imbiss. Da gibt es zumindest ein Tisch wo die Kinder dran malen können.

Essen kalt , Bürgerfleisch kalt , Käse kalt , kaltes Ketchup überall verteilt auf den Bürger auf dem Brötchen auf der Verpackung , das hat nichts mehr mit McDonald’s zutun . Das dass Essen kalt ist habe ich bei diesem McDonald’s schon des Öfteren erlebt . Jedesmal denk ich mir , wieso bin ich wieder hierher gefahren . Auch von innen ist der McDonald’s schmuddelig und dreckig die Mitarbeiter laufen durch Fritten und Müll , alles ist fettig. Zum Glück schmeckt die Cola normal . Ich schreibe nie Bewertungen aber das kann nicht mehr sein , die Qualität hat in einem Jahr rasant nachgelassen ! Ich komme nicht mehr und meine Freunde auch nicht ! Wertvollen Kunden verloren .

Der Tischservice klappt vorzüglich! Speisen und Getränke sind halt McDonald's Standard. Die Sauberkeit ist meistens in Ordnung, aber abends sind die Tablettrückgaben schonmal überfüllt.

Ewig lange Wartezeit. Auch für einen Sonntag Abend sind 25 Wartezeit von der Bezahlung bis zum Erhalt vom Essen zu lange. Dafür waren Burger und Pommes dann frisch.

Irgendwelche Maschinen und Geräte piepsen und fiepen ohne Unterlass, total nervig. Die armen Mitarbeiter, die das ständig ertragen müssen. Ein solcher Geräuschpegel vermiest einem auch das Essen, furchtbar, ich wollte nur schnell wieder raus aus dem Laden.

Saubere und nett geführte Filiale. Allerdings mal generell gesprochen: Eine Familie mit einem oder zwei Kindern, muss sich dort wie im Club der Millionäre fühlen. Die Preise sind schon echt heftig.

Sehr schlechte Bedienung, die Mitarbeiter können nicht mal lachen richtig schlechte Atmosphäre traurig

20er Nuggets kalt und teilweise wirklich alt. Bei den McRibs konnte man die BBQ Sauce nur erahnen. Tische im Außenbereich waren alle schmutzig und der Boden der Küche wahr ebenfalls sehr verdreckt.

Es war leider nicht sauber... Tische, Stühle alles fettig. Also man muss sich selber irgendwie die Tische abwischen. Services immer sehr freundlich.

Ich überbrücke hier gerade meine Zeit zum nächsten Bewerbungsgespräch und ich habe in keinem McDonalds bisher je so eine nette Bedienung erlebt wie hier. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend

Heute Lieferservice ausprobiert. War das 1. und letzte mal. Lieferkosten für 3 Km 4,99 € + 0,99 € Servicegebühr. Das ist ziemlich teuer. Nicht zu empfehlen. Sorry

An Unhöflichkeit am DriveIn kaum zu übertreffen „bittschön“ war die Begrüßung an der Gegensprechanlage. Alleine der Tonfall der Dame brachte mich fast dazu rückwärts wieder herauszufahren. Servietten habs zu meiner Bestellung auch nicht, gibt es dafür und zum Thema Höflichkeit keine Leitlinien bei euch? Da muss wohl mal jemand nachgeschult werden.

Wenn ihr schon sparen wollt, dann bitte nicht am Service. So unfreundlich wie heute um 00.30 Uhr in der Debyestr. wurde ich schon lange nicht mehr behandelt und das finde ich ehrlich gesagt nicht in Ordnung.

Wenn man bestellen möchte, wird man unfreundlich aufgefordert, die Bestellung am Terminal aufzugeben. Tut man das nicht, wird man extra lange nicht bedient. Das auch noch vom Schichtleiter....

Sehr schmuddeliges "Restaurant ". Die Tische nicht abgewischt, unerträglich laute Musik. Die Bestellung wurde nicht richtig an den Tisch gebracht Die Pommes und Burger schlecht und nur lau warm. Da geh ich dann wohl auch nicht mehr hin.

Lange warten. Und es fehlt sehr oft das, was man bestellt hat. Oder es liegt etwas Anderes bei.

Habe mich nach langem (warum auch immer), nochmal auf McDonald’s gefreut und bin schlimmer als je zuvor enttäuscht worden. Nach der Halben Tüte Netzkartoffeln, kam zwischen ein paar normalen Pommes, warum auch immer die da drin waren, auch noch eine Wanze/Schabe zum Vorschein. Habe mich fast übergeben und das Essen, wenn man DAS noch so nennen kann, restlos entsorgt. Sehr enttäuschend und ganz bestimmt mein letzter Besuch in dieser Filiale!
