I didn't go there for a few years. And it was so bad chicken burgers and fries were like soap or sponge by taste. I definitely won't go there again.

Just a McDonald's. What's annoying is the "toilet lady". If you rub your hands or something similar. If you want to do something, you have to take the order receipt with you otherwise the friendly ladies won't let you go to the toilet. Alternatively, you can also pay in cash if you want to go to the toilet.

The atmosphere is horrible, the furniture is dirty and partly broken. The smell of urine, cheap beer, marijuana and poverty is constantly in the air, not food. Some of the service staff were very unfriendly in this branch, and you were simply left standing at the "checkout" with the justification that you would close the checkout first and not accept any more orders until the rush at the pick-up counter was reduced. Okay, Aachen is a larger city, so you have to hire more staff or train the staff to deal with such a situation.

Ordered breakfast. 2 cocoas and 12 pancakes. 1 pancake was missing, another had a booger on it. The waitress spilled half of the cocoa on the tablet and served it that way. (We didn't get any of the things mentioned new either). Cocoa only tasted like water.

Since when do you have to pay for the toilet in McDonald's before entering? Yesterday on May 10, 2024 I was there with my son and wanted to wash my hands before eating. Pay first, the black woman sitting in front of the entrance said to me. If I I have already paid for my meal in McDonald's, I have the right to use the toilet. I ordered 2x Mc Sunday ice cream and waited over 30 minutes, even though I was assured three times that it was coming soon. Finally I had to call the boss to get my ice cream which then showed up within 30 seconds. This service is unacceptable and makes McDonald's a real snotty place.

I have rarely eaten so badly: I can say positively that the order terminals worked. Unfortunately, there are a few more negative points: I waited 15-20 minutes for two standard burgers with no extras. One of the burgers was so soggy, as if it had been kept warm for several hours. The other burger was freshly made, but because it was poorly stacked, it fell apart when picked up. The table where I ate was full of crumbs. This meant that it was cleaner than all the other free tables that still had other guests' leftovers on them. The employee at the checkout barely said a word. Overall, the employees preferred to talk to each other rather than to the guests. The food was still heavy on my stomach hours later. I definitely won't eat here again.

After a long day, my friend and I thought we'd get some Mac. Yes, that was wrong. The menu looked questionable but we decided to order something anyway. The price was a bit disappointing as it was very expensive on our behalf. (McCrispy, McRib, nuggets, curly fries and chili cheese nuggets). Nuggets; way too greasy and you could only taste the crispy layer McRib; way too much sauce and meat was limp and soggy bread chili cheese nuggets; also not to eat Plus points for the McCrispy, curly fries and coke. I don't think we will eat here again.

It's rare to see such a dirty McDonald's, the toilet lady is really amazing... as soon as you step into the hallway you're almost shouted at that you have to pay... I then had to explain to the lady that you do something like that after using the toilet. ..and since I ate there...there was GAAAARNIX. I'm happy to give because the job really deserves respect, but that was more than unfriendly!!!

I also found the visit rather unpleasant and if I have to wait 10 minutes for 2 simple hamburgers that is simply far too long, regardless of the fact that it was still relatively early in the day (but not super early), I know this much better from other branches. There just doesn't seem to be enough staff. The remaining staff were actually relatively friendly, but far too slow and easily overwhelmed. There is an urgent need to invest in the branch, the caste system also doesn't seem to be the newest and is causing problems.

I wanted to buy the BigMac socks on the day of the sale, so I asked before ordering whether there were any socks left. When my food is ready a short time later, there are no socks because the supply is supposedly empty. I ask again because there were some there 5 minutes earlier. Hab einfach 2 Burger und 1 Pommes nicht bekommen Frechheit

Hab einen Milchshake bestellt, mich beim trinken gefragt, warum es nach Kaffee geschmeckt hat. Als ich reingeguckt habe, konnte man die Kaffeespuren sehen. Ein benutzen Becher bekommen und Personal absolut unfreundlich. Burger schon fast kalt und in meinen wurde schonmal reingebissen. Danke für nichts.🤝

Besuch am 20.12.23 gegen 19 Uhr. So ein Verdrecktes Mac Donald’s habe ich noch nie gesehen. Der Müll sammelt sich auf den beschmutzen und verschmierten Tischen. Der Ablagecontainer ist voll. Das Personal schäkert mit jungen Frauen anstatt auf Anfrage einem einen nassen Lappen zu besorgen, weil man sich selber den Tisch abwaschen möchte ganz zu schweigen davon, dass mal einer den Müll weg räumt. Einfach eine Unverschämtheit, dass der Besitzer des Ladens mitten in Aachen so ein ( Restaurant) führen darf. Der eine Bewertungsstern mußte sein, damit man bewerten kann.

Absolute Müllhalde! Der Laden ist unfassbar dreckig. Der Manager bzw. Schichtleiter (klein Weiße Haare trägt ein Hemd) versucht die Kunden dort zu verarschen. Man hat die Möglichkeit Online per App sein Essen vorzubestellen, wenn man dann vor Ort ist nennt man seinen Bestellcode…beim Kassierer (in dem Fall ist nur er der Kassierer) erscheint nach dem man den Code genannt hat, ein Fenster wo steht „in der App bezahlen“ und „ an der Kasse bezahlen“ Dies erscheint nur wenn in der. App vorher bezahlt wurde, er aber drückt immer auf An der Kasse bezahlen um dem Gast zwei mal Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen!!! Unfassbar das so eine Person in solch einer Position ist! Dieser Mann gehört gekündigt! Er hat es erst bei meinem Freund versucht dann auch bei mir….wir haben ihn extra getestet er versucht das bei jedem….jeder der bei McDonald’s verantwortlich ist weiß genau was ich meine! Elisenbrunnen McDonald’s nie wieder!

Pommes roh, service schlecht, lange Wartezeiten

Ein Teil fehlte bei der Bestellung und wurde nur widerwillig nachgereicht. Vor der Toilette saß eine Frau, die für die Nutzung des WCs Geld kassieren wollte und diskutieren wollte ob man ein Gast sei oder nicht 😕 wir mussten warten, bis wir einen Sitzplatz bekommen haben

Es wirkt doch recht eng und lichtlos. Damals hatte es einfach mehr Fenster und eine weiträumigere Ladenfläche. Aber das Personal war recht professionell im Umgang mit der Überfülle der Weihnachtszeit. Der Burger war "unsortiert".

Computer funktionierte nicht, war kein Papier mehr drin. Serviettenbehälter waren überall leer. Hatte zum hier essen bestellt, bekam aber zum Mitnehmen. Der Cheesburger wird immer kleiner und kleiner, unglaublich ! McRib war lecker, insgesamt viel viel viel zu teuer.
