Unfortunately, the shakes aren't there all the time. Things are always missing from the bag at the drive-thru.

Unfortunately, this branch can't be found via the app, and the vouchers are only valid for a limited time. Everything seems a bit dated at the store, and you can tell that they no longer fit the usual McDonald's concept. The employees were friendly, and the food was decent. (July 2025)

I was at McDonald's today and was totally annoyed. The service was unfriendly, slow, and messed up my order. No smile, no service—pure disappointment. One star, nothing more!

I came to a restaurant with my family for dinner and wanted to scan the code from the McDonald's app. The employee said their system was broken and didn't do it. But when the next customer arrived, for some reason, the employee scanned it for him. When I asked why the coupons from my app weren't scanned while others were, the employee simply ignored me. I also want to note that the staff is not friendly at all. They take orders with an expression on their faces as if they don't like serving people. The potatoes given to customers are often old and overcooked. There is no cleanliness at all.

This McDonald's isn't listed in the McDonald's app. The employees may be harder to understand because they have trouble speaking German. The food is okay in the morning, but rather cold in the evening. The bags of fries aren't quite full. This McDonald's has a rather dated ambiance and gives off an unclean impression. The veggie selection is limited.

A terrible store! This McDonald's was closed about 30 years ago and hasn't been changed or renovated since. It's a very dirty store, with very unfriendly employees who only speak broken German. McDonald's only participates in a few, very select promotions; you can't find it in the McDonald's app.

We just encountered by far the worst waitress ever here. This heavyset, unkempt lady with short red hair is absolutely unacceptable. She's extremely rude and insulting to customers and clearly has no interest in serving people. Let alone doing her job properly! This lady should be removed from the company immediately!

What's particularly striking about this branch is the unfriendly, rather arrogant staff. This behavior may be due to a lack of German language skills or a reluctance to adapt to local customs. The food and atmosphere are as usual.

This is a prehistoric branch. Lights flicker, and the plumbing is unacceptable. A renovation is needed! And I'd also like to consider displaying self-ordering options (like the ones in almost every branch now).

Toilets stinky and dirty None of the stuff had hairs together,out of face and else.In Belgium and elsewhere hairnets are required.Stuff reads papers behind the servicedesk...no washing hands after that and serving new... We were very disappointed.If you have an oldfashiond servicedesk all needs to be clean and safe.

So the branch closes 30 minutes before the official opening hours. What's the point of that? If it says 3:00 on the door, then they can't be closed at 2:30.

It was fine, however it's very old fashioned. No screens to order and you can't use your points for free food. It also still has the old colour scheme, which is kinda nostalgic actually. Service was pretty quick. Downside: It's not very clean.

I ordered the Minecraft menu. I was then shocked and outraged that I received a Happy Meal toy!!!! I would give zero stars for the service!!! However, the atmosphere was excellent, so it was even sadder that I didn't receive the collector's item. :(

The absolute hammer just came from the shop on Jülicher Strasse...I ordered an I like it loud menu with the normal McCrispy Chicken with honey mustard sauce...then I get a McCrispy either Curry or Hot&Spicy, if in doubt, both...the fries are bland and cold...and the box and the earplugs aren't included at all and you pay over 11 euros for them... Absolute impudence

Parking is plentiful and free, the staff is very friendly to customers, much better than the McDonalds in the city where I live! For shopping there is a supermarket right next door and the parking options are also very good.

The toilets and changing table/corner were very spacious👍 but the employee was very slow at the drive in and it was raining so hard... at first I was happy about the roof... but when I noticed it was leaking and big drops were coming into the car I was very disappointed 😞 Cheeseburger bun was a bit dry and there was very little to hardly any sauce on it

Well, I've seen a lot, but never a MC Donald like this. Time stood still there. And then I would be very interested to know whether anyone there actually speaks or even understands German!! Nobody understood us. Terrible

We had a very tasty and heartwarming experience at this McDonalds. The extremely nice employees, who impressed us with their courteous willingness to help, deserve special mention. While we waited for the fresh fries, our burgers were kept extra warm and the employee brought the food directly to our table from the cash register.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with this McDonald's branch. The prices are significantly higher than in other branches, which I absolutely cannot understand. Absolutely terrible branch 1 point because less is not possible. We have 4 people there, 2 of whom are children. It took a very long time until the kinderbuger came with only ketchup. The employees were super slow and unfriendly. The shop isn't exactly clean. We'll never come here again

Really friendly and helpful, great! The veggie burger was tasty, not like it used to be. It has a real meat structure, what an improvement. No more the slice of compressed grains.

Last time I got two milkshakes instead of one, before that I got chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets and today I got an ice cream cafe instead of a normal milkshake, even though I pointed out vanilla to the employee at the drive-thru several times. Went nearby today and had dinner there afterwards. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The only drawback was that only one app code could be redeemed per order because there was no order display in this branch.

No screens for ordering so be prepared to join a queue to order at the till. Very slow service with only 3 people working at 17:00 on a busy Friday.

A fairly old McDonalds, without terminals and a café, but that's not a bad thing. What's bad is that we were very rudely asked to leave because dogs weren't allowed in the restaurant. I apologized and just noted that I've always been allowed to do that and didn't see any sign at the entrance. I then got the very flippant answer that I should read it properly. Arrived here today hungry after a trip and wanted to redeem our app vouchers. At the checkout the lady told me that although I could redeem my voucher for the burger, I could neither redeem the coupon for extra points nor my points for fries. Statement that doesn't work here. We were nearby and spontaneously wanted a burger. This branch is older, looks run down and is not very clean. The tray was dirty too. The food was as you would expect from McDonalds. The service was friendly. Before leaving the restaurant I wanted to go to the toilet, but I came out without having done anything - disgusting!

It's actually unhygienic how the employees work here, they touch the food without gloves so you don't really want to think about where they could have been before. The fries were also cold when served and there was more ice than drink in the drinks

By far the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Was there on Friday at 11 p.m. The floor didn't stick, the tables and seats were clean and the staff were friendly.
