McDonald's in Aachen

Anyone who has always wanted to see a “classic McDonalds” from 15 years ago is absolutely right here. Unfortunately, this also means you have to do without amenities such as ordering terminals, etc. You can only order at the front from the employees, who then prepare the dish directly. Of course, this also leads to certain waiting times... The food was good for Megges and corresponded to the usual standard. However, the serving employee forgot parts of the order but immediately took care of the correction. I would go again.

The absolute hammer just came from the shop on Jülicher Strasse...I ordered an I like it loud menu with the normal McCrispy Chicken with honey mustard sauce...then I get a McCrispy either Curry or Hot&Spicy, if in doubt, both...the fries are bland and cold...and the box and the earplugs aren't included at all and you pay over 11 euros for them... Absolute impudence

The shop is never open during opening hours, especially in the mornings there is no staff, even though it is written that the shop is open. This is mismanagement and a waste of time for customers.

Only ordered two menus but one fries, one 6 chicken and all the sauces were missing. Everything was only lukewarm. And if you watched like that, it felt like every two. Order wrong. worst mc ever

I don't understand how such a great restaurant could get such a low rating. Parking is plentiful and free, the staff is very friendly to customers, much better than the McDonalds in the city where I live! For shopping there is a supermarket right next door and the parking options are also very good.

I've been a regular customer there for a while, never had a problem, always great staff, great service, the food is just McDonald's, it tastes exactly how it should taste, the ambience is a bit old but I like the nostalgia there

We had super nice staff at night who also gave me advice about coupons.

Unfortunately, you cannot find this branch via the app and the vouchers are only valid for a limited time. Everything looks a bit older on site and you can tell overall that they no longer fit in with the rest of the McDonalds concept. The staff were friendly, the food was OK. (May 2024)

Less and less quality.... More and more expensive

Well, I've seen a lot, but never a MC Donald like this. Time stood still there. And then I would be very interested to know whether anyone there actually speaks or even understands German!! Nobody understood us. Terrible

A bit run down. The toilets and changing table/corner were very spacious👍 but the employee was very slow at the drive in and it was raining so hard... at first I was happy about the roof... but when I noticed it was leaking and big drops were coming into the car I was very disappointed 😞 Cheeseburger bun was a bit dry and there was very little to hardly any sauce on it

We had a very tasty and heartwarming experience at this McDonalds. The extremely nice employees, who impressed us with their courteous willingness to help, deserve special mention. While we waited for the fresh fries, our burgers were kept extra warm and the employee brought the food directly to our table from the cash register.

Very poor help, no guidance whatsoever there. People crawl in front and the one with the biggest mouth is helped. Enough staff but one at the cash register.. Never again

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with this McDonald's branch. The prices are significantly higher than in other branches, which I absolutely cannot understand. There are also often technical problems: the switch often doesn't work, QR codes in the app have to be laboriously redeemed at the front or don't work at all. I find it particularly annoying that you can't fully use the bonus points from the McDonald's app here, which affects the entire service. The only positive thing is the friendly staff, but the technical and price problems make the visit here very disappointing.

You can't redeem coupons because they have an old system? I've never heard anything like that before.

Absolutely terrible branch 1 point because less is not possible. We have 4 people there, 2 of whom are children. It took a very long time until the kinderbuger came with only ketchup. The employees were super slow and unfriendly. The shop isn't exactly clean. We'll never come here again

Really friendly and helpful, great! The veggie burger was tasty, not like it used to be. It has a real meat structure, what an improvement. No more the slice of compressed grains.

Unfortunately not everything is always in stock (Cola Zero is often sold out)

Ordered hamburger without cucumber. That's what it said on the receipt. Unfortunately I received a hamburger with cucumber. Not good if you have allergies. Since I was with mcdrive, I couldn't complain. Because I had to keep driving.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!!! When we all arrived and wanted to order we were turned away and told that they had been closed for a long time and they closed the cash register before us. When we asked why we couldn't order, everyone ignored us and there was shouting at the back for someone to close the door... Communication and friendliness are completely missing here! The only good thing is that we won't have any diarrhea at the end! Thanks!

Very outdated thing. Uncozy interior and outdoor environment is neglected/shelter. Forgot to put bacon in my sandwich.

A somewhat outdated McDonald's. Orders can only be placed at the checkout. No machines to take orders. Furnishings are still at the old standard. Clean places and very polite staff. Food prepared very quickly and freshly. Since there is a McDrive, there is enough parking space.

Tables not wiped properly, everything just smeared, just disgusting. The entire branch is extremely dirty inside, everything just looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Service leaves a lot to be desired

I got it yesterday on June 30th. Breakfast was treated at 9:30 a.m. A Big Morning, croissant with jam for an extra 50 cents, and another part with egg. (name doesn't matter) Quality was good. (I was also the only customer). But the service seemed unfriendly....put the tray in front of me in annoyance. The employee was working in the MC Drive counter area and was unpacking Caprisonne and had to serve me. The lady should be trained

In itself a completely normal McDonalds, but again and again. When I'm there, people always mix it up with something else. Last time I got two milkshakes instead of one, before that I got chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets and today I got an ice cream cafe instead of a normal milkshake, even though I pointed out vanilla to the employee at the drive-thru several times. Unfortunately it's a bit outdated and you can't scan points. There is a nice employee there, but that's it.

You can say that the good times of McDonald's are over. Quality leaves a lot to be desired. The ice cream machine is constantly off for “cleaning”. No milkshake, no Mc Flurry and no Mc Sunday! Then the prices... If you don't use the app and you get WiFi at McDonald's, you can't access most vouchers. Without an app, without vouchers you pay almost 15 euros for two citizens and a drink!! Also strange that I couldn't get a receipt. It's not true at the back and front. Miserable shed. And there's a pile of rubbish in the parking lot around the corner - but you know for yourself!

Why isn't the store set up like in Debeystr? No terminals, there are no offers from the app. The ambience, well...

Went nearby today and had dinner there afterwards. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The only drawback was that only one app code could be redeemed per order because there was no order display in this branch.

No screens for ordering so be prepared to join a queue to order at the till. Very slow service with only 3 people working at 17:00 on a busy Friday.

A fairly old McDonalds, without terminals and a café, but that's not a bad thing. What's bad is that we were very rudely asked to leave because dogs weren't allowed in the restaurant. I apologized and just noted that I've always been allowed to do that and didn't see any sign at the entrance. I then got the very flippant answer that I should read it properly. I then looked outside again and there really wasn't anything wrong with it (see photo). It's perfectly fine not to allow animals, but I don't think the way they communicate is okay.

Arrived here today hungry after a trip and wanted to redeem our app vouchers. At the checkout the lady told me that although I could redeem my voucher for the burger, I could neither redeem the coupon for extra points nor my points for fries. Statement that doesn't work here. Why should I buy an extra fry when I actually get them for free? Advertising flyers on the trays showed further promotions, when asked they said that doesn't apply here either! Sorry, that's extremely annoying customers! Tables weren't clean. The taste of the food was good, but it wasn't enough

We were nearby and spontaneously wanted a burger. This branch is older, looks run down and is not very clean. The tray was dirty too. The food was as you would expect from McDonalds. The service was friendly. Before leaving the restaurant I wanted to go to the toilet, but I came out without having done anything - disgusting!

Was there at 2:20 a.m. and didn't have enough on the menu. Staff was super friendly and patient while I spent money. Always my pleasure :)

It's actually unhygienic how the employees work here, they touch the food without gloves so you don't really want to think about where they could have been before. The fries were also cold when served and there was more ice than drink in the drinks

Old McDonald's, outdated, filthy, no ordering machines

I ordered around 3 AM by coupon code, but white hair old man doesn’t put in cashier. That’s why it doesn’t add any points in my Mc application. So white short hair old man took money in his pocket. I will never go there again.

By far the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Was there on Friday at 11 p.m. The floor didn't stick, the tables and seats were clean and the staff were friendly.

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. No vouchers or coupons. No order terminals. The place is dirty and looks like it's from 2006. Never again….

Great McDonald's located just outside the center for a quick and great meal, it's not too crowded, clean and with friendly employees.

Worst MCCS on earth, really as rotten as anything

Just came from McDonald's. Someone new is probably working there. In my opinion he didn't put enough fries in the bowl. His colleague had filled the bowl full. I asked him about it and he said he did exactly what it was supposed to do. Not too much, not too little. But please, is that called a large fry??? I didn't eat a single one of them, that's how I got them!! I find that outrageous! After all, I'm paying for it! I didn't want to start a discussion so I took her along. But it doesn't work at all! The service was always friendly. I never had anything to complain about. But they very, very often, almost always forget to pack something. Exactly too. I was entitled to 3 mayo. If I hadn't mentioned that, I would have missed a mayo. But I find the restaurant very dirty. The toilets, the dining tables, the floor, the changing area. I wonder if the kitchen looks the same. Hygiene is not a priority there. Maybe a case for the health department. You can't collect points in this McDonald's either. Coupons often out of service. And a few days ago a man sat at the dining table and was fiddling with his bare feet and put something from his foot on the dining table. Disgusting ! I really lost my appetite to eat there.

Dirtier load. Got there at 2:40. The cars in front of us were still being served. At 3:05 the Hond told us, even though he had previously told us to please wait, that it was now closed and we wouldn't get anything more. As written below, no coupons are accepted. When asked, they said it wasn't worth it and that's why they weren't interested. Anti-social behavior, never the store again. I'm glad the store hasn't been renovated.

Hatte Durchfall wegen geheime Menü Mitarbeiter war Kurde also landolos versteht kein deutsch scheisen und beschiessen sich mit Pommes in Burger sind karkalaken drin und Fleisch ist roh Filiale kann man direkt schliessen diese landllsen

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hatte bisher immer warme Speisen, sowohl im Drive-IN als auch beim Verzehr im Restaurant. Hier komme ich gerne hin. 👍

Extrem unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, wurde beleidigt und mir wurde meine Bestellung wurde nicht aufgenommen. Hier ist es extrem dreckig und die Mitarbeiter können kein deutsch und sind ungepflegt.

Ha ha, was soll ich dazu sagen? Jeder kennt McD. 2-3 x im Jahr "brauche" ich einen Burger von McD🤣 Viel zu teuer, ganz klar.

Eten was lauw, 50 cent voor toilet bezoek en wc's waren enorm vuil. Toilet papier met Kaka lag naast de pot

Da gehe ich bis jetzt am liebsten hin, wenn ich in Aachen bin. Der Laden ist klein aber ich finde es gemütlich und Preisleistung finde ich auch okay. Für die Kinder gibt es draußen was zum Spielen. Das Essen schmeckt gut und die Burger sind auch frisch gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Qualität des Essens fand ich nicht gut. Eigentlich würde ich gerne 0 Sterne geben. Der gültige Gutschein aus der MC Donalds App wurde mal wieder nicht akzeptiert. Wurde eingetippt und dann gesagt, dass es den nicht gibt. Also einen BigMac und einen VeganTS beides in einem separaten Menü für 2 Personen bestellt. Ich habe noch nie eine derart schlechte Qualität erlebt, selbst der Belag war nicht frisch, fand ich (Salatblätter schwarz vor Flecken) und die Burger waren pappig, trocken und einfach unappetitlich. Der vegan TS war komplett fernab der normalen Rezeptur (unfassbar scharf). Die Pattys von beiden Burgern trocken, sowie die Brötchen und alles komplett kalt.

Im Gegensatz zu anderen MC Donalds Restaurants bestellt man hier noch nicht am Bildschirm. Das Essen ist super, die Pommes so wie ich es mag. Die Preise haben überall angezogen, das ist klar. Ein Punkt Abzug für die engen Toiletten...

Toiletten stinken und sind dreckig, insgesamt ist es dort nicht so sauber.

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommener MC,...der Drive-in ist schon antik,... Lieblose Kundenbegrüßung und Bstellabwicklung,...keine Zahlbetragnennung und wegen fehlenden Bildschirm auch nicht selbst überprüfbar,... Es waren "nur" zwei Eis,man dachte da gibt es nichts falsch zu machen,...aber selbst da bemerkt man die Lustlosigkeit,...

Je n'avais plus vu un Mac donald aussi vieux, pas de borne pour passer commande. Burger sec et plus au standard de la marque. Une grosse odeur d'urine au toilette. Bon patron sympa quand même.

Keine Bestellautomaten, Bedienung an der Kasse, die einen kaum bis gar nicht verstanden hat, Strohhalme gibt es hat keine mehr zu Getränken, sondern nur für Milchshakes. Erst mit Nachdruck habe ich trotzdem mit GoodWill welche bekommen. Pommes wurden auch vergessen. Essen war halt sonst wie immer. Ansonsten ist dieses McDonalds echt in die Jahre gekommen. Echt schlimm

Sehr gut für Diäten geeignet, weil man es sich hier 2x überlegt, ob man was essen möchte. Was ist eure Geheimzutat, dass man bei jedem eurer Produkte Durchfall bekommt? Das ist halt ausschließlich in der Jülicherstraße so, jegliche andere Filialen kriegen es irgendwie gebacken

Heute noch einmal dagewesen und total enteucht die Preise stehen in keiner Relation und der Hamburger wahr wohl noch vom anderen Tag. Eine fritenbude ist dagegen um Welten besser und billiger. Der Laden ist abgerokt. Ich hoffe das es mir nicht noch schlechter wird. So das ich das Geweraufsich informieren muss.

Leider habe ich hier schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.
