The food itself is delicious, but the wait times are sometimes awful. I was there recently with my family, and we waited 45 minutes. When we saw that our number had disappeared, we tried to address it. At first, we were completely ignored (three employees were standing there chatting). Then, they handed us a tablet belonging to someone else, which wasn't collected. When we pointed this out and showed them our receipt, they told us we were mistaken. Luckily, the manager came by just then and told them they had to prepare our food first and reprimanded the employees. I bought something at this branch last night. If I could give zero stars, I would. The burgers were all flat and shifted around, the fries were just slapped on top (they were all loose in the bag).
