At half past eight in the morning I am the only customer and still have to wait 15 minutes for my mc muffin because the staff walk past my food four times instead of giving it to me. At least it wasn't too hot anymore...

Fries were cold and soggy. Burgers too. Instead of 0.5l of cola you only get 0.4l. They said there were no cups left. Then he barely understood the employee on the intercom. It was similar at the window. The cola glass was completely forgotten. You can't talk about fast food because you had to wait in line forever. That was easily 20 minutes in the drive in. The taste of the burgers was also good. The prices are getting more and more expensive...

Unbelievable conditions in the restaurant. The blonde, older waitress is as unfriendly as hell, even yells at children and bullies people. This behavior is unacceptable!!!

It's a MCDONALDS, I'm aware of that, but I haven't seen such a dirty MCDONALDS in a long time. The former children's play house no longer exists, which is why children now have nothing to play with and have to sit in their seats all the time, making it unsuitable for families. I ordered the food at the table using the app (table service). The food wasn't brought at all, even after I complained I was simply ignored. Biggest juice shop! In the evening they make you believe that the ice cream machine is broken because it was already cleaned 4 hours before closing time! It's funny that it's broken every evening but works during the day. In addition, with every order at least one thing is forgotten or is completely cold and the employees are anything but friendly and you can tell that they have absolutely no interest in their work ! There was disbelief when it became clear that it was a regular wreath of meat in a wheat coating. My astonishment and disappointment was greater than the warm, layered pieces of cardboard. A carelessly bedded salami roll would definitely be more charming. However, the staff working there can be considered very friendly. It's worth saving the thaler. A few yards further on there is a bread with a meat coating, the head of which is adorned with a crown. My King.

"WE DO NOT HAVE TABLE SERVICE" Pre-ordered at home using the app, came in, sat down at the table, sent the order to the table. After almost 20 minutes, a confused employee comes to our place and shouts loudly: "WE DO NOT HAVE TABLE SERVICE" We were allowed to pick up our now cold food at the counter one floor down. When we then mentioned that the information about table service was on the tables along with the number. Came back again in an unfriendly tone: "WE DO NOT HAVE TABLE SERVICE" No, it's not that you just don't "have" table service. You have NO SERVICE AT ALL! What kind of treatment is this with his customers? I don't want to say much about the cleanliness, except that it seems like the leftover Fanta, Cola and Sprite are used to wipe the floors and tables like it sticks.

First you are greeted in the drive by a lady who comes up with some codes. Once a correct code was provided, the order was simply put together according to your wishes. In the hope that the order was correct, you then continue driving without knowing whether you should go to the first or second window. Okay. When you arrive at the second window, your order is handed over to you and you pay for everything super. As long as all items are present. If an apple turnover isn't warm, it won't be given out, it doesn't matter and you'll first be asked what the problem was, even though you paid for it. After 10 minutes of waiting, the time had finally come and the journey could continue with cold, partly raw and very poorly prepared food. We don't even have to start with the condition of the restaurant itself. It stinks, it's dirty, 3 of 4 order terminals don't work and the only one that works has some color errors on the display. At least some of the service here is friendly and speaks German, so I wonder why they don't use the already modest drive headset so that you can at least understand something. So if you really want to eat something at McDonald's, the branches in Kreuztal and Freudenberg are highly recommended. However, there is of course a longer travel time involved, which means that you usually stick to your diet plan.

We were told please wait, after 30 minutes in the drive the restaurant was closed.

In the evening at the drive-in. No car in front of me, then an announcement “Please wait”. After 8 minutes then tried placing order. The employee spoke very bad German, not understandable. Then we drove to the distribution counter, paid and then the window was closed and after another 10 minutes the bag with the ordered goods arrived. Cold fries, wrong sauce for the chicken nuggets. The store is ridiculous. The staff seemed to have fun making fun of the customers...! Never ever!

We waited almost 45 minutes in an almost empty restaurant! There were 8 employees there and half of them were just talking! Our order? Incomplete and cold! After we pointed this out, we just shrugged our shoulders and left. No recommendation! Waste of money!

I ordered food on site from the machine, but the menu was given to me in a take-away bag. There was no shortage of trays, as could be seen at other tables. Table service was not offered. The ketchup was missing from the bag. Of course, that's great if you're there alone and have already unpacked the bag upstairs and then either have to pack it up again or leave it unattended to go downstairs again.

Hello! We were in the restaurant on March 2nd, 2024! The food was good, the waiting time was ok. But: The tables were dirty, there were tons of napkins and fries underneath them, an ordering machine was broken, you couldn't lock the men's toilet, there was no soap, paper towels or disinfectant. We ended up leaving our tray on the table because there was no place to put it. And that even though it was around 10 p.m., the crowd was quite low and there would have been freelance employees. During the ordering process you can choose whether you want the food to be delivered to your table... that's certainly not that important, but the table numbers are stuck on and cannot be seen during the ordering process... but you would need them. By the way, I already wrote this review once and couldn't find it again after about an hour. I'll take a screenshot now just to be safe.

Service is lazy, but you don't have high expectations. The food was OK and warm. One table was occupied, all the others were equally dirty and we used a few wet wipes from the little one to wipe. Elite gastronomy. 😅

Really disgusting people who work there close 5-10 minutes beforehand, wouldn't see it as McDonald's

Heute wurde ich hier zweimal betrogen. Einmal hat die Kassiererin mir 10 Euro nicht hinzugefügt. Das zweite Mal haben sie keinen Kindersaft und keine Ketchup gelegt. Das Personal ist nicht qualifiziert. I was scammed here twice today. Once, the cashier didn’t give me 10 euros. The second time, they didn’t put in baby juice or ketchup. The staff is not qualified.

Just way too slow. There was hardly anything going on and we waited a long time... You can't drink drinks at all. And you have to choke down the food... how a shop like this can still exist... catastrophic...

Mc Donalds eigentlich besser als Burger King. Hätte nur gerne bei meinem nächsten Besuch richtige chicken nuggets. Habe nämlich letztes mal vegane bekommen. Hab den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen er meinte das ist nur die Verpackung. Danke aber ich glaube den unterschied schmeckt man. Hat nämlich nicht gut geschmeckt…. Bitte nächstes mal Fehler einsehen, hätte euch nicht den Kopf abgerissen.

Vor Ort ist es meistens machbar, schnell was zu essen zu bekommen. Anders 8st es wenn man per Lieferando bestellt. Das Restaurant hat ja eigentlich von 12-22Uhr zur Lieferung geöffnet. Wird nur nichts. Meistens ist wohl so viel in der Warteschlange an Lieferungen, dass das Restaurant bei Lieferando als "geschlossen" angezeigt wird. Meisten liefern sie auch generell erst ab 17Uhr. Die paar Male die es geklappt hat war mein Essen innerhalb von 30min da. Heiß und vollständig. Die lieferfahrer sind meistens auch sehr nett...

Ich liebe McDonald's aber in Geisweid/Birlenbach wird leider öfters etwas vergessen oder falsch zubereitet

Das Essen ist wie in allen Filialen gut, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. In der oberen Etage lagen dreckige Putzlappen auf den Tischen so wie Putzmittel. Die Tische waren voller Verpackungsmüll. Nicht sehr appetitlich.

Essen nicht so gut wie sonst, Mitarbeiter sehr nett, auch sauber, beim nächsten Besuch war das Essen besser

In der Mittagspause hier bestellt weil wir Hunger drauf hatten. Per App vorbestellt, und im Drive in abgeholt. Ich hatte eine größere Bestellung aufgeben. Und ab diesem Punkt scheitert es schon. 3 Sachen haben gefehlt. Bin ins Restaurant gegangen und habe reklamiert. Ab da begann das Drama. Dem Mitarbeiter, der so gut wie kein Wort deutsch konnte, musste ich mehrmals erklären was bei der Bestellung gefehlt hat. Nachdem ich ihm auf Deutsch und auch auf Englisch gesagt und auf dem Kassenbon gezeigt habe was fehlt, hat er es dann irgendwann mal verstanden. Dazu kommt noch das ich anschließend bestimmt mal noch 15 Minuten auf die fehlenden Sachen gewartet habe. Während des Wartens sah man auch das Caos hinter der Theke. Totales Durcheinander. Keiner wusste wer was macht... Kathastrophe! Kurz noch was zum Essen: Wahrscheinlich nix neues... Pommes waren labbrig und kalt, alles andere auch nicht mal mehr lauwarm. Fazit: Hier werde ich wohl vorerst nix mehr bestellen (vorallem keine Großbestellung).

Mc Menü bestellt + 9 ner Nuggets Essen kalt die Nuggets waren mehr als grottig.. sahen zum davon laufen aus. Als ob die im Abfall gelandetet wieder verkauft würden oder immer wieder rein in die Fritöse . Ersatz bekommen aber die sahen genau so aus . kommische Farbe, ging stark ins graue ..trockene u. feste Pannade geschmack keiner... War mir dann zu blöd und hab MC verlassen Früher war ich gerne da aber mitlerweile hat der Laden stark gelitten Würde da nicht nochmal hin gehen

Essen: Ist halt typisch McDonald’s. (schmeckt überall gleich) Ambiente: War früher wo es noch bunt & fröhlich wirkte für meinen Geschmack schöner & einladender als dieses depressive neue Design was McDonald’s leider überall eingeführt hat. Service: (nur dieses Lokal) Die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich & geben sich viel Mühe die Bestellung schnell & fehlerfrei aufzunehmen. Einige Mitarbeiter sprechen/verstehen nicht immer sonderlich gut Deutsch was im Lokal (wo es ruhig & gut verständlich ist) kein Problem darstellt, allerdings an der Sprechanlage es etwas schwierig macht zu bestellen da die Anlage stark verzerrt, was eine schwierige Kombination sein kann sich mit den Angestellten zu verständigen. Ich empfehle im Lokal zu bestellen oder wenn es doch das Drive In sein soll mit der McDonald’s App vorher die Bestellung aufzugeben & an der Sprechanlage nur noch den Code durchzugeben.

Die ursprüngliche Bewertung von mir war ‚nettes Personal, gutes essen‘ Zum Glück hat Google den Braten gerochen und die Bewertung nicht veröffentlicht, daher jetzt richtig: Folgendes ist mir bisher passiert: - vorher bestellt und bezahlt, dann essen verweigert, wir müssten nochmal zahlen, weil es nicht geklappt hätte. Nachher gesehen, es wurde doppelt abgebucht - die Bestellungen sind regelmäßig unvollständig, daher Tüte kontrollieren.. - statt 2 Cheeseburger+doublecheese gabs 2 chickenburger+doublecheese, also auch Inhalt der burgerverpackung Beim bezahlen wurde ich angemeckert, ich sei zu langsam (leider war das deutsch so schlecht und undeutlich, dass ich nicht verstanden habe, wieviel ich zahlen muss) - diese Bewertung sende ich vom Klo, ich vermute da gibt es einen Zusammenhang… Alles in allem empfehle ich, lieber in einen anderen McDonalds zu gehen.

Leider einer der schlechtesten, häufig wechselndes Personal, falsch gepackte Bestellungen, orientierunsgloser Lieferservice und längere Wartezeit am DriveIn wie beim Arzt.

Frytki był bardzo dobre, burgery również, minus za wygazowane napoje oraz za czystość na pierwszym piętrze.

Der schlimmste MC Donalds im Umkreis, dreckig, unfähiges Personal. Wenn man nicht hinterher kommt, stellt man die Bestell Terminals ab Man ignoriert einfach die Kunden und rennt wie wild hin und her, kaum eine Bestellung von den Kunden vor mir stimmte. Wartezeit über ein habe Stunde, der Laden sah aus wie ein Schweinstall. Nie wieder Mc Donalds Geisweid 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Trotz vorbestellen habe ich geschlagene 45 Minuten am Drive in gestanden bis ich meine Narung hatte

Kamen sofort dran trotz gutem Betrieb Samstag Mittag. Mitarbeiterin hat die Bestellung verstanden. Essen kam zeitig und war tadellos. Im Anschluss hat die selbe Mitarbeiterin draußen die Tische sauber gemacht.

Leider wartet man sich am DriveIn einen Wolf... 15 Minuten muss man leider einplanen um Essen zu bekommen.

Meist unterbesetzt, aber herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter die den Stress dort noch über sich ergehen lassen und freundlich dabei bleiben! Hoffe, dass diese besser entlohnt werden, denn die haben es verdient!

Hier sollte. Sie essen gehen wenn sie gerne auf ihr essen warten fast Food wird hier großgeschrieben… Ich habe jetzt schon öfters versucht dort zu essen da ich entweder 20min damit verbracht habe meine Bestellung zu bestellen und / oder die Sachen ewig gebraucht haben bis sie fertig waren und dann teilweise kalt waren... Naja meins ist es nicht aber jeder das seine 👍 guten Appetit 👌
