The behavior of your employees is completely unethical and unimaginable. A blonde woman in a suit and a dark-skinned guy, perhaps Indian, with glasses are rude. Let's assume someone who gives you free food wouldn't treat you like that. We pay for the food every time. I come here every day with my boyfriend to eat a burger. But if your employees behave like this, we should go somewhere else.

Everything was full and dirty. The tray rack was overflowing, some tables were also full of trays, and Fanta was spilled on the floor, which went unnoticed by the waiters for at least 30 minutes. We also waited 25 minutes for the food, which was already cold by then. We got Fanta instead of Coke. Terrible.

Quite a good establishment burger king I can highlight quite good food yes unhealthy but tasty I can say that I liked the churas and also the milkshake was very tasty I recommend but it is better not to eat a lot of it because it is unhealthy.

I haven't been there in a while - even though there were only a few customers, the tables seemed relatively neglected; they definitely need to be cleaned more often. There's quite a lot of backlog in the tray returns... Even though all the windows seemed closed, there was an unpleasant, cold draft.

Review for Burger King Weidenau – Disappointing Service I was at the drive-thru in Weidenau today and was unfortunately extremely disappointed by the behavior of one of the employees. She was unhelpful, didn't let me finish my sentence when I wanted to use a coupon, and generally seemed very unfriendly. I wasn't greeted at the window, even when I said "Hello" myself. When paying, I had to lean far out of the car because the card reader wasn't handed out as usual. The delivery of my food was rude and silent. When I asked for a straw, all I got was a forced smile and an unfriendly look – the straw was practically shoved into my hand. I then asked if I could please have a crown for my little sister, who was sad. The response was dismissive: "Hmm, that won't change anything now." – I found that extremely disrespectful. In the end, I was very annoyed about the visit. For 15 years, I've always been satisfied with Burger King in Weidenau, but after this experience, I'm considering avoiding it in the future. It's a shame that this kind of behavior is damaging the reputation of the entire location.

It's always minus 10 degrees Celsius in the store, making it completely uncomfortable. The food is just as cold as the store itself.

Upper floor has been closed off for years. Men's restroom is funny... urinal right next to the entrance door to the hallway 😀 Staff ALWAYS seem overwhelmed.

(Rating = 0 stars) The customer is king...? Not in 2021 - today you get yelled at for wearing a cloth mask... Yesterday (February 7, 2021 at 3:00 PM), we thought we'd support the other side of the restaurant industry and went to Burger King (Bismarckstrasse 12) in Siegen. The employee was friendly and took our order... so we paid and tipped. A few minutes later, the shift manager stormed over to us, straight to the cash register. He condescendingly asked me if I was wearing a cloth mask. I confirmed that this cloth mask has a double layer and a higher protection factor. He then replied, "I'm not allowed to serve you, you have to wear a surgical mask or FFP2!" and canceled the order. To avoid an argument, I went outside and asked the shift manager to bring our order outside. Since we went straight from the car to the store, we weren't wearing jackets... 10 minutes later (in a whopping -5°C), the store manager came outside and said we could get the money - he had canceled the order. My wife went to the cashier, got the exact amount back (without tip), she asked about the tip we had given - he didn't believe her, and, annoyed, asked the cashier who served us, and gave back all the money (€25) in small change... then he insulted the cashier for accepting a tip. Without considering the shift manager's behavior mocking or spiteful, we asked ourselves the questions... What happened to the host's mentality...? Where is the gratitude for making the effort (despite the inclement weather) to go to this store and provide a little financial support? Is it beneficial these days to enrich the disposable mask industry, even though the packaging says they offer no protection against viruses or bacteria, after sinking several hundred euros into them and they aren't recyclable – not to mention that they should actually be disposed of properly due to contamination...? Does it matter that people may no longer have enough money to regularly buy FFP2 masks? Where has the appreciation of people gone...? Rating "0 stars" - 1 star would be too much...

The food is delicious, as in all other BK branches, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, my takeout order was once again missing a burger that I would have liked to have eaten and paid for. I find that very unfortunate...

Fries can be prepared gluten-free because they have their own fryer. I was disappointed that two people couldn't understand me at all, so a third person had to come over and help with their slightly better language skills.

This Civil War branch is one of the worst / dirtiest I've seen so far. Waiting time of at least 15 minutes even though there isn't much going on, staff preparing food in private clothes, high-voltage cables running through the middle of the branch to a fan heater so you don't freeze completely, a single toilet for everyone that was smeared with poop from the toilet to the floor, even though Shortly before me the staff came from the toilet. This branch should be closed in my opinion!!!!!

Hello everyone, today I would like to share with you my experience that I had at the Burger King in Weidenau. There are sufficient free parking spaces available. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There are plenty of outdoor seating options and there is also a climbing tower available for children. So all in all a typical Burger King restaurant.

I always come here especially. It is the best Burger King in the Tübingen/Reutlingen area because it has everything in its range, enough seats and parking spaces. There are also drink dispensers here from which you can refill them several times for free. This is a highlight, especially for children, as there is also caffeine-free cola or something special like Sprite Peach.

Absolute dirt! Waited 15 minutes and got ripped off. Zero recommendation!

Visit yesterday, around 1 p.m. Since I'm not familiar with the ordering stations, I quickly turned to the employee behind the counter: He helped me and my wife order immediately and in a very friendly manner, and later even brought us the food because we were sitting unhappy at the display and couldn't see it. that our number flashed. Burgers, fries, onion rings were all fresh, hot, it tasted good! Overall conclusion: Food was great, "ambience" was appropriate (it's clear that the clearing carts aren't empty at lunchtime), service was unexpectedly good and worth special praise!

The Bürger King in Weidenau was our favorite. During my last visit I forgot my parking disc and immediately received a €35 fine. It's my fault that I forgot the parking disc, but €35 is a rip-off. I will avoid this restaurant.

Last time things progressed at a snail's pace, even though so many people were working. Five in front of me, 20 minutes waiting time. This time (ordered to take away): Forgot a fries...good thing I noticed. A wrong drink (of course it was my fault - I said BOTH drinks should be Fanta), plus I didn't get the mayo I ordered. Apparently the burger roaster wasn't in the mood, which you can see in the loveless chili cheese burgers. I first had to wipe off the drinks that were given to me to take away because they were dripping with Fanta. The woman in front of me had not received a cardboard carrier that evening. Apparently the franchise entrepreneur has no interest in customers. The discontent is getting bigger and bigger. Greetings to the 7 p.m. shift on 9/15/21. One star for you is already a waste on my part. Update: 12/10/21, take-out order: You forgot to pack a burger. At least all the others were well booked. Still, the disappointment is there because the missing burger was the one we left for in the first place... Update from 10/28/24: You forgot to pack the fries and the chili cheese fries. Of course, one assumes that the huge bag is not checked. Not in the mood? Or can you only remember two things at the same time? We will never know with employee turnover.

Service is really bad and is getting worse and worse.

Unfortunately more than disappointing. Of course you don't expect a 5 star ambience from a Burger King. But it's extremely loud, the team is unmotivated, the food tastes like it's 10 days old and the worst thing is that terrible squealing noise when the ice cream machine turns on. The food and service is excellent compared to MCD Geisweid. I've been here for a long time and was very positively surprised. The employees are very friendly and the burgers are very good.

Been there occasionally and have never been disappointed.. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers today. I got a chillie cheese (that's okay) But the second burger wasn't even a hamburger... bun-patty-bun Cheese, sauce, cucumbers all forgotten... It wasn't even a hamburger! How can you forget everything?

Used drive in, small fries with mayonnaise. The blonde waitress had my bag in her hand for a long time but it was still a long way from being handed over. No, she had to have an endless conversation with a colleague about a complaint from another customer. Conclusion: cold fries. This has happened to me three times now.

Kudos to the team. There were only 4 people behind the counter, but hats off to how they managed everything together during the lunchtime stress. The lady with the little ponytail and the gentleman with the bald head. Of course also those who stood behind the stove. A big compliment and a big thank you.

Basically good. Sometimes a little slow. The men's toilet downstairs is not okay. The urinal is designed so that when the door opens, others can see EVERYTHING.

I haven't been to Burger King in ages and will continue to avoid it. Instead of plant based nuggets, I just got regular ones. The fact that something like this still happens after all the scandals is simply cheeky. No thanks and never again! Everything just tastes like cardboard

Weak, no, very weak. Are super disappointed. Big King menu, chilli cheese nuggets and chicken nuggets ordered. The meat was very dry and hard to identify as more than a burger patty. Same with the nuggets. Cheese nuggets fried for too long, basically just a hard crust, no content. Fries fresh, but totally over salted.

Burger King isn't what it used to be. Completely overpriced, burgers have become significantly smaller. To be honest I just feel ripped off!!! In the future I would rather go out for a kebab or a pizza because I get a lot more for my money and am full afterwards and don't have to deal with a machine when ordering.

My personal preferences are plantbased nuggets ,plantbased long burgers & veggie king. Onion rings are the best. My kids love to go there. We live close by, so it's our always first preference if we wants some quick meal. Also Chicken burgers are loved by my family.

Shabby 08/15 BK “ambience” (if you should even call it that), bored and unmotivated staff who (in an empty shop) take what feels like an eternity for a small order. The best thing to do is go over to the subway or make yourself a great burger at home. NEVER AGAIN BK

ein Burgerking... ich finde diesen nicht so toll. Man muss über die Fahrspur om Drive in und er wirkt irgendwie "verbaut" Edit: Ich wollte mit Bargeld bezahlen, da ich meine Karte nicht dabei hatte. Da wurde mit mitgeteilt, dass es nicht möglich wäre. Nur an so nem doofen Terminal. Im Drive in bezahlen die Kunden aber mit Bargeld. Muss man nicht verstehen. Das wars dann.

Typisch für Burger King. Das einzige was man besser machen könnte, ist die zweite Etage zu öffnen. Unten ist alles voll, aber man darf nicht hochgehen. Sehr schade.

Zumindest ist es im Vergleich zu anderen burgerking Filialen relativ sauber. Service ist ja nicht vorhanden, aber auch so gewollt. Ist eine Momentaufnahme!

Die mitarbeiterin im drive war sehr freundlich. Leider waren auf unserem cheeseburger röstzwiebeln und auf den burgern mit chilli cheese sauce war viel zu viel sauce drauf 🙈

Ich war vor Kurzem bei Burger King und muss wirklich meinen Respekt für den hervorragenden Service aussprechen. Ich war äußerst zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung, da alles frisch zubereitet und zudem sehr zügig serviert wurde. Zusätzlich dazu möchte ich eine besondere Anerkennung an eine Mitarbeiterin richten, die mir besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist. Sie hatte auffällige rote Haare, gebunden zu einem Zopf, eine Sehr Schlanke figur und trug eine runde Brille. Ihre freundliche und professionelle Art hat meinen Besuch bei Burger King noch angenehmer gestaltet. Wenn du das hier lesen solltest: Du hast einen tollen Job gemacht und ich hoffe, dich bei meinem nächsten Besuch wiederzusehen!

Unfreundliches Personal, defekte Technik, kein schoener ort

Essen ist, im Vergleich, 1000x besser als bei der direkten Konkurrenz (Geschmackssache, ich weiß). Wartezeit war diesmal akzeptabel. Über Sauberkeit und Benehmen von manchen Gäste brauchen wir uns gar nicht zu unterhalten. Unterirdisch. Highlight war diesmal die Frauen-Toilette... ein Leckerbissen war es nicht.

Neuer Aufbau mit Automaten reine Katastrophe. Bedienung braucht 15 Minuten für 1 Packung Chili Cheese Nuggets. Währenddessen liegen Burger ewig im Warmhalter.

Ewig lange Schlange und Wartezeit. Sehr warm im Lokal und der Becher wurde auch nicht richtig gefüllt. Ich finde das Burger King sehr nachgelassen hat. Schade...

Ganz okay, vieles hat sich nicht verändert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und saubere Toiletten. Leider wird die zweite Etage nur in selten Fällen geöffnet, aufgrund von der Corona-Pandemie.

Sorry. Einer der schlechtesten Xtra Long Chilli Cheese. Pappiges Brot und nur lauwarm. Pommes sind gut. Ambiente naja..die Terminals sind ok, aber am falschen Ort. Alles staut sich vor der Kasse und wenn man sein Essen holen will muss man sich durch die Schlange kämpfen. Auch weil die Menschen an ihren Handys daddeln und nicht kapieren dass sie im Durchgang stehen.

Der Begriff Fastfood ist hier nicht ganz passend.

War ein gutes Eis nur war leider nur halb voll weil wir gesagt haben dass Mc Donalds besser sein würde, dies hat sich nun auch bestätigt, bei Mc hätten wir ein ganzes Eis bekommen und wir haben sogar den vollen Preis bezahlt. Die Frau die am 21 Juli um 17 Uhr uns bedient hat hat hat dies veranstaltet frechheit

Eine Burger King Filiale. Hab noch nicht so wohl gefühlt, was eher an der Umgebung als am Personal lag. Wie immer wären mehr vegane Alternativen großartig.

Essen war frisch und heiß, Personal sehr freundlich. Einzige Manko die Poser vor der Tür die meinen mit ihren Autos quer über den Parplatz zu heizen in einer ohrenbetäubenden Lautstärke.

Haben schon paar mal Sachen vergessen. Überprüft eure Bestellung bevor ihr raus geht
