KFC in Siegen

I got food poisoning and have had diarrhea for 2 days. The manager is unfriendly and doesn't think about the customer's satisfaction.

I'm dissatisfied - the employee with the broken eye was very unfriendly towards us. I thought customer is king or isn't it like that at KFC?

I find it really amazing that I have NEVER had the sauce I ordered for €0.50 included in my order. Is it really that difficult to process a piece of paper? The fries were cold as expected.

The restaurant does not have a toilet

My food was cooked super quickly, it was also quite tasty for a fast food meal, very friendly and nice staff

Unfortunately not good, burgers were a joke, no sauce, no toppings, 2 buns on top of each other, nothing more. Fries super soggy, probably lying around for several hours. And meat in the bucket with zero seasoning... We've been to several KFC locations, this one is by far the worst of all. Never again.

The dirtiest Fastfood place I've ever been

I like shopping at KFC in Siegen. I ordered a wrap menu to take away. Unfortunately the wrap had no taste and the fries weren't crispy. I think this could be improved 😉

Now I think the food is very good, it's very clean and the staff is quite normal, they're not friendly, they're not very friendly, I think the places are very good and the price is unfortunately in the slightly worse, okay range for me, but otherwise a restaurant to recommend gets a great rating from me is fair🤝🫶

It's good but I feel like I'm waiting 2 hours for a single burger. Employees throw us out even though we want to eat

We took a short break here, the cleanliness was sometimes better, sometimes worse, and anyone who has been there knows the advantages and disadvantages of the products and their taste and quality, it can be good but sometimes it can be bad, regardless of whether it is KFC, McDonald's, CitizenKing. Of course, you have to consider whether it's still worth the money or whether you're not cooking healthily at home.

It wasn't tasty, nor was it cooked properly

The food is just like always and everywhere at KFC. But at prices like that, I'll be cured for a long time if I'm faced with terribly unfriendly service. Other people also have to work on Saturday afternoons. Like an appointment at the tax office, you don't have all the documents with you. Certainly not again in Siegen...

The food was as you know it. Service good and friendly. Unfortunately it really wasn't very clean

The food itself was delicious and completely ok, the price/performance ratio is debatable. The store itself is much too small for Siegen, so you really get claustrophobic. Especially when it's as full as it was when I visited. The toilet was broken and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Also, out of 4 items on the tray, the staff forgot one item. Was then submitted after a complaint...

I don't understand how can this still be open.. a restaurant without a toilet.. in Deutschland Not in Africa...

First: toilets are defective and therefore cannot be used Secondly: at first he didn't take the order so you had to order everything again Third: it took almost 20 minutes until our food was ready

Ich habe KFC Siegen zum ersten Mal besucht und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen..sehr lecker

Mitarbeiter sind sehr Nett, und helfen bei Problemen. Zur Empfehlung des KFC Einstiegs wird eine 2€ box empfohlen mit einem Crispy und 2 Filet Bites, oder eine 5€ box mit Burger Pommes etc. Bestellung per App oder Kiosk ist auch möglich und Bedingungen ist daher super! Einziger Minus Punkt liegt an der Enge des Innerem wenn 4+ Leute auf das Essen im Stehen warten. Aber dies ist einfach zu vermeiden per App Vorbestellung! 8/10, Kentucky Chicken my beloved.

Es ist und bleibt ein Fastfood Restaurant, dennoch hätte das Essen besser sein können (z.B. Hähnchen war zu hell, Pommes zu kurz frittiert). Aber die defekte Toilette hat am meisten zu wünschen übrig gelassen.

Leider der schlechteste KFC in dem ich je war - Panade pappig und nicht ganz gar, Hühnerteile nicht richtig heiß, enge Tische, Service ok

Der Service hier wird leider immer schlechter. Nachdem die Bestellterminals wild in den Gängen verteilt aufgestellt wurden so dass es furchtbar unübersichtlich ist dort eine Bestellung aufzugeben, hieß es plötzlich beim letzten Besuch dass noch nicht einmal mehr an der normalen Kasse bestellt werden könne. nur noch am Terminal, welches aber immer noch keine Zahlungen per NFC/Pay-App akzeptiert, also muss man zum Zahlen dann sowieso an die Kasse. Was für ein Blödsinn, der einem dann noch von einem genervt wirkenden Mitarbeiter pampig an den Kopf geworfen wird. Die Qualität des Essens war mittelmäßig wie immer, labberige Pommes und welker Salat für einen eigentlich viel zu hohen Preis.

Die Veggi Filets haben leider zu sehr nach echtem Hähnchen geschmeckt das ich an der Kasse nachfragen musste ob es auch wirklich Veggi ist. Habe es leider nicht runter bekommen. Die Pommes waren gut. Leider wurden ein paar Soßen vergessen und die Tische waren schmutzig.

Es ist halt fast so wie bei Mac D….. und Bürger….. , Hauptsache es schmeckt einen , jeder hat so seine eigene Meinung über Service und Ambiente! Ich finds gut

Typischer Überfüllter KFC. Gibt in der Preisklasse bessere Restaurants.

Very disappointing unwell cooked chiken almost no seasonings that we use to enjoy in KFC before no toilets tables are covered with oil spots and chiken crumbs sellers are working as if they were forced to this it's not KFC that we use to know in other countries 😕

Toilette defekt, schlimmer allerdings war das unfreundliche Personal welches nur ausgewählten Kunden an der Kasse bestellen lässt und der Rest "MUSS" an den Terminals bestellen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und das Essen war warm und sehr lecker 👌🏻😍
