Burger King in Siegen

A very nice and friendly lady took my orders, and everything was very clean. The food was prepared quickly. The burger was hot and very well-filled. Prices were standard for Burger King. And I thought it was very good that there were no customers in between cleaning the machines. The atmosphere among the team was also very good. A visit that's definitely worth it.

Good food, like every Burger King I went to in Germany, they were good.

I ordered menu number 7, thank God the staff speaks Russian!!! The man at the checkout and the girl who prepares orders are very kind!!!! They helped and suggested, as I later learned from a friend since I myself am not a frequent guest in such establishments, they also gave me a bonus for my order!!! I couldn’t thank you personally because I just didn’t understand right away, but I’ll leave a comment in gratitude!

Meat should take 20 minutes is abnormal

The restaurant is a bit hidden up the stairs. Tables and floor were clean. Service was a bit boring but friendly. Even though the restaurant was almost empty and the food was freshly made, it was pretty much cold. @Burger King: you should improve that!

Kudos to the team. There were only 4 people behind the counter, but hats off to how they managed everything together during the lunchtime stress. The lady with the little ponytail and the gentleman with the bald head. Of course also those who stood behind the stove. A big compliment and a big thank you.

Less choice than usual... Long chicken too little sauce The crispy chicken lover lacked the spice it normally has. Normally I like to eat it. And the Hot Blondie tasted like baking powder instead of sweet like usual... Definitely not a good Burger King... despite the nice staff

Terrible service. At the checkout the girl acted too arrogant and irritated. She rolled her eyes at standard questions. Of course we went to the nearest McDonald's! Despite the fact that there was not a single client in the establishment except us, the staff acted as if the establishment was overloaded and we needed to leave quickly. Horror, horror! Never again! And I don’t recommend it to others!

Were on September 9th. 5:17 p.m. there. I write the exact time so that the employee at the checkout knows what he is referring to. Super nice employee! Everything was freshly prepared. Ambience only 3 stars - it's just a rest stop, but the nice man at the counter can't help it :)

Can't say anything negative. The whole building seems a bit strange overall, but everything was good at BurgerKing. Staff friendly, food ready quickly but hot. And the terrace is also good for switching off after a long journey

We ordered food here on Monday evening around 6:00 PM, which was a challenge because of our fussy children and the complicated order. The cashier really deserves a compliment for his patience and friendliness. Despite the chaos, he/she remained professional and made sure everything was handled properly. Really great service!

Closed since the corona Pandemic and hasn't opened since.

This Burger King closes at exactly 8 p.m. This is like the worst Corona times.

Good service. The man at the cash register can speak English. Everything is fast. Two minutes and the order is in my hands.

I was very surprised by this rest stop Burger King. The food was freshly prepared, neatly stacked and served really hot. This made it taste very good. The service was also very nice, courteous and in the mood to have fun. Very good! The atmosphere is just that of a rest stop.

We were there on a Monday evening for a short break. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks to good preparatory work, we were able to turn a breadless burger into a gluten-free burger. Otherwise the burgers were well made and the fries were fresh+hot. What more do you want!

The quality of Burger King continues to deteriorate...

Abnormal. Disgraceful employees. They speak Russian among themselves. When asked in Russian, they reacted completely negatively in German and said they didn't understand anything. Strange.

Guter Autobahn BK. Nehmen auch Gutscheine, super. Wenn man Pech hat muss man aber etwas länger warten, da er recht klein ist.

War noch nie so positiv überrascht von einem BK. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Super freundlicher Mitarbeiter, essen frisch zubereitet und der Sanifair Bon konnte in voller Höhe angerechnet werden. Außerdem hat er uns das Essen an den Tisch gebracht, damit wir nicht an der Theke warten müssen.

BK typisches essen. Mittlerweile gibt es den plant based long chicken, was positiv zu erwähnen ist. Dafür stinkt es im Treppenhaus hart nach pisse.

Überdurchschnittlich. Bedienung War sehr höflich. Essen war erwartungsgemäß.

Besser als sein Ruf, es ist halt ein Schnellrestaurant.....

Die Auswahl war kleiner als normal.

Als Verkaufsstelle innerhalb einer Serways Raststätte ist das Ambiente natürlich entsprechend schlicht. Obwohl kein weiterer Gast vor mir sind die bestellten Cheeseburger lediglich lauwarm. Aber der Servicemitarbeiter war nett.

Echt super vriendelijk personeel. Ik zou zes sterren voor de service willen geven, naar dat kan niet. Ook al kwam ik laat en ze zijn al begonnen met schoonmaken mocht ik nog binnen zitten. Altijd met een vriendelijk glimlach hebben ze hun werk verricht. Zelden zo een vriendelijk restaurant mee gemaakt.

Der Mitarbeiter namens Frank ist wirklich freundlich und klasse. Sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Teuer, Gutscheine werden nicht angenommen

Nett freundlich für mich ok. Was andere sagen egal. Wer was sucht findet immer was ich lecker gegessen bedienung war nett freundlich. Komme gerne wieder wenn ich in der nähe bin.

Heerlijke broodjes pastrami, avocado, turkey. Het duurde lang voor het klaar was maar het was met liefde gemaakt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Empfehlenswert.

BK eben. Muss man mögen. War ein Notnagel für mich, da Nordsee nebenan geschlossen war. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Die weibliche Bedienung war super freundlich und das Essen war schnell fertig...alles ok...wenn man die richtige Schicht erwischt. 😀
