Burger King in Siegen

The slowest drive-in in the world! ...unfortunately, for years. Unfortunately, I haven't learned from it. Maybe now!

August 14, 2025: Annoyingly, you stand in front of closed doors and read the notice: "Restaurant temporarily closed." @BKSiegen: People: please announce, for example, on Google Maps, that you've closed the shop!!

The closest Burger King in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district, so I stop by every now and then. Great food selection, every burger is plant-based, top-notch! They've surpassed their competitor with the Golden Seagull by years!

Unfortunately, the lady was very unfriendly. The food was brought in three batches with a flourish. And at the end, a few things were still missing.

Unfortunately we have to wait a little longer for the food by car. Otherwise, like everywhere else😆delicious

Alone in the store and waited 11 minutes for food.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I don't know a WORSE BurgerKing near Siegen... something is always forgotten, it takes forever and the employees just seem like they don't feel like doing their job and that's how it's carried out. Forgot the chocolate sauce with the curros, it's enough, after a total of about 10 times to get something to eat, it was wrong 9 times and noticed too late, at some point you just have to write a bad review!

Clean shop. Friendly service. Food was just typical BK. Unfortunately the fries were only lukewarm.

The service is underground. When you place an order at the terminal it takes forever to get your order. But the worst thing is that the compilation is incomplete almost every second time, something is always missing. You always have to check the bags first in the store to make sure they are complete, otherwise you will get long faces at home. Since it has happened so often, I have now decided not to buy here anymore.

A half-hour wait is completely normal here; it has nothing to do with fast food 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don't know if they don't have enough employees, but the return cart outside was very full. I tried to redeem coupons and pay via PayPal on the order screen using the Burger King app, but it didn't work. I was a bit annoyed, and no one could help. Our food was prepared quickly, but it must be said that it wasn't busy. Some of the prices have become truly outrageous. While the Classic Burger is also good value for money, I had to swallow hard when I saw the Crispy Chicken 😱, which is almost as high, and for nothing. We all had upset stomachs that evening! 💩 Was it the fast food or something else?! 🤷🏼‍♀️ IDK! The three of us paid a little over €30... simply overpriced for two meals and a burger! 👎🏻 I'd rather make burgers at home and get something out of it.

Well, unfortunately, on January 27, 2025, at around 3 p.m., the employees were too good to take an order. We waited 5 minutes at the drive-thru, then went to the window because no one was answering the terminal. They were strolling around the store, looking pretty bored. When we stood at the window to order, we just got a stupid look, turned around, and nothing happened. Then we left hungry. We were the only ones in the drive-thru.

Very slow service. It has nothing to do with a fast-food restaurant.

Given the location and setting, this is perfectly fine. There are better places like this. Unfortunately, it's the number of customers that makes this location so unattractive. As a result, the staff is also uninspired.

Best burgers now... I originally wrote a different review. But discreetly discarded it... especially since there's always a cuddly Arab at the counter in the evenings these days 😄

I didn't have any more "big bread," as the lady at the drive-thru said... before that, I suddenly couldn't pay by card anymore... disaster!

I was here 2 days ago, ordered food, 2 menus and a chicken nugget for my son and then paid for food to take away. At home I open the packaging and the nuggets are missing.!! Called twice, no one answered! Never again ...!!!

I've never waited so long to order and eat. The employees aren't even interested in a long queue at the car counter.

Fries were lukewarm, the sauces we ordered were not on the tray, some of the curlie fries were still raw. When asked about it at the checkout, the employee said he hadn't prepared it. At least he handed over the order. When was this (I was standing in front of him with the tray)? He took note of it, thank you. Turns around and serves other customers...they won't see us there again anytime soon. Unfortunately there are no negative stars, otherwise I would give them...

Best service ever. Very friendly staff. Formerly a fan of McDonald's... Now clearly a fan of Burger King due to the friendliness of the staff

Now just a catastrophe. Either half is missing or you get something you didn't order. If you then ask the staff something, they just look at you stupidly and no one can help. I don't know what criteria the staff is hired according to, but it can't be much. I can't eat beef, I always order chicken and now I'm sitting at home for the third time, unpacking and having beef.

Drive-in cannot be recommended. 30 minutes waiting time after paying. Then received the wrong order. Afterwards we should wait another 20 minutes...

Double Whopper was ok, onions rings too thin, only 6 rings. Cola was a disaster, too much syrup.

People generally don't have high expectations, but something like that? Two of them are standing there talking animatedly, one is shouting at someone who obviously doesn't understand anything and you're standing there just feeling out of place. Then it's better to drive the 10 kilometers further to Wilnsdorf. That's just not good service and it certainly has nothing to do with fast food.

The burgers were cold, the fries were cold and firm, the nuggets had probably been in the hairdresser three times. I don't even want to talk about the friendliness. Never again

After visiting this branch we decided never to eat at Burger King again. Waited forever for the food, ran to the counter twice because the order was wrong. And it was just a regular and a children's menu! The brownie was so hard that we considered taking it with us as charcoal. The second failure after the branch in Hagen. That's it now! Addendum: If you would like to spend the rest of the evening in the bathroom after your visit, this is definitely the right place for you!

The employees of this “fast food” branch have not yet understood what this is about The food can be brought to the table quickly. Based on the waiting time, you might think you're in a 5-star restaurant waiting for a steak or something similar. More smoking breaks are taken here than orders are delivered. Really a shame.

I have eaten here occasionally in the past when I was in Siegen. To date, at least every time it has been mostly OK. Today the staff was obviously completely overwhelmed. We had 2 people in front of us. Otherwise it was empty when we arrived. But then we waited almost 30 minutes for 4 burgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks. The burgers and fries all came cold... except the drinks... which were almost as warm as the burgers. That was my last visit here. If you can no longer find good staff or don't have the time to train them, then it's better to leave.

The three of us were there yesterday and each ordered different dishes. A short time later, two people had severe cramps and diarrhea and the third person had severe stomach pain late in the evening and was still having bowel movements to this day. That was the second time in a row that you felt so bad after eating and that's not normal!!! The staff is very friendly but I really wonder what happens to the food... among my friends, the Burger King has a very bad reputation at that location and many people don't go there anymore. We all know that BK is of poor quality, but not that you can no longer walk because of the pain and vomit!!!! A bottomless impudence and we don't like spending money on lying in bed convulsing.

Checkout doesn't work, cashiers are friendly and dismissive. Points were not accepted and are gone.

Sorry, that was a nice BK. But what's going on at the moment doesn't fit any cow's skin. Food arrives 20 minutes late and then cold. Extra requests will not be taken into account. Staff is helplessly overwhelmed and unfriendly. The restaurant seems dirty and the outside area is full of rubbish. The return containers are mercilessly overfilled. But at least the toilets are cleaner. Sorry, you definitely have to rework that.

I got something to eat there again for a while. Unfortunately, something from my order was forgotten again, which is nothing new there. It's best not to eat there anymore. Also very unmotivated and unfriendly staff.

It was our first time there and I think it urgently needs to be renovated. Unfortunately the burgers weren't that good.

Unfortunately, unfortunately, on the second visit within a few days, another order was messed up by the apparently incompetent employees. Again completely wrong sizes, a plant-based burger was simply packed with meat. Simple things like ketchup are forgotten, the cheese-onion fries quickly became chili-cheese fries. I will avoid this shop in the future, or will only eat there so that I can check the error rate more closely and complain about something like that directly. It's a shame that the "regulars" who are obviously present there are provided with all the benefits and can still have nice conversations with the employees, whereas the "walk-in customers" are obviously neglected.

Large parking lot in front of the door, connected directly to a gas station and a furniture store just a few minutes from the motorway. Facilities a bit old-fashioned and it sometimes smells a bit burnt when you come in. Food is very tasty, staff friendly and accommodating. With order terminals.

Something is always missing from the order. Although it will be delivered later, you can save yourself the trouble. You can't go there without vouchers.

I don't think I've ever waited so long for my food. Fries were cold, it seemed like only one employee was working that day and all hell broke loose. It's a mystery to me who planned this.

Hardly any customers in the store and still waited 15 minutes. My order even regularly slipped back. After the shift change, we have a long chat.

The treatment of the employee was very good, I really liked it

The products are typical of Burgerking. The delivery time was pleasant. Unfortunately, ordering is now only possible on a digital screen. In the future I will only use the drive in counter for hygienic reasons. I don't feel like eating my finger food with my hands after using a screen that dozens of other people have already touched.

Not particularly warm, like most of the time. And the order terminals are a disaster. McDonald's is miles ahead. Even with the option to order and pay from the app. Otherwise the food quality is better than the golden M.

I was just there scanning coupons and as if that wasn't annoying enough with all the hurdles in the app, the machine forgets my order while I'm looking for my Payback card. All the digital garbage and previously stale on the devices because there are only two of them. I'll never go in here again. Ikea next door fixed it. Bad luck, 15€ in sales lost and customer gone. Come up with something

I know why I avoid these stores (including MCD) now. Here you can only order digitally, no longer face to face. Is this all good? They definitely lost me as a customer.

Hatte schon viele Burger Kings, aber dieser hier macht den Besten Xtra Long Chili Cheese der Welt

40 min auf das Essen gewartet .....schmutzige Tische ......geht absolut nicht

habe 45 Minuten auf meine Bestellung zum mitnehmen warten müssen, dann war noch ein Teil falsch und mein bestelltes Getränk (Fanta) war nicht mehr verfügbar. Alles in allem wohl die mieseste Erfahrung jemals mit Burger King, geht gar nicht.

!!!ACHTUNG!!! Dieser Laden ist ein Türkischer Basar und kein Burger King. Bestelle mit einem Coupon (400) für 12,49. Die "nette" Dame meinte dann 13,99. Nachdem ich mich dann wehement darüber beschwert habe kam die Antwort : Ja dann lass 12,99 machen. Was soll das?! Sind die Zahlen auf eurer App und auf den Schildern nur lustige Bilder die Ihr nicht lesen könnt? Das gibt einen direkten Anruf an die BK Zentrale, da fehlt es so ziemlich an allem.

Kontrolliert eure Bestellung, Hälfte, wofür man bezahlt hat , wird vergessen! Überforderten Personal! Betrugsmasche!!!!

Früher keine Probleme in dem Laden gehabt. (Schnell, Freundlich, Essen wie erwartet) Nun stehen da Maschinen, andere Bestellmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht mehr. Riesige Schlangen, genervte Mitarbeiter und enttäuschte Kunden. Für mich eine klare negative Entwicklung die ich nicht unterstützen möchte. Gutes Personal einsparen für Maschinen die den Job nicht übernehmen können, statt durch Maschinen den Mitarbeitern zu helfen. Moralisch & ökonomisch eine absolute Fehlentscheidung aus meiner Sicht. Mir tut es leid für das Serviceteam das m.E den Laden wirklich gut geführt hat. (Die hätten niemals 1 Stern bekommen). Aber an den Maschinen möchte ich nicht bestellen. Ich verstehe den Stress der Mitarbeiter, die die Situation ausbaden müssen, aber auch die Kunden die wie ich gegangen sind.

Der beste BK in der Umgebung, immer frisch und es schmeckt sehr (+nie bauchschmerzen danach, selbst nach einem Chilli-Cheese nicht^^). Auch das Personal, freundlich und Top, empfehle ihn nur weiter !

Gehe nur noch hin wenn es sein muss man muss sich alles am Computer raussuchen und die Leute da sind ziemlich im Stress Der Computer hat den Vorteil es wird Personal gespart somit Arbeitszeit und Lohn aber der Preis bei den Burgern bleibt das gleiche

Das Restaurant ist leider nicht das Sauberste. Die Mitarbeiter teilweise unfreundlich und gehen nicht auf das ein was man gerne hätte. Ja es ist Eine Fastfood Kette... aber ich war schon bei anderen Filialen da war es komplett anders, freundlich Sauber und Kundenservice wird groß geschrieben. Leider fehlt dieser Ansatz hier.

Wir waren an einem Samstag Mittag dort. Nur ein Mitarbeiter war zu sehen und der war entsprechend gestresst. Der Innenraum ist sehr klein, die Tische waren schmutzig und die im Tablettwagen zurück gestellten Tabletts quollen über vor Müllbergen. Der Anblick war nicht gerade hitverdächtig. Das Eis und der Burger waren okay.
