McDonald's in Hannover

We ordered three plant wraps. All of them contained real chicken nuggets. This place should be held accountable. It's a disgrace to anyone who eats here.

Sauces were completely missing. The burger looked squashed and not fresh. Long wait times. Very dirty.

Unfortunately, half of the items were missing from the order or delivery. And no one answers the phone number provided.

Not even worth one star, you guys are terrible at throwing food at your staff, they're disrespectful, it used to be better.

This establishment urgently needs a thorough inspection by the health department. I've rarely seen such filth. The tables were cluttered, the clearing cart was overflowing, there was trash everywhere on the floor – and there was vomit in the sink of the men's restroom. An absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable situation.

The order wasn't fulfilled; I ordered items that I didn't receive. And it took too long.

I have to adjust my review again. It's just as bad as it used to be. McDonald's delivery drivers park in disabled parking spaces, the Big Tasty Bacon was soggy, stale, and lukewarm, the wrap was half empty, and once again, there were no napkins at the table. Food scraps are on the floor, and nobody cleans up in almost an hour. To top it all off, it seems to be their greenwashing policy: straws are only available with a shake. Have you ever tried drinking that ice-cold sugar water, which is 30% ice cubes, from a cup without a straw? It's ridiculous.

The food is packed incorrectly EVERY SINGLE TIME; it's just incredibly annoying. Plus, the food is usually cold and not fresh anymore.

Absolutely outrageous! I ordered food at 11 am, went out to the car, and the food was completely cold. When I went back in and complained, they just said the food was freshly prepared, so I paid €16 for a cold meal. This place is just unacceptable.

I went to McDonald's yesterday and ordered something. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that part of my order was missing. Very annoying, as I paid extra and only noticed it when I unpacked it. Please make sure that orders are complete in the future – that should be the norm for a large company like McDonald's.

The building is a bit dated and hardly inviting. The interior, however, looks modern and tidy. The ordering kiosks are sufficient, and you don't wait long for your order. Points of criticism include hygiene and employee behavior. The two parking spaces for people with disabilities are used by the in-house delivery service. In the men's restroom, the light only works in one of the stalls, and the other one is out of paper. At least the disinfectant is refilled. When you close the door, the next surprise awaits: petty graffiti on the inside reflects the intellectual maturity of some of the guests. Overall, a place for a quick bite to eat rather than a place to relax in a cozy atmosphere.

As a cyclist, I've always been allowed to take food from every drive-thru, but that's not possible here. Strange.

1 hour before closing time the light was almost completely turned off while we were eating and we were denied access to the outside area. Fries were cold and burgers too.

After waiting 20 minutes for our order (there weren't many customers and the order wasn't large), the problem arose... My ordered wrap was prepared incorrectly (I had an extra charge). After I asked the employee about it, another employee (who prepares the burgers) just grumbled about why I was requesting extras. After a brief discussion, he then prepared it again. However, despite it being freshly prepared, everything was cold because he was just "rushing it up." At no point did I accuse anyone of anything like that. Customer service is absolutely not a priority there.

The burger wasn't very fresh, and the fries weren't hot either... Furthermore, it was very chilly inside due to the air conditioning, so we decided to eat outside. It was very dirty outside, with food still on several tables even though no one was there. The food cart was also overcrowded... I've been to many McDonald's, and this definitely ranks between below average and poor.

The food was okay but the atmosphere was a disaster... there was rubbish all over the floor and it was very cold inside... and it wasn't any better outside... I definitely won't be eating there again!!!

Unfortunately, no one spoke German to answer my question about changing facilities for a toddler (there is NO such facility, by the way). The children's corner looked very sad (half of the toys were missing).

I was very satisfied; everything was brought to the table quickly, tasted good, and was hot. Parking was right in front of the entrance, so for me, everything was as expected.

Very bad. I waited over 20 minutes for a Double Beef Classic, and then it arrived completely carelessly, squashed, and cold in the bag. Never again!

Very long wait. The food was so-so, okay. Below average for McDonald's. My fries were delayed one at a time. At the end, we were given five random burgers out of nowhere? I don't know what to make of that...

I'm writing this review because I have time right now and have been waiting for my food for 15 minutes, even though I'm the only customer. There are four people in the kitchen whose incompetence is second to none. You could resole their shoes while they work.

I always stand at the drive-thru for ages, and nothing happens. Everything takes so long. It's annoying!

Today again. While passing through. Was there. Despite requests, the table wasn't cleaned...there were leftover food from the previous diners on it. The chicken burger was served with chili sauce...inedible...if you don't like spicy food. When I complained, they said...it's always been that way. That can't be right...it's not the first time I've eaten there...not a bit of consideration. And after a lengthy discussion, they rudely said...then they won't get any sauce. Very sad... If that's in the boss's interest...then enjoy your meal...

I drove by there with my partner to grab a quick bite to eat. I've known this McDonald's for ages and have always been satisfied. Of course, with only three people on staff, it can take a little longer when it's busy, but the food is of good quality and satisfying. The restaurant is nice and spacious inside, and there are plenty of places to sit. Unfortunately, the furniture has been updated; the new ones look rather less attractive. By the way, there's plenty of parking in front of the store, and wheelchair users would have no problem getting through.

It's just a standard McDonald's with the usual inflated prices. Unfortunately, the incompetence at this store seems to be above average – there's something wrong with every order. Last time, I got meat nuggets instead of veggie nuggets. Today, the employees apparently couldn't count and simply reduced the number of nuggets. McDonald's isn't a premium restaurant anyway (although, judging by the prices, they'd like to be), but this place is truly abysmal. Be careful what you actually get and triple-check everything – the orders are never correct.

They can't even get their orders right. Really, shame on you, it happens every time.

08.06.2026 in the drive-thru, something was forgotten by MC staff for my order and I was supposed to pick it up myself instead of the delivery service bringing the missing items. I paid for things I didn't get.

Not recommended. The coffee is cold and has sour milk. The burgers are oversalted, and every table in the dated restaurant is dirty.

Absolutely incompetent staff. Fast food should be renamed slow food. Everything takes hours. For delivery, you sometimes wait up to two hours or even longer. If we could order from another location, we would do so immediately!

If you want a straw, you have to order a shake. For environmental reasons, you can no longer have a straw with your cola. These people are simply ridiculous. Never again!

Waited over an hour for food. (Thursday) Food completely cold. Really everything!! I'm not really one to complain about little things, but this is the fourth time that things have been forgotten. This time it was "all sauces" three times sour cream, two times mayonnaise and three times ketchup. When it comes to the prices for the sauces, you can get upset. Since the new operator (Mc Donald's Ehmann) took over the store, the service has improved by 100%. The young team is very friendly and helpful. The food is nice and warm and delicious. The shift leader is very friendly and always has a relaxed saying to say. All in all a very cool store. Keep it up!

Never again! Toys had already been opened - they were exchanged, but when two of the same ones (unopened!) came up they suddenly said: "Let's not exchange them." There was sparkling water instead of Sprite, and the tables outside were crawling with bugs. Unfriendly, unhygienic, disappointing!

Pure disgust! I never thought something like this could happen in a well-known restaurant. The staff prepared my burger with their bare hands – no gloves, no tongs, just touched it directly! At a time when hygiene is more important than ever, this is simply irresponsible and absolutely unacceptable. I was stunned and barely touched my food. Who knows if their hands were washed beforehand? I've completely lost my appetite. That was my last visit - that's not how you treat food and guests!

Since the change of ownership, things have been working again here. Nice service and warm food, I can only recommend this branch.

Slowly, it's getting worse and worse. Of course, as always, something has to go wrong. They're not wearing gloves in the kitchen, and with those hands, they're touching people's faces and clothes. And as if that wasn't enough, several times an employee who was touching the food just kept coughing and walked through the entire kitchen coughing. That's not possible.

Geez. I will avoid the location for now. Dear managers: Just go to the Netherlands and take a look at how your branches look and are run there.

Very bad staff at the checkout, wanted to order from Lieferando Family Bundle, is not delivered after 10 p.m., I went there especially after 10 p.m., what was said at the checkout? Can only be ordered from Lieferando... There is nothing comparable that you can order directly in the store for the price, simply outrageous.

Ordered breakfast to go at 9am. After three quarters of an hour we are still sitting here waiting for our order, after almost thirty minutes they asked for our receipts. Alongside. We were the only guests on site. So that couldn't have been the reason. Food was also cold at the end. :/ The last time we were here, something went wrong with the order, but now it's finally enough. We really can't recommend this branch any more.

Just close it 10 minutes in advance and babble on about what the boss said to “do it”. If you read this then your employees are kidding you and you don't check it out, which is embarrassing

What can you say, first you stand alone at the checkout for 5 minutes, then a group of 4 people come and of course they are served first. The troll doesn't respond to the hint that it's your turn first. How should he? He doesn't understand the cash register or the local language. Then his colleague comes and I show my order on my cell phone because I still have to pay for it. Unfortunately it's not any better, he looks at my cell phone and leaves me alone at the checkout and switches to the McDrive. After another 5 minutes of waiting without service, I left the store without food.

It is common for a takeaway order to be missing a product. It's best to check your order on site, otherwise you may be disappointed when you get home.

If I could, I would give this a negative rating. The food is absolutely inedible, the patties are old, dry and burnt. Orders arrive after 45 minutes at the earliest and only if you put pressure on the employees with your receipt. Overload, too few staff, totally disorganized and quality as described above. Better go to Lidl and Co and get burgers out of the box. They are faster and definitely of better quality.

Worst quality of any place I've ever gotten a burger from. Service staff are all very nice. Unfortunately the burger was inedible. Meat old, dry and fried to death. The patty must have been there for a while; the melted cheese had dried on it. There was also a blob of sauce that you had to look for with a magnifying glass. Unfortunately, not a single incident. I will never visit this branch again.

Just got McPlant to take away, among other things, got a McCrispy instead. Really shit as a vegetarian. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. Since the delivery service is even more disastrous, that was definitely my last visit to this branch.

Firstly, you wait a long time on site so that the food is already cold and the worst part is that you almost get poisoned there. I have a food intolerance to animal protein, so I always order the McPlant without cheese, but they put the cheese on it and put the topping so that you can't see it when you open it. I had ordered home. We live 10 minutes away by car. We had 2 Big Tasty Bacon Menu. Everything was totally cold, one burger was ordered without lettuce, tomatoes and onions and everything was still on it. It's bad if you can't tolerate something like that. You have the right to have your food warm and not already stale for 4 hours. First we were assured that we would get both burgers new and warm and then we were called again and then we were told that only one burger could be delivered. So if you want to eat warm, definitely not at McDonalds! Such bad service and no agreements! Never again!

So ordering and eating on site is such a disaster... you can't reach anyone. You really have to wait hours for your food with a very small order. I can only advise against eating there or having something delivered

In all the last few years I have never been treated so nicely at the drive as I was today (September 18th) - the young woman at the counter was so incredibly friendly and personable - after a really shitty day at work, she really put me in a good mood. You're no longer used to someone just being so nice to someone. I was really happy and hope that this employee will be highly recognized. The burgers - which is what we're actually talking about - were fresh and tasty, the fries were perfectly salted. Thanks! ♥️ Ps. There is a girl there who treats her very badly. Today I was there and she was the one who gave me food. I came home and opened the food. The meal was incomplete and Balfour was rude and she was the one who spoke to me and she was completely disrespectful. It was 1:45 p.m. On September 13th, 2024. I told her the food was incomplete and she said no, the food was complete. She didn't apologize and spoke without respect . I hope from the McDonald's manager. Talk to her

Unfortunately pretty dirty. I've never been to a McDonald's that was so dirty inside. The benches probably haven't been cleaned for a while. Tables weren't even cleaned during our visit and there were used napkins on the floor and the order slips were crumpled up on the floor at the displays. Benches were full of crumbs. However, service was friendly.
