McDonald's in Hannover

It's a McDonald's, what can I say about that. The staff is definitely very nice and the food is of the usual quality.

-You order on the spot, you are forgotten. -you order in advance, they arrive 20 minutes late. Milkshakes but no straws. No sauces included. Employees are not properly trained and all in all this branch is a disaster.

Unfortunately I was unlucky this morning, the Dark Chocolate was unfortunately very watery in taste, but the Egg McMuffins were good as always

I had ordered home. We live 10 minutes away by car. We had 2 Big Tasty Bacon Menu. Everything was totally cold, one burger was ordered without lettuce, tomatoes and onions and everything was still on it. It's bad if you can't tolerate something like that. You have the right to have your food warm and not already stale for 4 hours. First we were assured that we would get both burgers new and warm and then we were called again and then we were told that only one burger could be delivered. So if you want to eat warm, definitely not at McDonalds! Such bad service and no agreements! Never again!

So ordering and eating on site is such a disaster... you can't reach anyone. You really have to wait hours for your food with a very small order. I can only advise against eating there or having something delivered

In all the last few years I have never been treated so nicely at the drive as I was today (September 18th) - the young woman at the counter was so incredibly friendly and personable - after a really shitty day at work, she really put me in a good mood. You're no longer used to someone just being so nice to someone. I was really happy and hope that this employee will be highly recognized. The burgers - which is what we're actually talking about - were fresh and tasty, the fries were perfectly salted. Thanks! ♥️ Ps. Due to a communication problem my drink wasn't included in the order, she gave it to me on the house and just wished me a great day. 😊

There is a girl there who treats her very badly. Today I was there and she was the one who gave me food. I came home and opened the food. The meal was incomplete and Balfour was rude and she was the one who spoke to me and she was completely disrespectful. It was 1:45 p.m. On September 13th, 2024. I told her the food was incomplete and she said no, the food was complete. She didn't apologize and spoke without respect . I hope from the McDonald's manager. Talk to her

Unfortunately pretty dirty. I've never been to a McDonald's that was so dirty inside. The benches probably haven't been cleaned for a while. Tables weren't even cleaned during our visit and there were used napkins on the floor and the order slips were crumpled up on the floor at the displays. Benches were full of crumbs. However, service was friendly.

Small but nice! The McDonalds has been around for over 30 years. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine is often or almost always broken :( Sometimes the employees are helpful; on the other hand, no effort is made to help older people. To help operate the terminal. The quality of the food is variable, sometimes good and satisfactory, sometimes the french fry fat is not renewed enough. When complaints were made to the staff, they were accepted and resolved in a friendly and quick manner :) Unfortunately, I don't go there often because I've often been disappointed with the ice cream machine. Beware of rotten meat! As always, the drinks and milkshakes were forgotten. With a large order and a lot of people in the car, you can sometimes overlook something like this... Unfortunately I no longer have any hope in the branch! When I entered I was full of confidence that I wouldn't have to wait what felt like a day for my food. When I was ordering, I heard a tone from an employee saying that when you're working with customers you should pull yourself together for 8 hours, it's pretty unpleasant! (I'm 33 and even I was extremely uncomfortable, which doesn't happen often). And now the usual way took its course, when I entered, 1 customer waited in front of me, after me about 2 people ordered, after 15 minutes of waiting the shop became fuller. With every bag that was packed, I hoped it was mine, but after 25 minutes I was already doubting myself, had I done something wrong?!... unfortunately the answer was no! In the meantime, a friendly lady wearing a shirt entered the store (possibly the manager?). She also noticed the condition, as I heard ALL McChicken Classic “parts” were empty, only being prepared (this is not included in my order). When my wife filed a missing person's report and it was now 30 minutes since I ordered, I spoke to the nice lady outside (she hadn't started her shift yet, as I heard when I spoke to her), she immediately took care of my order and saw that my receipt was ready but was not taken into account further. I had my order within 2 minutes thanks to the lady. I had to wait 30 minutes for 1 menu and 2 happy meals, all the employees in the “checkout area” seemed incompetent, haphazard and overwhelmed! I understand when it's full (which it wasn't for 15 minutes, everything was manageable), more people came after me who complained (20 minute waiting time), the number of employees seemed anything but understaffed, so I can't explain why it wasn't functions! It's never worked out in this branch, I'm a manager in my job and wouldn't survive two days like this. I'll be honest, before I go here again, I prefer another nearby burger joint. The sad thing is, the prices go up, the service goes down, the quality is mediocre! As an outsider, I would assess it like this: The employees are untrained or not capable at all, the Mces system is not adhered to, work is done according to whim instead of according to plan!

Service was good, nice staff but difficult to understand. The food was tasty but lukewarm and the fries were very wobbly and the nuggets were a little sticky. Otherwise comfortable but the tables are mostly dirty/sticky.

Today it was very dirty. There were fries on the floor, the trays weren't cleared away because the carts were full.

A classic McDonald's: standard burger, fries that are too soft, cola with too little carbonation. The employees put the wrong toy in the Happy Meal and instead of fishnet fries there was the standard version. The restaurant is clean, but like every Mäcces, it is far too loud and noisy. Okay for an emergency lunch, otherwise there are better alternatives in the area.

The music there is probably a best of the weekly bazaar in Islamabad. Loud and intrusive. There was also a lot of singing in the kitchen. I thought I was in a closed company.

Very good McDonald's branch in Misburg. Small and clear. At the last breakfast we were given a used coffee spoon for our cappuccino. That is not how it works. Therefore 2 stars deducted.

A lot has happened here in the last few months. There used to be regular problems here with incorrectly compiled orders, missing ordered items, unfriendliness and general slowness and listlessness on the part of the staff. However, all of these points were taken up very well and now hardly ever occur at all. My orders are now always complete and correct, and special requests are also implemented correctly. The employees appear more motivated and the process is more coordinated. Only rarely does something get lost in the hectic pace, but when it does, the response is immediately appropriate and generous. Thank you for your good service!

Awesome rubbery food (I want to vomit) after drinking the grimace shake I turned black (I don't recommend it), when they turned off the light you couldn't see me and I won't mention my cousin, I got a sandwich all black and you couldn't see it (I recommend it)

The driver didn't find the address then a large fries worth 5 euros was missing. When I called they said they wouldn't send a driver out as soon as one drives out, bring it over, who knows when it will be refunded the 5 euros wasn't possible, you have to take it with you Lieferando clarify so good service for expensive money sucks but we will never order from them again

Once again half was missing. Never again McDrive. They cheat wherever they can. You should check the packed bag in front of them in the parking lot. And it no longer has anything to do with fast food. Had to wait more than 15 minutes.

Never again, via Lieferando Waiting time for over 2 hours, then I call and find out the staff has taken sick leave and only 1 driver is there to deliver. To be honest, no delivery without staff but waiting for over 2 hours is a disaster.

Yes, what can I say, I'm really angry... We've been trying to give this branch a chance for about 6 months now. Unfortunately without success, 10 out of 10 orders on site and via Lieferando were all a failure, even on site products were forgotten to pack. The happy menu for our child was constantly missing, and when you complain, you get unfriendly and really shocking answers from the shift leaders. Today I wanted to make my son happy after a difficult day and try to order it again... I could have thought of it myself (really stupid idea) over 2 hours delivery time!! Impossible with a hungry child!! If you ask, you will find out that there is a shortage of staff, it can happen to anyone, but when I notice that I can't keep up, I stop the delivery! What every other branch does. We won't be ordering anymore.

My first and last visit to this MCD in 2024! An order of a BigMäc, a 6-pack of nuggets and 2 fries took 22 minutes in the store. Not bad so far, but the BigMäc was in the tray after 5 minutes and was allowed to cool down nicely because the employees packed various orders in a completely uncoordinated manner. Furthermore, it was preferred to discuss with employees for 5 minutes that they should now take a break instead of continuing to finish the order. Then they called out 5 times to the back room that a “6” was needed, even though the finished nuggets were only kept warm half a meter away from the person calling. When asked about the fact that the BigMäc was now cold, they replied rudely, "Then we'll just remake it." But what wasn't done was the cold burger was put in the bag. Last but not least, the fries were without salt. Sorry guys, not like that! I won't go there again and I advise everyone else not to visit. Because you don't have to put up with unfriendly and unqualified statements, especially when work processes are uncoordinated and carried out incorrectly, and you don't even need to. to behave politely and apologize to the “paying” customer.

I ordered there online and had it delivered. Delivery time was only 25 minutes! Very good 👍 and the food was still warm ☺️. The driver was very, very nice 👍 I would happily order there again.

Caves bad!!!! I've been sitting here for an hour waiting for my food!!! I also have to watch at least 5 people being served in front of me?! When asked, they say “Your order is next” and then three people still get it before me?! What a joke, I've never experienced anything so bad.

Super clean and freshly made burgers that look just like in the advertisement. To top it all off, the staff was also nice. That gets 5 stars from me!!

It's unbelievable how incompetent a McDonald's branch can be, I had to wait exactly 34 minutes for a portion of fries and 2 milkshakes and that was after 9 p.m. on a weekday. After waiting for over half an hour I got old, cold and sticky fries. The pace of work is terrible and I don't even want to start talking about the quality. On my first attempt to buy something there, I stood in the McDrive queue and had 4 vehicles in front of me. After almost 10 minutes without moving a meter I drove away (after the second visit I realized that it was the best decision). A poorly managed branch should simply not exist or you should think about changing management. You can't call what you get for your money FOOD.

Unfortunately the wrong meal was put together at McDrive. Instead of a burger, we had chicken Mc Nuggets. It's a shame, but mistakes happen. Still only 3 stars Waited over half an hour for two ice creams. For a fast food restaurant you would expect something different

The fries were even more soggy than you're used to. Our Big Macs were completely missing the sauce and were just dry and tasted disgusting. Our Mc Flurrys had the wrong sauce on them and the spoons were missing. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the Mc Flurrys without the spoons.

I waited 30 minutes just a smart menu

Disaster shop - no matter when you go, whether in the drive-thru or for on-site consumption, they take about half an hour to place an order. What's more, 9 out of 10 orders are either wrong or missing something! You won't hear an apology or anything after waiting over 20 minutes for your forgotten fries. 1 star is already too much for the service!

Ordered through Lieferando, food was only lukewarm. Had to wait 2 hours (10 minutes away from us). Then they also forgot the sauces. The crowning glory was that two pieces of hair (blonde) were found in a burger. They had hope that at some point they would get it all to work out. But it's getting worse and it's the last time we'll order or go there. Will take the route to Lehrte and eat there...

It doesn't surprise me that the branch has a 2.8 rating, I was there today... it took the employees longer than 30 minutes to get 3 burgers. After I wanted to cancel my order, the branch manager cheekily said no... and... I had to wait another 10 minutes and the result was a half-cooked cold burger. No apologies... just nothing... just an extremely inappropriate tone from the branch manager towards the customers. Meanwhile, other customers were ordering food and the place was extremely dirty... inside and out, so it took longer to even find a suitable place. Simply disgusting, never again..

My visit to the branch today was a complete disaster, I waited forever for my order... even though the store was empty... next to me two other women complained, among other things, because the burgers weren't made correctly, because of the waiting time, etc. After a woman complained to the branch manager, he replied to her very cheekily and made fun of his colleague.. Food was ok. By around 11:30 on a Saturday all the tables were so dirty!!! Floor has stuck!! You definitely couldn't slip. I don't expect 100% cleanliness, but that's not possible.

The air conditioning directly above the table for 4 at the entrance is set too high. The play area is past its best [which is admittedly due to the children].

Dieser McDonalds hebt sich wirklich von anderen ab! Die einzigartige Atmosphäre, das herausragende Menü und der erstklassige Service machen jeden Besuch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Jeder, der nach einer außergewöhnlichen Erfahrung sucht, sollte unbedingt hier vorbeischauen! Man geht jedes mal mit einem Lächeln nachhause!!! :)

Ich war nun schon öfter hier, allerdings wirds von Mal zu Mal schlechter..das Essen ist oft kurz vor kalt, liegt schon länger und ist lieblos zusammen geklatscht. Die Angestellten sind zwar von ihrer Art her okay aber Kunden werden eben auch oft erstmal grundlos ignoriert.

Wie jeder McDonald's... Hier aber ist die Einrichtung leider ein bisschen zu alt und müsste mal renoviert werden...

Ich hatte kürzlich eine äußerst positive Erfahrung bei McDonald's und möchte meine Zufriedenheit teilen. Der Service war schnell und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Die Bestellung wurde korrekt und prompt ausgeführt, was mein Esserlebnis positiv beeinflusst hat. Sauberkeit und Effizienz waren spürbar, was meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Insgesamt war es eine angenehme Erfahrung, die mich dazu ermutigt, McDonald's als zuverlässige Wahl für schnelle und zufriedenstellende Mahlzeiten zu betrachten.

Auf jeden Fall die Bestellung kontrollieren, bevor man zu Hause feststellt, dass was anderes drin ist oder gar was fehlt. 😒Keine Vorzeigefiliale.. 🙄👎 Heute haben wir der Filiale erneut die Chance gegeben, zu zeigen, was sie können. Es hat sich nichts geändert. Langsam, Milchshakes seien "ausverkauft", kein Wechselgeld im MC Drive und das EC Kartenlesegerät hat noch nie eine Lappen gesehen - EKELHAFT!!! 🤮🤢 Sollte ich irgendwelche Erkrankungen heute oder morgen bekommen, weiß ich woher... Der burger ist der Big Tasty BBQ. Lieblos zusammen geklatscht und wo war die BBQ Soße? (siehe Foto) - 1.4.22 mal wieder funktioniert die Eismaschine nicht. Und nein, dass ist kein Aprilscherz.. Nehmt es doch einfach von eurer Karte.
