**Review about McDonald's employee Patricia** I would like to share my very positive experience at McDonald's, especially thanks to the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the employee Patricia. She exceeded my expectations in every way. As soon as I entered the restaurant, Patricia warmly greeted me with a friendly smile. Her positive charisma immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. She was extremely patient, courteous and attentive throughout the entire ordering process, even when it took me a little longer to decide. Patricia answered every question I had with a smile and made sure my special requests were taken into account when ordering. Today it was very dirty. There were fries on the floor, the trays weren't cleared away because the carts were full.

A classic McDonald's: standard burger, fries that are too soft, cola with too little carbonation. The employees put the wrong toy in the Happy Meal and instead of fishnet fries there was the standard version. The restaurant is clean, but like every Mäcces, it is far too loud and noisy. Okay for an emergency lunch, otherwise there are better alternatives in the area.

The music there is probably a best of the weekly bazaar in Islamabad. Loud and intrusive. There was also a lot of singing in the kitchen. I thought I was in a closed company.

If I ordered two extra “chilli cheese” burgers WITHOUT jalapeños, I would get both with some on them. If I were allergic, I might be in the hospital. A little unreasonable when spoken to

And once again something didn't work there, you just ask yourself WHY? By the way, at the last drive-in, the ice cream was served first. I was asked to pull over to the right and wait as the rest was still taking time: we wanted to eat EVERYTHING at home...

A lot has happened here in the last few months. There used to be regular problems here with incorrectly compiled orders, missing ordered items, unfriendliness and general slowness and listlessness on the part of the staff. However, all of these points were taken up very well and now hardly ever occur at all. My orders are now always complete and correct, and special requests are also implemented correctly. The employees appear more motivated and the process is more coordinated. Only rarely does something get lost in the hectic pace, but when it does, the response is immediately appropriate and generous. Thank you for your good service!

Very good McDonald's branch in Misburg. Small and clear. At the last breakfast we were given a used coffee spoon for our cappuccino. That is not how it works. Therefore 2 stars deducted.

Awesome rubbery food (I want to vomit) after drinking the grimace shake I turned black (I don't recommend it), when they turned off the light you couldn't see me and I won't mention my cousin, I got a sandwich all black and you couldn't see it (I recommend it)

The driver didn't find the address then a large fries worth 5 euros was missing. When I called they said they wouldn't send a driver out as soon as one drives out, bring it over, who knows when it will be refunded the 5 euros wasn't possible, you have to take it with you Lieferando clarify so good service for expensive money sucks but we will never order from them again

Once again half was missing. Never again McDrive. They cheat wherever they can. You should check the packed bag in front of them in the parking lot. And it no longer has anything to do with fast food. Had to wait more than 15 minutes.

Never again, via Lieferando Waiting time for over 2 hours, then I call and find out the staff has taken sick leave and only 1 driver is there to deliver. To be honest, no delivery without staff but waiting for over 2 hours is a disaster.

Yeah, so please be careful because sometimes you get cheated, employees don't put the full order in the bag, but you still have to pay for everything you ordered. (the full price of 6 burgers but only 5 inside)

Yes, what can I say, I'm really angry... We've been trying to give this branch a chance for about 6 months now. Unfortunately without success, 10 out of 10 orders on site and via Lieferando were all a failure, even on site products were forgotten to pack. The happy menu for our child was constantly missing, and when you complain, you get unfriendly and really shocking answers from the shift leaders. Today I wanted to make my son happy after a difficult day and try to order it again... I could have thought of it myself (really stupid idea) over 2 hours delivery time!! Impossible with a hungry child!! If you ask, you will find out that there is a shortage of staff, it can happen to anyone, but when I notice that I can't keep up, I stop the delivery! What every other branch does. We won't be ordering anymore.

Waiting for far too long at the drive is always missing something and is usually already cold

My first and last visit to this MCD in 2024! An order of a BigMäc, a 6-pack of nuggets and 2 fries took 22 minutes in the store. Not bad so far, but the BigMäc was in the tray after 5 minutes and was allowed to cool down nicely because the employees packed various orders in a completely uncoordinated manner. Furthermore, it was preferred to discuss with employees for 5 minutes that they should now take a break instead of continuing to finish the order. Then they called out 5 times to the back room that a “6” was needed, even though the finished nuggets were only kept warm half a meter away from the person calling. When asked about the fact that the BigMäc was now cold, they replied rudely, "Then we'll just remake it." But what wasn't done was the cold burger was put in the bag. Last but not least, the fries were without salt. Sorry guys, not like that! I won't go there again and I advise everyone else not to visit. Because you don't have to put up with unfriendly and unqualified statements, especially when work processes are uncoordinated and carried out incorrectly, and you don't even need to. to behave politely and apologize to the “paying” customer.

I ordered there online and had it delivered. Delivery time was only 25 minutes! Very good 👍 and the food was still warm ☺️. The driver was very, very nice 👍 I would happily order there again.

Caves bad!!!! I've been sitting here for an hour waiting for my food!!! I also have to watch at least 5 people being served in front of me?! When asked, they say “Your order is next” and then three people still get it before me?! What a joke, I've never experienced anything so bad.

Super clean and freshly made burgers that look just like in the advertisement. To top it all off, the staff was also nice. That gets 5 stars from me!!

It's unbelievable how incompetent a McDonald's branch can be, I had to wait exactly 34 minutes for a portion of fries and 2 milkshakes and that was after 9 p.m. on a weekday. After waiting for over half an hour I got old, cold and sticky fries. The pace of work is terrible and I don't even want to start talking about the quality. On my first attempt to buy something there, I stood in the McDrive queue and had 4 vehicles in front of me. After almost 10 minutes without moving a meter I drove away (after the second visit I realized that it was the best decision). A poorly managed branch should simply not exist or you should think about changing management. You can't call what you get for your money FOOD.

Unfortunately the wrong meal was put together at McDrive. Instead of a burger, we had chicken Mc Nuggets. It's a shame, but mistakes happen. Still only 3 stars Waited over half an hour for two ice creams. For a fast food restaurant you would expect something different

The fries were even more soggy than you're used to. Our Big Macs were completely missing the sauce and were just dry and tasted disgusting. Our Mc Flurrys had the wrong sauce on them and the spoons were missing. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the Mc Flurrys without the spoons.

Disaster shop - no matter when you go, whether in the drive-thru or for on-site consumption, they take about half an hour to place an order. What's more, 9 out of 10 orders are either wrong or missing something! You won't hear an apology or anything after waiting over 20 minutes for your forgotten fries. 1 star is already too much for the service!

I waited 30 minutes just a smart menu

Ordered through Lieferando, food was only lukewarm. Had to wait 2 hours (10 minutes away from us). Then they also forgot the sauces. The crowning glory was that two pieces of hair (blonde) were found in a burger. They had hope that at some point they would get it all to work out. But it's getting worse and it's the last time we'll order or go there. Will take the route to Lehrte and eat there...

My visit to the branch today was a complete disaster, I waited forever for my order... even though the store was empty... next to me two other women complained, among other things, because the burgers weren't made correctly, because of the waiting time, etc. After a woman complained to the branch manager, he replied to her very cheekily and made fun of his colleague.. After I contacted an employee (small and southern) he said that if I didn't like something I could rate it on Google today with a stupid, provocative laugh on his face.. The way customers are treated there is simply very outrageous.. and a higher level should take care of the skills of the employees and especially the branch management. I definitely won't come here anymore.. As a bonus, the store is very dirty...and ultimately, after waiting over half an hour, my order was cold and unappetizing.

It doesn't surprise me that the branch has a 2.8 rating, I was there today... it took the employees longer than 30 minutes to get 3 burgers. After I wanted to cancel my order, the branch manager cheekily said no... and... I had to wait another 10 minutes and the result was a half-cooked cold burger. No apologies... just nothing... just an extremely inappropriate tone from the branch manager towards the customers. Meanwhile, other customers were ordering food and the place was extremely dirty... inside and out, so it took longer to even find a suitable place. Simply disgusting, never again..

Plenty of parking on Sunday mornings, friendly service. Clean tables. But unfortunately no croissant was available, so a point was deducted.

The food was lukewarm to cold, tables were dirty, a drink was forgotten. McDonald’s is certainly not a luxury restaurant… but I can expect fresh food and clean tables here too!

Food was ok. By around 11:30 on a Saturday all the tables were so dirty!!! Floor has stuck!! You definitely couldn't slip. I don't expect 100% cleanliness, but that's not possible.

The air conditioning directly above the table for 4 at the entrance is set too high. The play area is past its best [which is admittedly due to the children].

Dieser McDonalds hebt sich wirklich von anderen ab! Die einzigartige Atmosphäre, das herausragende Menü und der erstklassige Service machen jeden Besuch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Ich war nun schon öfter hier, allerdings wirds von Mal zu Mal schlechter..das Essen ist oft kurz vor kalt, liegt schon länger und ist lieblos zusammen geklatscht. Die Angestellten sind zwar von ihrer Art her okay aber Kunden werden eben auch oft erstmal grundlos ignoriert.

Ich hatte kürzlich eine äußerst positive Erfahrung bei McDonald's und möchte meine Zufriedenheit teilen. Der Service war schnell und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Die Bestellung wurde korrekt und prompt ausgeführt, was mein Esserlebnis positiv beeinflusst hat. Sauberkeit und Effizienz waren spürbar, was meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Insgesamt war es eine angenehme Erfahrung, die mich dazu ermutigt, McDonald's als zuverlässige Wahl für schnelle und zufriedenstellende Mahlzeiten zu betrachten.

Auf jeden Fall die Bestellung kontrollieren, bevor man zu Hause feststellt, dass was anderes drin ist oder gar was fehlt. 😒Keine Vorzeigefiliale.. 🙄👎 Heute haben wir der Filiale erneut die Chance gegeben, zu zeigen, was sie können. Es hat sich nichts geändert. Langsam, Milchshakes seien "ausverkauft", kein Wechselgeld im MC Drive und das EC Kartenlesegerät hat noch nie eine Lappen gesehen - EKELHAFT!!! 🤮🤢 Sollte ich irgendwelche Erkrankungen heute oder morgen bekommen, weiß ich woher... Der burger ist der Big Tasty BBQ. Lieblos zusammen geklatscht und wo war die BBQ Soße? (siehe Foto) - 1.4.22 mal wieder funktioniert die Eismaschine nicht. Und nein, dass ist kein Aprilscherz.. Nehmt es doch einfach von eurer Karte.

Vor jedem Besuch gibt es immer den kleinen Anflug von Bauchschmerzen, weil man nicht weiß welches Desaster einen heute erwartet. Ständig wird bei den Bestellungen ein Teil vergessen, Mitarbeiter sind genervt ohne Ende und die Hygiene lässt derbe zu wünschen übrig. Bin hier früher gerne hingegangen. Mittlerweile geh ich nur noch hier her, weil kein anderer McDonalds in der Nähe ist. Schade drum

Fürchterlich unorganisiert. Hinter dem Tresen haben sie sich gegenseitig im Wege gestanden. Obwohl nicht viel los war am Sonntag Nachmittag hat nur die Zusammenstellung unserer Bestellung mehr als 10 Minuten gedauert. Die Pommes waren dann kalt. Sonst ok, aber nichts Besonderes.

Ich habe bei diesem Laden immer über Lieferando bestellt und möchte hier nun meine Erfahrungen teilen. Es lief bisher alles gut, das Essen war bei der Anlieferung auch noch warm, eigentlich super. Dann war eine Lieferung unvollständig (Die Pommes zu den McMenüs haben gefehlt), dies konnte jedoch nach einem Telefonat mit dem Restaurant unkompliziert geklärt werden. (Deshalb Servise 4 Sterne) Doch die letzte Lieferung schoss den Bock ab: Bestellt wurde unter anderem ein Big Mac McMenü. Der Big Mac war offenbar verdorben. Er roch extremst nach verdorbenem Fleisch. Zum Glück waren die restlichen bestellten Waren nicht betroffen, dennoch vom Essen her 2 Sterne. So etwas DARF nicht passieren!

Leider dauert die Abfertigung Mäc Drive sehr lange war nach der Übernahme wesentlich schneller....also Qualitätsentwicklung bezüglich Personaleinsatz leider wieder spürbar rückgängig! Und nun Zuhause und wieder mal die Sauce vergessen nicht mehr schön 😞

Auch wenn das Lokal schon etwas veralt und unmodern ist und nicht immer alles nach Plan läuft, so findet man hier die absolut netteste, bemühteste und sorgfältigste Mitarbeiterin im Drive-In!! Sie ist immer freundlich, lustig und versteht es lockeren, witzigen Small-Talk in der Zwischenzeit zu machen, so dass man beschwingt und mit einem Lächeln aus dem Drive-In fährt.

Alt - sieht ok aus aber das essensqualität muss verbessert werden. und die eis machine fällt jede 2te woche aus. Neu - was zum geier ist hier los? Von schlestesten McD Hannover zu den besten geworden ?

Bei Mäcces haben unsere Kinder die ersten Restaurantschritte unternommen. Unsere 2 Hunde und jetzt auch noch das dritte Hundekind. Wer jemals schlecht über Mäcces redet ist weder Kinder noch Hunde-freundlich. Derjenige hat überhaupt keine Ahnung. Mäcces ist ein super Ort zum Üben. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und beflissen. Es gibt essen, trinken, Pippi, Musik. Einfach zwanglos und unkompliziert. Man kann dort sein wie man ist ohne aufs Aussehen zu achten, wenn man wie wir in einen Regenschauer gekommen ist und die Schuhe schmutzig sind und wird trotzdem als Mensch behandelt. Das muss mal gesagt werden. Danke Mc Donalds für deine wichtige Unterstützung bei der Erziehung.

2x Burger wurden vergessen und nicht nachgeliefert (Wert 9,98€ plus Liefergebühr 1,99€), eine endlose Diskussion am Telefon! 0 sterne!! ● Vorsicht der McDonalds ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
