In my opinion this place is terrible, the only positive thing is that they brought the food straight to my table and prepared it pretty quickly There are a lot of negatives here Firstly when I ordered I was brought a yellow glass but I had ordered a green one. This is already a mistake with my order, it seems like the employees are color blind. Thirdly, the floors are very dirty. The cleaning lady was bringing out dirty trays and as she was carrying them out, some of the trash fell on the floor without her noticing. In addition, the conditions were completely unhygienic, the tables were dirty and flies were flying everywhere in the restaurant. When I wanted to take a bag, I asked the employee, but she didn't understand me twice. I think I'll never visit this place again!

I'm told that you can't exchange it anymore, I should have said that when I picked it up. Is it a bad joke? Do I have to take every burger out of the paper bag at the counter, unpack it and check it? The lady just says "there's nothing I can do" and walks away.

Yes.....it's just McDonald's and not a star restaurant, and that's a good thing 👍🏻 If I want to eat something else, then I just have to go somewhere else 😉 Everything in this branch is clean and tidy. The tables and chairs are clean, you can sit down in peace without having to worry about getting some junk all over your clothes. The employees inside are nice and friendly. Totally catastrophic fillale with unfriendly staff. The fries were soggy and not warm. The worst thing, however, is that as a guest you have to keep 50 cents for the toilet. Theoretically, you can only get this back if you FIRST go to the toilet before ordering and then redeem the voucher printed there when ordering. But who does that? Of course you don't know that beforehand. A big sign says that the toilets are free for guests. The practice looks like this: Of course, you go to the toilet after eating, even just to wash your hands. So we wanted to redeem the voucher at the checkout and were rudely told off "that's the rule". That was it then. Never again !!

Only after we bought the meal we found out that toilets were “out of order”. How are you even allowed to serve customers inside without a working toilet? And if you do, shouldn’t you at least say so somewhere before we buy? Like “just before you pay we want to let you know that our toilets are not available so you’ll have to eat your French fries with dirty hands”.

The products are anything but fresh - the fries are often cold and soggy, the burgers seem carelessly put together, and overall the quality has deteriorated significantly. You can tell that savings are being made here in every corner, be it in the ingredients or the preparation. Been back to McDonald's for years, never again. Terrible food. Fries cold, limp and dried out. Burger cold, overall, as if everything had never experienced heat. In the end, this McDonald's is not worth the (lots of) money!

Das dauert wohl stundenlang?! Für mich als zahlender Gast ein absolutes no Go. Ich würde euch am liebsten mal das Ordungsamt auf den Hals schicken 😡

Completely overwhelming. An uncool experience for me. It started with the missing table tents, a subtle hint: they don't exist. Locally incredibly dirty inside and out. I ordered to “eat here”, picked up a bag and told him we wanted to eat here. Answer: “You can also eat here with it”. No servings, no straws, no onion pieces on my cheeseburger, my chocolate bag not even lukewarm anymore, potatoes scattered all over the bag. Ordered Sprite and got Coke. I think the staff is extremely overwhelmed.

This is by far the dirtiest and most unkempt McDonald's I have ever seen. Were there around lunchtime. Floor sticky, tables not cleared and smeared, toilet facility full of feces and urine. Hardly any guests but all the clearing stations full. Really disgusting and a mess!

I've been to this McDonalds several times and the staff generally isn't the best/brightest. But when I was there... I felt really ripped off. I ordered at one of the order machines, but couldn't pay there and then had to go to the checkout. The store is okay! The cheeseburger was cold, the meat was hard and the bread was dry and only had 1 pickle on it. The chicken burger was mediocre. Service was ok. One employee seemed very strange. The ambience is fine, as is the cleanliness. The location is not the nicest. You have to pay €0.50 to use the toilet even though you ordered it. Price-performance was okay. The air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature. The cleanliness was mediocre. Suitable for a quick snack.

If you act contrary to this, the owner can face a fine of up to €10,000 in accordance with Section 11 II NGastG. Incidentally, the law only grants the possibility of having any toilet fee offset against consumption to restaurants that are structurally unable to provide toilet facilities (such as in shopping arcades). The McDonald's here therefore has no right to charge a toilet fee. Reports can be filed directly by email to the Hanover public order office.
