McDonald's in Hannover

A very good restaurant, offering: a rich and tasty offer, low prices, short waiting time for food, fast and friendly service, clean bathroom and open until late. I recommend!

Für mich der letzte Drecksladen. Immer wieder wird man, wenn man nach dem feiern am Steintor etwas essen möchte und mal auf die Toilette muss, darauf verwiesen, das die gerade gereinigt wird! Das dauert wohl stundenlang?! Für mich als zahlender Gast ein absolutes no Go. Ich würde euch am liebsten mal das Ordungsamt auf den Hals schicken 😡

Completely overwhelming. An uncool experience for me. It started with the missing table tents, a subtle hint: they don't exist. Locally incredibly dirty inside and out. I ordered to “eat here”, picked up a bag and told him we wanted to eat here. Answer: “You can also eat here with it”. No servings, no straws, no onion pieces on my cheeseburger, my chocolate bag not even lukewarm anymore, potatoes scattered all over the bag. Ordered Sprite and got Coke. I think the staff is extremely overwhelmed.

What can be expected from a McDonald's, employee almost threw the milkshake at me, and its probably the worst milkshake I've had in my life, I thought it was expired or something, but no, thats the flavor of the milkshake. Lesson learned

This is by far the dirtiest and most unkempt McDonald's I have ever seen. Were there around lunchtime. Floor sticky, tables not cleared and smeared, toilet facility full of feces and urine. Hardly any guests but all the clearing stations full. Really disgusting and a mess!

I've been to this McDonalds several times and the staff generally isn't the best/brightest. But when I was there... I felt really ripped off. I ordered at one of the order machines, but couldn't pay there and then had to go to the checkout. It was okay at the time i have been there. The Tables were not good clean, the WC entrance system i find it not modern to but somebody to get 0.50€ there is machines could to do it and pay with.

This clean and spacious McDonald's outlet in Hannover City, Niedersachsen, Germany is located in the pedestrian zone Am Steintor. I lived for almost five years (4 years of it with my family) in this wonderful city. For me and my family, McDonald's and Erciyes Turkish Kebab were the cullinary highlights of Steintor.
