I am horrified by my order today. The Whopper was inedible – I discovered mold in the burger. The mere thought of it still makes me sick. I will definitely never order here again. In the past, the food was at least good, despite unmotivated employees who neither spoke German nor could count properly. But what I had to experience today is unacceptable. The quality and hygiene have obviously reached a new low in this store.

Branch renovated again. Looks better now. But it's not completely clean yet, the food is okay and the service has also gotten better.

Extremely unclean - no table wiped, all the rubbish on several trays. No wonder - the drop-off point had long since been cleared. And there were only a few visitors. There was some paper in the toilets and no soap. Something disgusting smeared on the wall. The food was also so-so. Tortilla wasn't grilled like in the picture, but lukewarm. Conclusion: rarely experienced such a mess.

Everything was very quick, fresh and friendly today. Update: Very quick today too.

I ordered in the drive-thru, at first the change didn't fit, when I asked I was rudely given the wrong amount again. I was completely stunned when I was given a normal burger instead of a vegetarian burger and when I asked I was openly told that they currently didn't have any other one and instead of the vegetarian one they gave me one with meat. Absolutely disgraceful, never again and definitely NOT recommended!

It's become way too expensive. Something like an exorbitant 10 euros for a menu where the burger is just the size of a cheeseburger. It's just a cheeky thing. Plus the burgers were cold.

Sometimes you can be surprised by supposedly well-known restaurants. This Burger King is clean, the service was very quick and all the food was ok. The place was tidy and logically arranged. Sufficient staff in the kitchen. There was really nothing to complain about, thank you very much.

Was there Saturday evening. Service was - rather mediocre. The store was very busy and the food only arrived after 20 minutes... I ordered 4 big king xxl for 4 people to take away. We all threw away half of the burgers. That was by far the most disgusting patty we were allowed to eat in our 40 years of life. Bk as a global company should be ashamed of selling something like this as "meat".

The burger was terrible! They poured the sauce so that I did not feel any taste except the sauce. The burger was with patty, cheese and bacon - I didn't understand why the bacon was cold! I have never met such a thing. When the burger was almost eaten, the cutlet without sauce turned out to be even worse - the taste of old fat could be felt. I don't usually eat burgers, but I was hungry because I was on business for half the day, so I decided to try it.

Waiting 30 minutes for your food in a fast restaurant is quite outrageous and then it's still lukewarm

I ordered the Long Texas BBQ menu, with the addition of onion rings. Burger was cold and limp. Chips and dip were missing. I was tried to explain what the onion rings are as a substitute for the fries. I resisted and then finally received the fries with dip.

On Saturday morning there was actually only one employee who had to serve the entire restaurant. He took orders at the restaurant and at McDrive, prepared and collected the food - all in one person, while his boss was probably sitting comfortably at home and had no idea what was going on! Respect to this employee for his commitment!

A burger king like any other. Food tastes delicious and the selection is very large. Ordering via the touch panels makes the visit a lot more pleasant than ordering in person at the counter. Unfortunately, the large glass fronts make a visit on sunny days a blind flight if you want to eat on site.

A service job isn't for everyone... Better go to the brother on the Südschnellweg, 100 times better. I would never eat anything here again, not even for free, even though I have always preferred BK.

Maybe the big ones up there should take less of the cake and invest more in staff and branches! Unfortunately, if this doesn't change, we are and will no longer eat in such chains! If you then notice this, your eyes will roll and something will be mumbled in your beard... Once I drove 5 km back because my 2 “chilli cheeseburgers” were just “normal” cheeseburgers. I was laughed at because I only noticed it so late. So always check everything here!

Zwei mal hintereinander eine falsche Bestellung erhalten! Dass ein Fehler mal passiert ist normal. Dass aber bei unserer heutigen Bestellung um ca. 19:30 Uhr (Drive Bestellung) gleich 2 der teuersten Burger fehlten war absolut frech. Und das obwohl der Drive-Schalter sehr wenig besucht war. Ebenso waren die Pommes (2x Groß) absolut kalt. Sehr enttäuschend. Und das als jahrelanger treuer Kunde. Nie wieder!

Heute war ich das 3. Mal in der Hildesheimer Straße mit meinem Sohn, da er das Spielzeug so toll findet. Diesmal war von Pj Mask Hefte ausgestellt. Mein Sohn wollte eines davon unbedingt haben. Als wir unser Kindermenü bekommen hatten ,war ein ganz anderes Spielzeug drin (ein smiley kuscheltier). Auf Anfrage, ob er eines der Hefte bekommen kann , was er sich ausgesucht hatte, bekam ich die Antwort, diese seien ausverkauft!!! Dieses Problem hatte ich jetzt schon 3 mal in Folge!!! Die Kinder kommen extra zu Burger King um die Spielzeuge zu haben, die dort ausgestellt sind und nicht um irgendwelchen Quatsch zu bekommen was damit überhaupt nichts damit zu tun hat!!😤😡. Mit dem Gespräch des Filialleiters, ist er dann nach hinten und gab uns dann doch noch so ein Heft.........also doch nicht ausverkauft??? Ich finde das ist richtig verarsche und die Mitarbeiter sind einfach zu faul diese Sachen vor zu holen. Wie gesagt das war jetzt das 3. Mal gewesen und immer gab es Diskussionen. Und wenn ihr die Sachen tatsächlich nicht mehr da habt ,dann nehmt sie doch Gott verdammt aus dem Schaufenster raus!!!!! So werden die Kinder wenigstens nicht enttäuscht !! Zudem sind die Burger kalt!!! War alles mal besser .

Mitarbeiter wirklich nett, aber so unkoordiniert, dass man fast immer kaltes Essen bekommt. Es dauert leider oft sehr lange. Sonderwünsche werden manchmal vergessen. Meistens ist es aber sauber im Laden.
