Fast food clean tidy nice service

I ordered a double chili cheeseburger, but I noticed that half a piece of meat was missing.

We went inside and found only one of the four ordering kiosks was working; the rest were out of order. We ordered three burgers and a milkshake. We were told that one of the burgers was no longer available. They simply brought us the wrong milkshake.

So much for fast food – the wait was 20 minutes and it wasn't even full. They only had half the menu left, and it was Saturday afternoon. Next time I'll go back to the sausage stand across the street.

I've rarely experienced anything like this! Today I went to my local Burger King for the first time in ages. It was surprisingly empty for 1 p.m. As a result, my order was ready in just 3 minutes. Unfortunately, the fries were only lukewarm and already quite crispy, not to say hard. But the burger was the real kicker! I had ordered a double chili cheeseburger meal. What I received was a burger with two slices of cheese, a patty, slices of pickle, and the cheese sauce. So I went to the counter and asked for a correction. It took over two minutes before I received a new burger. Or so I thought. Then I opened the wrapper and found my old burger in my hand, which had completely squashed because they had simply added a second patty and microwaved the whole thing. So I asked for a completely new burger. Reluctantly, the waiter took my inedible burger and handed me a new one 30 seconds later. What can I say? This time it had two patties, but also a slice of cheese and some pickles. Neither of those belong on a chili cheeseburger! It should have jalapeños. Furthermore, they simply took the patties from the old burger and put them on a new bun. In my opinion, that's absolutely unacceptable!

This is one of the nicest branches I've seen. Beautiful layout, modern colors and furnishings. Friendly staff and it was clean too.

At Burger King on Hildesheimer Straße 424, we were served by Sipan, and it was excellent. Very friendly, attentive, and the service was really fast. All in all, a positive experience.

Arrogant staff. Yesterday afternoon, with my hungry 5-year-old son, we chose Burger King for a quick snack. Not being familiar with screens, I politely addressed the two employees at the counter. They didn't ignore us; they simply didn't hear us. After repeating the request on the third attempt (inevitably raising her voice), I got a response worth more than a thousand negative reviews. One of them, with a shudder-inducing expression of annoyance and smugness, turned her back and hissed an incredibly arrogant "Yes, yes." Her look said it all: we were a disruption to her day. At that point, all appetite vanished. We turned around and walked out. High-tech screens aren't needed; their staff is enough to keep customers away. Rudeness and arrogance at its purest. We'll never set foot in there again.

We've had better meals at Burger King. The veggie chicken burger was good. The fries and chili/cheese nuggets weren't good.

The restaurant stank. The ice cream was standard, but unfortunately not swirled like it used to be at McDonald's.

One of the few restaurants in the chain that I always enjoy. Even when it's sometimes busy, the quality doesn't suffer. There's also a great indoor and outdoor play area for the kids.

I actually wanted to try the kebab-style burger, but it wasn't available at the Hildesheimers Str. 424 Hannover branch. Too bad. I opted for the Bacon King. Your employee asked me "as a meal?", "No, just the burger, please." "Would you like a drink?", "No, just the burger, please." When I then asked what kind of drink I wanted with the meal, I left. There are two possibilities: your employee isn't listening or doesn't understand German. I consider the service provided there to be very poor. I was at your branch on October 23, 2025, around 2:30 p.m.

I was shocked when the worker started insulting me. I'm going to throw the food away now. I can very well imagine finding a hair, saliva, or booger in the food... Disgusting. Such professionals have no business being here. Be careful where you eat... Bad people only do bad things.

We bought takeout from Burger King today. Our daughter has celiac disease, so she's not allowed to eat wheat. But she wanted to go back to Burger King after a year (after her diagnosis), so we decided to give it a try. We asked the staff to pack the cheeseburger without the bun, which they did after three confirmations. We explained that we have our own gluten-free burger bun, and they also gave us a €0.60 discount, which we thought was very nice. It would be great to offer gluten-free burgers/nuggets at Plantes Base. Thank you for making it work so well today. My daughter was thrilled. In other countries, it's "normal" to order gluten-free. Maybe it will work in Germany one day. 🙏😎

The food was good. The tables were dirty, and even though Amex was displayed as the payment method, this strange machine didn't accept it, whether contactless or by swiping.

Today we eagerly tried the new doner burger, and we're simply speechless at what you get for €12—it's bordering on fraud. UNBELIEVABLE

I'm really disappointed with my visit to Burger King. I felt nauseous the whole time after eating, which was very unpleasant. We also wanted to eat in, but the staff simply made us takeaway food without considering our wishes. The employees were very rude and made little effort to help us. The restrooms were particularly bad – they were absolutely disgusting and not clean at all. This is definitely not customer service! I certainly won't be going there again.

Overall, disappointing. The service was unfriendly, and a simple request for extra mayo led to arguments. We received two incorrect burgers. Furthermore, the table was dirty, and the wall had stains. Unacceptable for a large chain like Burger King.

If you want a Hot Blondie with ice or something similar, you shouldn't go here. Unfortunately, this shop has failed to make a Hot Blondie right at least 5-10 times. Half the attempts were completely raw (not cooked through). The other attempts were always burnt. That's just bad for €5.

Service was very fast. Chicken nugget burger - meat was really tough!

We were at this burger joint on August 23, 2025. We don't visit this joint regularly; in the past, it was clean and the food was excellent. Everything on the ground floor was clean and tidy. Upstairs, however, the return bin was overflowing, and customers leaving left their trays at the food stations. The burger was already cold and the fries were barely usable. A few minutes later, they were bad and unfortunately, we threw up. It wasn't a pleasant experience eating there! The staff was friendly and helpful! Not worth another visit. There's something wrong with the way the processed food is stored!

They brought back a favorite recipe but removed the hot sauce dip option, 1 star less because of that.

The food is okay, but you ALWAYS have to double-check that your order has been packaged correctly. I've had the wrong shake flavors, forgotten sauce packets, etc. I understand it can be stressful at times, but making such mistakes when the store is almost empty shows a lack of professionalism.

The food was completely dry, even though it had taken a long time; we thought it was freshly prepared. €70 for a can. The place is dirty, and there's sticky stuff everywhere. Chewing gum is stuck to the walls, food scraps right next to it. The tables were dirty and greasy. We won't be returning to this Burger King anytime soon.

The food from the new Naruto menu is great, but the sauces for the side dishes are, as was the case years ago, totally inedible. Stay away from the bold sauces.

I bought two Plant-Based Long Chickens, and after eating 1.5 of them, I only noticed that there wasn't any parsley on them, like the vegan ones usually do. I don't know if both weren't vegan, but that's just not acceptable. They make them with parsley, and they still get mixed up during preparation, so thank you...

The burgers here have been bigger in the past. The bun tastes like a cheap, dry one from the supermarket. The price/performance ratio isn't right at all.

Unfortunately, the restrooms are so disgustingly dirty right after the store opens on Sunday morning. They should notify the trade inspectorate or the health department. Feces on the toilet brush handle, urine on and in front of the toilet, blood-stained toilet paper, toilet paper that was used to dry yourself, no wastebasket within reach... It's truly unbelievable.

I visit this supermarket about once a week. I've had no problems ordering directly from the store. My order was complete, etc. However, I've had more problems at the Drive-Thru, as they've been out of stock three times. I usually order two Whoppers/Big Kings and one or two Cheeses. Guess how many times one or two Cheeses have been missing? That's right, three times already. And yes, I could complain there and then, but I'm often pressed for time and can't wait for the redelivery. I'll still be a nuisance to you as a customer and hope that more attention is paid to orders. :) The food is prepared at the time of ordering, so it's still warm even after a 5-minute drive!

I ate there again after the scandal was resolved because I thought they'd improve and deserved a second chance. Unfortunately, they completely messed this one up. The heating completely failed, and it was freezing cold inside. Smoke even came out of her mouth when she spoke. It was very sad to see a cashier freezing to death and blowing into her hands. The food was also served ice cold! So we canceled the reservation. The tables were completely filthy; cleanliness still seems to be a foreign concept. As always, the restrooms were missing soap and paper.

I've been there twice, both times I waited a long time for ice cream, and once even for fries. Very dirty, absolutely rubbish. Employees stand in the kitchen and cuddle with each other instead of serving the customers. Very poor, and a shame about the cleanliness. I don't know the employees either, and I was served by a cleaning lady. Disgusting.

Unfortunately some of the employees are very disrespectful. We ordered at the till because a coupon didn't work on the machines, which often get stuck during the payment process. There seems to have been a mistake and we got something we didn't want. On top of that, the burger patties were burnt. After we pointed this out to the employee, we were rudely told that it was what we had ordered and there wouldn't be anything else. Only after we insisted that it wasn't okay and the employee simply stopped talking to us and ignored us was management called in. We paid the extra charge and ultimately got what we ordered. Why they didn't show goodwill from the start and had to argue about it instead is a mystery to me. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had such negative experiences in the branch, which is a shame. I also have to say that the tables are not wiped regularly and are often still dirty from previous guests. I am always surprised by the fries which are stated as medium or large when ordering but always seem to be smaller, so that I have often thought that I had accidentally received a small fry.

The price-performance ratio is just not right. And the quality... you're either still hungry or sick. And the bloating the next day... awful. For that money, I'd rather go out for a real meal.

Top-notch late-night service! I was here on May 28th around 11 p.m. and I was absolutely satisfied. The team was super friendly and attentive. The service was seamless – no long waits, the food arrived quickly and was nice and hot. The taste was also excellent! I'd be happy to come back!

Worst Burger King restaurant we've ever been to! We went there as a family with two children. The food was lukewarm and tasteless. There was barely any sauce on the burgers. The portions of the curly fries were tiny. Tables were completely dirty. The trash wasn't taken away. The restrooms were terribly dirty. Four employees just stood around chatting. Burger King, you've done it, we'll never be back!

I used to eat at Burger King regularly, but since I've been living in Laatzen I've been avoiding the store. It's dirty and wrong orders are given out. During my last visit, the paper for printing invoices was empty, so despite complaining, I had to eat my incorrectly issued orders. I have now discovered the competition and generally no longer eat at Burger King

Don't drive in any car except me. You are not greeted at all. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a small order. (lunchtime) there was nothing going on.

I ordered a plant-based tortilla with fries and iced tea, and the only thing they did right was the fries. Instead of iced tea, I got a Coke. And the tortilla was made with real meat. Unfortunately, I was already home when I wanted to start eating, so I only had fries...

I would like to give 0 stars. We've been waiting for our food for an hour. No staff, cash register not occupied. No branch manager on site. Please close the store as soon as possible. It's an absurdity to run a store like that and make people wait so long and then give stupid answers. If proper personnel planning cannot be carried out then management changes should be made

The worst I've ever seen! This has nothing to do with Burger King! The employees are all unfriendly. Tables are dirty. At the drive switch you'll be treated stupidly. I've had inedible burgers myself. Partly not fried properly. And last time I had to experience two young women complaining about their burgers. They were both just condescended to hell in front of all the other guests. This franchisee's license should be revoked. This is my personal experience and reflects my observations over the last four visits within six months. Unfortunately, I felt that my experience was due to a bad day or the wrong staff on site. But no. It's always so bad there! This can also be seen in the reviews beforehand.

I am horrified by my order today. The Whopper was inedible – I discovered mold in the burger. The mere thought of it still makes me sick. I will definitely never order here again. Absolute disaster We ordered in the drive, communication was very difficult. When the order came I was told it had sweet and sour sauce in it. I then reached into the bag and found that the entire bag was full of chili cheese sauce from the fries. The sauce wasn't in it, nor were there any napkins. So we went in again, returned the bag and immediately got an annoyed look from the cashier at the drive. The colleague very friendly took the bag from us and said that we would get the food new. The cashier from the drive then came over and gave us chili cheese fries. Only after remembering did the new burgers... these were put in a bag. What was missing? That's right, napkins and the sauce. We won't be coming back again. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time!

So if you order here you are being taken for a ride, the employees can't count! Whenever you order something, something is missing. Go to school and learn how to count. And when someone comes directly to you the same thing you always have to say that something is missing! OMG what does that tell us? Better go to Mc Donals, who unfortunately didn't deliver today!

Extremely unclean - no table wiped, all the rubbish on several trays. No wonder - the drop-off point had long since been cleared. And there were only a few visitors. There was some paper in the toilets and no soap. Something disgusting smeared on the wall. The food was also so-so. Tortilla wasn't grilled like in the picture, but lukewarm. Conclusion: rarely experienced such a mess.

I ordered in the drive-thru, at first the change didn't fit, when I asked I was rudely given the wrong amount again. I was completely stunned when I was given a normal burger instead of a vegetarian burger and when I asked I was openly told that they currently didn't have any other one and instead of the vegetarian one they gave me one with meat. Absolutely disgraceful, never again and definitely NOT recommended!

It's become way too expensive. Something like an exorbitant 10 euros for a menu where the burger is just the size of a cheeseburger. It's just a cheeky thing. Plus the burgers were cold.

Sometimes you can be surprised by supposedly well-known restaurants. This Burger King is clean, the service was very quick and all the food was ok. The place was tidy and logically arranged. Sufficient staff in the kitchen. There was really nothing to complain about, thank you very much.

Was there Saturday evening. Service was - rather mediocre. The store was very busy and the food only arrived after 20 minutes... I ordered 4 big king xxl for 4 people to take away. We all threw away half of the burgers. That was by far the most disgusting patty we were allowed to eat in our 40 years of life. Bk as a global company should be ashamed of selling something like this as "meat".

Long waiting time, otherwise everything was great

The burger was terrible! They poured the sauce so that I did not feel any taste except the sauce. The burger was with patty, cheese and bacon - I didn't understand why the bacon was cold! I have never met such a thing. When the burger was almost eaten, the cutlet without sauce turned out to be even worse - the taste of old fat could be felt. I don't usually eat burgers, but I was hungry because I was on business for half the day, so I decided to try it.
