I personally received a very warm welcome at this Burger King. The manager is very friendly.

We were here today with 13 people: 8 children and 5 adults. The service was incredibly friendly, and we each received a crown. We'd love to come back. We were here again, and just like last time, the service was fantastic. The staff are amazing, and you can have a great time here. It's also great for kids.

I have to say, ordering at the terminals is really fast; you never have to wait long, and the food is prepared very quickly. It takes less than 10 minutes and you have your food. TOP SERVICE and friendly staff; I'll gladly come back every time.

What disappointed me most was that the staff showed absolutely no interest or understanding. As a result, I had to order again and pay twice. This is unacceptable to me, especially when you clearly state what you want at the register.

They try to keep the strict clientele of a main station out, so you can eat in peace. Another good tip is that there are ordering machines in front of the counter. The ones in the entrance are usually quite full.

I've been satisfied every time I've visited so far. The products are fresh, and the entire process from ordering to receiving your order is very quick, which is always important for me to catch my train. Excellent!

I've never been to a Burger King where the food was cold, and the employees don't care what you order. I also got a stomachache, so it's clear: hygiene isn't a priority here. Never again!!!

My drink fell off the tray and I wanted to get it replaced because I dropped the brand new drink and they said it wasn't possible even though I paid for it.

Orders can only be made at the self-service kiosk. The cash registers are gone. I've never experienced anything like this before.

This Burger King made me feel safe in the middle of the night at the main station, which was full of all kinds of crazy people. There were two security guards at the entrance, and the restroom—normally coin-operated—was free to use with a Burger King receipt. The facilities were also very clean.

Fast food? No way... Slow and inflexible. After a while, I was told the burgers would be here in a minute. But they didn't. After five minutes, I had to leave. I didn't even get two finished cheeseburgers. Enjoy my four burgers and consider booking a table online; it makes planning easier. If ten minutes isn't enough for four cheeseburgers at 9:45 p.m., I don't know what is...

My last visit to Burger King at Hanover Central Station was, unfortunately, an experience one would soon forget. As soon as I entered, I noticed the lack of cleanliness: sticky floors, overflowing trash cans, and tables that clearly hadn't been wiped for hours. For a branch in such a central and busy location, this is simply disappointing. The staff seemed not only overworked, but above all disinterested. A brief inquiry about my order was met with a shrug – service doesn't look that good. On top of that, the wait was far too long for a simple meal. When the food finally arrived, it was not only lukewarm but also carelessly prepared. Of course, I don't expect culinary excellence from fast food, but I can certainly expect a minimum level of hygiene, friendliness, and organization. Especially at the main station, where many travelers are just making a quick stop, the goal should be to leave a good impression of the brand and location. Instead, I ended up with the feeling that no one here really cares whether the customer is satisfied or not. Unfortunately, that was my last visit to Burger King at Hanover Central Station. Next time, I'll opt for a sandwich from the kiosk next door—it's easier, but at least it's reliable.

Since it's supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, the wait times are just as long as in a regular restaurant. The employees work so slowly you could resole their shoes while they work. On top of that, their German is bad, so it's sometimes hard to understand the order numbers. Overall, you can tell that the place only survives on walk-in customers.

It was a disastrous experience! My onion rings were neglected and replaced with two disgusting lumps of chicken. The person behind the counter was incredibly rude and agitated. The large portion of fried potato sticks was the size of a regular small portion of fried potato sticks at McDonald's. On top of that, the wait was terrible, and the location at Hanover Central Station meant that there were some characters lurking around that you wouldn't want to meet in the dark.

Very good, fast operation despite full charging

After 11 years, it's still the best at the main station. In Munich, for example, the mice dance on the table. Absolutely top-notch here; I always enjoy going here.

The service is usually great, and you always get what you need, but the restroom attendant is incredibly unpleasant. She always demands money from customers outside, otherwise they're not allowed to leave. I don't think that's in keeping with Burger King's philosophy. She also holds coffee galas and chats with her friends in their own language. She even rudely asks customers for "money" when they go to the restroom, or she acts really smart and gives them a paper towel to dry their hands with, then thinks the scam will work. Truly rude and the biggest reason, for me, for not going to this store.

Please buy new chairs. Sitting there and having to listen to the very loud and unpleasant noises from them is absolute torture!

Very quickly ready and delicious food is there for everyone even for vegetarians

There was still trash on the table. The waiters were still milling around the restaurant. Did they see it or not, but it was still there when I left!

Always very dirty, never had such bad Burger King burgers as here, all the sauces were forgotten on two separate orders and in general the food there is a very unpleasant experience.

Really fast even though we ordered veggi and it often takes time for veggi Food. The Burger was noch hot but not cold.

Very unfriendly staff. Our order number wasn't displayed on the screen, but when we asked after a while if it would be much longer, we were rudely accused of having finished long ago and of not picking it up until so late. The result was lukewarm food, which also left much to be desired (brown bits in the salad, etc.). Furthermore, I was charged €1 for a toilet without a lock, even though we had already ordered. We'll go somewhere else next time, which is a shame.

The food was great—nothing to complain about, but what I just had to experience as a taxpayer was outrageous. After my receipt was simply crumpled up, and I pointed out that I needed it for my accounting, the employee tore it up (property damage). Furthermore, the boss tolerated aggressive behavior from his employees. Anti-violence training is recommended! I also thought the scam was really well covered by the other employees. Wrong burger, and the one I got was dry. Both the bread and the burger. The rest of the family got the order for burgers. Ordered with ice for 4 drinks, got none ice in any of them. And where empty for the toy that you could pre select on the ordering machine.

I ordered an XL T-shirt, but only received a L without any confirmation of the size (a real shame). Unfortunately, the Naruto Chicken Burger was lukewarm and the cheese wasn't melted (it was cold)!

A real rip-off place, the organization is abysmally bad. Sunday at 10:50 PM, I ordered a burger (some kind of double cheese for €4.49) via the terminal. When I walked in, the place was half empty. They hadn't managed to prepare my burger in half an hour, but they let a bunch of group orders that came in after me go first. When I asked if my burger had been forgotten, I was told "wait, bro," and they just turned around and handed my receipt (number 800 on July 20, 2025) to another guy. My train left at 11:20 PM. Burger King, pull yourself together. PS: I made the train.

I ordered an ice cream with two ingredients. After a seven-minute wait, the ice cream was ready. However, it only had one ingredient. I was politely asked if I wanted a different ingredient. I declined and was referred to the "boss." He was extremely rude! He disappeared, but came back a short while later – with a pile of paperwork! I was supposed to fill it out. The whole thing cost me almost 15 minutes of my time. When I asked who would compensate me for the lost time, the man was baffled. If the ice cream isn't available in the desired combination, that's no problem. But the worst thing is to be treated so unfriendly and made to feel like you're to blame for the situation. I had a very disappointing experience. First, I had to wait over 20 minutes just to pay for my food, even though several staff members clearly saw me and chose to ignore me. Yesterday, after the concert, Burger King was very busy. Nevertheless, I think you should be prepared and the wait shouldn't be more than half an hour. Mayo and salt were missing from our order, but we got them immediately upon request. Unfortunately, we didn't notice that our order included a small fries instead of the large ones we ordered. The fries were old and soggy, despite the restaurant being very busy. What a shame.

The reaction was abysmal when I tried to complain about a burger yesterday. I almost felt like I'd insulted one of the staff. Customer service isn't like that.

Worst burger joint. Incompetent staff! There was nothing going on, but everyone was overwhelmed. I had to pay extra for mayo, and then it was forgotten, just like my second fries.

The service was a disaster. I stood there for 40 minutes with other people trying to pay. We asked, but no one came to the cashier. They said they couldn't, so I left the store, throwing my order slip on the floor and saying I was giving them a bad review. They were very unfriendly and rude. They didn't even bother to bother.

Rudest service ever! The store's team leader tells you to get lost just because you want a burger without jalapenos! Instead of making new burgers, they just tossed them away. The food was okay, just as it should taste. The staff were incompetent at reading the numbers correctly. Almost every order was incorrect. I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I got a vanilla one. 😡

The restaurant itself is quite nice, but unfortunately it's not clean. The restrooms smell and there's no soap. Despite the small number of customers, all the tables are filthy. The fries are too salty, the burgers are almost cold and completely soggy. I'm really disappointed and won't be coming back.

Review for Restaurant C: I was very disappointed with my visit to Restaurant C. While the food was okay, the behavior of one of the employees was completely unacceptable. I felt discriminated against and treated unkindly, which indicates racist attitudes. This kind of behavior should not have a place in any restaurant—especially not in a multicultural country like Germany. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all guests are treated equally—regardless of their background.

I've been to this branch many times, and the service is always good, as I receive my order so quickly. Special thanks go to (Mr. Baker) for his friendliness and warm welcome.

This Burger King branch is located in the middle of Hanover Central Station. It is strongly aimed at the young generation. When you enter, you think you're in an arcade. Because personal advice does not take place here. Various computers or should I say “order terminals”. You can scroll through photos and put together your own menu. Unfortunately, not all offers are listed here, because combination offers with corresponding lower prices can only be found if you have downloaded the APP beforehand! Normally you pay with a card at the terminal, although cash payments also work. After placing the order at the terminal, you will be given a number, which will then be displayed on the screen. I did it the old-fashioned way and went straight to the counter for advice. I took up the suggestion to download the app. But then two men had language difficulties, which meant that a price was displayed on the checkout terminal that did not correspond to my order. I ordered 2x chicken with fries and coke for the price of 10.9..Why 10.9? Because the second digit after the decimal point is not shown on the receipt in terms of price! A fork to pick up the fries was not offered. The visual presentation is weak, but I didn't expect more. The “dining room” reminds me of some company canteens.

If you ever find yourself stuck at Hannover Hbf in the middle of the night and just need a place to wait until around 3 AM (that’s when the patrols usually show up and 28 Days Later vibes outside finally settle down) Burger King isn’t perfect, but it’s a decent option. It’s warm, relatively quiet, and there’s a dedicated janitor who genuinely cares about keeping the place clean and safe by firmly escorting out anyone causing trouble. Much respect to him.
