Me: My train leaves in 20 minutes. I can quickly grab something from Burger King. Burger King: *Christian Lindner “Ha Ha, No” Meme*

Since I work at the train station, I often come here to have a quick bite to eat. It is particularly important to me that the food comes quickly. This is always the case, even though it is sometimes very full with very stressful customers (as you can see from some of the reviews here). If I just order a cheeseburger, it's often ready by the time I get to the counter. I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, my last visit to Burger King was very disappointing. Although the branch was still busy and it still took over an hour before closing, the chairs were already set up at many tables. When we wanted to sit at a free table, we were rudely told that we should sit at another table - right next to other guests, even though there was enough space. When I asked why the chairs had already been put up, the employee explained that he "didn't feel like staying that long" and so wanted to clean up beforehand. We noticed that the tables weren't cleaned at all, only the chairs were put up. This behavior is neither customer-friendly nor hygienic. You don't feel welcome as a guest, even though the opening hours should actually offer enough opportunity to eat in a relaxed manner. Very disappointing!

Worst experience!! Very bad. I would have a PB burger and these people would give me chicken. When I say that I have with Pb. No person help me. Boss also said that we can't do that now. Very very cool!!!!

The waitress could have reacted a little quicker, I stood at the counter until someone finally came to take my order.

It took me less than 5 minutes to get my food. Everything was good, I had a coupon and got a discount. The ordering system worked well. The restaurant has a large hall. Of course, I already knew that this branch is located in a busy area, so I didn't expect much peace and quiet. But it was Ok.

It's just awful, you order, you wait 15 minutes, everyone else gets their food after you and yours isn't done and then the service is super unfriendly. Thank God never again

It's just fast food, but no worse than other BK branches. Staff still quite relaxed despite the high number of guests. But I would never eat there. Not due to hygiene (store is clean) as some guests just don't want to be around me when I'm eating.

Absolute madness. After 20 minutes I asked where my order was. The employee turns away and doesn't even listen to you. When I tried to speak up, I was constantly interrupted, threatened with the police and just behaved in a very rude manner. I feel sorry for the employee who has to do his job here in frustration. It's nice that customers get it. Luckily another employee came over and clarified everything with me and warmed up the burger again. Aggressive behavior really has no place here.

We waited almost 20 minutes for our order, in the end half of it was wrong, as we had to get to the train I didn't notice it until later. Then there were jalapenos on the hamburgers and crazy stuff like undercooked patties. The final surprise came a few hours later when I got to taste the whole thing a second time - now I'm lying flat with food poisoning - 5/5 star holiday. I actually really enjoy being a Burgerking customer but I will never go here again. The many negative reviews are worth it, you should trash the store.

Absolutely unfriendly cleaning lady in the toilet, she is literally hungry for money. I wanted to go to the toilet before eating and she insisted on 50 cents and didn't believe me that I was eating straight away? Is it still possible? Then I lost my appetite and will definitely not come again. Disgusting behavior.

Overall the food was very good! I had fries and a veggie burger, both were fresh and tasty. The burger was well seasoned and the fries were nice and crispy. One star deducted because the service took a little longer than expected. Still a good experience, I'd love to come back!

Ordered a tea and hot chocolate at the kiosk with a recup. Only got one recup and another disposable cup. Only got half of the deposit money back. Got the wrong tea because the other one was not available anymore. In addition the service was very rude.

Just disgusting! The Double Whopper was lukewarm, the “meat” tasted like it had just been thawed, the burger was poorly topped and simply disgusting. The staff was unfriendly and slow. There are also drug addicts constantly coming into the store and eating the leftovers on the tables or scrounging at you. You can't blame them, but this has little to do with a burger joint. Disgusting!!!!

Definitely not recommended if you're in a hurry. After 25 minutes my order still wasn't ready. I then quickly got to my train and handed the pick-up ticket to a homeless person on the way. If I had waited, my train would have left without me. Recommendation: Attach a digital display with the approximate waiting time at the front of the entrance.

We have had meat instead of vegan several times now. No more orders here :)

Ate at the Burger King again and the chilli burgers were again very tasty. Fries were crispy and not salty and greasy.

I have never seen such terrible service at these establishments in more than one city. Terrible facility. You could enter -1. I would do it!

We had 15 minutes to place our order. Nothing elaborate. When we asked if we could have the part so we had to catch the train, we were told “the one burger is still taking time”. We then said please leave it out, but nothing. We left €20 there for free because we had to leave because we didn't catch the train. 9 other orders were brought forward! Under the hood; sorry! We would like our money back.

Last night I ordered something after my original order and wanted to pick it up. First I accidentally picked up another receipt and when I wanted to show the right one, the employees said to each other “that's a woman, you're not listening” and not a single one wanted to give me the meal I had paid for or even begin to listen to me. Select on handx, order via qr code M machine and if you want you can pay immediately at the machine or pay in cash at the checkout. Great system. Something for everyone, only the discounts via coupons are really not worth mentioning, a few cents, but I have all my customer data and habits, there is only one offer, 2 crispy chicken burgers for the price of one, I think it's 5.80 euros paid, and it can be compared with the chicken burger from Mcdonald. Food is as expected and cleaned well unlike a few years ago. But, as a guest you have to pay extra for the toilet. The lady should be admitted.

I have to take back my good rating, the branch is really not nice anymore. Burgers are mashed together, the KING Selection with normal burger buns and other sauce, employees wear masks half or not at all and the hygiene apparently leaves a lot to be desired. Peter Pane and Hans im Glück have recently been in Hanover, so their hunger for burgers can now be satisfied there. OLD REVIEW: Friendly staff, clean and friendly atmosphere and I love the self-service terminals for ordering. Unfortunately, the last time I forgot to add additional beef to my burger, despite paying and ordering. It was a shame, but it was still delicious.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 menus and the staff (including the boss) were incredible. After asking 5 times, 103,947 other customers who came later were allowed in.

The outlet is right next to the platform 13 and the place is big and clean. It took a while for my small order to be serviced and the staff could not speak english. Overall a good place to grab a quick bite at the railway station.

Hannover Hbf branch: Worst branch. I like to go to Burger King. But definitely not here anymore. - Order machine runs out of paper - didn't get the ketchup I ordered - Burgers were both cold - that's not possible!

One star is too much for this restaurant. After eating, they charged us for useing the bathroom and the toilet lady yelled at us when we tried to explain we already bought the food here. The manager was even worst. He behaved so irrespectful. It was the worst restaurant I have bben in Germany.

Actually quite okay. The only thing that is annoying is the slow-reacting ordering terminals. You should have invested in better hardware. Especially annoying in the train station, where time is sometimes tight.

I have never been to such a well-organized Burger King branch! Despite the high volume, the food is prepared at record speed and unfortunately the quality is not inferior in any way. Everything is coordinated and the branch is super clean. Which is almost impossible considering she's in a HBF. Here the word fast food actually gets its original meaning back. Keep it up!

Really dirty there. There were very few fries, I could count them by hand. My citizens were burned and Coke smelled like soap. It was a disaster! The health department has been informed.

Even though there are quite a few employees, it takes quite a long time. Fries are bland and barely salted, burgers are a bit dry despite the sauce included.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the manager on site. Firstly, I didn't receive a printed receipt with a number, so I went to the cash register and let them know. I had only ordered vegan nuggets and the gentleman then told me that he would give them to me. However, I didn't receive vegan nuggets, but meat ones. When I asked, he assured me that these were vegan, but I knew that couldn't be the case because the basil pieces were missing. Then I had to deal with it until I actually got vegan nuggets. But I think it's pretty bold to lie to me like that and knowingly want to sell the normal nuggets as vegan.

Nobody needs a fast-dood chain like that that's out for profit...

The manager of the store is someone who appears and disappears and the person in charge of preparing and delivering orders is someone who delays orders and serves them badly by looking for coupons that suit customers who speak their own language. Both the person responsible for preparing orders in the kitchen and the cleaning person never stop working.

Bad service! Today on July 27th, 2024 at 7 p.m. an employee (black shirt with a bald head - maybe manager?! ) refused our order out of laziness and told us to order from the machine and simply ignored us. What a cheek. We left again and didn't order anything.

I ordered a menu with fries etc. And a cola was ready for 10 minutes before I got my food, so there was no more carbon dioxide in it.! Then I ordered a burger with 1-2 extras and got an ice cold burger where even the meat was still cold! And that's a disgrace for the price! If I could I would give 0 stars!

Unfortunately, it's always the usual, lots of people with whom you would rather have less contact. People are lying on the floor in front of the side door. Very rude staff (management) that explained to me when I asked if anyone speaks english "in Germany we only speak German or Arabic..." However the 2 servers were very kind and tried their best to help me. Unfortunately when we came back to the hotel they had forgotten the 9 nuggets for my son...didn't bother to go back.

One of the cleanest Burger Kings I've been to. They offer tons of veggie options, which is great. However, the service was extremely slow.

Actually everyone knows Burger King and this one is no different, I personally don't like this kind of food and the high prices. The only thing that would draw me back would be a birthday party with children, but I know a much better fast food restaurant for that 😋

The order machines took over 5 minutes to process my order (spoiler alert: it failed due to a technical defect). Why aren't these serviced or equipped with adequate software that enables quick and easy ordering? I ordered an “Extra Long Chili Cheese” burger for €7.29. The machine gave me a ticket after 5 minutes with the note something like "We apologize to you, but your order has not been received in our kitchen. Please contact the staff.". The staff was then unable to determine that I had ordered the Extra Long Chili Cheese Burger and instead gave me at least 2 plain Chili Cheese Burgers, but overall at a lower price than what I originally paid. Nice gesture, no question, but as a customer I ended up paying more for what I should have paid. Therefore the one star as a thank you :) Bon Appetit!

Today I bought three burgers and went to sit on the table and saw that one of my burgers was missing . I went and talked to the manager and he said why didn't you check first that you came now. He said a lot of stupid things to me and I passed by and remembered that I would not go there again

After passing the 2 security guards at the door entrance, we ordered 4 Whopper Menus from the machine. When we received the order and came to our table to eat, we noticed that one of the hamburgers was missing, but when we received the menus, their manager took the receipt from us and directed the employees to throw it in the trash. He did not believe us and did not want to find it even though we showed him where he threw the receipt in the trash. The manager turned me and my family into liars and even though I was a disabled tourist, he called the security guards at the entrance, shouted at us in front of everyone and wanted to throw us out. I said in English, "I'll call the police if you don't behave properly", but he said, "If you call, call." Then, since we did not know German, we found a couple who spoke English and asked them for help with the translation, but the security also threatened them and prevented them from helping us. Then a Turk who spoke our language came and we explained the situation to him. He also tried to help, but the security prevented him too. Then more customers gathered around us and when we wanted to help, the manager humiliated us and said "okay, okay, take it" and threw the missing hamburger in front of us. We went to our table and started to finish the meal, and at that moment one of the security guards came and spoke in Turkish and told us to eat as soon as possible and go. I tried it at Burger King Hannover Hbf and that was the worst experience of my entire life. The employees are not friendly at all. The shift manager is always rude and always with a negative attitude. They also don't have a good accent to customers.

I don't know if strawberry milkshake should taste like coffee, but it was still delicious. If you don't have time, it's your own fault if you get something there. The restaurant was clean, no waiting time, the plant-based double wopper was well served and had the right temperature - there was nothing to criticize that morning.
