App discount would not work here. The staff was talking with his customer-friend whole time and it affected the service, made slower.

We bought two milkshakes, but both tasted spoiled. After calling, we were told that everything was supposedly fine. However, it's possible that an employee didn't dispose of the first shake after cleaning the machine, which could have caused traces of disinfectant to get into the milkshakes. However, both tasted identical and clearly that of an expired milk product.

I ordered a takeaway meal plan. On the train, I discovered that they had packed me a half-eaten cheeseburger… I've never experienced anything like that before.

Totally collapsed, no ordering machines, 1 or 2 checkouts and permanent queues which don't even move. Don't try.

This is an example of how a McDonald's should NOT operate. Slow, unmotivated employees who can't manage more than pre-programmed words; burgers and fries taste sticky and dry. The lack of kiosks means long lines even though it's relatively quiet. For me, this isn't a McDonald's worth another visit.

When you first forget the Coke you ordered and now search in vain for the curry sauce you ordered. That's not service, unfortunately, a failure.

Substandard in every respect. The staff seems untrained. I recently overheard an argument between two employees. It was so unpleasant that I didn't want to wait in line any longer and left. They take way too long because they're constantly chatting. Customers are obviously not important to them. Why should they be? They probably don't get paid well either...

Basically, as in all of Germany, McDonald's is terrible (many cafes too): the food is ok, but the conditions are a nightmare. The floor is sticky, it hasn't been washed for at least a month. The toilet is paid, and when you go in there, you have a gag reflex: sometimes it feels like you've relieved yourself right on the floor, wiped yourself, thrown it on the floor and that's it. The dirt all around is unreal, but they advocate ecology as much as they do to the whole world.

We had only ice cream. Finally found a mcdonalds with working ice cream machine. Beware, the area around this mcdonalds is filled with homeless people and other not so friendly people. So would not recommend coming here in late evening.

I eat at McDonald's almost every day, either at Steintor or in Am Kröpke. The McDonald's at Steintor is like any other McDonald's. But the one at Kröpke is a total disaster. The food is usually cold, and the burgers look like someone just shook the finished box again. Of three cash registers, only one is open at any one time. Ten employees are running around, and there's only one in the kitchen. But the worst thing is the order and cleanliness... Absolutely zero. But they always play personal music over Bluetooth speakers... All in all, the worst McDonald's I've experienced in my 40 years of life... only go to Steintor.

Unfortunately, the location is anything but inviting: The surroundings are dirty, there's a strong smell of urine, and overall, it just makes you feel uncomfortable. Inside, it's often noisy, messy, and poorly maintained. It's okay for a quick visit, but definitely not the McDonald's you'd want to hang out at.

The coffee tastes weak compared to the Steintor branch. Sure, the Steintor branch has a portafilter machine, while here it's "only" a fully automatic coffee machine. But that can't be the only reason. The difference is simply too great.

I can't recommend it at all. I asked if they had a blue glass left during the Coke promotion and was told no because it was for someone on the staff even though I had one in my hand. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't queuing for nothing. When I found out there was a glass left, I got in line even though they said it was for the staff. As soon as I got in line, it was given to the next customer in line. Luckily she was kind enough to give it to me. But sorry, that's not okay. How can you refuse customers something just because the manager or whoever it was says, hey, that's for person X.

Incredibly unfriendly shop. The staff treats customers like they are a nuisance. Zero service, zero friendliness - you're more likely to be shouted at than given advice. If you like to be treated badly, this is the place for you. For everyone else: it's better to give it a wide berth.

Indian service can speak broken German, but it takes 8 minutes (stopped) to take the order. This means it takes significantly longer than if you walk the extra 5 minutes there and back to the main train station. Definitely fire.

Ordered and received the food without waiting. I'm not used to that, great! Unfortunately a bit dirty and strange lighting. Therefore not a good atmosphere. Food tastes just like McDonald's.

Just the standards, nothing that is currently available in terms of promotional burgers etc., even though the location was selected in the app and it was confirmed there that you can order this on site. In terms of service, you could perhaps note this somewhere so that you don't stand in line for nothing. I have no idea why the franchisee is allowed to act like this here. If you prefer to walk a few minutes to the main station branch, you will be better served, also in terms of friendly service ✌🏻

Only Arabic is spoken and listening to very loud Arabic music is rude in my opinion and only Arabic is spoken. I have just been there and never again

I just ordered something to take away and asked if everything was there. HE had everything in there. I got on the train in a state of stress...he just didn't pack all the fries with every menu... Well, I'm to blame for the same thing. Plus, fast food is more like waiting food...not again

The employee with long brown hair was totally unfriendly. Had a coupon that took a second to load, really 5 seconds, she just goes away and serves others. Had another burger and a free drink coupon. After she had served other people, she looked at me angrily as to why I was still standing there, so I told her that they had just left me standing there for 5 minutes and didn't serve me any further, hadn't paid anything yet, then she became even more unfriendly. I have often seen the lady being friendly towards other people. To me she has never been like this on her first day. but the employee is known for it.

Bought two “BIC Mac” yesterday. 6.19 each for a cold so-called burger. A bun covered in iceberg lettuce, zero dressing, cheap cheese that you can't even taste and a burger patty that's smaller than the cucumber slices. Not to mention the cleanliness of this branch. Never again.

We were there with a group, so there were several burgers in the bags. When unpacking I noticed two were missing. The two waitresses reacted unfriendly and said everyone was inside. The manager we had to wait for first sorted it out.

Food doesn't taste good because it gets cold quickly...or is...workers work without hair protection and generally without work clothes. When I visited everything was dirty and nothing was cleaned...there are no cleaning staff. There is little seating...or rather, few tables that are clean. I think these McDonald's should undergo an inspection for the health and quality of the food and staff...that's really embarrassing at McDonald's...Burger King is even better.

The tastiest thing about my food order was the ice cubes in my drink. They tasted the way you know them. Everything else as well as fries, Mc Flurry, nuggets and Mc Sundae chocolate were disappointing. The napkins had more flavor than anything else :)

By far the worst MCD in Hanover - 3 haphazard employees who are already overpaid with the minimum wage. What I experienced there today defies description. The employee at the checkout takes 20 minutes to take the order and cash it for a group of 3 - no joke, various codes are scanned - which works. The colleague still has to support him instead of opening a second cash register. The line goes all the way to the front of the store. Many have already left because waiting 30 minutes is really not an option. Then you want to redeem a code there - the points program says after 30 minutes of waiting that you can't redeem it here. So redeeming coupons is possible, but coupons for 0 euros are not possible. Why don't you hang this on the door? Hier wird es immer schlimmer. Viele Gäste lassen ihre Rest Sachen einfach auf dem Tisch liegen, essen teils wie die Schweine und gehen das wenige Personal räumt auch kaum auf. Alles klebt.....

The employees are very very slow. The line builds up to the outside only to be told at the checkout that no app coupons can be accepted. Furthermore, it seems to be okay to greet every homeless person there and let them eat from a tray. The smell spreads throughout the entire restaurant. This is really a branch that can close. Nobody needs that

When I ordered I specifically asked if it could be prepared in 15 minutes because I had to move on. Was answered in the affirmative, after the first time asking after 10 minutes it was "forgotten" the second time after 15 minutes they just said sorry. Dirty store, lazy employees. Then it's better to be nearby if you have to go quickly. Gave away €15 to McDonalds.

All the coupons I wanted to redeem couldn't be redeemed because, for example, the bacon was missing. Additionally, you can only redeem one coupon per order. The employees were nice, but they prepared almost everything without gloves. Employees were having private conversations instead of serving customers. Everything in the restaurant was dirty and not very nice.

Absolute disaster, never seen such a bad McDonalds.

Absolutely an absolute disaster! Staff work in private clothes. The shop is totally filthy. I have never experienced anything like this at mc d. Just sad. Management is required here. Würde nicht empfehlen hier nach 19 Uhr einen Burger zu kaufen. Gerade die vertrocknetsten Burger jemals hier abgeholt. Das entsprach definitiv nicht den Richtlinien.. schade

Coupons funktionieren nicht. Des weiteren fragt der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse (seitlich rasiert & Zopf mit Brille) junge weibliche Kundinnen nach ihrer Handynummer. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Essen schmeckt wie ein Standard Menü von Mecces.

Ich war in meinem Leben noch nicht in einem so schmutzigen McDonald's. Der Boden klebte, jeder Platz war verdreckt ob Tische oder Stühle.... Der Typ an der Kasse war gefühlt mit allem überfordert. Nie wieder gibt genug Alternativen gleich in der Nähe

Die Verkäuferin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sympathisch.Wir wurden schnell bedient, die Pommes waren gerade frisch zubereitet worden und waren perfekt gesalzen,aussen knusprig und innen weich. Sie haben köstlich geschmeckt 😊 Danke! Es ist auch Mal schön nett bedient zu werden und mit einem "wünsche Ihnen einen schönen Tag" verabschiedet zu werden.Hat uns gut gefallen👍🏽👍🏽😊

Hallo mir haben bei den Cheeseburgern die wenigen Zwiebeln nicht gefallen da müssen ein paar mehr drauf. Und den Leuten auch mehr anbieten um das sie kaufen aber sonst alles gut!!!

Die beiden Kassen können einen fast Leid tun, ich hatte 15 Minuten auf einen Cheeseburger ohne Zwiebeln/ ohne Gurke gewartet, die Dame vor mir sogar noch länger auf einen BicMag. .. super netter Service an den Kassen, aber die unorientiertheit im hinteren Bereich kenne ich leider in keinem anderen Geschäft.. liegt aber sehr zentral an der Straßenbahn 🚊

Einer der schlechtesten Mcs die es in der Innenstadt gibt . Das Essen wird lieblos halb warm serviert , erinnert manchmal an einem Baukasten ohne Anleitung. Ebenso Ellen langes Warten auf einfachste Bestellungen wie 1 Cheeseburger . Da wird das fast food schnell zum Termin Killer . Der Laden ist zu meist schmutzig im Kundenbereich . Öfters sind auch die "50 Cent bittler" dort und schnorren dein Rückgeld. Wenn auch nicht immer im Laden , tun sie quasi spawncampen am Eingang . Wer etwas mehr Zeit hat sollte in den Mcs oberhalb des Kröpckes Essen gehen.

Leider echt enttäuscht, erst der Triplecheesburger weg und jetzt werden mir die doubles versaut. Man!

Slechts een McSunday gegeten, en daar kan eigenlijk niets mis mee gaan. De vloer was net gedweild, het afval werd op hetzelfde moment opgeruimd, de tafels waren schoon. Geen aanmerkingen op de netheid van dit filiaal. Een hele kleine McDonalds met genoeg personeel voor een filiaal van deze grootte. Perfect om even snel iets te kopen op weg naar de trein, of te wachten totdat de Strassenbahn komt. Habe nur einen McSunday gegessen, und damit kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Der Boden wurde gerade gewischt, der Müll wurde gleich mit weggeräumt, die Tische waren sauber. Kein Kommentar zur Sauberkeit dieser Filiale. Ein sehr kleiner McDonalds mit ausreichend Personal für eine Filiale dieser Größe. Perfekt für einen schnellen Snack auf dem Weg zum Zug oder beim Warten auf die Straßenbahn.
