Were there on the weekend after the AC/DC concert. I have to say once and never again. People sometimes had to wait an hour or more for their food. They had nothing under control. I wanted my money back because it took too long and apparently they couldn't pay me back. Someone already started throwing the plastic/wooden cutlery around the kitchen. Should have made the store easy. They probably didn't want to or weren't allowed to do that. No matter. Conclusion: staff totally incompetent. No star.

MEAT nuggets are regularly released instead of PLANT nuggets. Within a week 2 out of 2 orders were wrong. 1) Giving out CHICKEN nuggets in CHICKEN packaging can be an oversight. 2) Giving out CHICKEN nuggets in packaging for VEGAN nuggets is unjustifiable. Plus, this order even had plant AND chicken nuggets in one box! (Plant nuggets have a creamier consistency and are clearly identifiable)

I stood there for 30 minutes, a payment error came out and instead of clearing it the person went to place other orders without taking my order. I left angry and very hungry

Worst McDonalds I‘ve ever had. My friend puked due to the terrible food. Chicken nuggets were soft and disgusting. We didn‘t even finish the „burger“. Never esting McDonald’s again after this experience.

Today was for breakfast, I got pancakes from “yesterday”, you could break your teeth with them. I brought it back, the service staff also confirmed that it was the same as yesterday🙈🙈🙈they promised to bring me freshly prepared food in 8 minutes (what a luxury!), but I was gone in 25 minutes because nothing happened...very disappointing , it used to be always quick and fresh at the train station

Very long waiting time, at least 7 minutes for the basic menu, 13 minutes for something special. The food is not prepared carefully, burgers are thrown together randomly. Fries are always cold and often too salty. Toilet sola.

Disgusting place, orders are prepared very slowly, the toilet is prohibited for visitors, only for a fee, in the kitchen they cook without gloves, everything is done with bare hands!!! The worst McDonald's I have ever visited.

Just terrible. We were just passing through on July 4th. At around 4:45 in the morning. Firstly, the tables were very dirty with leftover food on them. Then we asked the cashier to clean the tables, she just rolled her eyes and ignored us. Then the food came wrong, which she didn't realize and treated us very unfriendly. I've never seen such poor customer treatment anywhere. I told her that too. I wanted her name to call her boss but she refused to give it to me. It was a foreign woman in her 40s with a strong accent. Very, very bad. I'll definitely never go there again. Food was old, yucky

I was in this McDonald's on July 4th, 2024 after my long journey at exactly 5 a.m. and just wanted to quickly get something to eat. Apart from the cleanliness, which is catastrophic, and the way the food was handled, I noticed how an employee was eating several customers shouted at her without any reason and worked in a totally impudent and listless manner. I noticed how several customers were arguing with her at the same time because she also placed a lot of orders incorrectly. After the whole drama, I ordered my food and asked a member of staff nicely if the table where I wanted to eat could be cleaned because there was leftover food lying around. This employee then rolled her eyes and left without comment. My table wasn't cleaned either. I'll never come to this store again, I've never experienced anything like it!

The staff is top. Good looks, in work clothes and nice politeness. The fact that it is served directly to the table is also perfect. The cleanliness is a little worse than expected but still of good quality. The waiting time is okay. The quality of the food: when I took out the burger...It wasn't made properly...it tasted good, but the meat was dry and maybe there wasn't enough sauce. The fries tasted good but unfortunately they were cold. but unfortunately they weren't crispy like fries should be. Drinking it was nice and cold. But... I had a cola... it didn't have the taste of cola... but a little more water. My ice cream 10/10. The look of the McDonald's is perfect...neither too much nor too little designed. What bothers me is that there are too few tables in relation to the size of the restaurant...especially in a place like this in the main train station and a popular fast food restaurant. You have a good view of the station forecourt...which can be a cozy atmosphere in the evening. I would give 5 stars. Since I understand that some things can't be better...good job.

At around 9:31 p.m. I placed an order at McDonald's, it was accepted and at around 10:14 p.m. McDonald's canceled it again. 32.27 euros were deducted from my PayPal account, but only 29.27 euros were paid back. I waited hungry for about 45 minutes for my order and then it was simply canceled again and the money wasn't even refunded in full? What's that supposed to mean?!

TERRIBLE!!! I missed my last train home just to buy myself a happy meal because minion toys were being sold. I was so excited for my minion and what do I see??? NO MINION! That's a cheeky thing. never come back would give the service a 0 but unfortunately that doesn't work. There was hair in my burger. I could bet that instead of sweet chili sauce there is 🩸 from the syringes that are at the main station.

I like to eat there when I'm in town. The burgers and fries are very tasty! The shop is clean. The staff very friendly.

The staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Several sundaes of soft ice cream stood around for minutes. When I got my ice cream it was more sauce than ice cream and the burger wasn't even lukewarm. The kitchen looked dirty. No, I won't go there again.

Never been so annoyed. The entrance was completely overcrowded because the employees couldn't even begin to prepare the orders. You fell asleep while watching. When you go to McDonald's, you get what you expect: fast food. Whether you find the food good or bad is certainly a matter of taste. The McDonald's in Hanover Central Station is simply great! Perfectly located for a quick snack or meal while traveling. The staff is friendly and works efficiently, even at peak times. The food is always fresh and delicious, exactly what you would expect from McDonald's. Cleanliness and service are excellent. For me it is the ideal place to briefly recharge your batteries. 5 Stars!

Unfortunately, I don't know why things have slowed down so much there. Nowadays you already have machines that take your order for you and the employees apparently don't know how to read. My last order was missing an entire Bigmac. I'm not implying that I was cheated out of 6 euros, but I am implying negligence in putting together orders. We came here in whilst waiting for our next train. Don’t know what to say… 1) didn’t get what we ordered 2) there were so many people sitting around who hadn’t ordered anything so the space was incredibly crowded 3) the coffee tasted like soap 4) was quite messy and there was liquid on the floor

So I often order here via the app. Relatively fixed. But I have ordered plant based nuggets on several different days over a long period of time and I always get chicken nuggets. Since I don't feel like waiting any longer, I take it anyway - but for people who don't want to or aren't allowed to eat meat, that's an absolute no-go. It does say “chicken” correctly on the box, but that’s not always the first thing you look at…

Got in at 2215 and finished at 2219. Great and I could redeem my points coupon. so the 20 piece of chicken nuggets was free. It doesn't get any better. In the store on Kröpcke it was not possible to redeem the coupon there, the employees there have no idea and it defies any description of what is going on there.

Ordered for the first time today via uber eats. Was in a few Ehmann-run restaurants and it was always very positive. Unfortunately not today. It's incomprehensible to me when I order a family menu with 7 items and four of them are not delivered. Uber eats refers to McDonalds with the statement: I only pick up and deliver, but not in a sealed delivery. Logical for me. Call the branch. First call no answer, second call today at 7:27 p.m. Extremely unfriendly employee or shift manager who tells me it's Uber's fault. Sorry, I don't understand how can you "forget" to pack over half of seven items and say it's the driver's fault? Is he now standing behind the counter and packing up the orders? This one experience made me never enter an Ehmann branch again. I have no understanding of not being able to pack over 50 percent of an order. Then please put fewer employees and I'll happily wait 20 minutes longer, but get what I ordered and paid for. Uber, the transport company, is now taking care of the matter, the outcome is uncertain. Wow guys, this has to be better. I got stuck in Hanover late in the evening and had to wait for almost an hour in this uncomfortable, cold train station and had almost no money left. The train kindly gave me a food voucher and recommended the MacDo. So I go and ask if the McCafé counter is still in operation. This is confirmed to me. However, you cannot combine the toilet fee voucher with the one from the railway. So, pelvic floor. Order a small cocoa to consume on site and go to the McCafé stand with the receipt. Where I wait for some time until someone impatiently calls out the number on my piece of paper from the main counter. I fumble back, suspecting nothing good, and voila, he places a disposable cup WITH A PLASTIC LID on the counter for me. Contrary to previous announcements, the drink was not prepared at the McCafé counter (where the prices are more expensive but at least the quality is better and the dishes are more sustainable, or so I thought). My protest is more or less shrugged off by the staff, who point out that I can't offer porcelain dishes to the clientele here. To the vulture?? Schlechte Bedienung, unfreundlicher Manager (der komplett überfordert war und das an die Kunden ausgelassen hat), fehlerhafte Terminals die nicht funktioniert habe. wofür die Kunden angeblich zu inkompetent sind laut Manager. Komplett falsche Bestellung bekommen. Alles in allem eine bodenlose Frechheit, vorallem vom Manager angeschrien zu werden.

Das Essen schmeckt genormt, der McDonald’s ist schön im Hauptbahnhof gelegen und damit relativ zentral. Leider ist er manchmal etwas dreckig, was ich wirklich nicht so schön finde. Außerdem funktionieren oft die Bestelltafeln nicht und die Bedienung (also, dass einem das Essen gebracht wird) gibt es auch nur sehr selten. Außerdem sind die Wägen, in die man die Tabletts stellt, sehr oft sehr voll. Ansonsten gehe ich dort aber gerne hin auch wegen der langen Öffnungszeiten.

Essen wir immer McDonalds Nivea. Entweder sehr gut oder einfach alles draufgerotzt. Meine Pommes wurden vergessen aber ist ja recht üblich bei diesem McDonalds, aber habe diese direkt bekommen nach einer Anmerkung an das Personal. Ansonsten wie jeder üblicher McDonalds an einem Hauptbahnhof

El servicio einladen mesa fue pésimo. Fui dos veces a preguntar por el pedido que no llegaba. Después de esperar 25 minutos, la jefa me dijo que ya me había servido la comida pero no había sido así. La jefa me la dijo que yo intenté engañar y me llamó ladrón. Después de mi insistencia la jefa fue a controlar las cámaras de seguridad y pudo confirmar que no se me había entregado nada. Nunca recibí una disculpa.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort haben via App bestellt es ging zügig trotz der Menge der Bestellung es war lediglich ein Getränk fehlend aber auch das war schnell gelöst.

Macdonald's kennt natürlich jeder. Dieser MC ist im Hauptbahnhof angesiedelt. Es fallen viele negative Dinge ins Auge. Zum einen ist er sehr voll, so das man Glück haben muss im gleich einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Bedingt durch die vielen Menschen ist auch der Geräuschpegel wesentlich höher. Mein Fazit: Wenn man auf einen Zug wartet und sich nicht auskennt ist ein Besuch OK. Als Hannoveraner gehe ich lieber zu einem der anderen MC. Informationen zu meinen Rezessionen. Alle Informationen die ich hier niederschreibe sind Momentaufnahmen und völlig subjektiv. Wenn ich ein zweites Mal einen Ort besuche, kann meine Beurteilung ganz anders sein. Wenn ich etwas verbesserungs würdig finde und dieses sogar umgesetzt wurde, werde ich natürlich auch meine Rezession ändern. Bitte immer höflich bleiben.

Warum gibt es bei McDonald’s inzwischen ein Pfandsystem für die Becher wenn man diese dann nicht überall zurückgeben kann? Dann kann man es auch bleiben lassen…
