My recent stay at your so-called “branch” was less of a culinary experience and more of a study in the complete derailment of all service standards. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was greeted by an atmosphere that was reminiscent of the sterile dreariness of a waiting room - only with poorer lighting and a pungent smell of frying. The gastronomic offerings, if the hastily cobbled together, lukewarm cardboard products can even be called that, not only lacked any claim to taste and quality, but also raised serious doubts about the definition of “food”. The “burger” – a sad heap of soggy bun and taste-amorphous meat – was an affront to even the most modest gourmet sensibilities. The service was a lesson in disinterest, coupled with the elegance of a frying pan. Friendliness seemed just as rare as hygiene - a fact that was only too clearly underlined by the state of the sanitary facilities. In summary, anyone who enters this establishment with even a hint of expectations will be bitterly disappointed. It was an experience that you wouldn't want to inflict on even your worst enemy. For my part, I will avoid this place like a plague in the future.

The store is way too crowded, even a queue to pay. Afterwards, after pointing out that we should check out the cash register, we got our turn after waiting forever. Then our order, half forgotten. Big Mac is missing and a glass too. But since we threw away the receipt, we didn't get anything and were stuck with the costs after asking friendly questions at the order counter. Unfortunately I can't recommend eating anywhere else. Unfortunately not a good shop! Oh well, if you wanted a free sauna then it is very warm there.

Real juice shop the lerrek just serves one burger instead of two and also forget the cola glass. They joked about being rude and had no idea what they were doing. Then we come back because we wanted the second burger we ordered and then we got a torn mccs bag and a completely different burger even though we asked for the right one. Don't go there, dead shop, poorly overcrowded, waited half an hour just to pay. Despite the heat outside, the shop was even warmer and then waiting in this dead shop with 60 others at 40 degrees for what felt like an hour was unbearable.

Terrible service!!! Long and careless service!!! Not everyone delivers what was ordered!! We waited a very long time for our order. 248 have already been served, and 233 was still waiting. The Happy Meal didn't include sauce, fruit or a toy!!!! They didn’t check it right away because while we were waiting for the order, we almost missed the train. On the train, the child was upset when the box with the order was opened. The second order did not include a sprite. And the napkins were crumpled, as if they had already been used. We will not go to this establishment again and do not recommend it to others!!!

Rarely have I eaten such disgusting fries and they ended up straight in the trash. The staff was crazy, forgot to give us our ice cream and gave us other drinks than we ordered. I'd rather eat somewhere else!!!

If you quickly order a coffee to take with you on the train, you are told twice at the counter that it will unfortunately take a while, but that you will take care of it straight away. After waiting for 15 minutes and asking if I would get my money back because my train was about to leave, unfortunately I didn't get a real answer and so I had to run to my train without coffee and without my money because they couldn't manage to make a coffee in a total of 20 minutes. It's a real shame, but I won't be standing here again.

Not recommended, at least not after our visit 4 days ago: dirt, residue on tables and floor, 1 tray was sticky on the bottom, ketchup or something similar, so it wasn't washed or checked. Using the toilet costs money, but it's fun to fish change out of your jacket with sticky fingers. ;/ Ambiance etc. everything was ok, with a window seat you have a good view.

I just forgot to put in the fries but put in the mayo. I had to get some cheese breadcrumbs but the burgers were awesome so 2 stars

My daughter recently picked up some food there and placed an order and paid for it. Unfortunately she didn't check beforehand but a few citizens were missing and still got paid. So I give you a good tip when you order something, always check the bags to make sure everything is in there.

Disgusting behavior of staff! I received 3 portions of fries - all cold. that's why I reported it to the staff - the gentleman and his friend started feeling my fries with their bare hands to check their temperature. Then he started feeling all the other fries that were waiting at the counter (i.e. other customers' fries🤮 Then he threw them into the oil for less than 5 seconds, then took them out and felt them again and then sent them to the box and handed them to me (fried fries covered in oil!!!! ).Never again!

So tomorrow morning there are apparently completely incompetent people at work... 20 orders and it takes ages until an order is placed. The employees just stand there and look stupid and every 5 minutes an order goes outside while 20 people are waiting for their order... In my opinion, the job and service were completely missed... it works at night and 19 times faster

I can ignore the fact that instead of a cocoa you get another customer's cappucino and have it replaced by a visibly annoyed employee. To put it in Susanne Daubner's words, the fact that you charge 50 cents extra to enter a toilet cubicle smeared with feces, where the feces really hangs everywhere (even on the door) and, to make matters worse, there isn't even soap available for washing your hands : Bottomless. If the toilet you pay extra for is at least clean, that's fine. But I've never seen anything like that in branches on the highway, where you could come in without a receipt and without paying extra.

Simply an outrage. At first the staff is unfriendly and simply orders fries for me instead of curly fries without asking. Then the man is unfriendly and talks to me in an annoyed, aggressive tone. The crowning achievement was the totally sticky and inedible wrap. I'll never go there again.

The large portion of fries we ordered was half empty. Mc Plant nuggets were bone dry and the Mc Plant burger was topped with an excessive amount of iceberg lettuce. Even as a gift it would have been too expensive. The service was grumpy and the toilets, which you have to pay to use, were in an unacceptable condition! With one of the worst McDonald's branches I've been to!

My son ordered and paid for a menu on December 13th, 2024 at 6 p.m. His food wasn't finished, his money wasn't given back, he wasn't taken seriously by the staff. It was only when he asked outsiders for help that his food was created through force. Outrageous!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's today. I ordered my food and paid via a self-service kiosk. When my number was called for pickup, the employees took my paper receipt, threw it away and gave me the wrong order. Upon my request to give me the correct order and repeating my order number (since I no longer had a receipt in hand), they asked me to repeat the entire order from memory. I ended up leaving the restaurant hungry. This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

WORST EXPERIENCE. No service at all. This place was my only chance to eat during a long commute, and I had a very short break and politely asked employees to make my order quicker but they said everyone waits. I explicitly stated how much time I had, and asked to give at least fries and drink, they ignored it and were giving other orders - exactly fries and drinks! I had to leave without my food paying money for nothing and having to stay hungry.

I visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with the quality of service. Orders were continually mixed up on both visits. The first time the wrong sauces were delivered, and the second time the sauces were completely missing until I checked the bag right at the point of delivery. An employee refilled the missing sauces with an extremely unfriendly expression on his face without even apologizing. The French fries were leftovers - there were only small fragments in the bag instead of a real portion. The bag itself was crumpled, as if it had been taken out of the trash. Additionally, the order is marked as “finished,” even though it is often not assembled until much later. What struck me as particularly unpleasant was that the employees clearly gave priority to the delivery drivers during the distribution process, while normal customers had to wait. This is extremely disrespectful. Such behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable and the restaurant should reconsider its work standards. I definitely won't come back with such service.

It used to be good. Were there Saturday night. Loud cell phones, everything was dirty, there were no trays left, so they gave us a bag, we gave the fries back twice... The third time they were still sticky. Toilet costs money and is still overcrowded with strange people and people waiting for their train. In the future we will only go a few meters further to BK. It's a long wait and it's not particularly good, but it's still 100 times better than this McDonald's

It's a fast food restaurant - you go there, order and realize you've received the "chicken nuggets" instead of the more expensive planted alternatives. I'm incredibly angry. It couldn't be worse.

Lots of staff but poor performance at night

Arrived with a 30 minute transfer time and went to McDonalds for a quick snack, as we can always expect relatively consistent quality. I then ordered 2 burgers at the terminal and paid for them straight away. I waited for 25 minutes - until finally there was no food but the connecting train. I gave the order away to other customers and they probably stood around for another 25 minutes without success. Recommendation: If you can't get the volume of orders at a train station to be processed without such delays, you should perhaps permanently turn off 1-2 of your 10 order terminals, prioritize the orders differently, don't let employees chase after lost orders 5 times or simply "fast food " remove from the description of this branch.

Is it common for the branch manager to ask the guest at the counter what he needs and then turn around without a word and continue to have private conversations when the guest says that the burger (order 260) is shown as ready and is ready to be served 50cm away from the branch manager. As I write this, I realize that he might not be allowed to pick up a tray. I have never experienced being actively ignored as a customer.

The service was kind of strange, when I ordered food through a machine, I didn't take the number with the order, I only took the first one that was printed out, and then while I was waiting for the order and showing them this paper, there was a problem because I didn't have the number with the order and the staff tried to make me look like an idiot, even showing me on my bank statement. The classic McExperience™, when it comes to cuisine you know what you're getting into. But big praise goes to the friendly staff and especially to the manager, who stood protectively in front of her employees when a customer approached her stupidly.

I've eaten at this McDonald's twice now and have had terrible stomach pains twice. The employees shout at each other and you have to pay €0.50 for the toilet, even if you ordered something there, ridiculous. By the second order, my cup that had my Sprite in it was soggy (probably from standing for a long time until the order was complete) and you could actually throw this cup in the trash because you could barely hold it. The fries were cold and totally green in several places which was absolutely disgusting. The burgers were carelessly thrown into the packaging and I didn't even get any napkins. I waited almost 30 minutes even though I only ordered a McSmart menu. But what I got in return was just a stomach ache and -€5.99 in my wallet.

Disaster. I ordered here via the app. It was so busy that even after 15 minutes the order I had already paid wasn't ready and I had to go without eating to avoid missing the train.

Unbelievable. Nobody speaks German. I had a problem with the ordering app which had to be solved by reporting the error code from the app. Normally no problem. Here already. It took 3 employees because no one understood a single word of German. 10 minutes just to solve this problem. How can you hire people who don't speak German and let them loose on customers? Where are we here? Are these the professionals we always talk about? Indictment

Extremely fast service, friendly staff, unfortunately some anti-social people in the dining area. Burgers were fresh and the lattice fries were also warm here!

I ordered a caramel latte macchiato, there was nothing going on, the size was wrong and it tasted like coffee mixed with milk for 4.39 a bit heavy, there wasn't even any milk foam on it. Wasn't drinkable. I wonder if they even have the regular McDonalds coffee machine.

One of the worst McDonald's stores I've ever been to. 1. The staff. They are unfriendly and become cheeky when asked when the food is finally ready after 20 minutes. Most of them speak little to no German and are totally overwhelmed with their job, which can also be seen from the outside as there is a lot of chaos and hecticness there. 2. The food. Very messily prepared burgers, the fries are limp and taste like they have zero salt. The nuggets are quite good, nice and crispy and hot. 3. The restaurant inside (seats, toilets, etc.) Everything inside is still kept very clean, the staff is at least so nice and even asks during the meal whether they should take the garbage with them. All in all a bad experience, but the store is still useful in an emergency.

I just wanted a MCs strawberry milkshake and went to this MCs several times. It never existed. Today I was finally able to order it and got an MC's soup with a few chunks of ice. The milkshake was completely liquid. Service and ambience is good.

There's no food in the juice shop, no one speaks German. Everything sold out at 10 a.m. Not child-friendly.

Check your bag before you go. I was there for breakfast on 9/12/24. 3 things. Took a long time by Mecce's standards. There were only 2 things in the bag. Then I'll go up again. I told the waitress what was missing and showed me my note and the bag. She said quietly "I grabbed it" and immediately went and brought the missing burger. No card payments were accepted at the machine that day and everyone had to go to the checkout to pay in cash. Which made the whole wait even longer.

MEAT nuggets are regularly released instead of PLANT nuggets. Within a week 2 out of 2 orders were wrong. 1) Giving out CHICKEN nuggets in CHICKEN packaging can be an oversight. 2) Giving out CHICKEN nuggets in packaging for VEGAN nuggets is unjustifiable. Plus, this order even had plant AND chicken nuggets in one box! (Plant nuggets have a creamier consistency and are clearly identifiable)

The first McDonald's I've seen where you can watch a movie or series inside the place. They also have a screen where they put the train connections that are going to leave. Unfortunately the service is slow and some tables are left dirty because customers do not pick up their tray.

By far the worst MC in my career. Completely overwhelmed staff. Ordered 3 menus in the app and even though there wasn't much going on (10 p.m.) the employees were not able to finish them in 40 minutes. After asking several times, they kept saying it would be done straight away. The end of the song - in order not to miss the train home, we forego the meal that we had already paid for via Paypal.

Were there on the weekend after the AC/DC concert. I have to say once and never again. People sometimes had to wait an hour or more for their food. They had nothing under control. I wanted my money back because it took too long and apparently they couldn't pay me back. Someone already started throwing the plastic/wooden cutlery around the kitchen. Should have made the store easy. They probably didn't want to or weren't allowed to do that. No matter. Conclusion: staff totally incompetent. No star.

I purchased on June 8th, 2024. The checkout clerk was so angry and unprofessional that I can't explain it, it had to be seen. They also put very little green stuff in the hamburgers. the trays were also very dirty. it was my last visit here.
