The staff at this branch seem overwhelmed. Whether it's the speed of service or the cleanliness... the food isn't "fast," and the clearing trolleys were so full that customers had to leave their trays on the tables. Hopefully it was just an off day; otherwise, it would be a real shame for McDonald's.

Worst McColl's we've ever been to. + Be careful with the parking disc! The staff had no idea, we had to go back at least four times because the order was wrong. The restrooms weren't clean, the doors weren't properly anchored. The food was standard McColl's. And last but not least, we got a €30 ticket because we didn't have a parking disc outside, it was dark, and the signs weren't prominent enough. You drive there, leave money, and then have to pay again just because the signs are so inconspicuous. -_-

Cold fries, the nuggets and fries were missing sauce. I can't check everything for a takeout order for five people. The staff is very unreliable. Long waits of 20-30 minutes are not uncommon. Last week, I stood in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with two cars in front of me. And the bag I thought was the Happy Meal because it felt solid. I noticed at work that the 6-pack nuggets, Happy Meal, and toy were missing. I will avoid this store from now on. I've had so many bad experiences and have always given it another chance. The store doesn't deserve to be open with this owner. Hopefully, it will be taken over by a better one.

First, I waited 20 minutes for six small burgers, which ended up cold and thrown together loosely. This place is an insult to the franchise. Especially since the hygiene behind the counter leaves a lot to be desired; there are fries, chicken nuggets, and towels lying around everywhere. Employees generally discuss things in their own language, which I find very unprofessional. McDonald's used to be a really nice place for me as a child. These days, the only thing that brings me to this place is a quick bite, and even that seems to be failing now… what a shame.

It's not McDonald's fault, but the restaurant itself. The food still wasn't there after 45 minutes, even though an employee had already taken our receipt and taken it to the kitchen. It's not busy, and there are enough employees present. I simply don't understand the problem, and the one star is only for the somewhat acceptable atmosphere. After we went to the kitchen ourselves, it turned out that the receipt never arrived and the order hadn't been started. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Unbelievable: The MCD's own parking space is subcontracted to rip-off companies. Anyone who forgets their parking disc has to pay a €30 fine. And unfortunately, this isn't uncommon in Hanover, calling it "fair parking." You only have to think about MCD or Netto for a moment and you're already caught in a parking trap. I avoid stores that operate like this whenever possible. It's simply a disgrace.

Waiting 16 minutes for an order even though the drive-thru was quiet and there were only three people in the restaurant. When asked how long it would take (after 10 minutes), the only response was: "It'll be a while." Then the food arrived, and the fries were cold, as were some of the burgers. All the tables were dirty and the carts were full. How can that be when there's nothing going on?! Then the poor average rating doesn't surprise me at all.

My two McDonald's ribs were bone dry (I've already ordered extra sauces because I know that; in the past, your face would look smeared with sauce after eating) and cold. McDonald's ribs taste disgusting when cold. Unfortunately, I was so angry that I forgot to take a photo. A lot of money wasted for NOTHING. When I then mentioned that we were at the Vahrenwalder branch, I was laughed at and told that you shouldn't buy anything there either :-(((

I also find it odd that the cheese wasn't even melting properly. The restrooms are locked, and the cleanliness (tables) leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing. There were no table reservation machines when ordering, which left a negative first impression. The food took an unusually long time (about 12 minutes), even though the place wasn't overly busy. The apple turnovers were missing, so we had to wait again. Many tables weren't cleared, the kitchen floor looked dirty, and the tray cart was completely overflowing. Our McPlant nuggets were served in a standard nugget wrapper and were extremely hard and barely edible. Even the fries were unusually poor in quality. The burger was okay, though. At the end, I wanted to use the restroom, but both the men's and women's restrooms were broken. By then, it was clear that the place was overwhelmed with basic operations. To me, it seems as if the team here is completely overworked and the organization is lacking. Two stars only because we at least had something to eat at the end – otherwise it was a very disappointing visit.

After three-quarters of an hour and asking, we learned that they had accidentally skipped our number. Then it took about another half hour until everything was ready for our group (the kids were already half-starved). Slow food instead of fast food, and we arrived when it looked relatively empty, so the wait was disproportionate!! A sticky floor, two of the four ordering machines were broken, there was a lot of trash when we arrived, and the restroom... horrible. The lady who brought us everything apologized nicely, though. Still sad, definitely our last visit. PS: Just deducted another star because neither the fries, curly fries, nor the MC Rip were tasty at all.

Despite the low order volume, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for two small coffees and a cheeseburger. The burger was almost cold, and they don't/don't serve sweeteners. There was packaging everywhere, inside and out. Tables weren't cleared and dirty. All the "return points" were overflowing with trash and trays. The women's restrooms had no lights. Using the restroom was only possible with a cell phone flashlight. IMPOSIBLE!

After placing our order, we had to wait a good 15 minutes for the delivery. It was delivered to our table. The drinks were served with ice, even though we had ordered them without ice. Ketchup wasn't provided. Napkins weren't available. The complaint was handled with some reluctance. The dishes tasted as you'd expect from the big M. I can confirm the bad experiences of other users. Our trays were broken, and the floor was sticky. Furthermore, the hygiene in the restrooms leaves much to be desired. The sinks, mirrors, and door handles were completely smeared. But they really take the cake for their own customer parking space. When I returned to my car, I found a payment notice for €29.90 because I had parked too long. This notice was issued just three minutes after the food was delivered! Back at the counter, I wanted to confront the restaurant manager. However, he had the employee excuse me because he was "so busy." He told me to send an email. I've never experienced such poor service and such blatant rip-offs at McDonald's before. I don't understand why McDonald's Germany lets franchisees like this continue to behave like this without scrutinizing them more closely. I'll definitely not be seeing this branch again, and I'll also be avoiding the chain altogether for the time being.

I had to go to the staff three times because they forgot something from our order. In the end, we got everything we paid for, but it was annoying to wait 15 minutes and then have the sauce, orange juice, and fruit tidbits missing. I needed a quick lunch for my family while we were out, and my daughter insisted on McDonald's. This McDonald's was the closest. Luckily, we won't have to go back. I look at the receipt. The recurring items are scattered everywhere. The system is stupid. Maybe they can combine recurring items. That way, it's less confusing for the staff, and they won't forget the small items.

Service is unfriendly and slow. Inside is fine... But outside, the cleanliness and order leaves a lot to be desired. The tables and chairs have no discernible connection to each other. The tables obviously haven't been wiped in a while. There are full tablets on the tables, trash under the tables. But there's probably no other way, as the return station is completely overcrowded. During my approximately 40 minutes outside, I didn't see any employees. It's worth noting that there are hardly any customers in the restaurant. This condition was certainly left by customers who aren't used to leaving a place in a reasonable condition for the next customer. It's a shame! But I do believe the owner has a duty to address this problem.

The reviews speak for themselves. This place is absolutely terrible. If you want to wait half an hour or more for your food at the Drive-In, have fun. It's not much faster inside. I recently visited this McDonald's and I'm truly disappointed. After just 10 minutes of parking – without a parking disc – I received a €29.90 penalty. Luckily, I still had the receipt, so my goodwill request was approved, but it was still a real bummer. The restrooms are in such poor condition that you just want to hold your breath. The overall impression of the restaurant is simply negative – an unfriendly atmosphere, poor cleanliness, and the parking system acts as a trap for guests. My conclusion: If you don't absolutely have to eat here, you should keep driving. I've traveled extensively and visited numerous McDonald's around the world – this one is by far the worst.

This isn't our first time here, but today was truly a disappointment. There were no fries, so neither of our kids got a Happy Meal. Have you ever experienced a McDonald's without fries?! It's very poorly organized. Then you order, and despite specifying your special requests, it comes out wrong... the kitchen can't get the cheese on the burgers to melt or smother! It was just like it came out of the package! We won't be coming back anytime soon.

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited – never again! I waited an incredible 30 minutes for my order. In the meantime, the fries seemed to have been forgotten somewhere – totally soft, limp, like old rubber bands. Absolutely inedible. The hygiene standards? Catastrophic! An employee first takes the cash at the register, then goes straight to the kitchen without washing his hands and starts preparing food. Before that, he just quickly wiped his hands on his pants – that's it. No handwashing, no gloves, nothing. The entire restaurant has an oppressive, stuffy atmosphere – it's hot, loud, uncomfortable, you can hardly breathe. None of the employees seem to be hurrying or making any effort to get through the long line. Everything is sluggish and disorganized. I will definitely never bring my child here again. No taste, no service, no hygiene – just a place to run away from. I'd rather drive 15 kilometers away or go to Burger King – at least they still know how to treat customers there. Conclusion: Disgusting, slow, chaotic, stuffy, and tasteless. I'm shocked that a place like this even stays open.

I really need to get something off my chest: Things have been going wrong at my regular McDonald's lately. The first time we got a regular Big Mac instead of a Chicken Big Mac, I thought, "Well, it happens." But when the next time, the Hamburger Royal Cheese was simply replaced with a cheeseburger, I was pretty annoyed. And now, the third time, I'm completely speechless: The new burgers—the Samurai and the Philly Cheese Steak—were so wrongly prepared that you couldn't even recognize them. And the employee apparently had no idea that these burgers were even sold—even though they're advertised everywhere! It's normal to double-check your order at McDonald's, but at this branch, you even have to look inside the burger! I bought a pre-packaged avocado couscous salad while passing through. It looked well-filled from the outside, but it turned out that three-quarters of the salad was green leaf lettuce with no dressing at all. The tomatoes and avocado weren't freshly cut, and the falafel was dry and undercooked. I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't buy anything from there again. If I'd still been at the train station, I would have complained right away. Two points for the friendly staff.

I've been there 2-3 times and was always satisfied. Today a colleague was at the till and I was speechless. I had to wait at the till while the staff had to get up from the guest seating area to get to the till. I ordered a burger and asked if they only had glass bottles because I wanted a Coke. She typed the Coke and my burger into the till. I asked again if they only had glass bottles because I couldn't take them with me on the train. The till screen was then turned away from me and she aggressively explained that she had already booked the Coke and that it wouldn't go away. I work in sales myself, hadn't paid for anything yet and knew that she could definitely cancel it. I politely said that I couldn't take it with me and therefore unfortunately didn't want one. After a long comment about whether "I couldn't think about it" or "I couldn't know in advance what I wanted", she suddenly got it crossed out. I simply replied that I'd thought about it, and that's exactly why I asked. I got "come on, say that again" four times. I said nothing and paid for my burger. When she just placed the burger in front of me in a paper bag, I asked if I could get a bag with it, after all, it was for takeout. She then took a bag, put the burger in the bag, and obviously took away the servings she'd already put with the burger instead of putting them in the bag. She ended my service with a "Man, hey." Then I went back to her cell phone in the dining area. The food is usually always good, but with such aggressive comments towards customers, I'd gladly find a new place in the station.
