For a week now, the ice machine has been broken, but the ice machine was on, I saw that employees didn't want to work. Disaster.

Actually an easy order… 1x chai latte, 1x caramel latte all with oat milk to eat/drink here. The result was a long wait, then the order for togo in a paper cup with whole milk. Complained twice, the result was once with oat milk and once without. Coffee is ultimately inedible, on a tray where all appetite is lost. Visited this store for the first and last time today. Apparently due to moving into the area, the sales are good. I do not recommend entering the store under any circumstances, my recommendation to McDonald's is simply to close the branch.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks to the ordering terminals, there is no longer any trace of service. Actually quite good so far. However, parts of the paid order are regularly missing in the drive-in. It's always best to check directly on site.

Food was freshly prepared for us that night, but still cold (no idea how that works). Staff was more concerned with themselves and not interested in the store. Cleanliness is zero. The decoration was otherwise quite attractive if you looked past the dirt.

It's not actually worth a star, but you have to. Cannot recommend anyone to visit the store. Unfriendly employees, sauces are missing, people look at you askance when you make a complaint. If the positions weren't completely missing, they were fake milkshakes, a different burger. It's really crazy, I can hardly believe it. Impossible. I'll complain. If I hadn't read all the other reviews, I would think it was an oversight - but that's really hard to believe.

Normal MCD, but when we visited in the evening, all of the outside lights were turned off, which makes it harder to find on the one hand, and also poses a security risk on the site on the other.

It's shocking how work is done here. It has nothing to do with “fast food”, you wait almost half an hour for 3 drinks and 1 dessert, while other guests wait much longer, despite there being hardly any guests. Cappuccino is warm milk with a drop of coffee-like substance, the coffee is thin and simply watery. Despite a complaint, there was no understanding and no accommodation either.

Takeaway food, been there with friends, etc. Ordered chicken 9, got the vegan stuff, ordered menu, no fries in it, burger really cold and sticky, unfortunately it was accepted and not checked, the guy at the checkout took 5 minutes to get the change that was appropriate for counting not his thing. Travel time is about 15 minutes, the shop is located on Vahrenwalder Str near the motorway.

You haven't been able to eat in this McDonald's for 2-3 years. The burgers don't taste good and the employees don't even speak German properly and are unfriendly. I thought McDonals should taste the same everywhere, but on Vahrenwalder Str. It tastes like everything, but not McDonals. I think it's a shame how things have developed there.

Once upon a time, that's how only fairy tales should begin! The McDonald's from limbo, a never ending story!! Before the franchise change, the fast food restaurant was a bright spot in Vahrenwald. Now the almost empty parking lot should be a warning sign! (back then you were happy if you still got a place at Aldi) We were there on Monday around 10:30 p.m. There were 4 couples in front of us who were already waiting for their orders. Ordering at the machine was quick and easy, and then the road to limbo opened up! Women's toilets are flooded with water or urine. Brown mass sticks to the door and to the toilet bowl. Toilet paper doesn't exist, the metal roll holders are on or in the toilet. PLEASE when was the last time it was cleaned? I told the young lady behind the desk that someone should take care of it, well I was told that it wasn't her job. The manager prefers to talk to his friends rather than encourage his employees to work... but what would you expect when even he only knows the word work from hearsay! The kitchen staff is as far away from the usual hygiene standards as the sun is to the moon. Cell phones in the kitchen, jewelry on your fingers, watch on your wrist. Then you grab your face and play with your mouth what feels like 100 times before packing up the burgers! Our fries were also introduced to the deep fryer again. They were super greasy, hard and covered in black dots...a general indication of old grease. My husband had a cold brew latte caramel as his drink. I really thought something like this was made from cold coffee, but apparently not there. A white tetra pack was used, followed by a milk carton and a dash of caramel syrup. This was served in a paper cup with ice cubes - which were carried across the kitchen with a scoop. The taste was horribly artificial and definitely didn't taste like coffee! You can see what we received in the pictures and check out what it should look like on the McDonald's website! My Coke Zero had never experienced carbonation. All in all, we had to wait 40 minutes for two menus... The word FAST FOOD has no place in this McDonald's! If the owner looks at all the feedback here, he will hopefully talk to his manager! Or it is a resocialization program, then of course it is clear why it works the way it does! But then there should be someone on site who takes care of the concerns on both sides!

Unfriendly, no miasma or anything...slow and unmotivated

This McDonald's branch doesn't make its coffee with fresh beans but with coffee powder!! As a coffee lover, an absolute disaster. I noticed this the last time I had coffee. Today I took a closer look at the preparation and lo and behold: no grinder, opened a tube and put something in the yellow cup. Never again! Additionally, my Big Morning Egg roll was extremely cold. Wasn't warmed up beforehand (as usual)..

Employees are threatened with dismissal by their boss! They don't care whether you're doing well or not, the main thing is that the store is running well... The employee's cell phone is confiscated, the shift manager comes and takes away all the cell phones and you only get them after work. Long waiting time, the ordering system saves manpower. It used to be quicker when ordering directly at the checkout. Unfortunately, this branch looks dingy. On the one hand, the customers didn't understand that they had to clear away the garbage themselves. But what is more important is that there are too few staff. The garbage isn't cleared away for a very long time. And the tables weren't wiped down.

Food was ok. 2 customers in front of us and still we only received most of our order after 15 minutes and the rest after another 5 minutes. It's almost something different. Or it's just a matter of how long the saturation has passed.

Even if I visit around midnight, I expect fresh food. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. My burger was tough and cold. The potatoes were hard, cold and seemingly clearly overcooked. At least they left the ris out of the drink upon request. Our number disappeared from the display the moment our food was ready and when we didn't immediately respond to the employee's first call, he called our number very loudly and impatiently. Unfortunately the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waited 25 minutes, half of it was missing... got the wrong food, very dirty all over!!! Bad service...or actually no service at all.! That's not how McDonald's works!! Better choose someone else!!

OK, if you have negative reviews, you have them blocked just because you don't want to admit your mistakes. It would have been better to work on things. I was there for the second time and was extremely disappointed. Waited 45 minutes for food the first time. A Coke and a Coke Zero were ordered, unfortunately the employee forgot to mark the Coke. Burger cold and fries too. Everything was complained about and then replaced. Well, anything can happen, so give it a second chance, there are four of us and we order for 50 €, it takes a while again and yes, with 3 cokes, one of which has to be without sugar, none is marked and Mc Chicken is cold again 2 Piece. So this time we complained and the shift management was stroppy to the point where it couldn't be done anymore, complaining to us that they still had other customers and that it was edible and drinkable. After an objection that the Zero Cola was for a diabetic, they were all thrown away. The burgers then ended up in the trash. Next, another one of our people came along and complained about another burger that was ordered without onions but still had onions. "Yes, it was ordered that way, because there was a special sticker on the box without onions," but unfortunately the person has severe stomach cramps when it comes to onions. The reaction without comment is that the burger is taken and thrown into the trash and something is thrown into the kitchen. After 5 minutes the burgers arrive when we are told that the fries are probably cold now, we are complained about then bring the fries and you can wait here at the front for new ones. But then the burgers would have gotten cold again. So whatever, stuff the castles with lukewarm (rather cold) fries and just leave here and don't come back. When we want to leave, the entrance/exit door is locked. They say we'll be there soon, after an eternity someone calls out that we have to go out through a different exit (at that point it was 11 p.m.). The store was closed at that time although an opening time until 1:00 a.m. was advertised for December 25th, 2022. We had to walk halfway around the building in heavy rain because otherwise we would have had to walk against the cars in the drive-in. There were still a lot of people in front of the door who wanted to get in, but no one was allowed in. Actually, Mäcces on the Vahrenwalder used to be one of my favorite Mäcces, but then I'd rather drive on and not eat anything.

I definitely won't come back a second time! It took over 1/2 hour for us to receive the order: the burgers were now cold and had to be remade (another 10 minute wait). Furthermore, the order was not complete: 5(!) items were missing.

Nach langer Zeit haben wir dieser McDonald's Filiale einen Besuch abgestattet. Vor drei Jahren waren wir hier sehr zufrieden, heute muss ich von einem Besuch der Filiale abraten. Bestellen am Terminal ist kein Problem, jedoch ist vieles nicht verfügbar. Das die Eismaschine defekt ist, kennt man ja leider schon. Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort und trotz der eingeschränkten Auswahl hat jeder etwas gefunden. Schwieriger gestaltete sich die Platzsuche. Da wirklich jeder Tisch unsauber oder nicht geräumt war. Überall auf dem Boden lagen Essensreste. Wir entschieden uns in dem Fall draussen einen Platz zu nehmen. Hier war es leider noch viel schlimmer. Kein Tisch sauber, überall Müll und Essensreste. Müll in den Blumenkästen. Krönender Abschluss ein Typ, der offensichtlich nichts bestellt hatte, aber lautstark abwechselnd den Außen- und Innenbereich nutzte und dabei berauschende Mittel direkt neben uns am Tisch konsumierte. Als einer unserer Leute die Toilette besuchen musste, kam dieser wieder, ohne sich erleichtern zu können. Alles verdreckt und kein Toilettenpapier verfügbar. Sorry McDonald's. Diese Filiale muss dringend überprüft werden. Das geht in keiner Art und Weise. Kurz noch zum Essen. Dieses war, als wir es Tresen bekommen haben kalt, was nicht überraschend kam, denn wir könnten das befüllen beobachten und das meiste warme Essen stand bereits über 5 Minuten auf dem Tablett, bis abschließend die Getränke alles zusammen gesucht waren und wir es nehmen konnten.

Positive: The food was ready quickly and it was hot. The coffee is good and hot, that's what ☕☕☕☕ is for. The staff was friendly. Negative: Parts of the order were forgotten or incorrect ones were provided. Quite a few tables were dirty, had leftover food on them or were smeared with ketchup and/or leftover drinks. Service at the table was not offered because the corresponding number displays were missing. There were also problems with the technology (at least when we were there), so card payments could not be made at two of the four order machines. The display of the finished orders also didn't seem to work properly, as some of the numbers were called out.

After a long time we paid this McDonald's branch a visit. We were very satisfied here three years ago, but today I have to advise against visiting the branch. The food wasn't that good, the burger was ok, the fries weren't salted and the chiken Mcnugets were hard and dry (3 stars) The branch was relatively good, it was clean and there was a table for children with an integrated screen and there were charging ports everywhere. The shop is not clean and the staff is listless. If you can even understand the staff properly due to their lack of knowledge of German. Been there several times and unfortunately always the same result.

We took two latte macchiatos with caramel and a Cola Zero to take away. One latte macchiato tasted like milk with caramel, the other was only half full and much too strong (there was no milk). The Cola Zero was not only non-carbonated but also warm. Everything was inedible, we threw the things away. We're definitely not coming back.

The restaurant is dirty and there are trays on the tables because the tray cart is full and no one cares. You have to wait a long time before you can order (not to mention the McCafe). Once you order, the burgers and fries are cold. The Big Vegan TS I ordered was completely cold, I've never experienced anything like that. McDonald's regulations are probably not being followed here. Sad. I'm definitely not coming back. In general, you should avoid this area when eating, because if you go to the competition you will get food poisoning (I speak from experience).

Lazy iceberg lettuce with pressed Mc Chicken rolls. Visited on 7/22/24 at 12:45 p.m. Order at the counter, no place cards available in the entire restaurant. Order via table number. Ordered Royal TS without onions - when the burger came the pattie was ice cold. Then complained at the counter (it was clear here that the monitor was broken when we picked it up). The employee turned around and disappeared with the burger. After 25 minutes still no new burger received. Complained to the shift manager, no apology, at least the money was returned when asked. It's been a long time since I've seen such a bad McDonald's restaurant... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Bad quality. Drinks are almost always non-carbonated and warm. If guests say something and bring their drink back, there is a water bottle. The next guests will still get a drink from the machine. Fries are often almost raw, but smell of old fat and dripping. The trays are still completely wet, so that even the paper support is soaked and the fries are then in the middle. Staff are simply incredibly simple, not to say stupid... come to shift in their street clothes and walk straight into the kitchen. Nobody seems to use the lock from outside. Gloves are also not used when serving. One of the worst McDonald's ever.

I ordered a smart menu. However, instead of Coca Cola, a white mixture arrived. I saw this for the first time in my life. The food was OK, but if you don't have a drink after your meal, the rating can't be good. Please pay a little more attention to the order.

Unfortunately, it's rarely been this bad at a McD and especially eaten here. Nothing fit together. Coca Cola without ice cubes and without carbonation. No napkins. Only when asked at the checkout and felt like a troublemaker customer. Food only just lukewarm. It wasn't there for a few months, but that can't be what the inventor wanted. Very disappointing.
