I didn't get plant-based nuggets, just regular ones, and instead of two sweet and sour sauces, I got three mayo sauces.

They always forget, and why do I always have to check? And it's always cold; it takes too long, almost 10 minutes very often...

The staff at this branch seem overwhelmed. Whether it's the speed of service or the cleanliness... the food isn't "fast," and the clearing trolleys were so full that customers had to leave their trays on the tables. Hopefully it was just an off day; otherwise, it would be a real shame for McDonald's.

I noticed at work that the 6-pack nuggets, Happy Meal, and toy were missing. I will avoid this store from now on. I've had so many bad experiences and have always given it another chance. The store doesn't deserve to be open with this owner. Hopefully, it will be taken over by a better one.

Unbelievable: The MCD's own parking space is subcontracted to rip-off companies. Anyone who forgets their parking disc has to pay a €30 fine. All the tables were dirty and the carts were full. How can that be when there's nothing going on?! Then the poor average rating doesn't surprise me at all.

On September 7, I placed an order for four items, and they didn't arrive for about an hour. This isn't fast food anymore. On top of that, an item was forgotten, and I had to go back to get my entire order. I spoke to the employees, but they ignored it.

I just ordered two burgers and a drink to go, and being naive, I didn't look in the bag. When I got home 15 minutes later, I was surprised – a burger for €7 was missing! This branch is the worst McDonald's in all of Germany!

By far the worst McDonald's we've ever eaten at. My kids had to wait over 45 minutes for their Happy Meal, and then it wasn't even full, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired...Just avoid that location!

I had to wait a whopping 20 minutes for my food. If I hadn't asked the server to process my receipt, I'd still be waiting. Among other things, I had a cheeseburger. There's no way this was fast food; it was pure slow food. I stood in line forever, and even after I ordered, it felt like an eternity before my food arrived. For a chain that promises fast meals, that's just embarrassing. If I have to wait that long, I'd rather go straight to a restaurant where the service is at least fresh and friendly.
