I definitely won't come back a second time! It took over 1/2 hour for us to receive the order: the burgers were now cold and had to be remade (another 10 minute wait). Furthermore, the order was not complete: 5(!) items were missing.

Positive: The food was ready quickly and it was hot. The coffee is good and hot, that's what ☕☕☕☕ is for. The staff was friendly. Negative: Parts of the order were forgotten or incorrect ones were provided. Quite a few tables were dirty, had leftover food on them or were smeared with ketchup and/or leftover drinks. Service at the table was not offered because the corresponding number displays were missing. There were also problems with the technology (at least when we were there), so card payments could not be made at two of the four order machines. The display of the finished orders also didn't seem to work properly, as some of the numbers were called out.

Nach langer Zeit haben wir dieser McDonald's Filiale einen Besuch abgestattet. Vor drei Jahren waren wir hier sehr zufrieden, heute muss ich von einem Besuch der Filiale abraten. Bestellen am Terminal ist kein Problem, jedoch ist vieles nicht verfügbar. Das die Eismaschine defekt ist, kennt man ja leider schon. Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort und trotz der eingeschränkten Auswahl hat jeder etwas gefunden. Schwieriger gestaltete sich die Platzsuche. Da wirklich jeder Tisch unsauber oder nicht geräumt war. Überall auf dem Boden lagen Essensreste. Wir entschieden uns in dem Fall draussen einen Platz zu nehmen. Hier war es leider noch viel schlimmer. Kein Tisch sauber, überall Müll und Essensreste. Müll in den Blumenkästen. Krönender Abschluss ein Typ, der offensichtlich nichts bestellt hatte, aber lautstark abwechselnd den Außen- und Innenbereich nutzte und dabei berauschende Mittel direkt neben uns am Tisch konsumierte. Als einer unserer Leute die Toilette besuchen musste, kam dieser wieder, ohne sich erleichtern zu können. Alles verdreckt und kein Toilettenpapier verfügbar. Sorry McDonald's. Diese Filiale muss dringend überprüft werden. Das geht in keiner Art und Weise. Kurz noch zum Essen. Dieses war, als wir es Tresen bekommen haben kalt, was nicht überraschend kam, denn wir könnten das befüllen beobachten und das meiste warme Essen stand bereits über 5 Minuten auf dem Tablett, bis abschließend die Getränke alles zusammen gesucht waren und wir es nehmen konnten.

These were cold when we got them at the counter, which wasn't surprising because we could watch them being filled and most of the warm food had already been on the tray for over 5 minutes until the drinks were all gathered together and we could take them with us.

Never seen such a dirty McDonald's. Just disgusting, the tables were all dirty, sticky and full of leftover food. The toilets are dirty, there is toilet paper everywhere, no soap. The fries were hard and didn't taste good. Our last visit. Maybe the health department should pay a visit and close the place down. The employees all look annoyed and unfriendly.

Extremely bad-tempered saleswoman at the service on August 13th at 11:14 p.m. at the drive-in. Burgers full of ketchup slapped together. And now tried it again....at the beginning of August 24....total staff problems....after ordering at the terminal, it took a real 25 minutes to eat two COLD BURGERS....I didn't feel like complaining anymore... .really another grab in the toilet....Thanks MC.Donalds....Fast food is different!!!

The food wasn't that good, the burger was ok, the fries weren't salted and the chiken Mcnugets were hard and dry (3 stars) The branch was relatively good, it was clean and there was a table for children with an integrated screen and there were charging ports everywhere. Unfortunately the location outside was bad, the branch is located directly on a busy street and the subway line and this makes it very loud and unpleasant (3.5 stars) The service was good, the waiting time was very short (just under 2 minutes) and the employees were nice (4.5 stars) Overall, the branch deserves 3.5 stars from me

The shop is not clean and the staff is listless. If you can even understand the staff properly due to their lack of knowledge of German. Been there several times and unfortunately always the same result.

We took two latte macchiatos with caramel and a Cola Zero to take away. One latte macchiato tasted like milk with caramel, the other was only half full and much too strong (there was no milk). The Cola Zero was not only non-carbonated but also warm. Everything was inedible, we threw the things away. We're definitely not coming back.

We wanted to have breakfast here on August 5th, 2024. Lt. The notice board should be open here from 7:00 a.m. At 7:10 the entrance was still locked and the chairs were on the tables. There was no staff to be seen either. THANKS for inviting us here.

The restaurant is dirty and there are trays on the tables because the tray cart is full and no one cares. You have to wait a long time before you can order (not to mention the McCafe). Once you order, the burgers and fries are cold. The Big Vegan TS I ordered was completely cold, I've never experienced anything like that. McDonald's regulations are probably not being followed here. Sad. I'm definitely not coming back. In general, you should avoid this area when eating, because if you go to the competition you will get food poisoning (I speak from experience).

Never been to such a bad MCS... unfortunately it's the only one around!! My food is either burnt or not cooked at all. The fries are just like fresh potatoes. The sauce is often forgotten. Several order machines are often broken and the receipts don't come out!! Strangely enough, it's always overcrowded and because it's so full, there are far too few employees, who then work super slowly and simply don't work at all and chat (also with customers).

Lazy iceberg lettuce with pressed Mc Chicken rolls. Cold, half-raw fries, Mc Rip... the employee didn't feel like chopping onions anymore and packed the whole thing up as if it had been danced on (sauce oozes through the packaging) 🤢 We're excited to see if a gastrointestinal... will happen in the next two days??? * McDonald's on Kabelkamp never again!!! Visited on 7/22/24 at 12:45 p.m. Order at the counter, no place cards available in the entire restaurant. Order via table number. Ordered Royal TS without onions - when the burger came the pattie was ice cold. Then complained at the counter (it was clear here that the monitor was broken when we picked it up). The employee turned around and disappeared with the burger. After 25 minutes still no new burger received. Complained to the shift manager, no apology, at least the money was returned when asked. It's been a long time since I've seen such a bad McDonald's restaurant... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Bad quality. Drinks are almost always non-carbonated and warm. If guests say something and bring their drink back, there is a water bottle. The next guests will still get a drink from the machine. Fries are often almost raw, but smell of old fat and dripping. The trays are still completely wet, so that even the paper support is soaked and the fries are then in the middle. Staff are simply incredibly simple, not to say stupid... come to shift in their street clothes and walk straight into the kitchen. Nobody seems to use the lock from outside. Gloves are also not used when serving. One of the worst McDonald's ever.

Unfortunately the worst McDonalds in Hanover. -Almost every order is wrong or something is missing. We're not talking about a packet of mayo here, we're talking about burgers or an extra order like an extra patty. -You ALWAYS have to check and the staff usually reacts annoyed/doesn't even want to talk to you. - Very long waiting times in the restaurant and the terminals respond with a delay and often there is no receipt roll available. -It's usually not clean outside on sunny days. Dirty tables/rubbish blown around by the wind. Avoid this place. Luckily there are other restaurant alternatives

I ordered a smart menu. However, instead of Coca Cola, a white mixture arrived. I saw this for the first time in my life. The food was OK, but if you don't have a drink after your meal, the rating can't be good. Please pay a little more attention to the order.

Unfortunately, it's rarely been this bad at a McD and especially eaten here. Nothing fit together. Coca Cola without ice cubes and without carbonation. No napkins. Only when asked at the checkout and felt like a troublemaker customer. Food only just lukewarm. It wasn't there for a few months, but that can't be what the inventor wanted. Very disappointing. If this happens again, there will be no third chance. The burger competition nearby is too big and good for that.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waited 45 minutes for about 10 items. Of those 10 items, 3 were missing, went back and received 6 items (was that compensation?). Absolutely dirty shop! The food tastes stale and there is rubbish everywhere on the tables and seats. Staff is incredibly unfriendly! Coffee in the restaurant is served in paper cups because the men and women are too lazy to clear the dishes. Hardly any of them speak German anymore. Never again.

Terribly long service, THREE orders in a queue of three people, they got around to serving it in 25 minutes. The child was given no toy, no apples, and a drink with ice even though it was indicated without ice. And this is just the Happy meal.

Operating the new terminals for ordering food is cumbersome. The shift manager was helpful, so we also got something to eat.

I definitely cannot recommend this branch. I ordered 20 vegan nuggets and asked again whether they were definitely vegan, as the packaging was identical to the meat version. I was assured that these were the meatless nuggets. Yes. Arrived home, took a bite and it was the meat nuggets.

Tripping hazard at the entrance (see photo).Toilets dirty, smells of urine. Tables not clean. Counter at McCafe not wiped. Chairs were still on the tables at breakfast time. Calling the pancakes pancakes... impudence. For us this is called poffertjes. Cappuccino in a paper cup 3.60. All in all, poor value for money.

Unfortunately there is no zero star function. The epitome of incompetence. Over 45 minutes! Waiting for four small burgers and nuggets. Never again in my life. Unfortunately, I can't give the McDonald's on Vahrenwalder Straße in Hanover a good rating. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, and when I finally got it, half of the order was missing. The chicken nuggets were inedible and partly cold, simply terrible in taste. The fries were full of grease and the tray wasn't clean. The McChicken Classic was also disappointing, the meat was just tough. Although about 10 employees seemed busy in the kitchen, the place didn't seem to be running at all. The service was chaotic and disorganized. I hope management takes action soon to improve the situation, but at this time I cannot recommend this McDonald's location.

Leider kann ich zu MC Donald auf der vahrenwalder Str. nur negative Bewertungen abgeben: erstens, in einem Restaurant wo essen serviert wird, kenne ich, das Angestellte, die offene Haare tragen, diese hinten zusammen gebunden werden müssen, zweitens, ich sehe es ein, dass in der heutigen Zeit mit Personalmangel zu kämpfen ist, aber trotz allem sollten die, die da sind an einem Strang ziehen...ich hatte am 03.06.2024 nicht das Gefühl....

This evening, on the way home, stop by MC Donald Vahrenwalder Str. and grab something to eat. That was not a good idea. Ordered a hamburger and a Mc Rib at Tablo to eat in the restaurant. Paying at the checkout takes forever, even though you could just chat idly. When the idle people finally got to the checkout, they of course forgot “eat in the restaurant” and no table number. There was also no display with a number display for the finished food. They shouted the number and they didn't bring the food. Now we come to the citizens, the hamburger was just fine, but the MC rib was last. I've never had one like this, no taste, no onion rings. The only thing that tasted good was the “sauce”. I won't go to Vahrenwalder Str. again.

I was standing at the drive-in at 2 o'clock last night for about a good 15 minutes, and there were four other cars behind me waiting. At some point I just heard someone shouting from the distance that the drive-in was closed! Sorry, but I don't understand. If you close at a certain time, can't you display that somehow? We were here on April 30, 2024 at lunchtime. When we came in, the entire floor was sticky, and given that, we should have left straight away. When ordering, the number holders for the tables were missing so that the food would be delivered to them. Is it perhaps designed that way on purpose? We then grabbed one from the front counter. We had to look for a long time for a usable table because almost all of them were dirty. Even the supposedly clean table wasn't really clean in the end. There were used napkins and crumbs from food all around. In the entire time we were there (30 minutes) not a single table was cleaned. The food itself was ok. The toilets smelled extremely strongly of urine, and obviously no mop etc. had been used here for a long time. The branch is unsustainable in its current condition. When I reported to McDonalds Germany, I received the answer that the franchisee would get in touch with me. This hasn't happened even after almost three weeks. The previous reviews, especially from the last few months, are similar to mine. The fact that the algorithm suggests rubbish for “which dishes do you recommend” also speaks for itself. By the way, the bike racks in front of the door are only suitable for children's bikes.

Everything here has been junk for months. No seat service, no notice of pickup, no soap. But there are full tray carts, sticky tables and a lot of garbage. Is there no QA from the franchisors?

In my opinion, probably the “worst branch” ever. I am one of those who offers companies an opportunity to improve their service, but I have never seen a branch deteriorate even further. Printer on two terminals "kiosks" empty. The crew was informed of this, but no paper was refilled. It happens that promotional items are out of stock, but a small notice on the entrance door would be good and prevent problems. But the fact that neither Fanta, Sprite, or Cola Zero are available and then without notice is not possible in my opinion. To be honest, many items across the board were unavailable that day
