Even though there was only 1 car in front of me in the drive-thru and there was nothing else going on in the store, I waited almost 25 minutes for my food, 10 minutes alone until someone took my order. That was probably more like slow food...

I've never eaten in such a bad McDonald's!! The employee was totally unfriendly and packed the wrong food despite repeating the order three times. The toilets were a complete disaster! Everything completely urinated and defecated. Hygiene is probably not an issue here. So the McDonald’s report was a joke on the other hand.

Clean toilets, friendly staff. We only had a coffee to go, it was okay :-)

I ordered there, apparently the product I ordered was no longer available. Instead of telling me that, they just threw other things in my bag. When I complained they didn't want to respond at first, later they called the boss, threw all the food in the trash and handed me my money without comment. It's a shame I can't give zero stars.

We ordered around 1:54am and got our food at 2:25am. It felt like only one person was alone packing menus etc. Which is a shame, there wasn't even a decision or anything like that. I'm not used to that from other branches, I have to say that.

Stay away! I gave my order, and the next order was placed with many pauses in between. Why, I asked myself? Because the nice man taking orders was watching El Classico with another colleague. They brazenly continued watching while they were cashing me out. Lights out again last night, and I wanted an ice cream. Again, I was greeted by an intercom with "Hello." The young man didn't understand much, but I just wanted a McSundea with caramel sauce. He kept repeating "no ice cream caramel." No apology, nothing. After two repetitions, another woman came on the phone and said "No ice cream." Again, no apology. Neither of them even tried to ask me if I wanted anything else. No customer loyalty.

I have never seen such a dirty McDonalds in my life. The tables and chairs are sticking, there is something terrible in the toilet. Last night was my last time there again, but when I entered and smelled the strong smell of real poop, I left. There was absolutely no one inside. I can't recommend it at all!!!! And on top of that, you wait 40 minutes after ordering if it's not crowded at all. I can't even imagine how long you wait when it's crowded!!

I think this is one of the worst McDonald's we have in Hanover, unfortunately, the employees are overwhelmed and very stressed, they don't pay attention to the customers who want to pay in cash at the checkout. You order a little something and wait over 10-15 minutes for your order, the shop is full and when you ask how long it will take you don't get a complete answer and sometimes they don't understand what they mean if you speak German to them. My burger has been in the compartment for 10 minutes and the fries weren't ready yet, you sometimes get cold food because the service has unfortunately decreased a lot.

McDrive was a deep grab. Two different drinks have to be tried, which are Cola or Sprite. Said the employee. Bag poorly packed. At the bottom there were 2 portions of fries, the sauces, on top of that was the apple turnover and on top of that the burgers. No napkins! Burger only lukewarm, fries no longer hot either, so soft and limp. Only the Apeltaschen was really hot, even though it was eaten last.

Ordered 20 nuggets yesterday at the drive-in for €145 were missing, as were burgers worth €25... so next time be smarter, check inside with a receipt or even better - go to the competition. Best regards

Schlecht schlecht einfach nur schlecht! Die Bude ist leer, das Personal steht draußen und raucht, während man 20 min im Drive in auf 2 Cheeseburger wartet, die dann kalt sind. Einmal ok.. aber es war bereits das zweite mal so und ich war bisher nur zweimal da 😂 Wer es also eilig hat und nur auf die Schnelle was essen möchte, ist hier absolut falsch! Unglaublich schlecht!

We wanted to eat something quick before the concert. McDonald's is known for being quick to get something. However, this branch is so disorganized and slow that we left after queuing for 25 minutes at the counter (we had pre-ordered). We were reluctantly refunded the money. There was no toilet paper in the toilets and no towels to dry your hands. The toilet was smeared with blood and stool (from the outside). Waiting time for MC Drive 15 to 20 minutes

I was standing at the drive-in at 2 o'clock last night for about a good 15 minutes, and there were four other cars behind me waiting. At some point I just heard someone shouting from the distance that the drive-in was closed! Sorry, but I don't understand. If you close at a certain time, can't you display that somehow? Just sad. The difference between the small fries (Happy Meal) and the large fries was about 30 fries. 4€ Golden Longs taste better at home and instead of 70g you have 600g. The restaurant was half full at 5 p.m. but dirty and not tidy. The toilets have cold water without soap or paper to dry off with. A toilet was shitty. Playground closed. Conclusion: If you want to eat 3 burgers and 2 Happy Meals for €25, you should at least go to another McDonald's.

After another 5 minutes I had the wrong burger. I went back to the counter...the confusion was great. After several discussions and another 5 minutes of waiting, it worked.
