Are you serious that employees with a huge mane of curls walk around with their hair down??? The employee there put her hair in the prepared bags and the food. The health department should close the store!! Disgusting. In addition, my order - for which I waited 30 minutes - was wrong and when I complained I had to wait 10 minutes for someone who even spoke German. Not even English was spoken there. When I got the hair in the bag at home, I threw it away. What a crappy fast food place. You actually don't deserve a single star.

We were with you today around 5:25 p.m. and, among other things, ordered plant nuggets. 20 pieces about 12 euros. And on the train we noticed that no plant nuggets had been packed, but normal ones. How can something like this happen? That doesn't work at all! Seemingly incompetent staff!

Quite okay for a McDonalds restaurant at the train station. We went there early for a coffee to pass the waiting time. Coffee was good. Service staff was very loud and aggressive. We had booked table service, but unfortunately the items were all being prepared. Therefore I gave a fictitious number. Since there are only seats upstairs and there were only two other guests upstairs besides us, this shouldn't be a problem. Apparently there was a technical error, which is why the staff booked it as a pickup (but we didn't know). Be that as it may, you can also address this in a friendly manner and point it out. No reason to be loud and seek confrontation.

We got something to eat there on August 2nd, 2024 to pass the time until the train. Fries were kept warm fries, not fresh and only lukewarm. The waitresses were unmotivated and the music in the shop was so loud that you couldn't understand anything when words were exchanged. Toilet not usable after midnight...we don't know anything about McDonald... Simply catastrophic. Not recommendable.

Waited 20 minutes for two simple Happy Meals, good thing we checked, some of the food and napkins were missing. On the other hand, the charred burger buns gave the extra spice when consumed, absolutely inedible. Not only is the service here an absolute disaster (toilets are denied without any reasonable justification), but the products in the McDonald's branches I know are worlds better (coffee was simply cold) I've never experienced anything like that and I'll never go here again .

I had ordered a McChickenClassic menu with 9 chicken nuggets & 2 sweet and sour & 2x curry sauce, I got everything except my curry sauce (it ended up being barbecue sauce) & my McChickenClassic.

There is no trace of friendliness. My daughter ordered/paid for a small fries with sweet and sour sauce. The small fry had 10 fries in it. Sauce was missing, my daughter asked for it and ketchup was thrown out. That's not possible. If I had been there as a mother, I think I would be banned from the house now. We now always check whether we get what we paid for.

Nach Mitternacht ist die Auswahl an Essen doch etwas eingeschränkt...insofern war ich froh, dass der McDonalds am Leipziger Hauptbahnhof aufhatte. Bestellung wie gewohnt an den Bildschirmen, Bezahlung per Karte - und das Essen war dann auch schon sehr schnell fertig. Essenqualität wie man es gewohnt ist. Im Verkaufsbereich machte alles einen sauberen Eindruck. Service war freundlich - von daher alles okay.

"The world is a guest...in Absurdistan": Today I had to learn that there is no strawberry shake at night. I actually like to go to McDonald's occasionally. At the main station at night it's only worth it if you have a public transport connection or can get one of the free parking spaces on the east side of the building. Otherwise, the slightly longer journey to McD Saarländer Straße is cheaper than the parking garage. I don't usually give just three stars for the food, but I always find the burgers to be warm, not fried hot. There are only two stars for the service because unfortunately it doesn't help at all to order and pay using the app at the parking lot. The order via the app can only be finalized when you can practically see the queue. Your own order is only started to be “cooked” just before you enter the restaurant - and is not yet ready when you arrive. There are very beautifully designed McDonald's inns. I haven't found any tables or chairs yet, there are a few "benches" for waiting. The employees are actually always very easy going.

The branch isn't really clean and I've been begged for by homeless people in there... A lot has to change, there is enough competition there.

Really disappointing McDonalds visit. Super stressed staff who react to complaints in a totally unfriendly manner. I had a McMenu to take away, 3 components were wrong and the promised glass was also missing. You really have to check the order immediately. It's really not advisable to visit, you'll only get annoyed.

Ordered/paid at the terminal and took the license plate with you to the table. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked the service employee. She just shrugged her shoulders, saying she didn't understand German or English. Then rudely brushed off at the counter, there was no time to talk, it was rush hour. After 45 minutes I asked one last time and got cold food with mushy fries, the only comment: it's here now. The management of the store was apparently not in the house. Definitely won't eat here again.

The food is top notch as always. But the hall is very dirty. Potatoes and sauce stains scattered everywhere. No one cleans the empty tables, and visitors sit down at them again, making even more dirt. And so in a circle. It was a little uncomfortable.

If I could give 0 Stars then I definitely would. This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. The Toilets are DISGUSTING even prison toilets are cleaner. The food was cold and the order was incomplete. When I asked about it, I was told very rudely that they couldn't change it. I would definitely not recommend a visit there.

Never seen such a relaxed atmosphere while preparing food. There isn't much going on anyway and at a train station it's obvious that some people want to grab something quickly between two trains. I waited 15 minutes for my order and then left without ever taking it because I had to get to the train. If you have a lot of time you can definitely get something to eat here. I was shocked. I wanted to get a strawberry milkshake with chocolate sauce today but the employees accidentally put vanilla instead of chocolate sauce. The small store on the ground floor is terrible! First, after asking nicely, I was refused a new dressing for the salad (note that it expired on the same day). Hello, I was on the way to the train with my girlfriend when I was at your Fiale in Leipzig in the main station. As can be seen in the appendix, I ordered food there and only received half of what I had ordered, when asked quickly due to time pressure I got one of the two chillie cheeseburgers I ordered, but I only paid one instead of 2... the cola is a 0.4L instead of 0.5L, the fries in the packaging were half empty and there was no need for anything. The extra request for no cucumbers was not fulfilled! MY GIRLFRIEND REACTS TO CUCUMBERS. I don't pay €25.17 for that. Ask for clarification and help

I was eating and drinking with Helga in this train station restaurant. The order processing worked and the quality of the food was of the usual quality.
