It's open but the Burger King was closed

It couldn't be worse. I would prefer to give it minus stars. First we had to wait 20 minutes in the drive. There were only 2 cars in front of us. When we wanted to order we were told that they didn't have King Sundays. Although it was advertised on the board... never again.... always tried again in the last few months. But it will always shimmer over there... it's best to give it a wide berth. Rest area damp. Respectively, greding MC.donalds or KFC... is by far the better choice!!!!! Currently closed, everything cordoned off with caution tape

According to RTL research by Team Wallraff, Burger King closed the branch for hygiene reasons - unfortunately. Nobody thinks about animal welfare!!! Rats, cockroaches and mice now have to starve to death! BK should be ashamed of themselves!

Update 2024: came back after 4 years to see if things had gotten better. Result: things got even worse, another star is gone... Why? In addition, there are still no coupons being taken and the toilet can only be used for a fee -> The costs for the offer are now presented in such a non-transparent manner that it borders on fraud: Essentially only the menus are shown on the offer notice; there are no prices for drinks, individual burgers or ice cream. For example, the menus advertise “also available with a vegan patty”. We wanted to do this, but it costs €1 extra at the checkout, but it's not on the notice board. Burger King itself advertises that the vegan versions are even cheaper :-(! The toilet voucher should then be redeemed for a small cappucino. As I said, drinks are not on the noticeboard, but cappucinos are available upon request. However, only the “M” version, which should cost €4.50. We didn't want to take part in so much insolence, the voucher went to new customers who came in who didn't know. Summary: 1 x Wopper Cheese menu with a separate Wopper Cheese bought for an incredible €19.98. Last note: Of course there are no payback points here either... Never this Burger King again! The 1 star is for the food, which itself was ok. -------------------- 2020: No vouchers from the app will be recognized here. The family had put together a menu in advance and received a message at the checkout that they were not taking part. The frustration costs this restaurant 3 stars.

Very expensive there, everything dirty, rude answers when you ask about redeeming coupons, dirty toilet, sloppy burgers, all in all a grade 6 It's sad that Burger King allows something like that!!

I was informed in an unfriendly and listless manner that neither the app, promotional items nor vouchers were accepted. Use of the toilet costs extra, at least the restaurant is clean.....at least you can satisfy your small hunger as usual one further south at the golden M 😎

Well... I wouldn't stop here anymore. First the positive things... The restaurant was so clean... the burgers were not on display but were (freshly) assembled to order (but still interesting that they weren't quite hot.) Taste... well, Burger King. And now the reason why there is a significant deduction... Although the official Burgerking app states that online coupons are accepted and King of the Month menus are offered, neither was the case. It's also great that the staff explains this fact personally to every second guest. Because let's be honest... at the "normal price" the stuff is just way too expensive. For my “menu” I paid twice as much as any other branch with an offer. My hope was that it would at least be better than somewhere else... but that wasn't the case. But... if it was unhealthy then at least it was expensive. You can obviously only achieve something like that as a franchisee if you have a location on a motorway and the people who get lost then buy something instead of looking for something else. Even though I have seen customers leave the store without buying anything. In a location that wasn't so busy, the restaurant would have already been closed due to a lack of guests. It's better to go somewhere else and eat something decent for the money or at least get full.

As many comments already state: Coupons are displayed in the app “BUT” cannot be redeemed on site. Food is significantly more expensive than at other BK's The choices are very limited and limited. Dirty tables, toilets and unfriendly treatment of customers seem to be normal, as people just shrug their shoulders when the dirty tables are mentioned. (shift supervisor added) My conclusion: Stay away from such dubious Burger King franchises and move on to the next one.

Blows the crap out of the air with the unfriendly staff, I would never go out to eat again in my entire life. For the reason that coupons are not accepted, it is not a recommendation to go out to eat here. If you ask for an explanation for not accepting coupons, you will be confronted with incompetent staff. Recommend driving one further. First of all, there are no coupons and then you still have to pay for the toilet.

Despite indications to the contrary in the app, no coupons are taken here. You prepare everything in the app, show the QR code, receive the “are independent” announcement, you can start ordering again and can pay a third more. Either I am a franchisee or I am not. Rating via your own system is also not possible because there is no store number. on the receipt it says -> on the back of which extra fries are offered with a review along with a link... No ordering option online as has long been known from the competition, therefore unnecessary questions and incorrectly double cheese. The question was “with bacon and cheese,” not a word about “extra cheese.” Since I have already encountered the incorrect location description in the app and the push for extra toppings at several BK restaurants over the years, the system catering system probably doesn't really work. Or yes, then we would be talking about lure offers here. I'm finally tired of this, if not conscious, at least obviously tolerated, deception on the part of Burger King as a whole. One more thing about the location: the food was fresh and as ordered, so I would have given it two stars in the overall rating. Since the staff, and I'm not talking about the cleaning staff here but the counter staff, turn their heads away when passing by instead of answering a nod and hello, one star is enough and I'll be able to order online from McDonald's in the future.

If you can, avoid this place, I don't even understand why it hasn't closed yet... your service is equal to 0, as are the employees who only come in to collect money, nothing more. Avoid and never buy here.! Go to Burgeres, which is further away, but please don't come here if you also need good food in addition to your wallet

It's the worst BK. what I have ever set foot in in my life. - Vouchers cannot be redeemed (mobile phone app) - Toilet costs €1, which you get refunded when you shop, so washing your hands after eating is not possible. - linguistic problem with the staff. If I could deduct the previous speaker's stars from this BurgerKing, I would do that too.

Unmotivated employees. No coupons are accepted, only references are made to the card. No other promotions such as King of the Month etc. But like the employee said. Only what's on the menu. And half of it was crossed out. Then it's better to drive on and eat somewhere else.

So what I found when I boarded this BK is nothing short of utter impudence. Like on a normal day when you go to BK, you've been warming up for an hour, stretching and, most importantly, looking out for coupons. And then you come into the dirty shop, stand in line and hear in front of you how a real doer wants to redeem a coupon and think to yourself that here I'm finally like-minded, you almost stop listening again, you're talking to the bres again and all of a sudden do you subconsciously tell me that the Bk employee simply says there are no coupons and I honestly say that was the moment when I looked forward and stepped out. It's a total impudence and something like that should be banned. I don't know if I can sleep well today!

The burger had been lying around for a long time, the bun was already dry and the salad had collapsed. The service was listless and unfriendly. Toilets cost extra. The enclosed voucher was valid until the end of 2023. Coupons are not accepted at this Burger King. The Plant-Based Whopper costs €7.99 instead of €6.69. The franchisee R. Otto is apparently more interested in money than the well-being of customers.

The staff is friendly, but didn't understand us properly in German. Couldn't answer our questions and the order had to be canceled multiple times. After we received the wrong items, we were told that the still water we ordered was not offered at all. Better to go to the competition - here the customer is not king! Dirty atmosphere, no coupons are accepted without communicating in advance, not all credit cards are accepted and you still have to pay to use the toilet. This can also scare away your customers. It just shows that you don't care about your customers and want to make money in the short term. I hope word gets around so that Burger King headquarters notices.

This Burger King is an absolute disgrace, it's all about milking the customers to the maximum. It's still okay that no coupons are taken, but I've never experienced that the simple burgers aren't plant-based at BK. The unfriendly service person pointed this out to me and said I should take a more expensive burger, what a shame! Obviously, the attempt is to maximize income while minimizing expenses and investments. Therefore the toilets cost a bit (!), there are no ordering screens or drink refill options and everything else is pretty old. Worst Burger King I've ever been to, avoid!!!

Catastrophe…. First you wait in line for 25 minutes only to find out that neither the cell phone coupons are valid nor that there are kids menus!!! Rarely seen such a bad fast food restaurant. Never again for us! Toilets cost something, although you can redeem a coupon when paying, but if you have to (everyone with kids knows this), you'll still be stuck. We are extremely disappointed

Vouchers from the app are not accepted. Why do they have an app if the offers are not accepted in half of the 'chip shops'. Bad service, the first two 'colleagues' were busy with friends. The toilets are chargeable (Sanifair) - if I spend over 10 euros for a clear menu, I expect the toilets to be free. Really bad, they should take an example from the competition.

Wir waren vor ein paar Wochen als Touristen auf der Durchreise, und haben dummerweise unsern Rucksack mit allen moeglichen Wertgegenstaenden in Ihrem Burgerking (Autohof) liegen lassen, aus Versehen. Ihre Mitarbeiter und mehrere andere Hilpoltsteiner haben uns dann wirklich sehr geholfen, und bei Tagesende war gluecklicherweise alles wieder in Butter. Vielen Dank fuer die schnelle Hilfe! (Ein Finderlohn ging als Spende an ein Tierheim in der Gegend).

If you want to see the worst Burger King in Germany, here it is. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to test the food because it didn't even come to order.

€6.99 just for a LongChicken is pretty steep. Then....the few individual strips of lettuce (you could count) were mostly brown, sauce was completely saved. Our regular BurgerKing will definitely not be here.

Keine Coupons, keine Vegetarischen Burger, nur Pommes. Keine Burgerauswahl, und das am Freitag um 15 Uhr. Außerdem keine Online Bestellung. An der Autobahn ein No-Go in meinen Augen.

Abgesehen von der nicht vorhandenen Digitalisierung gab es von den seit 1870 angebotenen fünf gleichen Burgern auf die sich das dortige Angebot beschränkt, nur zwei, von Vegetarismus haben die zugegeben sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter anscheinend nie was gehört, da mir auf mein Fragen der Crispy Chicken angeboten wurde und für die Toilette musste man bezahlen obwohl man sich wirklich zweimal überlegen sollte, ob man sich da draufsetzen möchte. (Respekt trotzdem an die Reinigunskräfte 🫶🏻)

Selten so ein "old school" Junkfood Restaurant gesehen. Kein digit. Bestellung möglich, es werden keine Coupons angenommen (wird einem est an der Kasse mitgeteilt) Sind weitergefahren und bei dem Schnellrestaurant mit dem goldenen M untergekommen.

Coupons werden generell abgelehnt. Keine "kleinen" Burger bestellbar. Man muss double cheeseburger bestellen wenn man einen Cheeseburger will. Für mich unverständlich.

Geschmack des Essens wie gewohnt. Service geht so. Restaurant ist ok, aber die Herrentoilette war schrecklich. Mehrere Sachen waren kaputt. Ich war enttäuscht, dass man jetzt für das WC bezahlen muss.

Essen ok, aber wie die bisherigen Kommentare schon zeigen ist es einfach frech, dass man die Toiletten nicht kostenfrei nutzen kann, vor allem, wenn man Gast ist. Zudem sind keine Coupons erlaubt und das wird einem auch direkt mitgeteilt - aber wieso stellt man kein Schild auf oder ähnliches?! Glaube dadurch kann der Service auch gar nicht gut sein, wenn es so viele Mängel gibt. Der gesamte Laden wirkt leider wie aus den 80ern.

Man muss extra bezahlen für die Toilette. Keine Ahnung zu Unverträglichkeiten. Nie wieder.

Das Essen hat mir geschmeckt, ganz normales BK Essen. Leider muss man für die Toilette zahlen und das Drehkreuz war auch noch defekt, sodass man sich durchquetschen musste. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat war, daß Gutscheine und Coupons hier nicht angenommen werden, die BK App allerdings nicht darauf hin weist. Toll war allerdings, daß fast der ganze Parkplatz frei war. Das nächste Mal werde ich wahrscheinlich Greding raus fahren...
