McDonald's in Viersen

Just impossible! Every time you order something something is forgotten... Sometimes it was 20 pieces of chicken nuggets, sometimes 2 hamburgers and today it was the fries that were missing incomprehensibly! In addition, you don't get any compensation money! You should bring the whole bag back with you and then compare the contents! By then the food would already be cold! This is just usury!

Our order is never complete. Today two large portions of fries were missing.

More staff is urgently needed here. The waiting times are just too bad. Don't go there anymore.

I come there every few years and I still enjoy the food 😂 The service at the counter was brilliant and friendly. Unfortunately there is also a lack of staff here and this was noticeable by the tables not being wiped down and the carts where the used trays go. It's a shame that there are only two stars for the ambient. The few people who work there were very friendly and nice, but unfortunately they can't do magic🤔

It's just a classic, simple burgers with fries and stuff. Ok for a quick hunger pang, but by no means long-term.

Were passing through and wanted to have a cappuccino here. We ordered and paid for the cappuccino via the app, but unfortunately only received it when we asked! The advertised table service? ...none! Nice branch for the children of the secondary school at the Josefskirche, which is not far. There are also good connections to the festival hall and the district music school, the hospital is close as is the emergency service practice.

THE BRANCH IS A CASE FOR THE HEALTH OFFICE!!! Absolutely dirty and filthy restaurant. All tables were dirty, unfortunately exactly the same outside. I tried the new McDonald's breakfast offering and was very pleased. I had a Big Morning Chicken in the DuoMenu with cappuccino and a McMuffin Sausage & Egg and a butter croissant. My order was placed via the order terminal and was quick and easy. The products were freshly prepared and were delicious. The service was friendly and a clean restaurant rounded off the positive experience.

Good McDonald's restaurant, centrally located in Viersen and easily accessible by car. Efficient McDrive, fast and hot food. Clean toilet. Unfortunately there are very few parking options. But there are e-charging stations.
