I used the delivery service from McDonald's.. apart from the fact that the food arrived more than 1.5 hours late, it was of course also cold.. on top of that, the driver became violent when it was pointed out to him that the food was cold.. I'm sorry, but this McDonald's is by far the worst I know. Unfortunately, despite regular disappointments, I keep coming back because I think it's getting better, but no... The worst thing is that you regularly pay for something that you don't have in your pocket later, just because you are too good-natured and don't control it. Forgot a product each of the last three times. And that with only 3-4 products ordered. How can that be? Is that a scam? Under stress I can totally understand it, but I've stood alone at the counter and still didn't get enough. I don't really want to tell you about the waiting times (I was standing there for 30+ minutes).

If I could, I would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I arrive at McDonalds after work for the second time and am looking forward to breakfast until 10:30! Is offered. I'm at the McDrive at 10:25 with an online order code. I'm put off at the counter and kept waiting. After waiting 4 minutes, another gentleman came to the phone at the McDrive counter. So I repeat to him at 10:29 that I would like to pick up my online order code. He made me wait again and finally got the message at 10:34, I'm sorry but breakfasts are only made until 10:30. I was so angry that I went into the store. I then spoke to the manager who could only apologize. I think it's OK if you stop offering breakfast at 10:30. But when I stand at the counter at 10:25 and have to wait for two employees to then tell me, I'm sorry, they're too late. Which is absolutely not true and then I'm left standing there like it was my fault.

The coffee machine was dirty, there were boxes and trash everywhere in the work area. And the cherry on top of it all. A customer's mec flurry had something in it that didn't belong there. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. What's wrong with this branch? I have never experienced anything as dirty as today and as unhygienic as the work there today. If there had been a hygiene check you would have had a huge problem now.

The food was incomplete 20 nuggets were missing and an apple turnover. One employee was very friendly and wanted to bring everything straight away, the other was very annoyed and then took the piece of paper away. There could be even more complaints. At home we noticed that the fries weren't really cooked through and the chili cheese was a double cheeseburger. (I have to look in the packaging now) And as a bonus, the food was very heavy on the stomach.

Unfortunately, my last visit to McDonald's was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Happy Meal and had to wait over 30 minutes for it. When the food finally came, I was slightly annoyed. But the disappointment didn't stop there: the toy was completely missing! The chicken nuggets weren't included either, which is of course a must for a Happy Meal. The whole experience was really frustrating. Long wait times, incomplete orders and no apology for the inconvenience. This is definitely not how you imagine a visit to McDonald's. I hope this was just a one-time incident, but I'll think twice about checking back in the future.

The staff is absolutely unable to do anything. However, even these employees manage to get an order ready at some point. Even though you tend to just see them standing around, these 10-15 employees can't get more than one order ready at a time. In any case, you should ALWAYS check your order as it could be that something is missing or incorrect. Reading doesn't seem to be a recruitment criterion. Otherwise the food is normal for McDonald’s standards. As well as the ambience is a normal McDonald's store. It's a shame actually, while you're waiting for your food here, you could go to another McDonald's and order there and would probably get your food sooner.

Too few staff, long waiting time, cold food

The first time I got the money back. At first no one came to cash, both cash registers were empty after 10 minutes. When someone was standing at the second cash register, they were served first. Soft drinks except for iced tea, water and smoothies are sold out (not the first time I've experienced this there) And then after another 20 minutes of waiting for 3 cheeseburgers I asked for my money back and got it. That was the only positive thing about that evening. Other guests also had their problems. Wrong burgers, wrong drinks, long waiting times at the checkout and for the food. Even in a steakhouse it would probably have been quicker. People were certainly surprised when planning staff for Halloween and the following holiday.

I only go there every few years and once really had a craving for hamburgers. There was also a Hamburger Royal TS. The waiting time was longer than in the star restaurant. The hamburgers were really cold and the TS was warm even though it had been packed at least 10 minutes before. The service was also very unfriendly, well if I worked like that I would probably be unemployed for a long time.

I come there every few years and I still enjoy the food 😂 The service at the counter was brilliant and friendly. Unfortunately there is also a lack of staff here and this was noticeable by the tables not being wiped down and the carts where the used trays go. It's a shame that there are only two stars for the ambient. The few people who work there were very friendly and nice, but unfortunately they can't do magic🤔
