By far the worst McDonald's in the area. Long waiting times, unclean, it's very difficult to understand the employees. Burgers are usually “thrown together” carelessly; bacon, for example, is sometimes just left next to the burger. The display above the output showing which orders are still open has never worked. I'm just a regular visitor because unfortunately there's no alternative in Viersen.

Unfortunately, the food is of course ok for the price, but you can't expect good quality, but every now and then you just have to treat yourself to something like that. The staff is always friendly, unfortunately it's far too understaffed, the cleanliness is usually poor, as there aren't enough staff, I would say, and the atmosphere is starting to get a bit run down. Were passing through and wanted to have a cappuccino here. We ordered and paid for the cappuccino via the app, but unfortunately only received it when we asked! The advertised table service? ...none! The problem was that an employee simply deleted our order from the screen without processing it! 🤦🏻‍♂️ After some back and forth at the checkout, we received our cappuccino after 25 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no insight or even a “sorry” from the numerous employees. There is a slight need to catch up in terms of customer service.

Nice branch for the children of the secondary school at the Josefskirche, which is not far. There are also good connections to the festival hall and the district music school, the hospital is close as is the emergency service practice.

THE BRANCH IS A CASE FOR THE HEALTH OFFICE!!! Absolutely dirty and filthy restaurant. All tables were dirty, unfortunately exactly the same outside. I tried the new McDonald's breakfast offering and was very pleased. I had a Big Morning Chicken in the DuoMenu with cappuccino and a McMuffin Sausage & Egg and a butter croissant. My order was placed via the order terminal and was quick and easy. The products were freshly prepared and were delicious. The service was friendly and a clean restaurant rounded off the positive experience.

We ordered and ate locally yesterday. I can only recommend that children go somewhere else, as they learn the wrong way of dealing with things here. Insults are shouted at each other throughout the store (from the staff). The shift management allows it, but manages to say thank you and please. McDonald's. Anyone who goes to Mecces knows what to order. Fast food that everyone knows. I drove through the drive... The access was quite unreasonable. You basically have to drive halfway across the parking lot towards the exit, and then, after ordering through the drive, drive the same way again to get to the exit, which crosses the entrance to the parking lot again and is then diverted into a small side street at the end.
