McDonald's in Viersen

Are you actually kidding me? Every time something was forgotten when I ordered, and I'm not writing about a packet of ketchup. We eat very little from McDonald's, but we always miss something else. I don't have the time to check everything if I've waited 20 minutes for food. Especially not if the wife and child are sitting at home in the evening during the week and are looking forward to eating. When asked if everything was included, the employee naturally replied yes. Guys, what's wrong with you??? Is there perhaps a statement from Mr. Froitzheim, Mr. Lehmann or Mr. Westphal about this?

Such cold burgers 🍔 yesterday. Really disappointed

Was there yesterday because you know it. You've been somewhere too long and you don't feel like cooking. We placed a size order (very hungry and had to bring something for someone). Very disappointing, the hygiene is subpar. Everything needs to be thoroughly cleaned because everything is full of grease. Then the speed of waiting 30 minutes for food and it wasn't full. The food was incomplete 20 nuggets were missing and an apple turnover. One employee was very friendly and wanted to bring everything straight away, the other was very annoyed and then took the piece of paper away. There could be even more complaints. At home we noticed that the fries weren't really cooked through and the chili cheese was a double cheeseburger. (I have to look in the packaging now) And as a bonus, the food was very heavy on the stomach.

The staff at this restaurant are obviously completely overwhelmed! I have never experienced such poor service. The order was put on the table cold (!) after 40 minutes without a word of apology. The restaurant also has a bad temperature. Afterwards we discovered that one burger had not been delivered enough. That's no fun at McDonalds.

Unfortunately the citizens I ordered were pretty much cold and therefore not worth the money.

Unfortunately, my last visit to McDonald's was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Happy Meal and had to wait over 30 minutes for it. When the food finally came, I was slightly annoyed. But the disappointment didn't stop there: the toy was completely missing! The chicken nuggets weren't included either, which is of course a must for a Happy Meal. The whole experience was really frustrating. Long wait times, incomplete orders and no apology for the inconvenience. This is definitely not how you imagine a visit to McDonald's. I hope this was just a one-time incident, but I'll think twice about checking back in the future.

Hopelessly understaffed, it has nothing to do with fast food! To drive through Mc Drive you usually have to plan 20-30 minutes... and beware if you leave out an ingredient from the burger, then you'll stand forever until the food is ready! Apparently they simply have far too few staff...!

Today's foreman should be thrown out with a high berth. Instead of clearing a few tables, he talks to employees and laughs. I knew that my order was incorrect because he took it and is and was very incompetent. Instead of without ice cubes, the Sprite was with ice cubes. Instead of a chocolate bag and 1 apple bag there were 2 apple bags. I wasn't asked whether ketchup or mayonnaise, he simply chose mayonnaise for me. Sometimes the burgers are stacked, but sometimes you can play a little Tetris before eating and put the individual parts of the burger back together correctly. A McDonald's through and through.

Quite good in itself, but the BigMäc was forgotten last time in the MC Drive... No food, points gone... Secondly, there was absolutely no sauce on the MC RIP. Fries already cold. Unfortunately, I only noticed the burgers when I got home because I was being pushed to leave so that the waiting place could be free... So for the money that McDonald's now costs, I expect more...

The staff is absolutely unable to do anything. However, even these employees manage to get an order ready at some point. Even though you tend to just see them standing around, these 10-15 employees can't get more than one order ready at a time. In any case, you should ALWAYS check your order as it could be that something is missing or incorrect. Reading doesn't seem to be a recruitment criterion. Otherwise the food is normal for McDonald’s standards. As well as the ambience is a normal McDonald's store. It's a shame actually, while you're waiting for your food here, you could go to another McDonald's and order there and would probably get your food sooner.

Too few staff, long waiting time, cold food

The first time I got the money back. At first no one came to cash, both cash registers were empty after 10 minutes. When someone was standing at the second cash register, they were served first. Soft drinks except for iced tea, water and smoothies are sold out (not the first time I've experienced this there) And then after another 20 minutes of waiting for 3 cheeseburgers I asked for my money back and got it. That was the only positive thing about that evening. Other guests also had their problems. Wrong burgers, wrong drinks, long waiting times at the checkout and for the food. Even in a steakhouse it would probably have been quicker. People were certainly surprised when planning staff for Halloween and the following holiday.

I only go there every few years and once really had a craving for hamburgers. There was also a Hamburger Royal TS. The waiting time was longer than in the star restaurant. The hamburgers were really cold and the TS was warm even though it had been packed at least 10 minutes before. The service was also very unfriendly, well if I worked like that I would probably be unemployed for a long time.

You order a burger with only the bun, the patty and the cheese and ketchup on it and then wait 10 minutes in the parking position to get a cold burger, that's a disgrace

Just impossible! Every time you order something something is forgotten... Sometimes it was 20 pieces of chicken nuggets, sometimes 2 hamburgers and today it was the fries that were missing incomprehensibly! In addition, you don't get any compensation money! It's just a classic, simple burgers with fries and stuff. Ok for a quick hunger pang, but by no means long-term.

I come there every few years and I still enjoy the food 😂 The service at the counter was brilliant and friendly. Unfortunately there is also a lack of staff here and this was noticeable by the tables not being wiped down and the carts where the used trays go. It's a shame that there are only two stars for the ambient. The few people who work there were very friendly and nice, but unfortunately they can't do magic🤔

The staff was extreme! Rude they said goodbye and we waited for over an hour and a half and they ignored our complaints and said they didn't care and in the end we didn't get anything

After the renovation it really got a lot better. But it will take a few more days until the team and the electronics have got used to it.

So first we ordered 4x check burgers and 2x cheeseburgers. Paid and then waited in the car for 13 minutes. So then it was so rude to bring the food, I didn't even apologize when my wife asked, "Fast food" but it's quicker. So then 10 times better Burger King.

The day has started well so far, I thought you'd take a relaxed trip to McDonald's today and treat yourself. When I got to the terminal, I entered my coupons. And as you're used to at McDonald's, something pointless happened again. The terminal didn't accept my orders and My coupons went unnecessarily, I asked at the checkout if they could help. The answer is no, unfortunately I can't do anything instead of unnecessarily releasing new promotions, producing new burgers, repair your disabled terminal so that people can order properly, I advise you not to go here

THE BRANCH IS A CASE FOR THE HEALTH OFFICE!!! Absolutely dirty and filthy restaurant. All tables were dirty, unfortunately exactly the same outside. The women's toilet was in an indescribable state, worse than a train station toilet. In addition, we had to wait over half an hour for our food and then something was still missing. There wasn't even a tray available because they were all dirty on the tables and in the packed clearance carts. One star is still too many to award. NEVER AGAIN !!

I tried the new McDonald's breakfast offering and was very pleased. I had a Big Morning Chicken in the DuoMenu with cappuccino and a McMuffin Sausage & Egg and a butter croissant. My order was placed via the order terminal and was quick and easy. The products were freshly prepared and were delicious. The service was friendly and a clean restaurant rounded off the positive experience.

We waited 45 minutes for our food! What a cheek!!!!!
