Disastrous! I stood in the drive-thru for an hour today and no one was taking my order at the counter! I lost all patience and somehow managed to get out of the drive-thru. This branch is absolutely abysmal and completely disorganized. I'll never go back! It deserves zero stars!

Underground. Over 60 minutes for two meals.

I was pleasantly surprised when I had trouble with the automated control system; I received help immediately.

It's unbelievable how filthy this branch still is! Floors, walls, tables—everything is dirty and damaged. The toilets stink terribly and aren't restocked. The food is old and not properly packaged. Absolutely nothing is right here!!! It's unacceptable! Dirty, long wait times, cold food!...and it just doesn't get any better! It's still absolutely terrible! Now you can't even understand the ordering process. Avoid this place! Disgusting!

Sometimes long waiting times. Since the last renovation, it's been a complete disaster. Waiting times of 15 minutes are not uncommon.

Ordered at 12:00 via Lieferando, paid online, no updates for 2 hours, called, told no delivery driver was available, or anyone with a driver's license. Rejection. No further communication. At 15:14 I received a delivery confirmation stating that the food was "SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED" at 15:41. Someone explain that to me! Naturally, I ordered something else, and now this place has the nerve to deliver the food to me at 16:04??? Are you all right??? It's as cold as the paper it came in, probably prepared at 12 but only just shipped now.

Waited over 40 minutes for the food; the fries looked like they'd been sitting under the heat lamp for two hours. The iced tea was overflowing with ice cubes. There were limescale or something similar in the iced tea. The service was a complete disaster; it was practically empty, and no one seemed to know why they were even there or what their job responsibilities were. Cleanliness was nonexistent. There was a ton of trash in the parking lot. I'm so glad I never go to McDonald's except in exceptional circumstances. From now on, I'll be avoiding that dump completely.

The slowest store in existence. Unmotivated employees, and after endless waits, half the customers are missing. Complaining doesn't help. The employees don't care...

We drove there from a distance because it was the nearest restaurant. When we arrived, there was hardly any parking. Everything inside was unhygienic. We couldn't understand our orders because the staff didn't speak a word of German. After ordering with Google Translate, we (my boyfriend and I) waited more than an hour for 2 big max drinks, 1 Coke, and 9 nags. After demanding our money back, we were blamed for not saying anything, even though we complained more than four times.

The fries and the Big Mac were cold and dried out.

We had ordered food in advance, which I just wanted to pick up 'quickly'... When we arrived at the restaurant, I gave the order code, to which I was told that the order couldn't be found. After that, I was initially ignored, and after I asked again, the shift supervisor was called – but she couldn't help either, so I ordered again at the terminal (20 minutes had already passed). So I stood there and waited for the food, and when I asked how long it would take, I was told, 'I don't know.' Meanwhile, a lot of burgers fell through the slide into the 'pool' (which was emptied in slow motion), but our food wasn't there. After 25 minutes, I finally got a bag, and when I asked, 'Is everything in there now, or do I need to check again?', I was told, 'You're welcome.' Of course, something was missing, but strangely enough, it was on the counter within seconds – and the man behind me said, "You wait half an hour, and then you have to beg..." That was the last time I ever entered this (and probably other) branch!

I was really hungry and looking forward to my meal – instead, it was just disappointing. I ordered a Happy Meal and got a completely different character. Only after I asked was I told they'd run out of the characters I wanted. My nuggets tasted like old, dead chicken – simply unappealing. Plus, half of our order wasn't even there, so we had to get it ourselves. The tables weren't clean, the floor was sticky, and everything just looked unkempt. I was hungry when I arrived, and honestly, just annoyed when I left. That's it for me with this McDonald's. Thanks for that.

We came here (from a long way away) because it was the closest restaurant. As soon as we got inside, it was a bit dirty. There were spiders, etc., in the women's restroom. Anyway, we ordered our food, sat down (on a wet spot??), and waited for our order. First, ALL the fries were missing, then we tried the nuggets, and they seriously tasted like someone had eaten them before. It's so awful, I just left 18 chicken nuggets lying around. My boyfriend left his too. Everything tasted absolutely disgusting and more like it was leftover stock (or given away because someone else didn't eat it). The floor is sticky, the tables are dirty, the service is unfriendly, and overall, just really... gross! I'm sorry to say it like that, especially since I really like eating at McDonald's, but THIS place is truly terrible.

It's really disgraceful. I wanted to get a McFlyrry with my MCCS points, but it didn't work. I had to buy it myself. In the end, my points were still deducted. I had to wait a really long time for the food, even though there weren't that many people there. Absolutely not!

This is, without exaggeration, the worst McDonald's in Germany. You wait at least half an hour EVERY time, and EVERY time you get the wrong food, or something is forgotten. Strangely, new products or special offers are always sold out, and the employees are always annoyed.

The service at this McDonald's is imperceptible. I waited at the counter for a full eight minutes today at 11:50, when there were few customers, to ask a question, but that didn't happen. Despite my intensive attempts to make eye contact with the staff, I was completely ignored by a total of four "servers." I then approached two servers directly, but these two specialists were busy looking for a sauce and simply told me I would have to wait a moment. My reply that I had already waited for many moments and was ready to finally be served was ignored. I also noticed that not a single person in the visible kitchen area was wearing a hairnet or gloves. Hygiene is apparently very low priority here. It's good that there are other providers!

Absolutely terrible. This has nothing to do with fast food. You wait longer than you would for a three-course meal in a restaurant. If it were at least complete or even somewhat tasty... I would give it negative stars if possible...

The wait time at the McColl's Drive-Thru is abysmal. 25 minutes. Delivery service is also rubbish. The restaurant is also sometimes overwhelmed.

Last night, after a long day at work, I wanted to quickly grab something to eat, which I should have skipped. At first, it wasn't wrapped and was sitting on the table. Then I noticed it and complained that it wasn't wrapped. Then it was freezing cold, and we threw the fries in the trash. They were just disgusting. €34 for the bin.

I generally complain very little and rarely... but today I really lost my temper! We tend to go to McDonald's 2-3 times a year, and every time there are problems. I ordered via the app today, using 2 coupons. The total came to just under €28. I paid via PayPal. When I went to pick up my order, I also ordered 2 cheeseburgers because I had forgotten them when ordering. The lady at the drive-thru then asked me to drive up, and I paid her for the 2 burgers separately. While waiting for my food, I noticed on my PayPal statement that it was no longer €28, but €33. Of course, I wanted my money back and had to argue about it, even though the whole thing was completely public. When I got home, I also noticed that 2 things were missing and 1 thing was wrong. All the fries were old and cold... I really wanted to go back! But since I'd been standing in line for 45 minutes, I lost my nerve. It was definitely my last visit.

I waited 35 minutes at two ordering terminals at the McDrive, and then the employees in the kitchen started arguing and arguing so loudly that you could hear it from the car. A no-go for me! The vehicles with large orders weren't sent aside, but were left waiting in front of the counter. The two chili cheeseburgers were only lukewarm, what kind of stars do you expect?

That was the last time we ate there. They just came to the table and pushed my child away with the high chair, even though we were eating. It was taken for granted that someone would push a child away from their meal and disturb the others. That was beyond rude, and then they just offered an apology. That doesn't do me any good. It was the very last time and not worth recommending. Zero stars.

I ordered for 70 euros...didn't get everything, lots of running around...and to top it all off, in the middle of the meal, an 8-month-old child was pulled away from the mother in the high chair by the cleaning lady because she wanted to clean the middle of the meal...simply the lowest drawer of the store, never again look after your children there

I stood in the McDrive drive-thru for 30 minutes on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. This isn't fast food, it's an absolute disgrace.

If it were possible, I would give it negative stars. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked at the counter. Our order wasn't found in the system. It was then compiled based on our receipt. No apology from the staff. Furthermore, several items were missing, which were placed on the tray without comment and without any heart. After almost an hour, we were seated at our tables with our food. The burgers were all cold, the fries dry and old. No napkins were placed on our trays. There were still over 15 pending orders behind us, but the staff didn't let it stress them out and continued working at a snail's pace. We will never visit this branch again!!

My order was incorrect, and when I returned, my food was cold, and I got a new one. My new food was literally crammed in. They showed very little understanding. Never again in my life.

Disaster 😂 I almost got home when I realized they'd given me a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger. And on the way back, she wanted the hamburgers back (I'd already taken a bite), probably to throw them away. Could have given them to a homeless person. Crazy

Best McDonald’s , people can complain everytime but if they get fast order they say it’s not fresh,when they take long their order they complain again , It’s hard to satisfied all costumers in a Fast Food , and always put yourself on the workers there and you will not be disappointed because they give a Max work . Unfortunately, we waited 55 minutes for our order. The team was interested in everything except work; they worked without special clothing, laughing, and ignoring customers. Now I understand why the rating is so low! People avoid this restaurant.

We ordered takeout this morning at 1:01 a.m. and only drove five minutes home. When we unpacked the food, it was so cold, you couldn't enjoy it! But McDonald's wasn't really that busy either. Too bad, we won't be going there again anytime soon.

I think the air conditioning is broken. Outside temperature is 34 degrees Celsius, and inside temperature is the same. The shift manager wasn't particularly friendly either—no "hello" or "goodbye."

I've never seen such a littered McDonald's. The garbage trucks were completely full, and entire tables were hidden under piles of trash. More than half of the ordering kiosks weren't working. And I waited almost 40 minutes for two burgers. Given that long of a wait, I'd at least assume the burgers had to be freshly made, meaning they should have been hot, but unfortunately, the result was still lukewarm. If you can, you should steer clear of this branch.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. Out of necessity, I quickly stopped there to grab something to eat for a 2.5-hour drive. The fries weren't very warm, and the burgers weren't as good as I'm used to. There was way too much ice in the drinks, and the entire restaurant smelled unpleasant. I hope yesterday was an exception...and things will improve somehow.

McDonald's makes a pretty good impression in terms of ambiance, and the drive-thru is also okay. When it comes to ordering, even if you have to wait a long time, despite the new additional counter, ordering in the store itself is, well, how should I put it? The food was cold and inedible. I definitely won't be going back. In Rheinbach, the food is always warm and fresh; here it's the complete opposite. Furthermore, the tables aren't cleared, and the trash cans are overflowing. The only thing that was clean were the restrooms.

The worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever visited anywhere in the world! Endless wait times. Cleaning lady then brings food from table 39 to table 139. Food arrives after 30 minutes. Cold fries. Burgers missing. Nuggets missing. Fork for salad missing. Coke is not carbonated and has too little syrup. Complained burgers take another 10 minutes. Nuggets and fork were served immediately. Coke was refilled twice. The waitresses never even tried it once. In the end, we get four Coke PET bottles. "Maschina kabbutt" After us, everyone keeps getting cups... Fool your customers as long as they keep eating and drinking this crap. This was our first and definitely our last time here!!

When ordering two products, you have to wait about as long as you would for a doctor's appointment if you walked in unannounced. On top of that, the orders were incorrect. In this case, I didn't feel like pointing it out to the staff because, as I said, the wait was so long. The food is cold, not particularly appetizing... and not even properly warmed. It's like eating stale, dry bread. I keep giving this McDonald's a chance, since it's closer to home. But after every meal, I wish I'd driven to Rheinbach instead. Not recommended!

Lost who planned this store, after the renovation the displays for displaying orders were removed and the employees are forced to call out each individual number, space in the queue is not visible and a waiting area is simply not provided at all

I'd rather drive 20 minutes to the nearest McDonald's than go there again. Long wait times, and this isn't the first time. There's no sensible order at the two great new drive-thru counters. It's simply not a good branch, and they should consider other, competent management and a different location.

Delivery is just at its lowest level since I placed my order. I waited an hour and 40 minutes, and only then did I receive notifications that the order would be delivered within 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, we had to wait forever. 25 minutes for a McFlurry. At least they apologized. Tip: Order at the McFlurry Drive-Thru, it's quick, and then eat it in the restaurant.

Disorganized and hectic! Half the order wasn't packed, and then we received rude comments. While waiting, we noticed that something was missing or wrong with at least three other orders. Competent staff wouldn't be a bad thing.

It's called fast food... but it doesn't fit at all! We had to wait over 17 minutes for a McDonald's ribs and fries. They were supposed to bring it to our table, but they never did. This McDonald's is by far the slowest we've ever seen.

First, I'd like to emphasize that it wasn't really busy. We ordered normally via the terminal, including table service. Meals for 5 people, including 3 children... We waited 15 minutes and then saw our order being carried to another table. After 25 minutes, we went to the staff and asked. They simply said that our order was no longer in the system, which confirmed our suspicion that our order must have ended up at another table. Based on the receipt, our order was then prepared in a relaxed manner. We had to return to the service point three times afterward because something had been forgotten. There was no apology or anything like that. On the positive side, the burgers were almost warm and the fries were edible. 😉

I've been here several times, but today it was terrible... First of all: the entire floor was completely sticky... Then, after 15 minutes, I asked what was happening with my order because it looked like nobody was busy behind the counter. I was told it would be right there. After 30 minutes, I asked again because someone who had come after me had already eaten and left. Then I realized my order had been forgotten. I got everything pretty quickly, but most of it was cold. It had probably been sitting there for 30 minutes... the apple turnover didn't really help either... I would have preferred a few napkins, since I was obviously there with a child (happy meal).

I just ordered food there. There wasn't a long wait, but the entire meal was cold, and the expensive ice cream I ordered wasn't even delivered. The driver left very quickly. Unfortunately, you have to give it one star to even give a review. So I won't be ordering from there again.

Breakfast with children. Never again!!!! My coffee had been on the tray for 10 minutes as it was served with the food. Accordingly, the coffee was cold. But the roll with fried egg and bacon was also anything but OK. TOO MUCH iceberg lettuce, hardly any eggs and overall very cold (even cool). I didn't want to take a bite of it and ended up ordering a bacon/egg McMuffin. That too was hardly there a short time later. But I could have saved myself that, too... I already find it difficult to go to these fast food chains. But this has confirmed my decision never to go there again..... btw: under the tables it looks as if someone just wiped roughly without sweeping up the dirt first. Very unhygienic!!!! Especially around the attachments of the benches and tables. That doesn't correspond at all to general ideas of cleanliness.

Super friendly and fast. The food was fresh and hot. Everything was satisfactory for us.

Ordered 4 products, received 3. Then, after a delay, I asked for the 4th. The Coke was stale. The strawberry milkshake had caramel topping even though I hadn't ordered it. The burger was lukewarm, rather cold. That was the last time for me. I'd rather go somewhere else or stay at home. This has absolutely nothing to do with quality or customer service.

Last night we were at MC Donald's on Von-Siemens-Str in Euskirchen. It was just a disaster. Long waiting times. You can look into the kitchen. No hair bonnets, no gloves, no washing of hands, everything was slapped on carelessly. After a long wait we finally got the food. THE burgers were ice cold. After a complaint, the burgers were taken back and after a 15 minute wait the same burgers were given back. Still ice cold and some not packaged or returned the same way as when the complaint was made. After you went back to the front to report this, you also became cheeky. This branch gets a grade of 6-. Some of the staff are rude and talk to you like you're worthless. So avoid this McDonald's.

We had to realize that unfortunately it was cold burgers again... What I find much worse is that the employees don't pay attention to hygiene standards. Neither gloves nor hoods are worn by women or men with long beards. An employee scratched his head a few times and then prepared the food. The other one with long arm hair scratched his arms and then leisurely topped the burgers. Pay attention to this when you visit. This location has an open kitchen. Who knows where the employees are still scratching themselves...... Normally you would have to report something like this to McDonald's itself or to the public order office. Top branch, car loaded, got food very quickly, it was totally clean and organized. We have already experienced bad branches in North Rhine-Westphalia, but this one is really top!

We were at McDonald's in Euskirchen (Von-Siemens-Straße) on April 17th, 2025 and had an absolutely disappointing experience. I sat there with my two small children and after waiting an hour (!) I canceled our order because we were not served despite repeated requests. Meanwhile, other guests who arrived after us were served without any problems. To our friendly inquiries we only received stroppy and rude answers from the staff. It was just sad and disrespectful, especially when traveling with small children. I've never experienced anything like this before. We will definitely not visit this restaurant again and absolutely cannot recommend it!

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere! Very nice staff who also respond to special requests! Important!!!! Citizens and fries were hot! But I know this to be different at other branches!

The service is poor and extremely slow and you can see from the restaurant area that people are working in the kitchen without gloves.
