I rarely go to the golden seagull restaurant anymore, but Mcces in the Euskirchen industrial area is really good. There are enough order terminals, the store looks modern and clean. Definitely one of the better Mcces out there.

Egal, ob McDrive, vor Ort oder in der Zeit des Umbaus, in der fünf Leute ImTrailer Eis essend die Bestellung verbummelt haben und uns nach zehn Minuten fragten, was wir bestellen wollen. Nach dem Umbau geht es munter weiter. Freitag abends Wartezeiten bis zu einer Stunde, Essen kalt, immer, grundsätzlich immer bei größeren Bestellungen über ein Menü hinaus unvollständig. Rechtfertigung über nicht genug Personal oder Personal in Pause. War gestern unser letzter Besuch. eine nicht lohnenswerte Zumutung.

Since the renovation it has been an absolute disaster, today it took a whopping 50 minutes from ordering until the BigMac menu was ready. 50 minutes to get a cold burger. The “planner” who came up with this new restaurant concept should probably go back to university. In any case, the new restaurant concept is a clear deterioration in service and I will avoid this Mac Donalds from now on.

I had dinner here today with my wife and child. The order was placed and paid for via the terminal at 5:30 p.m. We then waited 35 minutes for a happy meal and two menus. There was nothing going on in the restaurant at that time! When the food was brought to our table, my wife's warp was so hard that it crumbled... there was no way it was fresh! Cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, nuggets and fries were cold and sticky. On two boards in McDonald's it says that the restaurant has a changing table in the sanitary area...but there isn't one! When we asked the (optical) shift manager, she cheated us out of an answer by running into the kitchen. A non-German-speaking employee who wiped all the free tables with just a damp cloth (without cleaning it in the meantime) answered "I don't have one" when asked about the changing table. I can't recommend this McDonald's at all.

This McDonald's is the worst I've ever eaten at, the fries just taste mangy, greasy and unseasoned (a piece of the grain of salt every now and then).
