We waited almost an hour for our food. The order was almost ready when it was suddenly forgotten and then delivered to us cold. Coordination in the kitchen doesn't seem to go well. The cola even ended up making the cup soggy. Unfortunately, the staff was completely overwhelmed.

That has to be the cleanest McDonalds I’ve been to yet. The staff was friendly and the food was to us within 3 minutes of placing our order. They also had good music playing. The food was only a three star because if I’m being honest, it is fast food.

Currently under renovation, only McDrive! Back during Corona: As a guest you have to wear a mask and leave your details, but if the McDonald's employee brings the food to your table with the mask pulled down, none of that makes any sense!

The staff is totally unfriendly. When it comes to the menu, they just put something in your bag without asking first what you want and then complain when you complain about it. The external appearance of the employees leaves something to be desired and they are accused of talking on the phone while the order is being prepared. Really the last one!! I'll never go there again!!

Worst McDonald's ever. The order terminals are not working properly. Accept a coupon codes. Neither by scanner nor by typing. Ordering via the cell phone app works somewhat, but only with a minimal selection of coupons. At the checkout you are ignored while at least 2 employees walk around haphazardly. We left again.

What I experienced there today was not possible at all!!! I ordered in the app and just had to place my order at the counter, which took 10 minutes. Then I got my receipt and waited for my order. We quickly noticed that other guests had been waiting for a while, and when I asked, they replied that they had already been waiting for 30 minutes. In the end we waited around 35 minutes for our food. Unusually at Mc Donald's, our order was completely cold, and as expected, it was very cold!!! While we were waiting, the employees argued because they were stealing each other's products for the orders. In terms of service, this can hardly be beaten at all. I won't buy food here again...

I've never stood in a drive for so long. How can you be so lame? Fast food and stuff like that somehow doesn't fit

I have never experienced a disaster like today in a McDonalds. Ordered at 3:00 p.m. First order with coupon went smoothly. 2 McRib + Curly Fries + Cola. My wife ordered a menu and one Happy Meal for each of the children. The Happy Meals were already on the table, I was finished eating and the children had already started, so my wife was allowed to pick up their menu in the bag at the counter. Instead of the 4 nuggets there were 3 pizza pockets and the toys were completely missing. The constant lack of mayo is now standard at McD and not worth mentioning. Serving was only available upon request. A male service employee was really too hollow even for the job, his colleague was actually quite smart, but let her colleague's stupidity and laziness get her down completely until she was just annoyed. That was pretty Burger King level, and it wasn't even really full.

After I just rightly criticized MC Limburg, now an example of how it can be done differently. The ambience is just as it is, but otherwise I was completely satisfied and unfortunately a bit more rounded when I left. Thanks !!!!

Update May 30, 2024: Ordered a plant-based burger on the menu today after a long time. Fries were cold and tasted like old chip fat. The burger was even worse, the bun fell apart (very unusual for the industrial products used there, so it must have been lying there for a long time) and I had severe nausea an hour afterwards. Something like that doesn't work, it's never happened to me in McDonald's. Previous review: The food is ready quickly and the conditions are friendly. I am pleased to visit the restaurant. Update June 18, 2022: The service is very friendly even at late times and the food was freshly prepared. At peak times you can easily wait 20 minutes in the drive, but that's also because there are some jokers who go to the drive as a group. This of course delays ongoing operations. Overall, I am very satisfied with the food and the staff.

Hygiene in the table area can be improved, even when there is a lot going on. Otherwise consistent quality.

The outside area should be cleaned more often. The tables were very dirty. Ashtrays were put out, but the tables were not cleaned even though they were very dirty.

Relatively full to overcrowded and overwhelmed employees at peak times. Food is almost always warm. Otherwise it's an average McDonald's, there are no other special features. Suggestion for improvement: plan more employees at peak times to enable relief.

Change your opening times, it can't be, you come at 1:00 a.m. and it's closed, even though it's open until 5:00 a.m.

The hamburger bread was very stale, the salad was very small, so not as tasty as in other McDonald's branches.

The Mc Donalds in Euskirchen is a complete disaster. You order something to take away and when you unpack it you realize that half of it is wrong again. Either burgers (the most expensive ones) are missing or you receive the wrong product. And this isn't the first time. Give the wrong goods and earn money from them. I won't invest a cent more here... You don't deserve a single star!!!

The staff doesn't speak German! The wrong food was given out, which we unfortunately only discovered when we got home. The promotional glasses were shown as available and after the issue it said that there were no selected glasses available. It must be possible to save the stocks into the system without disappointing customers! If I had known before ordering, I would have driven back and not gotten food! Once again the food took far too long to prepare! All in all it was very disappointing! We'd better continue to compete! Then you know what you have!

I ordered and paid at the terminal, had to wait a whole 20 minutes for my food and then there were cold burgers.

We and many others have been waiting here for an hour for food. All employees were very unfriendly and totally overwhelmed. Toilets dirty, no toilet paper. I've never seen anything like that at McDonald's

After 25 minutes of waiting there were still 30(!) orders ahead of us. It doesn't work at all! When the time finally came, the burger and fries were cold. The shift manager was really helpful and friendly, but the team was a complete disaster. Extremely slow, seemed very haphazard and overwhelmed. This was my third time in total at this restaurant and all three times I was disappointed. That's it. A pity!

The MC Flurry was more of a milkshake. There was almost no bacon on the burger and the staff was grumpy. Very poor intention

What a disaster. Orders paid at 5:55 p.m. and ready at 6:50 p.m. then something is missing and we wait again. With the best will in the world, I wasn't the only one today on April 28th, 2024 - customer orders were even thrown away and other customers waited even longer than me. Just horrible!!

Huge Mc'Donalds where it was pretty empty at around 11:00 a.m. and you got your food very quickly.

ATTENTION: You must ALWAYS check your order in the drive-thru! There's always something missing at this McDonald's... Even when it's not busy, you can forget about the main course in the HappyMeal. This store is really a disappointment. Only the waitresses were very friendly :)

It's total shame how long we have to wait. Almost 40 minutes for our meal. That's not the point of a fast food chain. Maybe you should see that your staff works faster or hire more people.

Unfortunately, once again parts of the order were forgotten in the drive-in. Everything was stuffed into a bag, so it was not possible to “quickly” check in the driver’s seat whether everything was there. It's super annoying when half a menu is missing at home. For me it was the last time here in Euskirchen. The few times I go to McDonald’s, I will take the detour to Weilerswist.

I've been to McDonald's here several times now... I'm really very disappointed. Fries are full of fat and taste like the fat is old. Cola tastes like it's been sitting around all day. The service was very unfriendly. Unfortunately, you can only say negative things about this McDonald's!

Ordered the food via the app and picked it up on site, but when we got home we found that things were missing.

Appointment in Euskirchen on Carnival Saturday 2024, at around 2 p.m. at one of the local McDs. So not a regular. In bullet points (o neutral, - negative, + positive) therefore Exterior and entrance: o There are enough parking spaces, but entrance and exit are not separated. Unfortunately I didn't see any disabled parking spaces. - Entrance is barrier-free, but not suitable for the disabled. Wide enough for wheelchairs and walkers, but no automatic openers or door-openers. You can't get in or out alone. Inside and order: - Like everywhere else, there is a self-service terminal. But as a disabled person you can't reach it. For this (or with special requests) you can also order “in real life” at the counter if someone has time to take it o Sufficient space and at the time (2 p.m.+ on Saturday) about 2/3 full. - the free tables were neither clean nor wiped down. > You help yourself with napkins (pulp doesn't cost anything *irony off*) - Wheelchairs and children's chairs (saw it with other guests) can only be brought to the table "in the aisle" because there is no space between the screwed tables. Stupid, that annoys other guests and hinders the staff: +/o like McD everywhere there is “table service”. However, the employee assigned had to search for service because the dining room was confusing. ->> Tip to the franchisers: not just numbers on the signs. There is technology for this, where something is located in the room. Eat: Sure, products are specified. However, surprisingly good for the chain because it actually doesn't get lukewarm. (for this 4/5) Conclusion: 3/5 - Mediocre (in school grade sufficient)

Bottomless. We paid for 2 ice creams (1 Mac Flury and 1 mc Sunday) and didn't get any, but we got a coke as compensation. There was no change

We visited MC for the first time with our two grandchildren. The children thought it was great, the food tasted good, the service was very nice.

The food is relatively good, but the service is extremely poor because I had to wait 10 minutes for staff to arrive even though I just wanted to pay. The staff is extremely unfriendly. Not recommended!

Every now and then we go and have something to eat here. Until now we had always found a place to sit. The table service is also quite ok. except yesterday. Picking it up was the order of the day. When we still lived there, we often went out to eat here. Although it was often busier than in Euskirchen, the tables were always clean. (Even if the friend didn't have to work.)

Unfriendly service and half of them weren't there

We were at MC Drive. Unfortunately, a burger was forgotten there for the second time. We only noticed it when we unpacked it at home.

Unfortunately the order was once again not complete! Every time you get home, you notice that something isn't in the bag, which was paid for on the spot! Very annoying and unfortunately now the rule!

If it's not busy, it's okay. The staff is actually nice and does their job. But when things go wrong, it's better to stay away. Experienced it. Many customers were angry and left. The team was like an inexperienced bunch. And whoever was in charge demotivated his staff rather than having a positive influence on them. Criticizing and blaming staff is not something you do in front of customers. Oh, I was there several times last year. When will the toilets be properly repaired? Cleaning staff is no use either. The silicone grouting around the pee basins in the men's toilets was probably not done by the Euskirchen daycare group!?

Nettes Personal und toller Service

We ordered and picked it up when we were home and noticed that 2 burgers were completely forgotten, just because the employees were chatting instead of doing their jobs properly because there was nothing going on and they weren't stressed. And when you call you can't reach anyone. An outrage. About 15 euros thrown out the window. Such an unreliable pack, it sucks. In addition, the fries were inedible because they were completely over salted and the burgers were carelessly slapped together. Who knows if we'll go there again.

The employee at the counter was hopelessly overwhelmed with my order for 4 people. The food was partly lukewarm and unfortunately partly already cold! And that with an almost empty restaurant at 11:00 p.m. Saturday evening. The store was also freezing cold. This is probably a new potential for savings if there is no heating. I never ever go to this restaurant. Sorry, but not like that!

New record. Standing in the drive-in for an hour only to end up with the wrong order. It's crazy how you can screw up like that despite ordering in the app.

Eine Katastrophe! 1,5 Stunden auf das das Essen warten und andere Gäste noch länger. Zahlreiche Gäste bestellen erst erstgar nicht bei den Verhältnissen oder gehen verärgert.Sowas geht gar nicht !

Ganz schlecht essen bestellt warte Zeit in der Filiale über 30 Minuten , dann leider auch noch kalt Bürger lag 25 Minuten in der Auslage , Pommes kalt .Leidet keine gutes und geschultes Personal

McDonald's ist McDonald's. Qualität ist überall gleich und wer es mag, bekommt was er erwartet, es sei denn man nutzt das Drive In ! Dort fehlten bei den letzten beiden Versuchen jeweils ein Teil. Hierbei handelte es sich jeweils um 1 "großes Teil" (Hauptspeise jeweils) und es ist schon arg lästig jedes Mal erneut hinfahren zu müssen. Die Reklamation verlief zwar problemlos aber deswegen bestellten und prüften den Inhalt der Tüten im "Restaurant " sofort. Leider war auch der Zeitansatz relativ hoch und das Personal hatte sehr viel zu tun - ein Lächeln war daher auch nicht zu erwarten !

McPlant Burger bestellt, laut Schachtel und Zettel auf der Schachtel sollte auch ein McPlant drin sein. War aber leider ein Fleisch Patty. Geht gar nicht!!!!

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und packen alles falsch ein die Hälfte fehlt und essen kalt !

Pommes kalt und laberig Checken burger war auch kalt + Knorpel drinnen Mitarbeiter hat 3 mal die Bestellung falsch gebracht und immer hat was gefehlt beim 4 mal schauen haben immer noch 3 süßsauer Soßen gefehlt Mitarbeiter war unfreundlich wie sonst was ...

Leider tragen die Mitarbeitenden dort bei er Herstellung des Essens keine Handschuhe. Wartezeit zudem sehr lange

Während man wartet, schaut man bei der Zubereitung zu. Die ganze Zeit keine Handschuhe an. Im Endeffekt hat man einen kalten Burger .. schade

Habe noch nie solche Schlaftabletten in meinem Leben in einem McDonalds erlebt , 30 min . Auf eine Bestellung gewartet .... schluffen alle nur wie die Hühner! Furchtbar !! Nie Wieder dieser mäkkes!!!!

30 Minuten im MC Drive gewartet, es war nicht viel betrieb, die Mitarbeiter arbeiten wie Schnecken, es war eine kleine Bestellung. Echt peinlich & nicht zu empfehlen.

Fast 1 Stunde Wartezeit am Drive. Einmal reingefahren kommt man leider nicht mehr raus.

3 Sterne, naja Fastfood und ungesund. Trotzdem esse ich hier hin und wieder 3 Sterne für den Service, da hier bei sehr wenigen ein Lächeln zusehen ist und sowohl drin als auch beim Drive In immer nachkontrolliert werden muss 4 Sterne, weil die Aufmachung ansich super aussieht, aber früher gab es Sitze, die etwas besser gepolstert und somit bequemer waren

Riesen Mc'Donalds in dem es um ca. 11:00 Uhr ziemlich leer gewesen ist und man sehr schnell sein essen bekommen hat. Außerdem war es zu der Zeit außerordentlich sauber.

Wir haben heute mehrere Menüs dort abgeholt. Im Gegensatz zu Mc Donalds Zülpich war man hier super schnell und zuvorkommend.

30 Minute Wartezeit von Ankommen bis Essen erhalten ist lächerlich für ein Fastfood Restaurant. Die Burger waren sehr verrutscht und nicht ordentlich übereinander.

Man sollte schon ca. 20 Minuten mitbringen. Dafür war das Essen bisher immer gut

Kalte Pommes, Burger kalt, schmutzige Tische, Personal ungeschult. Vielleicht wird es irgendwann besser.

Essen wird einfach vergessen, nach einem dritten Anruf in der Filiale ging dann mal ein Mitarbeiter dran. Dann wurde ein Menü umsonst versprochen und der Mitarbeiter hatte dies notiert! Beim nächsten mal wusste keiner was davon. Da hätte ich das Geld auch aus dem Fenster werfen können. Saft Laden! Dann wird man auch noch unfreundlich.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne. Fast Food ist hier wohl als schlechter Scherz gemeint. Wenn man um 20uhr Essen will, sollte man am besten um 17uhr beim McDrive bestellen. 10 Mitarbeiter und keiner scheint Lust auf zügiges Arbeiten. Orden des langsamsten Ladens des Universum geht auf jeden Fall an diese Mcs Filiale.

Es war das letzte Mal, daß ich da gekauft habe, 1 . Keine Rechnung, 2 . Der chipsiking , war verbrannt, , mein schokolade chac , war Vanilline !!! Äzent , , nee das für 9.00 Euro ist der letzte Fraß denvi ich noch nicht mal meinem Hund geben würde !!! Igitt kein Wunder das es so leer war, das kennt man nicht von euch, aber jeder geht mal den Berg raf

Coupons funktionieren eigentlich fast nie bei der Filiale, schlechter Service, Mitarbeiter behandeln einen als wäre man dumm und essen schlecht zubereitet. Im großen und ganzen sollte man einfach sein Geld woanders hin bringen.

Unsere Pommes & Burger waren fast kalt (vom drive) wir gingen rein zwecks reklamation. Ok es wurde ersetzt, zuerst nicht richtig danach schon. Muss man den beim Arbeiten so Kaugummi kauen, das er beim Reden fast aus dem Mund fällt??? Entschuldigung war auch nicht drinn. Ok klar, die denken sich MC D läuft eh, dass muss nicht sein. Doch muss. Für uns war es das letzte mal in diesem McC D.

Also, das Essen schmeckt wie in jeder Filiale und auch die Filiale ist gleich aufgebaut. Service ist eher schlecht als recht. Außer mir war niemand an der Kasse und es hat auch niemand etwas bestellt. Trotzdem haben sich alle gestresst gefühlt weil ich sage und schreibe einen mittleren Latte und einen mittleren Cappuccino bestellt habe, zum dort trinken. Berechnet wurde mir jeweils der Große. Als ich dies gemerkt habe, hab ich das reklamiert und das Geld wieder bekommen. Aber als ich dann gesehen habe, wie die nächste die Kaffees zubereitet hat, dachte ich mir, hättest du doch besser im Autohaus gewartet und dort einen Kaffee getrunken. Der Putzlappen für die Maschine ist in der aufgeschäumten Milch gelandet, was aber niemand gestört hat. Trotzdem wurde mit der Milch der Kaffee zubereitet. Wir erhielten dann auch einen to go Kaffee anstatt einem in einem Glas. Mit der Reklamation darüber, war man voll überfordert. Denn man wollte wieder schnell zu den Kollegen zum weiter quatschen. Diese unterhielten sich ja bereits lautstark auf unterschiedlichsten Sprachen und das gleichzeitig.

Dieser McDonald ist absolut enttäuschend schließt viel zu früh wegen angeglichen Wartungsarbeiten und das schon seit Monaten
