The food was okay, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and extremely annoyed or bored. Some customers waited an extremely long time for their food. There was only one cash register, and you didn't even get a receipt that presumably could have been used to rate the food. Why, I wonder?

I left again without ordering. After waiting 5 minutes, the store was empty. 🍨 You can find it elsewhere.

Today, at noon on a Thursday, I had nothing to complain about. It wasn't busy, the wait wasn't long, and the burgers were freshly prepared. It was clean, too. A classic Burger King.

Parking is monitored by Parkwatch. Pay attention to the parking time and parking disc. Fresh, friendly Hamburg bread is served here.

We ordered, and the food didn't arrive for over two hours, even though Lieferando said otherwise. We tried calling several times to inquire whether the food was even coming, but no one answered. When the food arrived, there was no apology, and the delivery driver even slammed the door in the stairwell, even though it was already 1 a.m.

It's true that Burger King is small, but unfortunately there is no digital ordering option so you have to stand in line.

I ordered from Burger King via Lieferando at 8:40 p.m., and it's now 10:50 p.m., and my food still hasn't arrived. The phone number provided via Lieferando, but no matter how many times I called (six times), no one answered. One star is already too many. Absolute disappointment!

The staff and cleanliness here are consistently poor. Both the staff and the shop are dingy and run-down. Mountains of trash everywhere. Both room temperature and the food are cold. The Coke tasted of plastic. The staff were completely disinterested and slow, and some were in their street clothes. It's outrageous that the kitchen and dining area are still so dirty and can be so obvious!

I ordered food at 6:30 p.m. It said it would take 32 minutes. Two hours have now passed, and for the last hour it's said they were on their way. I've called the store 14 times, but no one answers. That's the last time! I won't accept the order either. If the doorbell rings, they can leave! We've already eaten at home! This is outrageous!!!!!

One person at the grill. One person serving. It took 20 minutes for me to order, and I was alone at the cash register. The Arne guy had to take orders, make drinks, and then run to the waiting cars. Awful place! I don't normally write reviews, BUT: The toilets were crappy, there was no soap, the tables were sticky—and that's not the case with any establishment. The friendliness was nonexistent—just like my included ketchup. I had to pay an extra 0.60. They just slapped Coke on everyone without asking. I asked for Coke Zero when ordering. The answer was, "I'll see if I remember, I'll do my best." You can guess what I got. No wonder this place was so empty.

Once again, I received the wrong (cheaper) order, and no one answered the phone. Instead, I had to wait just over two hours.

I've ordered from Wixxladen twice in a short space of time, and each time my Whopper had cheese on it. Thanks for NOTHING!!!!!! 2 for the trash!!!...

Very poor service. The staff barely understands German, and at 1:25 p.m., they're out of ice cream because they've just cleaned the machine. I won't be back until tomorrow. Okay... so I'll drive the few meters further to McDonald's.

It really depends on which employee is behind the counter.

Even if it's hard to find staff, you shouldn't just take what isn't served quickly enough. A 30-minute wait in a restaurant with two customers. The lady then wanted to serve the order in two batches, four burgers! She also had no idea how to prepare a pillow and serve it whole... instead, she preferred to argue in a very incomprehensible language... well, four customers left the place with me after I was refunded.

One star is too many. All the tables were dirty and weren't cleaned in between. You wait a very long time before you can even order, and you're completely ignored before you even say hello, just a moment. Of the four items, one was wrong. The staff were generally unfriendly and completely overwhelmed, even when the crowd was small. The fritters were a joke, consisting of half regular fries, and they cost €4. By the way, you don't get a receipt either. The men's restroom is tiny, dirty, and broken.

We were served by a disrespectful child. The place was very rancid.

Despite being completely understaffed and having to wait a really long time for our food, the cashier, with his very friendly and relaxed manner, managed to salvage the situation quite well. But the understaffing also meant that cleaning tables and keeping things tidy weren't high on the priority list, and there were no tablets for ordering.

This is the first time in my life that I am writing a review but for me the fun stops when I come out of the store and see a fat rat running out of the backyard (where the garbage cans are or employees are taking a short break and of course with access to the kitchen)

As a paying customer, a contractual penalty is disappointing! I ate at Burger King in Euskirchen with my child and a friend. Due to multiple ordering errors (wrong burger, missing drinks, no toys in the Happy Meal), we had to stay significantly longer than planned. Instead of showing understanding, I received a contractual penalty days later for "over-parking." Despite repeated attempts to contact them and honestly explaining the situation, I was not granted any leniency, even though I was clearly a customer. I have never experienced anything like this at any other Burger King branch or McDonald's. To be treated like this as a paying customer is disappointing and incomprehensible. I will avoid this branch in the future.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. First, they brought the wrong burgers and then, with a terrible attitude, just threw the food away and got upset about it. No wonder they didn't take orders properly when they were only wearing AirPods! I also think the waitress was underage.

A Burger King like you find here and there, but don't want to find. During my visit, the waitress was irritated and more concerned with her nails and her friends than with the order and the customers. The entire branch looked shabby, as evidenced by the overflowing tray carts. Trash was already piling up on and next to the counters. A store I won't be setting foot in again.

It always depends on the crew on duty. A few weeks ago, there was a young man there who practically ran the place single-handedly, and everything was great. The food was fresh and hot, desserts were delicious, it was quick, the floor in the kitchen wasn't slippery, and the restrooms were comparatively clean. Last time, it was very young people. And that's when the disgust starts for me: when they slide across the floor in the kitchen because everything is greasy and sticky, you grab your hair, pick your ears and nose, scratch your butt, and then touch the food. I won't even get started on the tables, restrooms, and outside area. Orders incomplete, food cold and uncaring. One could certainly also occasionally maintain the area from the entrance on the ring road under the bridge, picking up trash and making sure there aren't any people living in the bushes who defecate there, etc. I don't know if it's the operator's fault, but I feel the same way in at least one other branch of the franchisee. I simply find it unappealing, not to say repulsive, to even enter the area. It smells so strange all around.

As always, the service is very fast and friendly. It's usually less busy here than at the Big M. What still bothers me a bit, though, is that my AmEx isn't accepted.

I have no idea how often I eat here. Sometimes I don't eat here for two weeks. Sometimes I eat every day for two weeks. The food is always freshly prepared, and the cashiers are always friendly. Even with my vegetarian diet, I get my money's worth here. The plant-based selection seems to be getting bigger and bigger, and it tastes really great. Even promotional items are usually offered in a veggie version. A few fast-food giants could take a leaf out of their book. I really enjoy coming here, even if my cholesterol levels are about to skyrocket 😅

Completely uncoordinated staff prefer to joke and chat among themselves rather than work through the queue of 8 customers with only one cash register open. Waited 10 minutes before an order could be placed, food was then there for 15 minutes until it was handed over, and of course it wasn't even lukewarm anymore. This was then complained about, then in the background only the returned burgers were repackaged and then handed over again. It doesn't work at all!!!

The burgers are freshly prepared, well topped and taste solid. The fries in particular are usually crispy and served hot. Special requests are also taken into account without any problems, which makes the service even more customer-friendly. The branch itself is clean and modern. The seating areas are well-kept and the sanitary facilities also make a good impression. There is also plenty of parking space, so getting there is easy. A small negative point is that depending on the time of day it can get a little more crowded, which sometimes makes it a little louder in the branch. Nevertheless, the visit remains pleasant overall. If you're looking for fast, friendly service and good burgers, you won't be disappointed here. A reliable point of contact for an uncomplicated visit to Burger King.

One service for 6 people in front of the counter and 3 cars in the drive. What I personally didn't like was that there was no toilet paper in the toilet, no soap in the dispenser and the water didn't work at all.

The last Burger King before the Belgian border (at least if you come from Cologne). The Burger King is clean and has everything a store like this should have. However, on our last visit it was relatively cold in the shop and a few chairs and tables were missing. The service is super nice and accommodating (a few products had to be prepared longer, but they came straight to the table without any problems). It would be nice if there were also ordering terminals here so that you could order additionally if the queue is longer. But the order itself is very quick and we have always had fresh, warm products.

Unfortunately, I have to say badly about it. Food was left outside and written on WhatsApp. It was cold and a real shame. The burger king in Euskirchen should close. It just has problems. I've been to this branch several times now. Sodom and Gomorrah reign here. The toilets are not clean, the tables are not washed, chairs and benches are smeared, the service staff is completely overwhelmed and unfriendly when you point out the hygiene conditions. It has already happened several times that the usual drinks could not be offered, but instead cheap discount drinks were served from the bottle. If the beverage machine works, the cola tastes like anything else, but not like cola. The burgers are cold, the chili nuggets are not fresh but already rancid. Basically, I love chili nuggets... if the cheese is nice and creamy... then they are really fresh. But today, once again, they weren't. There you only get the disgusting lumps of fat, the consistency of which may have been what it was supposed to be before the three rounds in the frying fat. There was less than 2 minutes between the time I placed my order and the time my entire order was handed out. Sure, great for a fast food restaurant... but not to the standard that is desired. I can't imagine that BurgerKing Germany would want to establish such a standard.

The staff is very friendly, the food is BurgerKing. I found it Very cold in the store. We would have liked to have another coffee but it was just too cold for us. The entrance door also squeaked very loudly and slammed back very loudly, which was really annoying for us.

Delivery takes 2 hours should I starve or what

Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience, the door stopper greets you with a loud bang because it's broken, the shop is very dirty and everything else like you know from other Burger King shops, the tables were very dirty and also the floor etc. Although there wasn't much going on It took a very long time. I will not enter this Burger King store again. It doesn't work at all. I got a ticket for €48 because I parked at Burger King and ate something there with friends. Burger King has hired a company to monitor the parking lot, after 90 minutes you get a ticket for parking too long. Not at all from Burger King. If you provide proof that you ate there, the ticket will be deleted. Who keeps the receipts, luckily I paid with a debit card. On the day I got the ticket, the service from the staff was poor and various machines were broken (ice cream machine).

The Burger King in Euskirchen was a real disappointment. The outside area was extremely dirty and the Burger King sign looked more dilapidated than I've ever seen it. It was almost scary as I drove under the bridge to get there. The food itself was different than expected. My Extra Long Chili Cheese had a strange taste that I have never experienced before. You could eat it, but it definitely wasn't what I'm used to. Unfortunately, the Burger King was also very dirty inside. The ordering with the employees also went strangely. Overall it was an unsatisfactory experience and I will not be returning.

Fast, correct operation and friendly service

The burgers were greasy and not edible. The service was cheeky and hygiene among the employees is obviously very important. I didn't see anyone washing their hands, disinfecting them or changing gloves in the meantime. The place needs some basic cleaning, the floor is sticking in some places and the toilets are particularly bad. Parking is limited to 90 minutes. I don't need to spend 90 minutes in Burger King, but I find it funny that there is a fee.

Extremely unfriendly staff, my hot brownie was burned from the bottom and was rock hard. The previous tray was still on my table. The pill cart was overfull - unfortunately. One man taking the order - not enough and completely overwhelmed. The French fries lady did her job easily and the 3 cooks weren't busy either. Nevertheless, it took 25 minutes, because there were 2 orders in front of me, until I had my burger, which wasn't really warm anymore. It's a shame that the branch management probably had better things to do.

Food-wise, it's a Burger King like any other. But that was it. If you use the drive-thru, everything may be okay. However, if you want to eat on site, it's an 'experience'. You have to order at the counter (no self-service terminals) with employees who are clearly overwhelmed. Orders are accepted by several people before anything is processed. You don't receive a receipt and you have to hope that everything you ordered and paid for is on the tray at the end. Cleanliness in the dining room seems to be a foreign concept, the floor and tables are sticky, the tray trolleys are overflowing and we'd better not even talk about the toilets...

Never again! There are signs everywhere telling you which current events you don't want to take part in. No self-service terminals, so waiting in line for ONE service. After 18 minutes in the queue I gave up, luckily the nearest McDonald's wasn't far away.

Worst Burgerning Ever! Our food was delicious. We were there with our daughter at the beginning of August. After a long wait we got our food and then we played outside on the slide. The other day we got a letter saying that we should pay €48!!!!!! because we parked in the parking lot. Is it actually still possible??! The page says FREE PARKING!!! Worst Burger King restaurant i have visited, order took very long and there was a huge queue with customers. Drinks were wrong and the soda's were not properly mixed.

Incompetent staff who don't want to work and take it out on the customers! Black-haired young employee who should rather study the menus again instead of standing in front of you fanning yourself with something and wanting to whitewash you with the nuggets sweet and sour sauce "doesn't work"?! Small children can get Coke to King Jr. without asking. There is and a sticker album of the European Championship, which is long history, and Transformers toys should be in the bag! The many bad reviews actually say it all - this is just further confirmation of it!

Were there this afternoon. There were 8 of us so it was a bigger one An order. The lady at the checkout was totally annoyed and unfriendly. The fries were totally hard. The children had chilli cheese burgers instead of hamburgers on the menu. And everything tasted old. Tables not clean, toilets no paper. Toys were only given after request. Never again for that price!!!
