It's been a long time since I went to the BK today and was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were good and hot. Unfortunately it took forever until we were greeted and we could order. Even though we were the only guests. However, would go again.

A condition that I have never had to see in a restaurant. As I drove up to the parking lot, I saw a sight that almost made me turn back. Trash cans in the outdoor area are jam-packed, the entire parking lot and the street are full of trash. And that at 11 a.m. Sunday morning. This makes you wonder whether it is too cold outside for the staff to quickly clean or keep the outdoor area clean. Indoors pretty much the same game. Garbage was collecting in front of the door. It always depends on which crew is on duty. A few weeks ago there was a young man there who basically ran the place by himself and everything was great. The food was fresh and hot, desserts were delicious, it was quick, the floor in the kitchen area was not slippery, toilets were comparatively clean. Last time, very young people. And that's where the disgust begins for me when they slide across the floor in the kitchen because everything is disgusting, you grab your hair, pick your ear and nose, scratch your butt and then touch food. I won't get you started on tables, toilets and outdoor areas. Order incomplete, food cold and loveless. You could certainly occasionally look after the area from the entrance along the ring under the bridge, pick up rubbish and make sure that there are no people living in the bushes who are defecating there, etc. I don't know if it's up to the operator, but in I feel the same way at at least one of the franchisee's other branches; I now simply find it unsavory, not to say repulsive, to even enter the area.

Only the competitor with the "S" in the name offers fresh "food" (side dishes. The meat is sometimes just as terrible) at also proud prices. But at least there you get full, you can customize your food a little and you can see how it is prepared. Years later we tried Burger King again and found that only the prices were increased. Everything else is the same or worse. The coupons are of no use either. Even with a coupon we find the prices outrageous. The "ambience" in the "restaurant" is so horrible... I sometimes work with people with disabilities and have never met people like I did at the counter at this Burger King. I only ordered a large Fanta, got a small cola and had to pay 6.90. Falschen Burger bekommen, obwohl nur zwei bestellt. Coupons und Paybacknummer muss per Hand eingeben werden (das im Jahr 2024🙄). Ich war auf der Toilette nur Hände waschen. Waschbeken sieht nicht toll aus. Hände trocknen nicht möglich. Trockner hat nicht funktioniert.

War früher mal besser. Die Damentoilette war unsauber. Der Wasserhahn war defekt. Keine Möglichkeit die Hände zu waschen.

Die Burger 🍔 sind typisch Burger King sollte jeder kennen. Sieht meistens nicht aus wie auf den Bildern, aber immerhin alles heiß 🔥 serviert. Die Filiale scheint grundsätzlich unter besetzt (deswegen nur 3*) und man darf nicht mit Zeitdruck hierher kommen. Bedienung freundlich, aber alles sehr träge. Das Ambiente kann mal überholt werden. Tja...leider bin ich schon länger aus dem Teenyalter raus und kenne mich die schöne alte Zeit. Heute verliert sich Ketchup,Gurkenscheiben, Käse und ein Size Zero Patty in einem Furz trockenen Burgerbun..Die Chicken Nuggets..sorry Panade mit etwas Hühnchenanteil..und mit neuer Rezeptur...verlangen schon viel Fantasie. Selten so etwas trostloses gegessen. Hinzu kam der Service, der keinerlei Interesse hatte etwas zu verkaufen...weder Nachfrage nach Getränk oder Sauce...passte alles zum Essen. Nicht unerwähnt lassen möchte ich den männlichen Kollegen, dem das alles aufgefallen war und zu retten versuchte nicht unerwähnt lassen...ein Lichtblick in der Dunkelheit.

Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, sind sie sehr mangelhaft. Sie schauen nicht einmal auf diejenigen, die draußen sitzen. 0 Dienste!

Man muss immer sein essen nachschauen ob es wirklich frisch zubereitet ist. Es ist mir schon mehrmals passiert, dass ich das zurück gegeben habe und gesagt habe bitte frisch machen. Das kann bei einer Bestellung von 15,00 Euro erwarten .

Der einzige Lichtblick war die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin am Schalter. Das Essen eine reine Katastrophe, kalter Burger, matschige Pommes und die Chili Cheese Soße kann man auch als Nachtisch servieren, so süß ist die. Grauenhaft.

Etwas größere Bestellung gehabt leider nicht alles dabei gewesen. Dann Bescheid gegeben und sehr unhöflich von dem Chef in Empfang genommen Eigentlich würde ich null Sterne geben aber die Angestellten (nicht der chef) waren sehr freundlich Der Chef von Burger King Euskirchen sollte sich mal überlegen ob das der richtige Beruf für ihn ist. Denn von etwas Chef der Filiale zu sein wo Kundenzufriedenheit gewünscht ist, aber dann so unfreundlich mit den Kunden zu reden geht gar nicht. Ps: Geld für das Essen was nicht angekommen ist nie zurück bekommen.

Bei unserer letzten Bestellung haben 2 Burger und 2 Getränke gefehlt. Außerdem hat bei einem Burger das Brot gefehlt. Dadurch hatten 2 Kollegen kein Mittagessen. Als wir angerufen hatten, war der Chef am Handy, war sehr unfreundlich und wollte uns weder die fehlenden Sachen noch das Geld zurück geben.

Heute um 11.45 war ich in dieser Filiale. Parkplatz wird Videoüberwacht. George Orwell lässt Grüßen. Bedienung kann kaum deutsch und die Beratung ist unter aller s..! Nachdem ich mehrfach nach dem Angebot gefragt hatte, so ist die Bedienung einfach weggegangen und kam auch nach 10 Minuten nicht mehr zurück. Dann bin ich einfach wieder gegangen. Lediglich ein Pärchen saß in diesem Haus. Das wars!

Leider wird sehr oft bei der schalter Bestellung etwas vergessen, Burger sind teilweise kalt. Es kommt extrem darauf an wer hier Schicht hat. Zu lange Wartezeit. Bei acht Autos heute am 06.03.21, 45 Minuten am Drive in Schalter gestanden. Schlechtester Bürger King ever. Nie wieder! Update: nicht nur der Drive in ist grottig, heute hat mich der Hunger ins Restaurant getrieben, speckige dreckige Tische, absolut unfähige Studenten hinter der Theke und der Laden ist dreckig hoch 2 hier sollte das Gesundheitsamt mal gucken kommen

Tja Fastfood ist anders und Fastfood kann auch warm sein. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Auf meine Anmerkung das es nicht Warm sei und ob man es nicht Frisch bekommen könnte weil es scheinbar schon lange in der Auslage war (kaum Betrieb) wurde mir gesagt da wäre nie kalt sondern Standart und ob es sein könnte das ich selten bis noch nie bei ihnen war denn dann wüsste ich das habe ich für mich beschlossen diesem ... Kind hinder der Theke nicht weh zu tun und einfach zu gehen. Für mich ist dieser Laden nur ein No Go. Zu dem könnte man als Personal anstatt mit dem Handy zu spielen den Laden ab und zu mal Fegen.

Gehört zu den älteren Burgerkings, hat noch keine Terminals zum bestellen es kann also zu einer größeren Warteschlange kommen. Außenbereich dafür groß und mit einem Zaun versehen, Spielbereich in gutem Zustand.

Leider unterirdisch... in der Tüte befand sich nicht das was ich bestellt hatte .... Leider bemerkten wir das zu spät....und es war alles kalt. .... wenn man bedenkt was es gekostet hat .....fehlen mir die Worte. Aber es scheint dort niemanden zu Interessieren. Mein Bedarf am Burger King ist vorbei....

Lieferung unvollständig, kalt und verspätet. Über 90 min Wartezeit für 6 Burger und ne Portion Pommes, der im Menü bestellte Ketchup fehlte. Burger bereits kalt, Pommes matschig. Bereits die zweite fehlgelaufene Lieferung von drei. Das war's damit. Lieferservice kriegen sie nicht hin.

Unmögliches Personal! Langsam, nicht kundenorientiert, frech, leider einfach auch inkompetent. Zitat eines Mitarbeiters: „ Den Burger kannst du doch nicht geben, der ist doch viel zu alt“ antwortest Kollegen: egal! Der Burger landet auf meinem Tisch, und hat vergammelt geschmeckt und war eiskalt. Essen wurde reklamiert, Geld zurückgefordert, nie wieder.!!!

Essen war wie man es gewohnt ist. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich und zügig. Manko waren, das der Burgerking sehr klein ist. Außerdem sind dort nicht die Bestellautomaten vorhanden was ich persönlich schade finde.

Personal war mit 10 Bestellungen so überfordert, dass es 40 Minuten gedauert hat bis wir unser Essen in den Händen hielten.
