Kentucky Fried Chicken in Euskirchen

We were just at KFC in Euskirchen and ordered hot wings but received regular ones! We complained about them because they didn't have any others, as they could give us hot sauce, but that's never happened to us in all these years! Because we ordered online from your store, you couldn't refund us. We couldn't get a €16.99 credit either! We left the food there, you can be happy with that, we won't be coming back as customers!!!! Outrageous!!!!

The shift on 12/10 at noon is inadequately trained. The employee at the drive-through is barely understandable and can't operate the POS terminal. An 18-piece hot wing bucket consists of 14 mini wings and 4 regular drumsticks. What are the employees saving for? So they can take all the saved drumsticks home at the end of their shift?

Always delicious and freshly prepared. I was impressed by how well organized everything was there. After ordering, it took maybe five minutes for the food to arrive. And that was an order worth over €30. The fries were piping hot, and I devoured them on the way home. The chicken was crispy, fresh, and hot. Really great. I'm very impressed. Many fast food chains could learn a thing or two from this. In terms of service and their meager, overpriced burgers.

KFC in Germany is below par by far in comparison to U.K. and US versions! No flavour, no seasoning, gravy is like water and the chips are a joke!

A Kentucky Bucket with a twist... someone definitely didn't want to throw everything in there. The crispies were cut in half to get the number right. 😂 The chicken pieces used to be quite large. Now they're about the size of chicken wings. I can't recommend them. What a shame. Spent so much money on this.

The food is quite good, but unfortunately most of it is relatively expensive and there are no good deals. The store is relatively clean, but it's always a matter of tossing a coin whether there are straws or whether the containers are just full of garbage. The self-refilling of drinks is pretty good. Service is okay but not outstanding; the employees are sometimes a bit confused, and not all of the order boards work. The atmosphere is pretty monotonous, and they always point to the location, which I find rather silly, since it's not particularly worth mentioning that there's a KFC in Euskirchen when, by comparison, Bonn only has a crack-addicted branch in the main train station and nothing else.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio here is no longer right. 4 crispies (which were anything but crispy; the meat was juicy, but the cornflake coating was very pale and not crispy), plus a large fry (they don't have small ones, each one costs €3.95!!!), which is about the size of a small one at McDonald's. A drink and sauce came with it. I had to order another sauce. The service was friendly, but that didn't improve the quality of the food; I don't need to have it again. I used to like KFC, but I think it's getting worse and worse.

We went to KFC with our daughter today. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and the tables were clean and tidy. The food tasted very good. We will definitely come back there again.

I placed my order online. When I picked it up, I was initially only given 2 of 4 drinks. Then I noticed that 2 were missing. I still received it. When I got home I noticed that 8 hot wings were missing. I have about 35 km to the store. But I'm not going back now to complain about it. It wasn't the first time that happened to me there. Now you might ask yourself whether this happens often.

In Euskirchen the KFC is still really good. It's best to wipe the tables more often, but the food was good.

The chicken stuff is definitely tasty, but the fries were unsalted and almost cold. The underground toilets are unkempt and the smell of urine takes your breath away

Ambiente nur 3 Sterne, weil sich einige andere Gäste nicht Benehmen konnten. Bezüglich Ordnung am Tisch. Müll nicht weg gebracht. Dies ist ungemütlich. Nur kommen die Mitarbeiter leider nicht so schnell hinter, deren Müll weg zu räumen.

Waited 25 minutes for food, the guy somehow didn't do anything the whole time. The burger had almost no toppings at all, there was a tiny piece of chicken on it, the rest was just bread and sauce. Mayo was also forgotten
