I've been to KFC maybe twice in my life. Now it was that time again. Was impressed with how well organized everything was there. After ordering it, it took maybe 5 minutes for these to get my hands on them. And that was an order for over €30. The fries were steaming hot and I ate them on the way home. The chicken was crispy, fresh and hot. Really great. I'm very excited. Some fast food chains can take a big leaf out of this. In terms of service and their puny, overpriced burgers.

Waited 25 minutes for food, the guy somehow didn't do anything the whole time. The burger had almost no toppings at all, there was a tiny piece of chicken on it, the rest was just bread and sauce. Mayo was also forgotten

Here at KFC they work with a minimum of staff. You have to enter the order into an ordering computer, tap the drinks yourself, and collect your order yourself. The ordering computer is not customer friendly and the procedure is unclear in some areas. I had to start over three times. The food is like everywhere at KFC, so you know exactly what you're getting. Furthermore, it is an unpleasant space where you are happy when you can get up again after having eaten. I'll never come here again!

Leider eine totale Drecksbude geworden.Hinter der Theke sieht man heruntergefallenes Fleisch, vor der Theke kleben dir auf dem Weg zum müllbeladenen Tisch die Schuhe am Boden fest.Obwohl nicht viel los war schafft ihr es nicht das Lokal etwas sauber zu halten?Echt schade,war mal gut hier anfangs.

Bought dinner at KFC this evening. I took a bite of the second hot wing and had a hair in my mouth. What you also have to say, in contrast to before, is that chicken meat tastes very old, and we were very disgusted by this. We drove over 70 km. If KFC is going to raise prices then the quality should also be right.

Eating well. Let's just say it was hot, but tasty and worthwhile is different. The meat was very fatty. Fries were sufficient, but the chili cheese sauce wasn't remotely spicy and the cheese tasted like feet that had fallen asleep. Service? Which service? The cup we were given? Ambience: at least cleaner than some other fast food restaurants.

Finally a KFC that suits my taste again. Quick and fresh preparation of the ordered food, clean furniture, etc. That's exactly how it should be. I've been here several times and haven't been disappointed yet. However, KFC has increased its prices significantly recently...we'll be curious to see how that develops further. On the subject of KFC and disappointment: If you're into that, you definitely have to go FRECHEN. Anyone who loves lukewarm food and dirty furniture must definitely visit the KFC in FRECHEN.

This KFC was another example of this food chain. What I think is a shame is that they no longer have any drinks without zero sugar.

Today I went to KFC with my family and we ordered several menu items for around €40. We know that the portions at KFC aren't huge, so we generally don't have a problem with that. However, this time we had a very disappointing incident. One of our menus included a crispy cheese burger. To our surprise, the burger consisted of a tiny piece of meat - so small that a large part of the bun was left without meat. Of course, that wasn't what we expect from a burger. I then politely contacted the manager to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, it was politely but firmly explained to me that it was “normal” that only a very small piece of meat was served on this burger. While I understand standards, I find it unacceptable that a guest essentially gets a burger with almost no chicken. When I pointed out that this wasn't appropriate, I simply received the answer that it was "normal". Overall this visit was disappointing and I hope KFC puts more emphasis on the quality and quantity of their products in the future. Customers should feel that they are getting an appropriate product for their money.

I was there yesterday to order something to take away. This branch was well attended. But I was surprised that only one cash register was open and apparently a new employee was trained at the one open cash register. You also have to pay a little attention to your dishes, which I can understand since the poultry is baked. It took a while until I could place my order. The staff is very friendly and tries very hard to make the customer happy. You pay in cash or via EC card. The dishes we ordered were very tasty and I can highly recommend this branch. This branch is located in a shopping center and two weight rooms. If you have trained too much and are afraid that you have lost too much weight, you can gain back the weight you lost 😜🤣

I haven't been to KFC for a while...but after what I experienced today, it will be the last time for me: All drinks are only available as a zero version..... WHY???? Are you trying to convince people that Zero products are supposed to be healthier?!?! Disgusting!!! Unfortunately, when I asked why this was the case, the friendly employee was unable to give me an answer. The food was fresh and tasty...but a bit small for the price (a mini wrap + fries + drink just under 12.00 euros). The best thing, however, was the toilets... Apparently all genders are now allowed to share a toilet room... male, female and also "diverse". Sorry, but THAT doesn't work at all!!!!! As a woman, I do NOT feel comfortable when men and everything else is allowed into a once protected space (because it is intimate!!!)!!! In the end, I didn't care about the missing mirrors above the washbasins... So KFC, what's this nonsense???? Just a shame!!!!!

KFC wasn't my first time, I was always looking forward to KFC but this one here in Euskirchen is the last. The staff is unkempt and nasty. It took 12 minutes for 1 citizen for 4 customers I can understand why the shop is buzzing and that fast food takes 8 to 10 minutes at most In any case, the staff is the reason why the shop isn't running. I am really disappointed with my visit to KFC in Euskirchen. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly compared to before. The meat was completely dried out and tasted old, as if it had been sitting around all day. In addition, the portions have become much smaller, which is completely unacceptable given the sharp increase in prices. I used to enjoy eating here, but the current situation is just sad. For the money (€30 for 2 small menus) you can get much better quality and larger portions elsewhere. The service wasn't particularly friendly or helpful either. I definitely won't be coming back and can't recommend this location to anyone. Absolutely not worth the money!

Been to KFC for a while now. So far everything has actually always been okay. There was occasionally some rubbish on the ground or on the tables, but I think that's normal. But this time the visit was just disgusting. As soon as you walked in you could see that there was rubbish lying all over the floor, all over the store. There was hardly a table available that wasn't completely dirty. The worst thing, however, were the toilets. The urinals had been dismantled and the only free toilets were completely dirty. Check out the photos. One toilet was completely full, the other was full... Last but not least, our food was cold and the rolls were dry. Never again Kentucky Fried Chicken in Euskirchen.

So the food is of course great, as always at KFC. But every time I'm there, the employee at the drive-thru seems confused or doesn't really know how to handle the cash register or something. People constantly say that they don't have the coupons from the app in the checkout and that they don't exist, even though the right branch was selected in the app. I find that very annoying. Especially when I go there because of a special offer only to be told that I can't find it in the checkout. In these cases I can never tell whether the problem is with the app or with the employee's training, but in any case it is very frustrating. I've never had this problem in other branches.

I was there on a weekday in the evening, during this period there were a total of 10 people there in addition to the staff... but due to the distribution of the space, I could have had the feeling that there were 2-3 people there. The many separations are both an advantage and a disadvantage of the place, because while you can eat comfortably, you can get in and place an order in a rather cramped space (especially if there is a small grouping at the displays).

Always nice staff, quick ordering process, fresh and not just lukewarm but hot products. What inspires me most is the good atmosphere within the workforce. As a customer, it is a pleasure to see that the personnel policy is not affected at all fast food chains and that the service concept can therefore be fully met. I enjoy eating here and feel comfortable and welcome!

Food was okay, fries cold and soft and probably had a bad taste due to old oil. Drive IN service unfriendly & disrespectful, probably in a bad mood 🙃
