Very unfriendly at the MC drive and forgot my glass

Used to be very clean, quick service. Today, oh dear, I was shocked, I've never waited so long for the food, employees seem very overwhelmed and unstructured. The tray carts were very overcrowded, there was garbage or leftover food on every table. Products were refilled too late, so everything took longer. So I don't know what's going wrong there, but something urgently needs to change. Otherwise, the staff was very nice, but everyone seemed very overwhelmed. The dirt shocked me.

So my 4 children were there so we didn't eat anything because we were immediately told that my children wouldn't get a gift with the junior bags and they wouldn't have anything left. Then I was insulted when we asked if we could wipe the table and was only told that they couldn't always keep everything clean. So then I left.

Very bad restaurant! Haven't been able to get syrup for the chocolate milkshake for over four weeks. Always long waiting times and rude staff!

That was the worst thing I've experienced in a long time yesterday. After a long drive home, we wanted to stop at MC in Freudenberg and eat there. We didn't even know where to sit because every place was dirty. It was emptied, but there was ketchup, mayonnaise stains on the seats. We would have had to get a rag and clean it up first. I don't even want to talk about the toilets. disgusting really disgusting if we hadn't already ordered we would have left like that and then the worst was yet to come. There was an employee who shouted the numbers throughout the store and if any of the guests corrected or asked anything, she would freak out. She was screaming throughout the store, insulting people. I don't want to insinuate anything, but it seemed to me that she was either totally aggressive or completely drugged. The other employees in the store were even afraid of her. In hindsight I think we should have just left. All the guests looked at each other and shook their heads. The store should be closed or the health department should be sent there. And I don't want to give a star for the food either. I had a Big Mac and the cheese wasn't even gone. I don't think it was even in the oven and the food was totally cold. But since we've been waiting for so long anyway and the chick was totally aggressive, of course I didn't say anything, really, really bad shop!!!!

Service staff are really unfriendly and even give cheeky answers! The shop is not clean, there is a garbage bag hanging in front of the service van so that you have to clear your tray yourself. Some machine in the kitchen is making a terrible sound just as the exit door is hanging. Absolutely desolate condition. Conclusion 1x Never again!

Wow, I've never seen such a dirty MC before. Dirty and sticky tables and chairs everywhere. The return van is overcrowded. Ketchup on the wall. Etc. If only we had recognized this in time... but now it was already paid for. Preparation took forever. And then the burgers were even cold. I don't understand why MC doesn't take action against this.

I can only agree with many of those who rate this. One star is still too many. Overflowing shelves and trash cans, sticky and dirty tables, Pick-up display not working, no table service, etc. Cleanliness seems to be a foreign word here. Definitely the worst Mäckes I know. Nobody needs a shop like that.

Just ordered something from McDrive there. The good gentleman could hardly understand what I wanted. And in the end we even had 1 less burger than we ordered. Unfortunately we noticed it too late. In terms of taste, it was so good.

The entire store is extremely greasy and dirty. But the reason for the recession is the staff. Extremely irritable and aggressive!

I planned to eat online at 7:30am. There was no response from Mac Drive. Even when I drove up to the second window I was ignored and my order was not taken. If you don't feel like working at 7:30 a.m., you should also increase the opening hours from 7:00 a.m. to eight.

The McDrive in Freudenberg hasn't been recommended for a long time, but in the last 2 years or so it's gotten worse and worse. Compared to the surrounding branches in Olpe, Siegen, Gummersbach and Betzdorf, Freudenberg is a complete disaster and apparently fewer and fewer staff are being deployed.

Eine Frau war gemütlich mit den anderen im MC Drive beschäftigt, ein anderer lie Ziellos umher und war Überfordert weil die anderen Kollegen im Pausenraum saßen. eEr versuchte wohl intensiiv die anderen zum Arbeiten zu bringen. Besser Ihr schließt ab. vollkommen unterirdisch.

The dirtiest McDonald around. Toilets filthy, floors sticky and full of urine. Trash cans overflow. Tray carts were all overflowing. This thing needs to be closed. The audit department should clean up here. The staff not only seemed completely overwhelmed, but also completely disinterested. I have never experienced a very dirty McDonald's and such unfriendly employees. You can also order and pay via the app including table service. But this is ignored and the food sits on the counter for minutes because you rely on it to be brought and don't listen to the shouting with the numbers. We were in this branch for the first time in many years. Probably the last time too. Never seen such a dirty and filthy branch. Have to agree with the reviews I have read on here. I know it is different for each franchisee but this is one of the worst McDonald‘s restaurants I’ve seen in a while. Apparently their drinks machine was not cleaned or out of order, so they poured drinks from bottles when I visited. Usually I order extras on my burger, so I’m used to wait for a bit but this time they forgot my order entirely. Only when I asked where my order was, the shift manager found the prepared burger and it was nearly cold when I got it. Bathrooms reeked of urin and if I hadn’t been so hungry, I would’ve left. Please visit another location for your own sanity.

2019: Like any other McDonald's restaurant. Nothing special Edit 2024: After a tear in the space-time continuum, I was teleported back to this enchanted place 🛸. I ended up here 5 years ago. This was the dirtiest McDonalds we have ever been to. It couldn't have been due to a lack of staff, 4 to 5 employees and there was hardly anything going on. Benches, tables dirty with leftover food. None of the employees present even looked at the tables, even though it was idle at times.
