Horrible place, dirty and litter everywhere. The staff don't seem to know that the tables are being wiped!! The big waste bin in the middle of the room was a hit.

Welcome to the Stone Age! People are now used to paying 1 euro for the toilet. But if cashless payment doesn't work at both entrances, the operators would really deserve to be pissed in front of their door.

A McDonald's on the motorway, that's actually statement enough, Saturday lunchtime, everything a little hectic and "fast food", without me wanting to demonize McDonald's. You are in transit and want to have something to eat quickly.

Restaurant was very cold and the new M Burger was missing two out of three slices of cheese and there was no sauce at the bottom so the thing was so dry that it was inedible. Unfortunately, the fries weren't fresh either and had no salt

For the first time, I saw such a long service. The girls at the cash desk were not in a hurry at all, the impression is that the first day at work, there is a very long queue. I had to wait a very long time for the order.

The food we had was alright. We came during breakfast and I prefer the lunch menu items, however, everything was fine. Don’t forget your phone or credit card if you need to use the bathroom downstairs. It’s best if you do that prior to your purchase so you can use the ticket they give you towards the purchase.

A box host like any other, if you get hungry on the highway, you drive out there. But yesterday everything was different. An older lady, an employee in this fast food restaurant, enchanted this sterile restaurant in an incredible way with her wonderful warmth. She apologized to guests for the brief delay and asked others at the tables if everything was OK. Ancient inn now near Maci? I will definitely come back here to meet the angel of hospitality again. Card payment very slow and incorrect, the order terminals are slow or display an error. Staff don't care about the terminals and just tell you to wait until they leave.

Long waiting times, too few self-service terminals, slow service overall and the ambience is not outstanding either.

The wrong content is deliberately packed into the ToGo orders in order to save money. The kitchen is dirty. Ice cream and ice cream variations have not been available for months.

Bestell terminal nur zwei. Sehr langsam laufend. Wie die Mitarbeiter. Bei 10 Kunden überfordert! 1 Sprite, 1 doppelcheesburger, Pommes. 3 Kunden die nach mir kamen wurden vor mir bedient! A stark difference to polish McDonald's restaurants — the food was warm and was served almost after ordering. The place was clean and pleasant, you can choose to sit either inside or outside.

Preferably -1 star for cleanliness and order. It was underground, tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for two days, and there was a lot of stuff lying around on the floor. Service truck rolled over. No more napkins in the service compartment, one is broken...

Here I had the worst McDonald's breakfast in a long time. The burger was almost cold, the mini pancakes were cold and rock hard (my son complained that he needed another fork because the plastic fork broke on it, they were harder than biscuits) and instead of the large coffee he ordered, a normal one was ordered . Then the whole order was even more expensive than shown in the app, but I was refused checkout, so I had to order at the counter. Attention: you have to pay to use the toilet in the restaurant!

Right at the rest stop. Modern facilities, clean toilets, delicious McRipp. However, the prices made me realize how long I hadn't been to McDonald's. What's comforting is that compared to the rest stop, McDonald's is still really cheap.

We were there late in the evening - 5/6 customers only there and had to wait forever, What was a bit strange was that friends or acquaintances seemed to come and obviously didn't pay anything even though it was our turn. Ordered 2 menus for just over 20 euros, The burgers were so cold - that could be deducted from the rating. Since we were in a hurry and had already waited forever at the fast food restaurant, we didn't go back to slam the stuff on the counter. At least the 2 bags of fries were hot. The cheeseburger was also strange because it was half cold. Cool without sugar is ok and the other cola too, you can't go wrong. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we started driving and we were already on the highway that we noticed that there were two sauces in the packaging, but the Chicken McNuggets were missing. That was the pinnacle of enjoyment and the reason for this bad rating.

Food was nothing special at all, my chicken burger hardly had any sauce and there was hardly anything on it

The fries are warm but soggy and need to be redesigned. There were 8 of my 9 chicken nuggets in there and one of them was so flattened as if someone had stepped on it... We also waited quite a long time for the food and the ice cream machine was also broken

It's best to order via app, it's super busy. €1 per visit to the toilet, cheeky rip-off.

Bad logistics. It's hard to get into the restaurant because the line from the self-ordering terminal is right behind the door. The burgers are unsightly and poorly made. The staff is unmotivated. The store itself wasn't very tidy.

Waiting time is very long, staff unmotivated and not really friendly. Eating normally. The restaurant wasn't particularly clean. Cobwebs and dead flies everywhere, tables and floors not exactly clean either. Maybe it was a bad day, but we expect a certain standard from EVERY McDonald's branch. After all, it is a restaurant where you prepare and eat food. One can only hope that the kitchen is cleaner.

Terrible slow service, only two order machines with long queues, other people waiting at ordering counter and the service ignoring them. I had to watch incredibly slow employees who were doing almost nothing. I believe they were doing it intentionally just to provocate people who waited 30 minutes for their order. The coffee itself is ugly, diluted and definitely doesn't meet McDonalds standards. I have visited tens and tens of McDonalds, this one is the very worst I have ever seen with no doubts. They bring shame to the company and the brand. They should definitely loose the franchise licence.

Waited 14 minutes for 2 McToasts from paying to receiving them, only to find out in the car that you had also received the wrong ones. The items were packed so poorly that there was more stuck to the bag than you could eat. Just underground

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE: I paid €8 (EIGHT EUROS) for two SMALL cappuccinos and to use the services I had to pay €1... Not the cleanest environment but now in line with most McDonald's since Ronald left us ...

The food was unfinished, we had one McCrispy, which was (thanks to the God) right, two Big Tasty Bacons in both was missing bacon and they were lacking the sauce. Finally we had one Double Big Mac, in which was supposed to be 4 pieces of meat, sadly we got only two pieces so the top two breads were completely empty🫠. The staff was chaotic, unfriendly and unable to speak English. When we came to return the burgers without nearly any apology we got the order finally right. The ambience felt dirty and the furniture seemed oldish not really maintained. Well done! 👏🏻

It's terribly simple. Disgusting service, the girls stood packing trays and didn’t understand anything at all what they were doing. They played with glasses, not knowing who owned what. The food was served poorly heated. The place itself is full of green flies. Very dirty. There is food everywhere on the floor, food under the tables! 🤬🫣 All tables are sticky. My pita bread was a terrible preparation, it was not made in the moment, it was simply heated halfway. Plus it was rubber, impossible to chew! Moreover, it stuck to the paper in which it was served! 🤬Horror! My husband got a burger that was poorly heated; when he started eating it, the whole bun fell apart. 😱😨🫣 Paid toilet 🤬 when the service should be free! Coca Cola is not a cola at all. So sweet you can take your eyes out. Why hasn’t anyone from the administration closed this mess yet? Very strange.

Citizens completely wrongly documented. Service totally unfriendly, ice cream machine of course broken. There's leftover food lying around everywhere, tables are sticky, but the best thing is the toilets, you pay a euro and they look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

I'm sorry to say that it's the worst McDonald's I know. What are the reasons? 1. No free toilet. There is a toilet, but it is run by Sanifair. This means you pay 1 euro per person and you cannot redeem the “value coupon” in the restaurant. 2. When ordering, you are immediately informed that the dishes are only for take-away. But we still sat down at a table and ate there. 3. Some tables are very dirty and hundreds of flies are buzzing around the restaurant. In my opinion an indication of poor hygiene.

Unbelievable rip-off! 1 euro for using the toilet per person, even if you order for 50 euros. Almost no one of the staff speaks German. Dirty and slow. There's some Turkish music playing (nothing against Turks) then there's some assi rap and then there's some shouting. So the first and last time the shop should be closed or a new workforce that is motivated...

Most terrible McDonalds I have ever been to. Burned bun, incredibly salty meat, fries was on the other hand not salty at all. Coke with not a single bubble, no ice. Stuff was incredibly slow.

Here you are threatened and insulted, supposedly you parked incorrectly. That doesn't work at all. We live in a country with a legal system, and my colleague probably doesn't know that.

Worst service in the entire chain. I ordered 3 menus to take away and the fries were missing from ALL the menus. And this again. That doesn't work at all. Because of my travel work across Europe, I often go to McDonald’s. But I've never experienced anything like that.

2 errors within one order. 2x McMuffin Egg ordered both with bacon and 1 fresh chicken which was completely missing but there was 1 third McMuffin Bacon Egg inside...

Food was OK. Otherwise catastrophe. Crumbs everywhere on the free tables, smeared surfaces, dirty impression and not inviting. Terminal when paying on the displays did not work despite repeated attempts. There were only 2 ordering terminals in total. On top of that, the toilet would have cost 1 euro. When asked about straws for drinks, the answer was that there were no longer any straws for cold drinks.

It was very dirty, although there were enough staff and the crowd wasn't that big. In addition, a gentleman from the staff occasionally helped himself to the fries with his bare hands in order to eat a few, something like that just doesn't work.

The food was good but the staff was very slow and the cash registers were sometimes unstaffed. Unfortunately there was no Mc Café either.
