Unfortunately one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to, if you don't want to waste money on disastrous food, avoid this place

Unfortunately, the quality of food and cleanliness is very poor.

The toilets are for €1 and you go down the stairs. They messed up the order a bit, but nothing serious..

👎🏻 Closed at 10 p.m. on the highway. After a long drive we drove down to find out that the McDonalds was closed. Very disappointing! I could understand it if it was in one Village like that would be right on the highway?! Well 🫤 If I could give 0 stars I would have chosen this one.

Once a McDonald's on a motorway that closes at 10 p.m. I don't know anyone who closes at 10 p.m., even in villages they are open until 2/3 a.m. Are still hungry

It was rather dirty, there were a lot of errors in the order but very nice service who immediately noticed and corrected the errors.

The positive first. Eat as usual. Good McDonald's quality. Were there last night. I'm from Pfaffenhofen so it's not my first time there... Waiting time for food in the restaurant was about 30 minutes. It was also full, I wouldn't have had a problem if I had waited a little longer. The mood among all guests was very tense. The pickup monitor was not used by the employees. People have actually been waiting for their food for 40 minutes. The release of the food was announced in such a quiet tone that no one knew who the food was for. Never seen such overwhelmed employees. Where was the restaurant manager? As the owner, I would have terminated this contract immediately yesterday. It wasn't just our orders that were incorrect (received the wrong wrap...)... What I find very unfortunate is that there has been no response to the reviews so far. Will also pass this on as a complaint to Macdonald headquarters and not to the franchise. Yesterday I was in this branch for the last time. Too bad. So fast food was nothing. Since the RENOVATION, this store has not been running.

Everywhere is dirty. Food dry, burnt. Crispy cutlet the size of half a roll. The tables are not wiped and there is garbage everywhere

very long queues, long wait for your order. Also, employees can give you a potato with the same hand that they used to take money from fans. I waited for my order for about 30 minutes….If you are in a hurry or don’t want to waste time, I recommend just going to another McDonald’s

I've never waited 50 minutes for my food in a McDonald's anywhere in the world. Every single employee works at a pace that, to the human eye, is equivalent to standing still. Incredible

Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Outside smells like piss, inside the interior is worn out and the food is not the same as other branches. My breakfast wrap was missing bacon and the taste was not good. If you can, go to another one on the way.

We ordered 20 plant-based nuggets. At first 7 of them were meat, then in response to our complaint they gave us a complete box with just meat and then, after another complaint, they gave us the box from the beginning again, with the plant-based nuggets now on top and supposed to cover the meat nuggets. So they wanted to play us for fools the whole time...

Absolutely outrageous! We were there for dinner – including with our baby. We had already paid 1 euro to change a diaper (which you can use while eating). After eating, however, we needed another fresh diaper – the free changing area was locked, and they didn't give us a key. We were told to use the Sanifair restrooms.

Everything is good, fast service!

They speak English However, I was lucky and found a lady who spoke Polish. Thanks to this, she told me what promotion they were having now and I could buy more food for less money ;) I recommend Regards

Went there today with friends and when we ordered the food we had to wait 30 minutes for our order to arrive. When it arrived it was already cold. The employees seemed very annoyed and stressed, so I don't recommend this Mcdonals

I found the service to be really not friendly. Conversing in front of customers in a foreign language is simply not appropriate

It smelled very much of sweat and old frying pan. The food therefore had no taste. In addition, one of the two delivery devices was broken. This caused a long line.

The appearance of the place itself is ok, but there are few tables inside and the waiting time is extremely long, as if there was a lack of staff. I've been there twice and there are always long queues, especially when a bus full of tourists arrives. The food itself was ok. There was a toilet on site, but I didn't use it (or maybe it was better 🤔). Will I come back here? I'd rather look for another place for a quick meal.

Horrible place, dirty and litter everywhere. The staff don't seem to know that the tables are being wiped!! The big waste bin in the middle of the room was a hit.

Welcome to the Stone Age! People are now used to paying 1 euro for the toilet. But if cashless payment doesn't work at both entrances, the operators would really deserve to be pissed in front of their door.

For the first time, I saw such a long service. The girls at the cash desk were not in a hurry at all, the impression is that the first day at work, there is a very long queue. I had to wait a very long time for the order.

The food we had was alright. We came during breakfast and I prefer the lunch menu items, however, everything was fine. Don’t forget your phone or credit card if you need to use the bathroom downstairs. It’s best if you do that prior to your purchase so you can use the ticket they give you towards the purchase.

A box host like any other, if you get hungry on the highway, you drive out there. But yesterday everything was different. An older lady, an employee in this fast food restaurant, enchanted this sterile restaurant in an incredible way with her wonderful warmth. She apologized to guests for the brief delay and asked others at the tables if everything was OK. Ancient inn now near Maci? I will definitely come back here to meet the angel of hospitality again. Card payment very slow and incorrect, the order terminals are slow or display an error. Staff don't care about the terminals and just tell you to wait until they leave.

Long waiting times, too few self-service terminals, slow service overall and the ambience is not outstanding either.

The wrong content is deliberately packed into the ToGo orders in order to save money. The kitchen is dirty. Ice cream and ice cream variations have not been available for months.

A stark difference to polish McDonald's restaurants — the food was warm and was served almost after ordering. The place was clean and pleasant, you can choose to sit either inside or outside.

Preferably -1 star for cleanliness and order. It was underground, tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for two days, and there was a lot of stuff lying around on the floor. Service truck rolled over. No more napkins in the service compartment, one is broken...

Here I had the worst McDonald's breakfast in a long time. The burger was almost cold, the mini pancakes were cold and rock hard (my son complained that he needed another fork because the plastic fork broke on it, they were harder than biscuits) and instead of the large coffee he ordered, a normal one was ordered . Then the whole order was even more expensive than shown in the app, but I was refused checkout, so I had to order at the counter. Attention: you have to pay to use the toilet in the restaurant!

Right at the rest stop. Modern facilities, clean toilets, delicious McRipp. However, the prices made me realize how long I hadn't been to McDonald's. What's comforting is that compared to the rest stop, McDonald's is still really cheap.

We were there late in the evening - 5/6 customers only there and had to wait forever, What was a bit strange was that friends or acquaintances seemed to come and obviously didn't pay anything even though it was our turn. Ordered 2 menus for just over 20 euros, The burgers were so cold - that could be deducted from the rating. Since we were in a hurry and had already waited forever at the fast food restaurant, we didn't go back to slam the stuff on the counter. At least the 2 bags of fries were hot. The cheeseburger was also strange because it was half cold. Cool without sugar is ok and the other cola too, you can't go wrong. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we started driving and we were already on the highway that we noticed that there were two sauces in the packaging, but the Chicken McNuggets were missing. That was the pinnacle of enjoyment and the reason for this bad rating.

The fries are warm but soggy and need to be redesigned. There were 8 of my 9 chicken nuggets in there and one of them was so flattened as if someone had stepped on it... We also waited quite a long time for the food and the ice cream machine was also broken

Bad logistics. It's hard to get into the restaurant because the line from the self-ordering terminal is right behind the door. The burgers are unsightly and poorly made. The staff is unmotivated. The store itself wasn't very tidy.

Waiting time is very long, staff unmotivated and not really friendly. Eating normally. The restaurant wasn't particularly clean. Cobwebs and dead flies everywhere, tables and floors not exactly clean either. Maybe it was a bad day, but we expect a certain standard from EVERY McDonald's branch. After all, it is a restaurant where you prepare and eat food. One can only hope that the kitchen is cleaner.

Terrible slow service, only two order machines with long queues, other people waiting at ordering counter and the service ignoring them. I had to watch incredibly slow employees who were doing almost nothing. I believe they were doing it intentionally just to provocate people who waited 30 minutes for their order. The coffee itself is ugly, diluted and definitely doesn't meet McDonalds standards. I have visited tens and tens of McDonalds, this one is the very worst I have ever seen with no doubts. They bring shame to the company and the brand. They should definitely loose the franchise licence.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE: I paid €8 (EIGHT EUROS) for two SMALL cappuccinos and to use the services I had to pay €1... Not the cleanest environment but now in line with most McDonald's since Ronald left us ...
