Burger King in Schweitenkirchen

I wanted to try the “Burger King” and I was really amazed at how little the food had to do with the Burger King standard. I was able to observe how they put fries from a typical 1kg bag from the discount store into the deep fryer and the nuggets as well as meat and buns are also completely different than at the real Burger King branches. Also the paper on the trays and the one from Big King is neutral without any Burger King advertising, which I have never seen anywhere else Nuggets are brutally greasy and therefore really don't taste good, Big King is similar to the original but also different and the fries are typical like those from the discount store that you make at home. The staff is hardly friendly, but the restaurant itself is sufficiently clean, but very old-fashioned I would love to know who the operator of Burger King is and whether Burger King itself knows what is going on here. I suspect not, because this branch isn't even listed on Burger King itself. What kind of show is going on here?!

The food and service were very good but: unfortunately no coupons from the app are accepted, nor is there the King of the Month there. Choice is more standard. No shakes. The toilet costs €1, from which you get a 50 cent voucher for the restaurant. All in all just OK.

Visited on Bayern match day. Very thinly staffed Only takes one order at a time until it's ready, then the next! No vouchers apply here! Toilet costs!

My God, it was a disaster to be a guest there! Do you have to pay 1€ (in coins 🙈) to use the toilets there as a guest? Even if you get 50ct again as a voucher, which is then "forgotten" by the employee when you collect it. A rogue who thinks evil. Food is standardized in system catering. Therefore no review of the food and taste. Tastes the same at every Burger King. But the employees in this branch are a disaster. Don't understand German at the counter. Everyone goes for a smoke break at the same time. Things are forgotten during the ordering process. An employee takes his break IN a restaurant and plays music loudly on his cell phone. Children of other guests are running around on the chairs and tables and the employees walk past them without reacting. Etc etc...... Never there again!!!!

This has nothing to do with Burger King anymore. Under all hell. The Wopper is wrapped in normal baking paper. I won't go there anymore. I am very disappointed. That will not do .

Somehow I didn't feel like I was at Burger King here. Only the bags of fries had a Burger King logo on them. Drinks and burgers were in neutral white packaging. The patties didn't taste like Burger King, but they were okay. The service could be friendlier in tone. Plant based burgers were all sold out. However, the sign with this information looked as if it had not only been there for a few days.

Almost everything sold out, no vouchers or “King of the Month” offers, and a €1 toilet fee even though you eat there.

We wanted to order something to take away, but half of it was "sold out", no King of the Month and no coupons either. Finally got 3 chili cheeseburgers, two of which weren't well done! In addition, the staff was extremely unmotivated and unfriendly. Next time we'll go next door to McDonald's.

Now, I've never been a big fan of Burger King. But the visit to this branch really topped everything! I wanted to order a menu that was offered in the app. At the checkout I was told there was only what was shown on the display board. I said, so the menu isn't available? Answer no, only what is displayed. I asked why? The answer was: the boss decides what is offered. My answer: and I decide where I go, then that's not my Burger King. Goodbye forever… Addition: I can only confirm S.H.'s suspicion that this may not be an official BK branch but a bad fake. It's all very strange, coupons are not taken, the selection is limited.

They don't have half of them and they don't even accept vouchers. The staff that day hardly spoke any German and preferred to speak to each other in their own language. I ended up getting the wrong burger like the other 2 customers before me. It's a shame, but I love eating at Bürger King once a day. It's better to go to Eching than back there

ATTENTION RIP-OFF!! During our visit today, a lot of things struck us as questionable! I would prefer to give less than one star... The plant-based nuggets didn't have the look they should have! All other plant-based products were sold out. There was no curry sauce, which should always be available as a standard product. Instead we were given a curry mango sauce. The mayonnaise with the fries was the “old” version with egg. As far as I know, this hasn't been available for a long time, but rather a vegan version. Both the cups and the paper on the tray had no BK logo… After leaving the restaurant, I tried to find this branch in the Burgerking branch finder. (Funnily enough) without success! We will never go there again and we really hope that more people don't fall for it!

It's okay that you don't take coupons out of the app. But they actively advertise a completely different price than what you actually have to pay. In my case, a hot brownie for €2.39 was advertised on a sign, right in front of the local drive-in counter. It then cost €4.49. This is blatant fraud. When asked, the staff replied: the prices in the cash register were correct and no others. In my opinion, it's an outrage and an indictment of the whole of Burger King. No wonder they have such bad publicity.

Unfortunately, I read the reviews too late. 100% agree. To wash your hands, you have to pay €1/50 cents. Everything is very different from the BK standard.

Not a good experience. Many items aren't available, the staff aren't particularly friendly, and the restrooms cost €1. It's better to drive a bit further and find the nearest supermarket or McDonald's directly across the street.

You have to pay €1 to use the restroom, in return for which you get a 50-cent coupon. That would certainly be understandable and bearable if the restrooms were at least tidy and you also got soap. We ordered plant-based nuggets and immediately moved on. Only after the first bite did we wonder whether they were adding herbs to the plant-based nuggets these days to make them easier to distinguish. Our nuggets were just brown. After a taste test, it turned out that they were indeed meat. Assuming that it wasn't negligence on the part of the staff, something like this simply shouldn't happen. Simply uncool and awful.

If it were up to me, I'd only give it half a point, but they're not the fastest, and let's not even talk about motivation. The fries are simply not salted. The breading on the burger looked like it had been in the fryer for the third time. I have to say, the price/performance ratio has really gotten very bad. It used to be the other way around. Today, it's the other chain that makes more of it. Sad 🙄

I have to say, as a regular Burger King customer for decades, I'm very disappointed today 😞, since when do you have to pay money to use the toilet? As a guest of any restaurant, I experienced this for the first time today. Find it the wrong way to regenerate sales.

The store is very strange. Using the toilet costs €1, in return you only receive a voucher worth 50 cents. The store has no vending machines and does not accept coupons. The selection is very limited, almost everything Plant-based was “sold out”, although I’m sure the sold out sign has been hanging there for ages. It has already been mentioned in previous reviews that it is not an officially run Burger King and I can only agree with that from my experience. I would give this branch a wide berth, even if the food wasn't a complete disaster.

It's a fun place. Like other reviews, the use of the coupon was obviously rejected, and the cheeseburger in the kids' box I ordered for my child had too much spicy Zenf sauce on it, so my child couldn't eat it at all. It was spicy even for adults. I've never seen a cheeseburger like that at Burger King before. What kind of place is this? The quality of the food was ok - BK standard. Points of criticism are: no small portions (coffee, fries,...) only from medium size, no vouchers are accepted, all veggie products are sold out AND the big negative point is that the toilets themselves are subject to a charge for customers.

Went out straight away without eating anything. We couldn't overcome ourselves. App not possible either. Plant based zero offer. Peeing costs an extra euro.

What was that then? Well at least definitely not a BK. Just the fact that there are no branded cups etc. But there are still plastic drinking straws. Burgers came in planed based paper even though we ordered "meat" - when we asked, the answer was that they didn't have any other paper. So it's no wonder there is confusion here. Fries were not BK goods, far too short. Sauce for chilli cheese fries tasted sour. In general, the whole place rocked. The screens don't work. There were no self-service terminals. Vouchers are not accepted and toilets cost money. Next time we'll stop at MCess or KFC again.

Just awful. Fries incredibly bad, burger cold and strange. The entire restaurant is virtually empty at 12:15 p.m. on a Friday with a traffic jam on the A9. The posters have had too much UV radiation for years, the TFT display on the display board at the counter is off, there is no music (that's actually good) and in general there is an extremely bad "mood" here. The staff had dirty clothes and were extremely poorly motivated and in a correspondingly bad mood. There is a lot of rubbish in front of the entrance, everything is dirty, even in the form of rubbish bags left in front of the entrance door by guests, as well as inside it is a disaster. It was a miracle that I didn't have diarrhea afterwards. Conclusion: The Burger King in Schweitenkirchen / Pfaffenhofen is a completely run-down place that you don't want to come back to.

Manager understaffed the workers and they don't offer a menu or king of the month, they offer discounts cause they know they are subpar.

The food was rather cold to lukewarm, all the tables were dirty and the shop was rather empty and all the tray shelves were stacked full. Pretty much the rancidest McDonald's I've ever been to.

No coupons will be accepted. You have to pay money for the toilet even though you ate in the restaurant. The employees only speak broken German. The orders were misunderstood and then the error is blamed on the customer, so you still have to argue to get your overpaid money back. The employees don't know the prices. The burger was flooded with ketchup and mayo, well at least the fries were good. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not a priority here either. The tables were mostly smeared. There will no longer be a second visit here.

I don't know what this Burger King is supposed to represent. I wanted to get a shake at the drive in. 1. the microphone doesn't work, you have to go to the window, everything may still be okay. 2. Ice cream machine doesn't work. I was annoyed, but yes, it happens too. Then order a cola and it tastes like shit. What could be difficult about a cola?!?! That's it, mix syrup + water. I can't say too much about the food, but we wanted to take a lunch and toilet break here. First surprise, you have to pay €1 (okay, fine) but then: you only get a 50ct voucher. We men wanted to order now, as we have done for years, using the app's coupons. So we decided to go back to enjoy our break when the conditions were better - unfortunately this was a disadvantage for Burgerking given the competition. Restaurant does not participate in the coupon system. Great idea if McDonald's, Subway and KFC are in the same yard. You don't have to wonder why the hut remains empty.

I was shocked. This Burger King stood still in time 15 years ago. The food tastes strange and we are usually Burger King fans.

That was the worst visit to a fast food chain restaurant that I have ever experienced. First of all, the store feels like it was 10-15 years ago and is not really clean, at least in the dining area. Furthermore, no coupons or products from the app are accepted. Some of the menu contains products that I have never seen in any other Burger King. The “Plant based Chili Cheese Lover” was a bad joke (see photo) for €7.99. The patty was definitely not an original Burger King patty, but some industrial vegetarian vegetable patty. The sauce wasn't a chili cheese sauce as we know it either. The Plant Based Nuggets (see photo) were not originals from Burger King and were dripping with fat and tasted rancid. The highlight was that as a paying customer (at least €27 for a menu + nuggets + individual burger) you also have to pay €1 for the use of the toilets. The operator probably doesn't care that a toilet has to be offered when offering food and consumption on site. You should definitely avoid this shop.

I do not recommend this "Burger King"! The food is different from the taste I know from "Burger King" :( The toilet is paid for customers, including the women's one, closed, for disabled people as in the attached photo. The interior has stuck to the first decor. The "no name" cups and the fact that there are no signs for "Burger King".

Long waiting times due to poorly coordinated employees. Work processes were not well routined and coordinated. The branch was no longer up to date and so were the toilets. The toilets were subject to a fee (1€ with only 0.50€ voucher) and the women's toilet was broken.

The burger meat was tough and clearly older. It tasted like “Ass and Friedrich” The food we ordered was supposed to be brought to the table but then people shouted loudly for us to get it even though there was no one at the checkout. The shop itself has stood still in time, displays if there are any, don't work, the toilet couldn't be used, it was supposedly broken and would then cost one euro. To make matters worse, the shift manager yelled at her kitchen worker to speak to her properly, which probably went on for a few minutes The store is supposedly being checked, at least that's what a sign at the entrance says, but to be honest I don't trust it one bit

A bottomless impudence. With this one Restaurant will serve other foods than those sold by Burger King. You can get it if you ask Rude staff only reply that they have a new supplier and only do what the boss asks. The goods sold are products from the Food discount that in no way meets Burger King's standards.
