I've never had a more disgusting burger, the patty was cooked for maybe 3 seconds and the fries were old. This is a problem restaurant that needs to be investigated. If you've heard anything about the problems burger king has had recently in regards to using old inedible meat being used then you know why you should stay away from this location in particular. On top of that they are about 10 years behind every other burger kind location, need to order at counter, no drink refills, missing many items from menu etc. I will probably inform the correct authorities and burger king themselves in the meantime stay away

I've never been to a worse Burger King. As it's a chain store, you'd think the quality would be similar. How surprised I was when I saw that the toilet was paid even for customers. Even though the staff was there, they pretended not to see me, so I had to wait a while until someone showed interest. The bun in the burger was quite cold, no one warmed it up at all, the fries were barely warm, the bacon was not crispy, but rather jelly. Overall, I don't recommend it Oh, and when I'm writing a review, the lady from the staff pretends to be cleaning next door and looks over my shoulder at my phone. Unfortunately the worst Burger King I've ever visited. Toilet costs 1€ and it is not clean. The cubicles in the men's toilet are closed and cannot be used. The cleaning schedule can't be right either because all times are checked off and I was there at lunchtime. Coupons are not accepted. When paying, they said the food would be brought, which suddenly wasn't the case. The bacon on the citizen was wobbly and hardly fried. Fries were gray. Staff could be friendlier and express themselves more clearly. We definitely won't be stopping here again. Absolutely not recommended!!!

Hello, we went to the BurgerKing for a break from driving. It looked very attractive from the outside, but that changed once you were inside. The food was delivered quickly, which was very good. Unfortunately one burger had raw bacon on it, overall it looked like the burger wasn't made properly. Unfortunately the employees were a bit rude... everything looked very chaotic and didn't look like a plan

Vouchers are not accepted, there are only large vegetarian burgers (no vegetarian cheeseburgers, etc.), the vegetarian nuggets were still frozen inside and you have to pay €1 for the toilet, but you only get a voucher for 50 cents (even though you are a guest in the restaurant). It's crazy that Burger King allows stores like this and thereby further tarnishes its reputation. There are actually really good Burger King, especially because of the vegetarian offering, but the inconsistent standards of the restaurants are damaging the image!

We wanted to eat here. The staff was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The choice was very limited, especially plant based was only possible for very few burgers, even though the ad said otherwise. I can't say anything about the taste and quality. We then drove on and will never take a break here again.

I/we haven't been to such a bad Burger King in a long time. The first surprise hit us at the entrance door - the obligatory right door was locked!? The crispy chicken was a disaster in terms of taste. The fries tasted like old frying oil and have been significantly better at Burger King in the past. In addition to the negative taste experience, the service was not particularly nice. When paying we were told that the food would be brought to us - unfortunately this was not the case. Rather, the restaurant called loudly for us and we had to pick up our food from the checkout ourselves (despite the empty restaurant and the promise of delivery). What is absolutely incomprehensible to us is: The restaurant doesn't accept Burger King coupons, but charges €1 for a trip to the toilet! Regarding the toilet cleaning schedule, I have my doubts about the truth. I used the toilet around 2:40 p.m., the cleaning/checking for 3:00 p.m. was already checked off!? This restaurant won't see me anymore.

Tables to wipe yourself, despite consumption of around €34 for 2 people, toilet costs €1, and then no toilet paper and no soap. It wasn't clean either. Service when ordering was apathetic and unmotivated. So far the worst fast food restaurant ever. Unfortunately you can't give minus stars.

The store is a complete disgrace. There are no terminals, making it impossible to redeem coupons. I ordered a Bacon King. The burger was carelessly folded, as is so often the case. The highlight, however, was the half-cooked bacon on the patties. Just disgusting.

Sad that BURGER KING allows such quality and such poor service in one of its restaurants! The ambience was very sober, the service was a complete disaster. We actually wanted to stop there briefly to fortify ourselves on the way to vacation and to try a Macaroni & Cheese Lover Beef, which wasn't available there. Going to the toilet costs money, even if you are a guest, even washing your hands after eating costs you money, that's not possible. The drinks were non-carbonated, they couldn't/didn't want to change that, it would be the problem with the machine, which in turn was from Coca Cola. I was really disappointed with my last visit to this Burger King. The prices are now far too high for what is on offer. A simple menu costs almost as much as in a restaurant, but the quality of the food is no longer what it once was. On top of that, I couldn't redeem any of my coupons, which made the visit even more frustrating. If you advertise with coupons, they should actually be usable. Overall, the price-performance ratio has deteriorated enormously. I will consider visiting Burger King again in the future.

Unfortunately, a lot of the range was sold out and the app's coupons couldn't even be used. I'm sure that I (already mentioned here in the reviews) didn't get any plant based nuggets either. I also noticed that the breading didn't have parsley and I asked again. The answer was that the recipe had been changed again... Toilets cost money, regardless of whether they are a customer or not. This Burger King urgently needs to be modernized and if there are no plant based products, it should be dealt with honestly!

The shop looks absolutely run down from the outside, the drive in intercom is broken (good to know!!!), the outside area smelled very strongly of old grease, the food tasted of old grease, the burger buns were probably old, because rock hard/dried out. The service staff was nice and worked quickly, you can't say anything about that. Nevertheless, I can't recommend it because of the relatively poor food for a system restaurant.

Danger! Since the Plant-Based Long Chicken and Plant-Based Whopper were not available, the lady offered me a Plant-Based Crispy Chicken. I wanted to know if she would go through with it, since this burger is generally not available in the range. And sure enough, she had ordered it in the kitchen and it came with crispy chicken with meat. It's absolutely audacious. I stood in front of an empty drive-in for a total of 10 minutes and at the window for another 10 minutes to experience such an obvious fraud. Everything is beautifully wrapped in the Plant-Based paper, where all the Plant-Based products are listed. Unbelievable!
