Probably the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Far from a Burger King, you can tell by the double Whopper, but it's not one. When I asked about it directly, I only got rude replies, saying they didn't have a cow in the kitchen to slaughter. They threw away the burgers, but at least the service worked. The burgers are simply fake, the fries are some other kind. An email to Burger King has been sent. The police have been contacted. A fraud complaint will be filed. The license was apparently lost. Serving garbage, prices like Burger King, but no Burger King inside. It's a shame something like this can work in Germany!

Half of the range is not available. Especially the plant based stuff

Vouchers from the app are not accepted, so you have to order the expensive menus. The staff has been retrained and we had to wait a long time even though there was nothing going on. Use of the toilet costs €1. There was no other way to wash or disinfect your hands. The burgers didn't taste good at all.

The food was good and hot. But you have to pay for the toilet and there is no option to order electrically, only at the counter.

By far the worst BK I know. No Plantbase patties available. For the 3rd time in a row. Offer otherwise very limited and no coupons or specials It's a shame if you go to BK from the Augobahn specifically because of the offer

Not even worthy of one star. Disappointing experience with incorrect food delivery. I ordered a vegetarian burger and, just to be on the safe side, I specifically asked twice whether it was really the vegetarian version. Nevertheless, I received a meat patty. When I asked cook Lula about the mistake afterwards, she showed no insight whatsoever. Instead, she simply referred to her 13 years of professional experience. This is not only disappointing, but unacceptable – especially given dietary beliefs or health reasons. It's clear to me: That was my last visit.

Never experienced anything like that. Absolutely nothing going on and yet you are simply left standing at the drive in without comment and not served.😂

I wanted to try the “Burger King” and I was really amazed at how little the food had to do with the Burger King standard. I was able to observe how they put fries from a typical 1kg bag from the discount store into the deep fryer and the nuggets as well as meat and buns are also completely different than at the real Burger King branches. Also the paper on the trays and the one from Big King is neutral without any Burger King advertising, which I have never seen anywhere else Nuggets are brutally greasy and therefore really don't taste good, Big King is similar to the original but also different and the fries are typical like those from the discount store that you make at home. The staff is hardly friendly, but the restaurant itself is sufficiently clean, but very old-fashioned I would love to know who the operator of Burger King is and whether Burger King itself knows what is going on here. I suspect not, because this branch isn't even listed on Burger King itself. What kind of show is going on here?!

Attention: This Burger King has nothing to do with Burger King. This is operated by the operator who was seen several times on RTL with Team Wallraff. Burger King kicked out the operator a long time ago. He also doesn't receive deliveries from Burger King. I don't know why he continues to use the name Burger King. If you are looking for a good Burger King, please go to Ingolstadt Süd. The fries are a disgrace and for an Xtra Long Chili cheese menu, a single Xtra Long Chili cheese and 6 Chili cheese nuggets 30 euros is what I call deluxe (but only the price) Fries were warmed up for the umpteenth time. The health department belongs there... The waitress cannot remember the order. The store is criminal Burger King used to be really good. But well, “once upon a time”. In the USA they would all lose their jobs. And today, April 30, 2025, it's big in the newspaper. THE DIRTY SHOP SHOULD BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY. CHEATER. YOU BELONG TO COURT IMMEDIATELY. What's bad is that I didn't realize until it was too late that it was a fake BurgerKing. It's really not good and also grossly overpriced!

Unfortunately, my visit to the Burger King / snack bar in Schweitenkirchen was a complete disappointment. The waiting time was far too long, even though there were hardly any other guests there. When I finally got my food, it wasn't even really hot, just lukewarm. In addition, the staff seemed unfriendly and showed no interest. Particularly annoying: My valid Burger King vouchers were simply not accepted - without any real reason. Overall a very bad impression - I will definitely not visit this location again.

That was the strangest BK we've ever been to. Ancient, in urgent need of modernization! Hardly anything was available, half of the burgers couldn't be prepared because ingredients were missing?? The cups, straws and paper our burgers were packaged in looked like random gastro stuff, not BK?? But the staff was friendly.

Be careful, absolute failure! At first we thought we were at some kind of Burger King - none! This diner shamelessly claims to be Burger King, but it's just a blatant fake. My burger? The meat was gray, looked disgusting, and tasted exactly as it looked: rotten and disgusting. After the first bite we felt sick. We immediately left everything and left - there's hardly a better way to throw your money out the window. Something like that should be forbidden! Absolutely zero hygiene, zero quality, zero respect for customers. Never again! Also super rude and lazy staff!

Caution! The operator's franchise contract was terminated in mid-2024, as can be seen in the press. Until now there were still Burger King products here. At least my Whopper, which I always order individually, still tasted like Whopper. Today for the first time I had a burger made from some wholesale market ingredients, which was sold to me as a Whopper. The patties had a different shape, color and taste than the original Burger King patties. Unlike before, the jalapenos could no longer be tasted at all. I have no idea what's going on here, but I won't be eating there anymore. Enough has already been written about the condition of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon - I got it without bacon. So I had to go again. What I got was simply unbelievable: raw bacon on the burger! This can't possibly be up to Burger King's standards - just disgusting! But that's not all: When I took another closer look at the burger, there were jalapeños on it too - even though I never ordered them! I'm allergic to it! If I had just bitten into it, it could have ended really badly. How can something like this happen? Our big Fanta also looked like it had been sitting open for hours - sticky edges, stale, simply unappetizing. When I asked for a large Cola, I was told that there was “no large Cola” here - although there were obviously large cups available and we had also gotten a large Fanta. An absolute failure! Never again. Burger King should urgently check this location - something like this shouldn't happen.

With one of the worst Burger King branches I've ever been to, the food selection is significantly smaller than any other Burger King. The general condition of the place is very run down. The taste is not as familiar as that of Burger King branches.

This pathetic diner used to be a Burger King. Catastrophic deficiencies in terms of hygiene and product quality (discovered by the Wallraff research team) led to the loss of the franchise agreement with the parent company. Not visible to the customer, this store resells "burgers" under the name and brand of Burger King, which do not meet the quality standards of the Burger King chain. Why the franchisor Burger King doesn't defend itself against the abuse of its brand is a mystery to me. Ultimately, this store's actions are damaging the reputation of the brand as a whole, as can be seen in the numerous other reviews. Eat at your own risk.

Worst Burger King ever. Rarely go, and even rarer now. No kids menus, no toys, no normal plant based burgers. Definitely the last time and definitely not going to another Burger King anytime soon.

The food and service were very good but: unfortunately no coupons from the app are accepted, nor is there the King of the Month there. Choice is more standard. No shakes. The toilet costs €1, from which you get a 50 cent voucher for the restaurant. All in all just OK.

Let's just read the reviews beforehand... well, why is the direct competitor's store booming and the situation here is dead. The store does not accept coupons and does not offer any currently advertised offers. My burgers were dripping with ketchup. My daughter's cheeseburger was full of mustard. I got this back with “Mom, he’s disgusting.” The soda was stale and the squeeze was missing from the children's menu, which we only noticed on the motorway. Store rocked overall. SHAME ABOUT THE MONEY. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

My God, it was a disaster to be a guest there! Do you have to pay 1€ (in coins 🙈) to use the toilets there as a guest? Even if you get 50ct again as a voucher, which is then "forgotten" by the employee when you collect it. A rogue who thinks evil. Food is standardized in system catering. Therefore no review of the food and taste. Tastes the same at every Burger King. But the employees in this branch are a disaster. Don't understand German at the counter. Everyone goes for a smoke break at the same time. Things are forgotten during the ordering process. An employee takes his break IN a restaurant and plays music loudly on his cell phone. Children of other guests are running around on the chairs and tables and the employees walk past them without reacting. Etc etc...... Never there again!!!!

Somehow I didn't feel like I was at Burger King here. Only the bags of fries had a Burger King logo on them. Drinks and burgers were in neutral white packaging. The patties didn't taste like Burger King, but they were okay. The service could be friendlier in tone. Plant based burgers were all sold out. However, the sign with this information looked as if it had not only been there for a few days.

I wanted to order a menu that was offered in the app. At the checkout I was told there was only what was shown on the display board. I said, so the menu isn't available? Answer no, only what is displayed. I asked why? The answer was: the boss decides what is offered. My answer: and I decide where I go, then that's not my Burger King. All other plant-based products were sold out. There was no curry sauce, which should always be available as a standard product. Instead we were given a curry mango sauce. The mayonnaise with the fries was the “old” version with egg. As far as I know, this hasn't been available for a long time, but rather a vegan version. Both the cups and the paper on the tray had no BK logo… After leaving the restaurant, I tried to find this branch in the Burgerking branch finder. (Funnily enough) without success! We will never go there again and we really hope that more people don't fall for it!

It's okay that you don't take coupons out of the app. But they actively advertise a completely different price than what you actually have to pay. In my case, a hot brownie for €2.39 was advertised on a sign, right in front of the local drive-in counter. It then cost €4.49. This is blatant fraud. When asked, the staff replied: the prices in the cash register were correct and no others. In my opinion, it's an outrage and an indictment of the whole of Burger King. No wonder they have such bad publicity.

Unfortunately, I read the reviews too late. 100% agree. To wash your hands, you have to pay €1/50 cents. Everything is very different from the BK standard.

You have to pay €1 to use the restroom, in return for which you get a 50-cent coupon. That would certainly be understandable and bearable if the restrooms were at least tidy and you also got soap. We ordered plant-based nuggets and immediately moved on. The store is very strange. Using the toilet costs €1, in return you only receive a voucher worth 50 cents. The store has no vending machines and does not accept coupons. It's a fun place. Like other reviews, the use of the coupon was obviously rejected, and the cheeseburger in the kids' box I ordered for my child had too much spicy Zenf sauce on it, so my child couldn't eat it at all. The quality of the food was ok - BK standard. Points of criticism are: no small portions (coffee, fries,...) only from medium size, no vouchers are accepted, all veggie products are sold out AND the big negative point is that the toilets themselves are subject to a charge for customers.

Just awful. Fries incredibly bad, burger cold and strange. The entire restaurant is virtually empty at 12:15 p.m. on a Friday with a traffic jam on the A9. The posters have had too much UV radiation for years, the TFT display on the display board at the counter is off, there is no music (that's actually good) and in general there is an extremely bad "mood" here. The staff had dirty clothes and were extremely poorly motivated and in a correspondingly bad mood. There is a lot of rubbish in front of the entrance, everything is dirty, even in the form of rubbish bags left in front of the entrance door by guests, as well as inside it is a disaster. I don't recommend it, they don't have any promotional offers or special burger promotions. They even installed pay gates in the toilets. Stay away from such extortionists.
