There were no customers in the premises and after 5 minutes of waiting at the cash register and no one from the staff showed up, I simply left. (even though 2 employees saw me well). Paid toilets, one of which did not work.

Old dirty branch where he can't cook. The fries tasted like plastic....when did you change the oil? The toilets are cleaned a week ago. I definitely recommend avoiding this fast food parody.

I have no words. Limited supply, women's toilets out of service, dirty and disgusting toilets and they ask you for 1 euro. Terrible aftertaste in everything. I do not recommend.

I wanted to try the “Burger King” and I was really amazed at how little the food had to do with the Burger King standard. I was able to observe how they put fries from a typical 1kg bag from the discount store into the deep fryer and the nuggets as well as meat and buns are also completely different than at the real Burger King branches. Also the paper on the trays and the one from Big King is neutral without any Burger King advertising, which I have never seen anywhere else Nuggets are brutally greasy and therefore really don't taste good, Big King is similar to the original but also different and the fries are typical like those from the discount store that you make at home. The staff is hardly friendly, but the restaurant itself is sufficiently clean, but very old-fashioned I would love to know who the operator of Burger King is and whether Burger King itself knows what is going on here. I suspect not, because this branch isn't even listed on Burger King itself. What kind of show is going on here?!

Burger King coupons are not accepted (as “private BK” according to an MA); You have to pay extra for toilets (€1, despite buying food - and then the women's toilet was "broken", please use the men's toilet); Employee very “annoyed” despite empty restaurants (1 guest - no DriveIn customers); Onion rings were very tasty - burgers were normal.

Doesn't accept coupons, doesn't have king deals, no decent menu, long waiting times, service not really friendly, fries not that tasty. Toilet should cost money, just pass by. Not recommended!

What a bes.... shop. 20 minutes at the drive in counter, then off to the next window. The only employee just looks at you stupidly and annoyed. After another 10 minutes without being served, off to Maci next door.

The employees are nice, but the store itself is really uninviting and the fries are very soggy. Unfortunately, when it comes to vegetarian nuggets, you can also doubt whether they were simply used as real ones. :/ #uncool

Restaurant does not participate in the coupon system. Great idea if McDonald's, Subway and KFC are in the same yard. You don't have to wonder why the hut remains empty.

Old and run down… no longer up to the new standard. There is no counter to order, so everything has to be ordered face-to-face, which takes forever. So if you like the old times, you might like it here.

That was the worst visit to a fast food chain restaurant that I have ever experienced. First of all, the store feels like it was 10-15 years ago and is not really clean, at least in the dining area. Furthermore, no coupons or products from the app are accepted. Some of the menu contains products that I have never seen in any other Burger King. The “Plant based Chili Cheese Lover” was a bad joke (see photo) for €7.99. The patty was definitely not an original Burger King patty, but some industrial vegetarian vegetable patty. The sauce wasn't a chili cheese sauce as we know it either. The Plant Based Nuggets (see photo) were not originals from Burger King and were dripping with fat and tasted rancid. The highlight was that as a paying customer (at least €27 for a menu + nuggets + individual burger) you also have to pay €1 for the use of the toilets. The operator probably doesn't care that a toilet has to be offered when offering food and consumption on site. You should definitely avoid this shop.

Something is going wrong here. The only thing that reminds me of Burger King is the logo. The Whopper here has nothing to do with the original. Cheese on the burgers was cold and way too much. Fries worse than the competition. And then ask for €1 for the toilet.

I do not recommend this "Burger King"! The food is different from the taste I know from "Burger King" :( The toilet is paid for customers, including the women's one, closed, for disabled people as in the attached photo. The interior has stuck to the first decor. The "no name" cups and the fact that there are no signs for "Burger King".

Long waiting times due to poorly coordinated employees. Work processes were not well routined and coordinated. The branch was no longer up to date and so were the toilets. The toilets were subject to a fee (1€ with only 0.50€ voucher) and the women's toilet was broken.

The burger meat was tough and clearly older. It tasted like “Ass and Friedrich” The food we ordered was supposed to be brought to the table but then people shouted loudly for us to get it even though there was no one at the checkout. The shop itself has stood still in time, displays if there are any, don't work, the toilet couldn't be used, it was supposedly broken and would then cost one euro. To make matters worse, the shift manager yelled at her kitchen worker to speak to her properly, which probably went on for a few minutes The store is supposedly being checked, at least that's what a sign at the entrance says, but to be honest I don't trust it one bit

A bottomless impudence. With this one Restaurant will serve other foods than those sold by Burger King. You can get it if you ask Rude staff only reply that they have a new supplier and only do what the boss asks. The goods sold are products from the Food discount that in no way meets Burger King's standards.

I always ask for a Bacon King and the taste was totally different and not in a good way. My partner ask for a Big king and some ingredients were missing and also a small piece of salat (not kidding, was ridiculous), and finally the soda without gas 🚫

Worst Burger King restaurant I've been to in years!!! For professional reasons, with many kilometers on the highway, I have already seen a few Burger Kings. The ambience from the outside is very appealing, the inside is okay. I can't rate the toilets because you have to pay 1 euro for them. That's one star less here. No way to use the app, no coupons accepted. There is also no King of the Month on offer. Feedback coupon receipt was also not accepted. Why should it? Customer loyalty doesn't matter here. Visited the store for the first time. Good impression from the outside, but as soon as you look inside you lose your appetite. No way to use the app. Toilets cost one euro and the ladies seem unhygienic, and German is sometimes not understandable. Chefs in the kitchen frying without a chef's hat. All in all, from the visual impression it was my last visit to Burger King and I recommend avoiding this place.

Well, we were a bit scared when we ordered our plant based burgers and saw a lot of reviews where people got meat instead of plant based. By far the worst and most disgusting Bk ever. The food was so disgusting that I left it halfway through. Our guess is that they do not officially source their goods from BK suppliers. It tasted completely different than usual. The plant based products had nothing to do with the usual BK products. Never again!

Today we were at this Burger King for the first time and also the LAST time! 1. They DO NOT take coupons. Then we wanted a double pack menu - it wasn't available! Then we wanted a normal plant-based Big King menu - which wasn't available either, only the Big King Xxl was available. Sure, it costs the most! :-( With the exception of one lady, the service staff were completely unfriendly and incompetent. As a paying guest you still have to pay 1 euro for the toilet. Not possible at all!!!! Unfortunately we had to order something because otherwise I would have had a hypoglycemic problem. The McDonald's opposite would probably have been a better alternative. But it was closed due to renovation work. If you don't want to be taken advantage of or annoyed, then don't go there!

Probably the worst BK we've ever been to. Toilets cost €1 (it's absurd in a shop that sells finger food that you can't even wash your hands before/after). The store is very run down. Staff seems unfriendly. Bacon burger with a tiny slice of still raw bacon, a patty at the end really burnt coal black. 6er nuggets "don't exist", 9er nuggets do (??). Chicken nuggets tasted different than usual with a different breading, but were good. Maybe the recipe actually changed? I often go to BK and the sweet and sour sauce also tasted different. A customer asked because her plant-based nuggets looked suspiciously like chicken (no parsley) and staff explained that was the case. Based on the other reviews, I'm assuming that they weren't actually plant-based nuggets.... That just doesn't work. Especially with regards to possible allergies... How can a licensed restaurant operate so below standard? If we fly from Munich again we will definitely not make a stopover here.

The Burger King branch from hell! Unfortunately, I only read the reviews at the table and experienced a shocking number of things myself in just one visit. No possibility to clean your hands for free before eating. The waitress was in a terrible mood. Overall, the branch makes a run-down impression. My burger patties were burnt on one side, but the bacon was raw. I haven't experienced it yet. Another novelty experienced live: other guests were sold meat nuggets as vegan ones. A disgrace, even the spiders in the toilet seemed depressed.

Vorsicht!!! Der Betreiber hat keine Lizenz von BK Deutschland mehr und wurschtelt auf eigene Faust weiter um noch Kohle zu machen. Die Qualität hat nichts mehr mit Burger King zu tun. Hab dort heute einen komischen PlantBased Whopper gegessen, Patty kpl anders als von BK gewohnt, Käse nicht geschmolzen und kalt und die Verpackung von Burgern und Getränken waren neutral weiß. Ich schätze der Laden wird von BK nicht mehr beliefert, aber um weiter dick Kasse machen zu können kauft der Betreiber irgendwelche Zutaten und baut die BK-Produkte dann irgendwie nach. Hab auch gesehen wie eine Mitarbeiterin Pommes einer Billigmarle in die Friteuse kippte. Hatte den ganzen Tag/Abend nen schlechten Magen. Hab deshalb recherchiert und bin auf die Walraff-Geschichte gestoßen. Einfach googeln. Eines ist sicher, mich sieh diese Laden nicht mehr!

The worst Citizen King I've ever been in. Toilet costs money. Order was taken quite slowly. Eating took longer than in comparable fast food restaurants. Burgers didn't taste right. Cheese was cold. Fries weren't quite cooked through. Should have stayed in the deep fryer for a minute longer. That was the first and last time we stopped there, although we will be in this corner more often in the near future.

Incredibly bad Burger King! The shop was locked on November 10th, 2024 at 9 p.m. without any information, people were left standing at the door, perplexed. In 30 minutes there were 5! Orders were “processed” - more people voluntarily left the store in frustration during this time. No smile, no information, no service, just garbage not cleared away everywhere. Never again !
