There's something strange about this Burger King. Strange seating arrangement, toilet only payable by cash from a machine, not free even for customers. Food ok, standard.

I have to say, as a regular Burger King customer for decades, I'm very disappointed today 😞, since when do you have to pay money to use the toilet? As a guest of any restaurant, I experienced this for the first time today. Find it the wrong way to regenerate sales.

The store is very strange. Using the toilet costs €1, in return you only receive a voucher worth 50 cents. The store has no vending machines and does not accept coupons. The selection is very limited, almost everything Plant-based was “sold out”, although I’m sure the sold out sign has been hanging there for ages. It has already been mentioned in previous reviews that it is not an officially run Burger King and I can only agree with that from my experience. I would give this branch a wide berth, even if the food wasn't a complete disaster.

The store would be a case for the health department.

This store apparently no longer has a license from Burger King and is no longer supplied by Burger King. No Burger King goods are sold here! Also no longer listed on the Burger King website. But it still continues under the name Burger King.

It's a fun place. Like other reviews, the use of the coupon was obviously rejected, and the cheeseburger in the kids' box I ordered for my child had too much spicy Zenf sauce on it, so my child couldn't eat it at all. It was spicy even for adults. I've never seen a cheeseburger like that at Burger King before. What kind of place is this? Due to an error in the card reader, they made me pay by card twice and they told me one would be refunded, but I can't believe it. I should have read the reviews a long time ago... This is the worst Burger King.

Somehow the Burger King is no longer what I once understood by a Burger King. The quality of the food has decreased so much that I will never go there again. Staff was very friendly and competent.

The quality of the food was ok - BK standard. Points of criticism are: no small portions (coffee, fries,...) only from medium size, no vouchers are accepted, all veggie products are sold out AND the big negative point is that the toilets themselves are subject to a charge for customers.

Went out straight away without eating anything. We couldn't overcome ourselves. App not possible either. Plant based zero offer. Peeing costs an extra euro.

Just awful. Fries incredibly bad, burger cold and strange. The entire restaurant is virtually empty at 12:15 p.m. on a Friday with a traffic jam on the A9. The posters have had too much UV radiation for years, the TFT display on the display board at the counter is off, there is no music (that's actually good) and in general there is an extremely bad "mood" here. The staff had dirty clothes and were extremely poorly motivated and in a correspondingly bad mood. There is a lot of rubbish in front of the entrance, everything is dirty, even in the form of rubbish bags left in front of the entrance door by guests, as well as inside it is a disaster. It was a miracle that I didn't have diarrhea afterwards. Conclusion: The Burger King in Schweitenkirchen / Pfaffenhofen is a completely run-down place that you don't want to come back to.

What was that then? Well at least definitely not a BK. Just the fact that there are no branded cups etc. But there are still plastic drinking straws. Burgers came in planed based paper even though we ordered "meat" - when we asked, the answer was that they didn't have any other paper. So it's no wonder there is confusion here. Fries were not BK goods, far too short. Sauce for chilli cheese fries tasted sour. In general, the whole place rocked. The screens don't work. There were no self-service terminals. Vouchers are not accepted and toilets cost money. Next time we'll stop at MCess or KFC again.

Manager understaffed the workers and they don't offer a menu or king of the month, they offer discounts cause they know they are subpar.

Everything is old and not really clean

The food was rather cold to lukewarm, all the tables were dirty and the shop was rather empty and all the tray shelves were stacked full. Pretty much the rancidest McDonald's I've ever been to.

The 2 ladies were unable to print out the invoice. Both printers are broken. Hello Burger King!!! Really now?!

Albania King? There are a lot of sh*tty BK. But this is definitely the leader! Dirty and listless, everything sold out. I ordered a crispy chicken menu and a chili cheese burger - but I didn't get that. No joke: At first glance the food looks real, but they apparently use products from the supermarket! Fries, buns and meat are not original and I feel ripped off. Does the operator really need this?

Unfortunately you cannot give a category 0 stars. As a "McDonald's eater" I wanted to try Burger King - the store was simply underground. All plant-based dishes are “sold out”, we were sold a plant-based crispy chicken burger that is not available at BK. Use of the toilet (see previous reviews) Fake, as my companion suspects!

All vegetarian products were "sold out", vouchers were not accepted, the counter was dirty and you should have paid €1 for the toilet. There are enough alternatives in the area...

Staff unfriendly, answers questions incorrectly and the burgers are not prepared according to the Burger King standard.

No coupons will be accepted. You have to pay money for the toilet even though you ate in the restaurant. The employees only speak broken German. The orders were misunderstood and then the error is blamed on the customer, so you still have to argue to get your overpaid money back. The employees don't know the prices. The burger was flooded with ketchup and mayo, well at least the fries were good. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not a priority here either. The tables were mostly smeared. There will no longer be a second visit here.

The fact that you seriously charge another 1 euro when your child has to go to the toilet after eating or you want to wash your hands is simply an outrage. You don't have to go here...

I don't recommend it, they don't have any promotional offers or special burger promotions. They even installed pay gates in the toilets. Stay away from such extortionists.

I don't know what this Burger King is supposed to represent. I wanted to get a shake at the drive in. 1. the microphone doesn't work, you have to go to the window, everything may still be okay. 2. Ice cream machine doesn't work. I was annoyed, but yes, it happens too. Then order a cola and it tastes like shit. What could be difficult about a cola?!?! That's it, mix syrup + water. I'm just glad I didn't eat there... And the cups didn't have any BK advertising, which was quite strange

I can't say too much about the food, but we wanted to take a lunch and toilet break here. First surprise, you have to pay €1 (okay, fine) but then: you only get a 50ct voucher. So I have to pay to eat there and also have to go to the toilet? Second surprise, which made the first even more sobering: The women in our group reported that the women's toilet was broken. We men wanted to order now, as we have done for years, using the app's coupons. The lady at the checkout was by no means unfriendly, but we were informed several times that coupons would not be accepted. So we decided to go back to enjoy our break when the conditions were better - unfortunately this was a disadvantage for Burgerking given the competition. After research, it turned out that Burgerking no longer had a license and was no longer delivering and that the store was continuing on its own. Really a shame

There were no customers in the place and after waiting 5 minutes at the cash register and no one from the staff showing up, I simply left. (even though 2 employees saw me clearly). Paid toilets, one of which does not work.

Old dirty branch where he can't cook. The fries tasted like plastic....when did you change the oil? The toilets are cleaned a week ago. I definitely recommend avoiding this fast food parody.

I have no words. Limited supply, women's toilets out of service, dirty and disgusting toilets and they ask you for 1 euro. Terrible aftertaste in everything. I do not recommend.

I wanted to try the “Burger King” and I was really amazed at how little the food had to do with the Burger King standard. I was able to observe how they put fries from a typical 1kg bag from the discount store into the deep fryer and the nuggets as well as meat and buns are also completely different than at the real Burger King branches. Also the paper on the trays and the one from Big King is neutral without any Burger King advertising, which I have never seen anywhere else Nuggets are brutally greasy and therefore really don't taste good, Big King is similar to the original but also different and the fries are typical like those from the discount store that you make at home. The staff is hardly friendly, but the restaurant itself is sufficiently clean, but very old-fashioned I would love to know who the operator of Burger King is and whether Burger King itself knows what is going on here. I suspect not, because this branch isn't even listed on Burger King itself. What kind of show is going on here?!

What a bes.... shop. 20 minutes at the drive in counter, then off to the next window. The only employee just looks at you stupidly and annoyed. After another 10 minutes without being served, off to Maci next door.

The employees are nice, but the store itself is really uninviting and the fries are very soggy. Unfortunately, when it comes to vegetarian nuggets, you can also doubt whether they were simply used as real ones. :/ #uncool

I was shocked. This Burger King stood still in time 15 years ago. The food tastes strange and we are usually Burger King fans.

Old and run down… no longer up to the new standard. There is no counter to order, so everything has to be ordered face-to-face, which takes forever. So if you like the old times, you might like it here.

That was the worst visit to a fast food chain restaurant that I have ever experienced. First of all, the store feels like it was 10-15 years ago and is not really clean, at least in the dining area. Furthermore, no coupons or products from the app are accepted. Some of the menu contains products that I have never seen in any other Burger King. The “Plant based Chili Cheese Lover” was a bad joke (see photo) for €7.99. The patty was definitely not an original Burger King patty, but some industrial vegetarian vegetable patty. The sauce wasn't a chili cheese sauce as we know it either. The Plant Based Nuggets (see photo) were not originals from Burger King and were dripping with fat and tasted rancid. The highlight was that as a paying customer (at least €27 for a menu + nuggets + individual burger) you also have to pay €1 for the use of the toilets. The operator probably doesn't care that a toilet has to be offered when offering food and consumption on site. You should definitely avoid this shop.

Something is going wrong here. The only thing that reminds me of Burger King is the logo. The Whopper here has nothing to do with the original. Cheese on the burgers was cold and way too much. Fries worse than the competition. And then ask for €1 for the toilet.

I do not recommend this "Burger King"! The food is different from the taste I know from "Burger King" :( The toilet is paid for customers, including the women's one, closed, for disabled people as in the attached photo. The interior has stuck to the first decor. The "no name" cups and the fact that there are no signs for "Burger King".

Long waiting times due to poorly coordinated employees. Work processes were not well routined and coordinated. The branch was no longer up to date and so were the toilets. The toilets were subject to a fee (1€ with only 0.50€ voucher) and the women's toilet was broken.

The burger meat was tough and clearly older. It tasted like “Ass and Friedrich” The food we ordered was supposed to be brought to the table but then people shouted loudly for us to get it even though there was no one at the checkout. The shop itself has stood still in time, displays if there are any, don't work, the toilet couldn't be used, it was supposedly broken and would then cost one euro. To make matters worse, the shift manager yelled at her kitchen worker to speak to her properly, which probably went on for a few minutes The store is supposedly being checked, at least that's what a sign at the entrance says, but to be honest I don't trust it one bit

A bottomless impudence. With this one Restaurant will serve other foods than those sold by Burger King. You can get it if you ask Rude staff only reply that they have a new supplier and only do what the boss asks. The goods sold are products from the Food discount that in no way meets Burger King's standards.

I always ask for a Bacon King and the taste was totally different and not in a good way. My partner ask for a Big king and some ingredients were missing and also a small piece of salat (not kidding, was ridiculous), and finally the soda without gas 🚫

Worst Burger King restaurant I've been to in years!!! For professional reasons, with many kilometers on the highway, I have already seen a few Burger Kings. The ambience from the outside is very appealing, the inside is okay. I can't rate the toilets because you have to pay 1 euro for them. That's one star less here. Visited the store for the first time. Good impression from the outside, but as soon as you look inside you lose your appetite. For years we have preferred to go to Burger King rather than McDonald's because the fries taste much better. But we could have saved ourselves the spontaneous visit there.
