If you need a place to drink good coffee at 7 a.m., this is the place :-) A proper bike rack would be nice, otherwise everything is perfect.

The place looks fresh, and the fries are warm and crispy. The classic double meal deal is the same overpriced disaster. You don't want it any other way, do you? You charge a fortune for the cheese, but you can't even manage to melt it properly. Just leave it out if it's too much trouble to put the meat and cheese under a bell or use the broiler. The buns really need to be toasted properly, especially the cut sides; it would make a world of difference. But you prefer to be 30% overpriced and hope that even if someone intends to avoid McDonald's before traveling, they'll still end up at your place because it gets difficult to find a spot on the highway after 10 pm. I'm incredibly annoyed, and at some point, I'd rather go to bed hungry than keep making you richer for next to nothing.

McDonald's is terrible. After the renovation, there's nothing for children inside anymore. Totally disappointing. The food is equally bad everywhere.

Absolutely incompetent, unfriendly, and unfriendly employees. We wanted to quickly order food at the drive-thru counter. The absolutely unfriendly employee insisted on splitting the bill between two bills. After we paid the first one, she gave us the change for the first bill and yelled at us that we hadn't paid the second one yet (she could have just kept our money and used it to pay the second bill?). Afterward, we checked both receipts, and unfortunately for our mistake, the change didn't add up. I then went to the counter with both receipts and politely asked her to quickly go over the bill with me. She snatched my receipts out of my hand, elbowed me several times in the shoulder, and stormed off with my receipts. I then went into the store and (still politely) asked the manager to check the bill with me and the employee. The employee insulted me, saying I was too stupid to count and that her children could do math better, and whispered and cursed in Romanian with the equally incompetent boss. Instead of calmly listening to the customer, they insulted her and pushed her. The boss was also a completely unfriendly woman. Disrespectful, disgusting behavior. When I asked for the employee's name and to check the camera to show her physical violence toward the boss, both of them refused. I could just go to the police, and they would see the footage :)

So far, it's OK. Restrooms could be cleaner.

Some employees won't like to attend US citizens or they look like the own the place, they show how annoyed they are by making comments in German to other employees about a US customer. And yes, tables are dirty

They canceled my order even though I didn't receive it, and I waited almost 45 minutes and nothing arrived. The biggest rudeness I've ever experienced...

The food was cold, and I had to wait a long time for my order. The first order was incorrect. One employee even got burned. I won't be stopping there again.

We don't go to McColl's often, but this time I was really disappointed. The lady at the checkout was incredibly unfriendly and visibly overwhelmed with the orders, even though it wasn't very busy. What annoys me is that you always have to double-check your order to make sure everything is correct. Today was another good example: I got something I didn't order and they mixed it up. The other thing is, my Coke didn't taste like Coke, but like water 😳. One thing I know is that I won't be going back anytime soon.

Despite table service, you have to pick it up at the cash register; all the tables are full of trash!

Everything should really be standard! I find it one of the worst McDonald's in the region in terms of food. The patty in my RoyalTS burger, like my companion's, was extremely dry. They also forgot to include a straw, or do you have to order one separately these days? For 30 euros, you can expect a bit more. I was also disappointed with the other burgers. And ice cubes in the Coke when it's 7 degrees outside—is that not understandable, or is this simply profit maximization? Next time, I'd rather go to KFC or Burger King right next door.

The restaurant is around 25% full from its sitting capacity and it took 16min to get our food.

Absolutely disappointing! We ordered online using the app, and after 30 minutes, we still hadn't received our food. To add insult to injury, the ice cream was runny.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Several young ladies who were clearly uninterested and unfriendly. Only half of the order was written down because the lady at the counter apparently didn't understand. It can happen, no problem. Then I only got half of the order again, and when I went back to ask, three unfriendly ladies sent me away without even asking what the problem was. The food I got was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for an hour.

You either like the food or you don't. I like it ;) I'm rating the location, and actually, I/we don't like the place at all anymore. Unfortunately, the last few times it's been there, it's been only partially clean. Of course, that might also be due to the visitors and travelers, some of whom eat like crazy.

The biggest dump I've been to in a long time. I ordered online following the recommendation because it was supposed to be easier. However, to my disappointment, that wasn't the case. I had to wait over an hour for my order. Despite asking at the counter, for which I had to wait an outrageous 10 minutes, they didn't follow up on my order and were unfortunately totally rude and disrespectful. Totally unprofessional. The visual appearance was also disappointing. The ice cream machine was broken, chicken nuggets were on the floor, the restrooms were completely dirty and filthy, and there were no order numbers. It was total chaos, something I wouldn't wish on anyone. Unfortunately, I left this McDonald's hungry, disappointed, and without a refund. I wouldn't recommend it! Get the KFC next door or go to the nearest one; it's worth the gas!

A nice, usually clean McDonald's Unfortunately, the order often doesn't match the one you received. Therefore, always check to see if the correct one was delivered/provided. For some time now, items in preparation have been removed from the screen and served much later.

Chose 1 everywhere because it couldn't get any worse. My chicken nuggets were half raw and didn't taste good at all. My fries are always cold, soggy and don't taste good. The staff are fed up with table service, which is why they stopped doing it, which is a disgrace, because they forget something about every order. The sickest thing is that every single table is really dirty and you don't really want to sit down anywhere. The McCs looks by far the worst in the area. When it's busy, you're sometimes not allowed to pay in cash and you have to wait a long time to go home, but if you want to pay with a card, you get your food. Sometimes you can't buy the McFlurry with points, but suddenly you can use real money.

I've ordered several times, and each time something was missing or the wrong item was packed. The wait times are horrific; this is the last time I've been there.

The absolute worst!!! The food was completely cold, the Coke tasted like nothing, and then there were a few things missing from the drive-thru. After turning around and confronting the employee, the employee immediately handed over the missing but paid-for items with a stupid grin... that's called embezzlement!!! You should be ashamed... here's a clear tip... stay completely clear of this dump. It saves you trouble and time, and besides, there's a Burger King, KFC, a Chinese all-you-can-eat restaurant, and a Shell gas station with a restaurant nearby!!!

The food is just like McDonald's. The service at this restaurant, however, was as good as I've ever experienced. Friendly staff who not only seemed to work together well, but also visibly made an effort to keep everything clean. The location at the truck stop, very close to the highway, is perfect for a stopover.

A complete disappointment. We ordered food but couldn't eat in peace because there wasn't enough room for our 9-month-old baby. There's only one high chair in the entire McDonald's, and no one on the staff offered us a solution. When it was finally our turn, we discovered that the chair wasn't suitable for babies at all: it was just a regular chair with a strap between the legs. How could this "family restaurant" possibly be family-friendly? The food itself was also a disaster. We had to wait over 10 minutes for our order. The fries were inedible—dry and bitter. I never thought you could ruin fries like that. We asked for new ones, but they were given the exact same ones: bitter and smelling of old oil. 0 out of 10. This is my first time writing a negative review for McDonald's—but this visit was a complete waste of money.

Everything was wrong, cappuccinos were different size that we ordered. I ordered also big tasty without tomatos, i received big tasty with them. Cafes were made in kitchen, not in mc cafe. Absolute disaster.

It's a McDonald's... So a 3 for the food means its fine. The staff was overwhelmed and did not have time to answer questions, they looked at you and quickly ignored you to do other things. Not a pleasant experience. Getting out 2 euro deposit per cup back was difficult due to this. The manager did apologize for being understaffed. I'm not a McDonald's fan anyway, and this one confirmed my point. No toilet paper, dirty restrooms, coffee way too watery, and undercooked fries. Overall, not recommended.

All the free tables were dirty, and the women's restrooms were so dirty and broken that they had been hastily repaired with duct tape. My husband didn't approve of the men's restroom either; there was a thick layer of dust. But on Friday afternoon, the hedge was trimmed and the shop was wiped down. We'll avoid it next time.

Not recommended from a vegetarian's perspective. The plant-based nuggets simply contained regular nuggets. How could that happen?

Well, nobody is highly motivated to work at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday, but after the ordering machines were only half working and not a single order was placed for five minutes out of about 15 open orders, and then after more than 20 minutes our tray only contained cold fries, squashed burgers, and various Cokes with no indication or straw, I have to say: no thanks, I certainly won't be stopping here again.

A brief summary: -Half of the self-service checkouts obviously didn't work. -The staff was completely overwhelmed, and at times, not a single order came out of the counter for five minutes. -Fried fries waited another five minutes for the accompanying burger and were served cold. I'm actually very considerate and patient, so the fact that it took so long didn't bother me much. But if my food suffers in the end and I end up "enjoying" it completely cold, I really don't know how a good review would be possible here. A little more coordination and care would have made a huge difference today...

I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time. Cold burgers, and incorrectly assembled to boot. And if you want to complain, you get the excuse, in broken German, that there's so much to do. A fast-food restaurant right next to the highway. No clean tables. Dirty restrooms.

My fellow ice cream lovers, I and my fellow ice cream lovers, were hoping for some delicious ice cream during our stop at this branch of the American chain "McDonald's." When we walked in, we immediately saw the self-service machines turned off. We were then forced to go to the checkout, despite refusing to order the cashier. When we tried to order our delicious ice cream, we were told that the machine that produces various delicious milk desserts was broken. Whether you could believe that... Well!

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. The food was cold when our drinks arrived.

Absolutely outrageous! First of all, the entire place was absolutely filthy. I waited 40 minutes for my food... When the food finally arrived, half of it was wrong! The veggie burger had a meat patty instead of a veggie one!!!! Absolutely outrageous! All in all, this place needs to improve considerably.

Absolutely terrible. The worst MCD I've ever been to. We waited over an hour for our order, and when it finally arrived, half of it was missing. By the time the burgers arrived, the fries were cold. Unfortunately, there are no 0 stars...

I wouldn't recommend it. The service spoke almost no German, and the food only arrived after about 25 minutes, so it was more like slow food than fast food. 😂 When I finally got my order, I noticed that my burger had jalapenos on it, even though I didn't order them. The fries were just as cold and bland as always. The atmosphere was okay, but it was clearly acknowledged that the employees were having problems, even though the store was maybe only 70% full and there weren't many vehicles in the drive-thru. All in all, maybe a 4 out of 10.

We pre-ordered via the app. First, the cashier (probably the manager) had trouble transferring the order number from the phone to the terminal (there were only four pre-orders). Then they yelled at me for not knowing quickly whether I'd already paid. This should actually be in their system. You're dutiful and check whether you've already paid, only to be yelled at for not looking it up beforehand. First, clean up your own mess and check what the numbers and numbers are, or simply look in the system yourself before you just yell at the customers.

We ordered takeaway. We didn't check if there were any burgers in the bag. We came home and found that two cheeseburgers out of everything we ordered were missing, but they were paid for in the check. Advice to visitors: if you order takeaway, check if there are any in the bag. It seems like we don't mind spending those 5 euros, but the service ruined our mood. We won't go to that Mac again.

Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed... we ordered at the new drive-thru via the app. The staff was trying hard, but I had the feeling that the renovations, which aren't yet finished, had caused quite a bit of chaos. They also forgot to charge a product for €6. For an order totaling around €40, that's a whopping 15% overcharge for a service that wasn't provided. Perhaps the owner should reconsider whether this kind of business is viable. Update: Staff were very nice, but unfortunately, the order was incorrect. The burger was completely torn to pieces and thrown into the box.

7:45 p.m., July 6, 2025 A blonde woman gives me mineral water instead of Sprite at the second counter in the McDrive-thru, ignores me, and runs away instead of listening to me after I say sorry twice to ask her if I can have a new drink, and then looks at me. I have never been served so antisocially, I hope her boss reads this. I have never experienced such disinterest in work. She ran away even though I wanted to ask her nicely. Embarrassing behavior. The fries tasted like air. Worst McDonald's of my life.

I ordered the egg sandwich with bread and a coffee. For a quick stop, it's not bad at all. As far as fast food goes, this option seems pretty balanced: simple, not overly expensive, and with just enough to get you through the day.

This Mc is by far the worst there is in Germany. I am in Munich every day. They also needed a second drive-thru. They never came with a clear knowledge of German. The food is cold, unfriendly and no one can count to 8. You can only order 7 things.

Special orders don't work. I'm guessing they don't want to remake the burger with the special requests. Otherwise, the food was good – by McDonald's standards.

I ordered and paid for food, but the staff didn't hand it over. Despite showing me the bill, they claimed they didn't know anything about my order. I think that's a shame, and it doesn't make a good impression.

Actually, 0 stars. All the tables were dirty. The floor was sticky. They probably ran out of cleaning supplies that day. There was so much sauce on the Big Mac that it oozed out everywhere the first time you bit into it. The fries were lukewarm.

The food is okay, but often lukewarm or cold. The service is sometimes awful. The night shift, in particular, is often lazy. They prefer to chat rather than serve customers. Orders are usually packed incorrectly or things are forgotten. I can't recommend the place...but there isn't really any other alternative here anyway. Especially not if you need something to eat at night. But speaking of night...the drive-thru is often closed after 9:00 PM.

Germany's incompetent people work here. They have no idea about time management, dispatch, or customer service. Whoever was presumably the "shift supervisor" can pack up. They don't speak a word of German, they push orders away, and then don't even give anything out of goodwill. Immediate dismissal demanded several times. Only victims.

This is pretty much the worst McDonald's I think there is in Germany. Once when something goes wrong with the order... okay... twice... okay... But everything always goes wrong in this place. A cheeseburger without cheese or a Big Mac put together so poorly that it couldn't be worse. The wrong food is served, despite individual changes. No matter when or what you order, there's always something wrong.

I was passing through and spontaneously stopped at McDonald's on Robert-Koch-Straße in Schweitenkirchen. The branch is super conveniently located right off the highway—ideal for a quick stopover. I received a friendly greeting, my order was quick, and everything was fresh and delicious. The store was clean, the restrooms were well-maintained, and the staff was very attentive. All in all, a thoroughly pleasant visit—I'd gladly go again!

There was a big crowd at lunchtime on Sunday. The food was still prepared and brought to the table quickly. Later, there was a bit of a wait at the café, so you had to get your table order yourself. Maybe it was break time or something? Restrooms were relatively clean, but there were no paper towels left.

An absolute disaster. After waiting half an hour in a fast-food restaurant, we dared to ask about our food. The employee's response was very rude: "You just have to wait half an hour for your food." A little boy also asked about his ordered food, saying he'd been waiting for over half an hour. Here, too, the response was anything but friendly. He simply said that the boy would now have to wait another half hour for his food... Many waiting customers returned their orders because they didn't want to wait any longer. The shift supervisor didn't even need to apologize; he simply took the orders back. Customer service was nonexistent. We also noticed that the pickup monitor wasn't being used. The orders were simply marked for pickup, even though they were nowhere near ready and therefore not ready for pickup. This gives me the impression that they want to keep up the appearance of getting the orders out within the allotted time. Absolutely outrageous....

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, the last five visits have always caused problems with our child's order: first, there was no toy at all, then it was a completely different toy than the one we had chosen, and an exchange isn't possible! Not fun with a tired and hungry child!

Not recommended. We were at the drive today between 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. There was no hello at the counter and a very annoyed sounding person just said “your order”. As we drove up to the next window to pay, we saw the face of the person who took our order. She looked exactly the same as she had spoken, annoyed, unmotivated, with a real “no interest” attitude. The man at the second counter was quite friendly and directed us to park as the order wasn't ready yet. All well and good, but now the big hit: half of the order was missing, we got the wrong products and when we tried to call them we went straight to voicemail - despite repeated attempts. Definitely the last visit to this store.
