Super nice boss, very friendly, very customer-oriented, here I still have the feeling that the customer is king!

We waited about 15-20 minutes for 2 Big Macs. There were tablets with trash everywhere. The floor in the guest area was full of grease.

Unexpectedly long waiting time for my small order. This time everything was warm.

As soon as I entered the branch I noticed that the cleanliness was lacking. The tables were sticky and had leftover food on them. Had to make a makeshift wipe down the table and bench myself. Worse still under the tables and in the corners. There was almost no initiative from the cleaning staff present. The return shelves are full. The service appeared to be a bit disinterested.

The tables were dirty. The food was cold and thrown together carelessly, even by fast food standards. The condition of this restaurant is consistently disproportionately bad.

I ordered 5 cheeseburgers there yesterday, a Mc Rib and a Royal TS. When I arrived home I noticed that the Royal TS was missing and I had been given hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. Underground srrvice, endless staff who don't know what to do, incredibly unfriendly. The chicken piece on the bun was definitely smaller than other MCs. Very unclean and incredibly smelly toilet. We should have left as soon as we saw the broken monitor above the exit. Never again! I would have liked to not have given a star!

The way to McDonald’s is signposted and is easy to find even without a navigation system. You can already see it from the main road. The drive in is modern and well structured. The parking lot seems a bit tight, but you can park your car on the surrounding street. Everything worked perfectly.

The MC Donalds in Rethen is no longer visited. Last time before last we waited 45 minutes for food, 4 people 2 happy meals and 2x salad. Waited 30 minutes for a happy meal and ice cream today.

Relatively small, busy and dirty McDonald's. Despite the many employees, there is leftover food and dirt everywhere, and tray carts are full. Same thing outside: dirty and uncleaned tables - unappetizing! You have to wait a long time for the food, and it isn't always exactly as ordered.

Pleasant coworkers. There was no more apple turnover (11:40 p.m.) and I was asked if peach was okay too. I thought it was great that you asked beforehand (just because of allergies). They packed 2 peach pockets instead of one apple pocket. I ordered at home and then picked it up via McDrive. We waited in the car for about 7 minutes (there was no one at McDrive except us). But I found the waiting time to be okay and with kindness you can sort out almost everything.😊

The McDonald's wasn't kept clean, Inken. The food was good but the prices are too expensive. There was a children's area and the food didn't arrive on time and sometimes it doesn't arrive properly.

Food was okay, not outstanding, not bad, just normal. But the waiting time. Only 3 other customers in the restaurant, but still waited 20 minutes for a Big Mac menu. Absolutely chaotic and disorganized. A completely irrelevant attitude. In addition, the toilet cannot be accessed. Smell of urine, residual feces in the toilet, no soap, only cold water, towels were available at the counter upon request. NEVER AGAIN!

Food ordered via app, picked up in store. The wrong drinks and wrong burgers were delivered. Unfortunately everything tasted terrible. The McFlurry I ordered afterwards tasted like overturned yoghurt. After complaining, they tried the yogurt and said that it should taste like that. Sorry, not like that.

Food was OK, service too, but I found the smell in the toilet unbearable and I subsequently lost my appetite.

Saturday 2 p.m., the employees there were completely overloaded, there were people who waited 40 minutes for their food (orders would have been lost by mistake), burgers were only lukewarm, loud, rough behavior among each other. The tables and floors were rather dirty. Overall it wasn't a nice dining experience. But something positive: the parking lot is large and well-kept, the garbage cans are emptied.

Disaster. 10 tables are occupied, so not much going on on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered at the terminal and waited over 30 minutes until the food was ready. There were only two of us. Tables not wiped down... Last time the ordering process was just as disastrous and we had to wait ages.

Very disappointing for one of the richest fost-food chains in the world! Food was amazingly hot and fresh yesterday for the first time apparently. The outdoor lighting was improved with a new playground. As I have to agree with writers, the lack of cleanliness in general is a BIG NEGATIVE POINT! No one from the staff seems to want to change it, everyone hides in the kitchen area. -Window so dirty you could hardly look out -We always wipe the table and bench ourselves with wet wipes! To be honest, the sanitary facilities haven't been repaired or cleaned for 6 months!! 1 toilet was always broken, now the toilet seat was next to it! Never soap? because the dispenser hasn't been repaired for months! You would think that such a large company could invest money. We've been to many McDonald's around the world, but none have been so dirty!! Please change something!

So this is really one of the dirtiest and worst McDonald's I've ever been to, the staff was ok but the food and the hygiene were terrible. Almost every table was full of swill, you would rather eat standing up, strange stains on the ceiling, fries totally cold and not even half filled, you got the wrong burger and it was so loud here as if you were sitting in a game room with the noises. I won't come here again, total waste of money. There probably hasn't been any mopping here since Corona.

Eating as usual. Unfortunately, it feels like a little bit of sloppiness has crept in. Hardly anything is going on and yet you can't manage to maintain the outside area. Napkins and butts right in front of the playground. That's better.

One of the few McDonalds that doesn't live up to the brand standard. Even the signage is very poor. Hard to find in the commercial area. Toilets dirty and 1 broken. Screen on the output switch does not function. And even the food tastes a lot different.

When we walked in we noticed that the entire store was dirty! No table was clean. The entire floor was dirty, there were leftover food and paper on the floor. The MC Donalds building is still pretty old and I really like the inside and reminds me of the past. Nice service and food was tasty for McDonalds. 1 point deducted because I was treated unkindly.

Ordered 2 Flurrys at MC Drive. Something muffled came back over the intercom. I asked please? The person opposite shouts loudly into the system: Wait a moment, please. Wasn't good for my ear. One Flurry was well filled, the other only just over half full. We accepted it and didn't feel like going in. That's it.

I don't normally write reviews, but it's necessary here. The lady was very friendly, but the food was a disaster. My Mc Toast was already cold and mashed together. The pancakes were in the oven at least 5 minutes too long, hard as Krupp steel and also cold. All guidelines were certainly followed here, but not according to the McDonald's standard. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Absolute disaster when it comes to cleanliness. All free spaces are full of juice, the floor has juices all over it, no staff to clean it independently. Only after a complaint did an employee take up the matter. That's not possible, the management has to oversee everything. Absolutely no go....never this branch again

Incredibly bad service. I don't expect much in a fast food restaurant, but if you complain after waiting half an hour and then you see them just starting to prepare the food, honestly, that's outrageous. There was no apology either. However, the waiting time was sweetened with all sorts of funny scenes, for example a complaint about a burger in which the meat patty was obviously forgotten. There's still a lot to do here boss!

27.06.23 um 8:00 Uhr: Bestellung: Kaffee & McMuffin. Abkassiert wird sofort, den Kaffee bekommt man in die Hand gedrückt und wird angewiesen sich zu setzten; der McMuffin würde dann an den Tisch gebracht werden. Der McMuffin kam nie! Nach 15 Minuten fragt man mal nach, wo die Rest-Bestellung bleibt. Die dunkelhaarige Service-Kraft ignoriert einen komplett und sagt kein Wort. Ganz mieser Schuppen mit betrügerischen Tendenzen!!! AKTUALISIERUNG Habe mal wieder reingeschaut, ob sich was verändert hat. War mehrfach kurz nach Ladenöffnung dort und habe festgestellt, dass man dort zu dieser Zeit NICHT bedient wird. Überall laufen Mitarbeiter rum, die einen - auch wenn sie einen bemerken - komplett ignorieren. Es ist anderes Personal vor Ort, das allerdings nicht daran interessiert ist Kunden zu bedienen.

Hatte ein Mal einen Fall, bei dem ich essen hatte, was nicht gegessen werden konnte. Haben sich sehr professionell darum gekümmert und uns dafür mehr als ausreichend entschädigt. Allein dafür, großes Lob! Macht nicht jeder. Ansonsten war und ist das Essen immer ziemlich gut! Im drive in hatten wir immer das Glück super frische sachen zu bekommen! Und wir testen den Laden jetzt seit zwei Jahren 😅 Also wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Aber: schade ist einfach, dass die Lieferzeit über den lieferdienst aktuell immer knapp zwei Stunden dauert. Wahrscheinlich fehlen einfach die Fahrer... Ansonsten aber top!

Ich würde diesem Laden nicht einmal einen Stern geben. Burger ohne Fleisch, 4 Nuggets weniger in der 20er Nuggetsbox. Immer wieder fehlen ganze Teile der Bestellung. Und dann unterstellen die Mitarbeiter bzw. der Schichtleiter auch noch, man würde lügen. Inkompetener und kritikunfähiger Schichtleiter. Ich habe keine weiteren Worte für diesen Laden und das war das letzte Mal heute, dass ich zu diesem MC Donalds gefahren bin.

Mann muss endlos lange warten bis mann bei Mc Drive bestellen kann.

1.000 mal dagewesen 1.000 mal enttäuscht. selbst wenn nichts los ist wartet man 10 Minuten aufwärts und dann ist das essen trotzdem noch falsch.

Personal ist am Handy,nur 2 arbeiten.Essen kalt und Restaurantbereich dreckig.Führungskraft versucht das Personal zu motivieren diese haben aber sichtlich kein Bock.Traurig

Wir waren zu Silvester bei Mac Donald' s gewesen . Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht wie schnell es ging mit dem Essen . Es war auch einigermaßen sauber gewesen . Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern . Macht weiter so . Dankeschön für das lecker Mittagessen . 🍀🍀👍👍

Personal ignoriert Fragen oder kann sie nicht beantworten. Nur eine Dame war hilfsbereit. Es war wenig los und es war ausreichend Personal da. Trotzdem waren wirklich alle Tische schmutzig und auf dem Boden blieb man kleben. Die Mülleimer waren draußen überfüllt. In der Herrentoilette lief das Wasser nicht ab. Die Damentoilette war auch ein Graus. Das Essen kam schnell, war ja auch nicht viel los. Hat zum Glück geschmeckt. Ein Herr mit weißem Kittel nahm Proben. Das ist wirklich wichtig, das der Laden im Auge behalten wird. Ich war nur auf der Durchreise und werde sicherlich nicht wieder kommen.

Ja, wir haben unsere Tablets auch einfach auf dem Tisch stehen lassen ! Nicht weil wir zu Faul waren sie weg zu räumen. Sondern das herrum stehende Personal war offensichtlich zu faul die weg räum sticken aus zu leeren !
