Terrible set up. Wanted to buy just a Wrap with carbonated water. It didn't work. Had to buy a menu. Wrap, salad, regular bottled water. I gave up. If you returned the plastic bottle you got your deposit back! Was at Burger King yesterday. No problem. The staff was nice but couldn't offer any other solution. Is it supposed to be this square!?

Had a drink here and wanted to go to the toilet. The tables upstairs were dirty and there was trash in bags in front of the toilet. When I went to the toilet, I regulated myself in such a way that I preferred to leave without having done anything.

The service at this McDonald's is terrible and dishonest. We have twice placed a large order for a family of five - for children - to buy a Minecraft Happy Meal toy, but both times we were scammed by the staff at this place because we are of a different nationality than them. These employees give all of “their” people real big toys and not simple cubes with flat toys. This is complete discrimination!

Breakfast burger was freshly made and was therefore warm and tasty. The service was very polite.

Ordered in the drive-thru. The employee who took the order was very unfriendly. And then not all of them were in the bag. We had to move on quickly because the line was so full.

We waited over 30 minutes for our order, then handed the order form to the staff and left. Everyone who came after us was served first; cash payers are probably not allowed in the branch. The cleanliness doesn't look great, an employee came in from outside, took off his jacket and immediately touched the food, washing your hands is probably not that important.

Staff is a bit hectic and likes to set the tone for customers too. The terminal didn't really work because there was no longer a receipt roll in it. So paying was a bit difficult. But there are also helpful staff. There was a small Mallör at the next table but it was then immediately mopped up and cleaned. Otherwise, the food was great as always and it was comfortable to sit inside and outside. All in all it was okay to good.

A great facility with the app. Update: Was there again, ordered via app. When we got home it was discovered that the wrong sauce had been included and the large fries were not completely filled, rather a little more than a small bag. Was there after a concert, so the place was overloaded, not the restaurant's problem of course. However, when I got an error message when ordering in the cell phone app that said I should please contact an employee and I tried to do so, the manager yelled at me from the farthest corner, they are no longer taking orders. However, I had already paid for mine. Any attempt to explain my situation or speak to another employee was then stopped by him. Luckily I was able to cancel my order, but the experience was still stupid.

The best for a quick snack. Once a month I unabashedly treat myself to fast food, preferably when I'm out and about and hunger is clearly noticeable 😉

Hello dear Mc Donalds Germany. This is the second time I've had my Coke at Mc Drive and didn't get a straw. The first time, the lady who organized breakfast alone in the morning told me that they no longer had straws. Which is already hard to believe. And today I asked for a straw again. Then she told me that her bosses, the shift manager/owner, forbid her from giving out straws. You would only be able to do this with milkshakes. This is really annoying when driving. Can you tell/prescribe them to change that?

Today, October 31st, 2025, I drove past McDonald's at around 1:30 p.m. My daughter really wanted to go to McDonald's for certificates. The employee here was very unfriendly, no hello, no thank you, nothing. Stood at the checkout for 20 minutes to pay. My daughter said she never wanted to go to Mcdolands again because they were so unfriendly there. Lost customers.

Never eaten in such a dirty McDonalds. Service was sloppy when asked... toilets underground... tried to urinate while standing and didn't prepare anything. The psycho of this atmosphere gave me a stomach ache after eating and the food was heavy on my stomach.

It's cold, two of the four kiosks were malfunctioning, not printing order numbers. I ordered a big tasty sandwich with extra rosti sauce, I received a sandwich with only rosti sauce. The employee tried to convince me that I had what I ordered. At the end, she took the half-eaten sandwich from me and simply added the missing sauce to it. Drama.

The store was crowded. A group of people had taken over the seats near the pickup area, but apparently hadn't eaten anything in a long time, if at all. But the places are still occupied. The pickup number display didn't work, so staff had to call up the numbers. As a result, many people gathered near the counter to hear the verbal calls. It was loud. The staff tried hard, but could hardly stop the run. My burger was almost cold, which is probably due to the many orders. Apparently it was the only McDonald's nearby, the store was too small for that. My girlfriend then had a stomach ache and had a meal with fries, etc. (old frying fat?). I don't have to go there again.

Booked a children's birthday party 2 months ago. Were there yesterday and nothing was prepared. The reason given by the employees was that there was a change in the branch manager and no information was given. Unfortunately, nothing was done for the children's birthday party afterwards. Too bad.

Not suitable for vegetarians. Despite the Germany-wide McDonalds and Burgerking scandal from a year ago, this McDonalds cannot manage to separate plant-based nuggets and normal ones. In my order there were 8 plant based and 1 regular. This continues to be evidence of poor processes in the kitchen. I ordered something for once. Delivery arrived 90 minutes after the stated delivery time. Everything was just thrown in the bag so it looked more like a battlefield. In addition, a piece of one of the 2 Big Mac patties had simply been bitten off. That doesn't work at all! Food only gets 2 stars because the McFlurry saved it a bit.

Not only was everything in this McDonald's disgustingly dirty, my order was also a disaster. My Sprite was missing the Sprite syrup so it was just mineral water. A burger was also missing, the service was stroppy and very abusive when we asked for a straw. There wasn't much going on at all and there was more than enough staff. I would rather be hungry than set foot in this branch again.

And as almost always there are no milkshakes. So why is this shop so bad with its service? You really pay a lot for it .It was the very last time. 10/29/24 Update:: Giving another Chane is always good! After waiting about 5 minutes we were finally able to order but that was very good, the service at the drive was very friendly and understandable. The food came quite quickly, was very hot, to be honest, we know it differently and everything that was ordered was in the bag. It was much better this time., thank you!!

The three of us were there on a Tuesday, around lunchtime. The branch wasn't very busy either. Over the thumb, max 10 people who were already seated. Order terminal free, no one in front of us, everything was great. Nevertheless, the order took almost 10 minutes because everything was placed on the tray in stages. The lady at the checkout had to study what was written on the receipt again and again (and that's a good thing, so no mistakes happen), which unfortunately meant that the food was lukewarm to cold. The branch as a whole made a very dirty and untidy impression (tables not clean, garbage bin overflowing) and on the upper floor it was so cold that we kept our jackets on. Urgent work needs to be done to ensure that McDonald's guidelines are adhered to

The store was completely overcrowded due to the upcoming Aaylivah concert, but everyone who came after us had their food before us, sometimes within 5 minutes, while we had to wait 1.5 hours (others too) and only got something after we asked (COLD) because we were forgotten shows how disorganized the whole team is. By the way, it often happens when there's no concert coming up and the place isn't even nearly as full as it is today. Tables full of trash are also not uncommon, with leftover food scattered all over the store. Some of the staff were extremely rude. Concerts often take place here next door, so this shouldn't be an excuse! The lower floor looked the same.

Unfortunately I was disappointed again, I had just finished eating and unfortunately the 6 chicken nuggets and the sauces for everything were missing from one menu, 2x 6s, 1x 20ee chicken nuggets should have been with sweet and sour sauce and 2x mayo for the fries. In the future we will go to Laatzen Rethen again.

We came home from the concert at night and were really hungry. Then only the big M shone on the horizon. If you avoid these shops at all costs but are really hungry - then it's even tasty there. The people are super nice, even at this time of day - hats off to them.
