McDonald's in Laatzen

We were there today at 6:30 p.m. and ordered two menus, waited for about 20 minutes and ate on the upper floor. The menus were cold. I wonder if you wait that long, the menus must be cold like the top floor you had to leave your jackets on to avoid freezing to death, the tables weren't clean and the toilets also had paper towels were not on site. I can only say that the hygiene and the food have deteriorated significantly, it no longer has anything to do with McDonald's according to the advertising to do. We don't come here anymore. Just a shame for the money.

Unfortunately I was disappointed again, I had just finished eating and unfortunately the 6 chicken nuggets and the sauces for everything were missing from one menu, 2x 6s, 1x 20ee chicken nuggets should have been with sweet and sour sauce and 2x mayo for the fries. In the future we will go to Laatzen Rethen again.

We came home from the concert at night and were really hungry. Then only the big M shone on the horizon. If you avoid these shops at all costs but are really hungry - then it's even tasty there. The people are super nice, even at this time of day - hats off to them.

I think Germany's worst Mcdonald's - waited 30 minutes to order in the Mcdrive even though there were only 2 cars in front of you. Cold fries and burgers. Unfortunately not an isolated case.

Employees made a very overwhelmed impression.

It was far too busy with food out of the house, to serve customers in the store, very long waiting times and our order never appeared on the screen for collection. No tables were wiped down and they were, among other things, dirty with ketchup. We usually like MC Donald but not this time, the burger didn't taste good, had a weird taste.

There is definitely room for improvement here. If three employees stand on their feet even though the ordering machines have run out of receipts, the food is packed incorrectly or not at all (wrong burger, the sauces are simply forgotten) and all this with low utilization, then there is simply room for improvement.

It's actually a normal McDonald's, but it was apparently understaffed and orders via the app somehow didn't go through. The garbage overflowed and it was quite a mess. I have never seen such an unmotivated workforce in an MDdonalds! We had dinner there about 2 weeks ago. It was a weekday at 5 p.m. and the restaurant was almost empty. There were no signs for table service, you had to get the food yourself, which is still ok. The guest in front of us was already complaining that the napkins upstairs were empty. The employee at least put some on our tray. Unfortunately the burgers were almost cold. We ate them anyway. The chicken nuggets were totally hard. Everything was no longer fresh. I stayed for about 45 minutes to have a coffee. During that time there wasn't even an employee upstairs to clean up. No napkins, no towels in the toilet, garbage on the floor, the tray carts full, the tables dirty. The employees would have had enough time to fix all of this, but apparently no one wanted to. I complained to the boss, but she wasn't really interested in my complaint and just mumbled a half-hearted apology. I have never seen such a poorly run McDonalds! I won't eat there anymore.

2 stars for McDonald's Karlsruher Str. in Laatzen Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's on Karlsruher Str. in Laatzen was disappointing. We only ordered coffee and it was served in paper cups, even though we wanted to consume it in the restaurant. When I asked if we could get the coffee in the cups provided, we received an unfriendly answer: "We no longer serve in porcelain, but only like that." In addition, the tables and the floor were not clean, which further spoiled the overall impression. The two dish return carts were also overcrowded, which made the atmosphere even more unpleasant. This experience was very disappointing and leaves me with the impression that there is little emphasis on cleanliness and customer service. Therefore, unfortunately I cannot recommend this location.

There were no signs for table service there were no servings in the containers. Wherever you put the tablet, everything is full even though there were no gestures and the employees had nothing to do. There is no toilet paper in the toilets and the chicken burger pattie was cold, rock hard and tasted old. In my opinion the rancidest McDonald's I have ever eaten in. Never here again!

Simply underground, -1! Received cold curly fries from the restaurant manager, but got new ones after complaining. The whole store is full of dirty trays, dirty tables... and the employees are bored behind the counter drinking coke and chatting. Then the men's toilet... I've never experienced that before. There was a smell that made your eyes water. In the urinals you first have to knock out the urine stone with a hammer and chisel... I have never seen a public toilet so dirty. After complaining to the restaurant management, all I got was... not again. So the problem is known and nothing is being done. When will the health department or trade inspectorate take care of this? This is not a condition. McDonald's used to be a flagship for clean toilets. I don't even want to know what it looks like in other rooms like the kitchen and storage. I will never enter the shop again!

A great facility with the app. Update: Was there again, ordered via app. When we got home it was discovered that the wrong sauce had been included and the large fries were not completely filled, rather a little more than a small bag. Conclusion: You should check the contents of the bag on site, because who is going back? Nobody! 01/12/23 was there again, order placed. Mc Ripp Menu (drink, fries, MC nuggets, sauces and the rib) and MC Chicken. Yes, when we got home the surprise came! The nuggets and the sauces were missing. My mistake, I didn't check right away. In retrospect, I don't think there's anything you can do except be annoyed. May 2024: been there again and everything worked.

I've been to every McDonald's in Hanover and have never had to wait longer than 4 minutes for a citizen. In Laatzen they have forgotten to pack 1-2 parts of my order several times. Then I called, drove there, got my missing citizens and a voucher for the next visit. Today I wanted to redeem the voucher and the woman refused to accept the voucher. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order. There were 2 fries, 1 big Mac and 2 double cheeseburgers. Plus a chicken cheese box and a chicken citizen. The chicken citizen wasn't in the bag, I left the €2.29 behind and left the store. I'll tear up the voucher. And I will never go to this McDonald's again and I'm extremely disappointed.

The waiting times in the branch are really horrible. 3/4 hour for 4 burgers🫠 Money back because you don't want to wait, it's not

I pre-ordered online and paid with a credit card. This was allegedly rejected. The card reader didn't work in the drive through and we had to go inside. After trying several times, the card worked. After a long wait, I only received part of my order. Half of it was missing, so I got back in. The sauce came without a lid. I also ordered 2 coffees. One of them was supposed to have a caramel shot, which I paid extra for. As I sat in the car and tried it, I noticed that none of the coffees had caramel. The fact that the food was cold and I didn't get any points was probably the least of the problems...

The greasy and dirtiest McDonald's in Germany. How can this store still exist? The food was ice cold, all the cars were full, the toilets were in an absolutely disgusting condition. All the tables were dirty and greasy. The wannabe boss who's running around does absolutely nothing. He stands around stupidly and thinks he's the boss from Hanover. Boy, that's a McDonald's... you're not Babo. Only the red-haired lady is trying everything to keep this shop running... just make sure you get out of there and start in a sensible shop.

I'm very disappointed, my last 2 visits there were just bad. The staff quickly became overwhelmed and stressed. Thanks to a slightly larger order from me, I had enough time to take a long look at it. Many of the products I ordered were ready for a long time and were under this heat lamp for a long time, but some were also just left there. Our cold drinks were made very early on so that when we received them the ice cubes had melted and the drink tasted very watery. The "Iced Coffee" and our milkshake were also made early, I think they should only do that when everything else is ready. I think I had to wait an extremely long time and that was probably mainly because they didn't manage to make my chicken nuggets. As I said, the two people who worked at the front and the counter were overwhelmed, but with all the staff further back you had the feeling that they were bored. Funny combination. Then I was so happy that I was able to order the iced coffee in caramel because I'm not a chocolate fan... but I don't know what I got. I think it's a shame that I didn't try it on site but only at home. In any case, it contained 0 caramel and 0 coffee, I'm 100% sure of that. There was a blob of chocolate sauce on the still visible cream, which shouldn't be there. But the whole thing only tasted like a bit of chocolate but not even really like a chocolate shake. Unidentifiable for me. Then we got a lot less sauce than we should have because of the fries and nuggets. As I said, we are very disappointed and do not recommend this branch to anyone.

I ordered at 4:49 p.m. and the food wasn't ready until 5:19 p.m....when I asked an employee to speak to the branch manager, he just said he wasn't there. It's funny that the office door was left open by the branch manager. Then I asked for compensation, but it wasn't even addressed!!!...The order was also incorrect, so I had to ask again why there were no drinks, even though they were on the receipt...then I received them . The staff seems totally overwhelmed and not exactly trained. A number of customers also left after they also had to wait so long. Then there aren't even table numbers or serving trays here....Statement from the employee, we don't have anything like that!!! How can something like that be??? One of the most disgusting McDonalds I have ever seen. Nuggets and fries were cold, there was garbage everywhere, toilets were dirty. The order took too long.

I repeatedly make the mistake of ordering coffee there: it's totally WATERY. When ordering, you have to say for EVERY PART that you want it to be reusable in an environmentally conscious way (and don't change your mind after the second coffee). The McMuffin Bacon & Egg this morning was - and I discovered this too late - EGGLESS... Exactly, THE EGG WAS MISSING.

First you need 20 minutes in the drive-in until the food is ready and then you get cold burgers, burnt rolls and no napkins for both menus! So when we went in and asked for new burgers, only Plum replied that that couldn't be the case. After a clear statement that the employee was welcome to test it herself, one TS was thrown away and remade and the two Big Macs were simply warmed up and repackaged again!!! The health department should stop by here. I've never experienced anything like that! Impossible!!!! Never again and absolutely not recommended!!!

Sat 11pm at McDrive. After ordering, it took a while until someone showed up at the checkout. What followed was competent incompetence. Only two customers in front of us, waiting time until it was our turn another 20 minutes. Then the wrong order was handed over, another wait, now the food was right, drinks were wrong. Now we're already nervous and excited to bite into the food to find out that everything is cold and only suitable for the bin. Not to mention the 35 minutes of wasted life, it is a disgrace to deliver such performance for the overpriced food.
