A motorway MC, it's often quite busy. Otherwise, the usual MC experience. Restrooms, as is often the case, are very cramped.

Rarely have I met such chaotic and unfriendly people.

more people, less machines would be good! The service was on point, but service is understaffed, how is the poor guy at the counter supposed to provide table service on his own: here the human resource is optimally exploited. Unfortunately, ordering is only possible at the terminal.

Was there at breakfast time and it wasn't that busy. I ordered at the terminal and wanted to pay in cash. For what felt like 10 minutes, employees kept coming near the checkout, but I was ignored the whole time. In addition, some of the pancakes I ordered were still cold inside. Thumbs down...

McDonald's, the food was cold, not recommended.

Food was good, 1:44am ordered 3 ice creams for friends. At 2:11 I am told that the ice machine is off. If you don't do that it's just not fair and just give the money back without an apology and wait for 30 minutes... Otherwise it was good there.

Endlessly long waiting times at the drive in!

Garbage macdonald. Waited for 30 minutes. No apology, just attitude. The food was lukewarm and didn't taste good enough for how long we had to wait. This mac should close. Don't go here!

Incredibly slow... Over 20 minutes of waiting for a McMuffin and a coffee

FOOD POISONING AFTER VISIT. Me and my colleague both had food poisoning after visiting this branch. Avoid at all costs! Will be reported to the responsible office.

4 orders, 4 of which were completely wrong

Were there on Thursday. Unfortunately a dirty place. The floor and seating are definitely not cleaned regularly here. Only two ordering stations in operation. It probably has a system when I read the other reviews here. The burgers were good, the fries were fried in oil for far too long, meaning they were very brown, almost burnt. All in all, it's better to get something to eat at the gas station next door. Update April 14, 2025: Were here again by mistake. And it wasn't until I wanted to write the review that we realized we'd been here before. Well... Unfortunately the situation hasn't changed. The fries were again very brown. So either fried for too long or old oil! Employees trotting around unmotivated. The order was shown as ready for pickup and I still had to wait another 5 minutes. There's probably a system here so that you can look good in the statistics when it comes to the time it takes to prepare it.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering lunch at the restaurant at 1 p.m. Unfortunately helplessly overwhelmed. Waited an hour for the food. Even every busy restaurant is faster. Definitely not recommended at meal times. We weren't the only guests who had to experience this. The displeasure was great. Only after asking could you pick up the food yourself. However, not completely yet. Under no circumstances should you use table service. What unfortunately also needs to be confirmed are the conditions of the toilets. Rarely have we seen something so dirty.

Disastrous service, 50 minutes of waiting to eat fast food! Avoid if you are in a hurry! Plus we eat cold because some foods wait 15 minutes on the tray for the rest to be ready. A shame! And you pay 25 cents extra to have water in a happy meal!

Worst McDonalds experience ever... we just wanted to go to the bathroom and while I was there my husband ordered some snacks and a coffee. We spent half an hour waiting there - at first our order was immediately set to "ready for collection", which confused us and all the following waiting customers and repeatedly triggered questions that no one could answer in German. Then there were several customers in front of us who were missing something, orders were completed individually and then mixed up, and despite checking with us, we found out in the car that the sugar for the coffee was still missing. It's stupid when you're back on the highway. Absolute chaos there, avoid if possible…

Always forget to eat with small and large orders

The worst branch I've ever seen in my life! And believe me, I've seen a lot. A complete mess, filthy beyond belief. This place would take away even the appetite of a hungry truck driver... Avoid at all costs.

Errors on the order and no towels provided. Employee handling coffees and ice creams not very efficient.

Underground, dirty toilets and the classic, no cafe from the portafilter machine. When asked, rude and arrogant. Short and sweet. Pretty dirty shop.

Total disappointment and unfortunately the worst Big Mac menu in a long time!! Everything warmed up even though there was nothing going on in the restaurant. The fries were flaky and soft and the Mac had probably been on the warming bench for a while - lukewarm on the outside and cold on the inside. The highlight - now only cheap salad mayonnaise like at Burger King - which is why I avoid that. So no more McDonald’s for the near future.

There are no: hot apple cake, ice cream

So there's almost something different here. I was there on Sunday morning. I ordered at 9:29 a.m., I was almost alone here, the parking lot was almost empty. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee. Every baker would be faster, even the Aral next door. Cannot recommend anyone to eat or order here. All the employees seem to be sleeping and have absolutely no desire. The service isn't even worth a star.

I've never seen a McDonald's so clean.

Three times in a row: order placed. Order clicked away on the display as picked up, even though it wasn't even prepared yet. Apparently it's a strategy. With everything that follows: You wait forever, 2 out of 3 times I got something different, and the orders are not processed in order.

Unfortunately no recommendation. The apple turnover and fries were missing. Since we drove on straight away, we didn't discover the missing things until later. We complained directly to McDonalds. They forwarded the complaint to the restaurant manager. He apologized and wanted to send us a voucher. This never arrived. Even when we asked, including at headquarters, we didn't get an answer. Too bad.

Just skip this one. Service is quite slow, but in particular the food is not good. Pretty okay to ruin McDonalds, but cold old fries, no lettuce on your sandwich, forgot ketchup. This one isn't good. And if you have a break along the way, this is unfortunately very disappointing. So let's move on to the next one

I was bullied hard about my Pokemon card, I don't understand how you can forget something like that, it's small things, I can't just forget something in my job, otherwise there's nothing to say, McD is just McD. Everything's fine so far, but kids want something like that and if they open it and there's nothing inside, it's bananas.

The burgers were flattened as if someone had sat on them, the wrapp, although replaced, was disgusting.

Food typical McDonald's. Unfortunately the service and preparation are not. All the sauces were missing from a happy meal of the quetschie. There was no bacon on the big tasty bacon. The food was only lukewarm and the waiting time was about 25 minutes, even though the restaurant was only half full. Furthermore, the tables were dirty.

We were there after 10pm and it was super clean. The hamburgers and fries are hot. The management always ensured clean tables. Toilet also clean.

We waited for our food for over an hour. During this time, I tried several times to find out what was happening with our order - to no avail. Complete lack of communication skills from the staff.

I waited an hour for my order to be canceled

The service was more than terrible. How can one wait 71 minutes for their order. The order was finally received after reapeted asking to the employee at the counter, the same happened to at least 30 other people that came with us although new orders were taken and realised.

Wow - I have rarely experienced such unfriendly service. That was the third time that I was annoyed by the behavior of the employees there - at ins. 3 visit... This time I couldn't even get rid of my order...

A big disappointment. Worst Mcdonalds I've ever seen. Terrible service from a dark-haired girl. The order took a long time and he was mocking. The place was so dirty that I took the package to eat elsewhere. I won't be back.

It took them over 17 minutes to bring our food to then find out both cutlery for the salad and napkins were missing. The screen for kids was not working

Nice and hardworking staff. However, the restaurant urgently needs to be rebuilt to cope with the rush that is always there. Too few toilets, too few tables. Cleanliness falls by the wayside and you are just stressed.

This was by far the worst Mcdonalds I’ve visited. We ordered cheeseburgers, fries and coffee. The cheeseburgers were messy, fries were cold and felt like gum - definitely not what you’d expect from McDonald’s. The restaurant itself was in poor condition, with trash scattered all over the place. There was no hand soap in the restroom and the hand dryer wasn’t working. Overall, this location was a huge letdown.

A nice clean and welcoming place

We were at the drive in today around 2:45 p.m. Our order was received very friendly. We had a nice short conversation when paying. The food was well packaged, even the fries stayed in their bags. It was warm and fresh. A happy new year was also wished... what more could you want ☺️ Thank you

Off rush hour: 20+mins of waiting for 2 meals - arrived cold (people ordered after us waited 30+ mins). After we have decided to order coffee to go - 25 mins of waiting. Some processes seems to be broken…if you can skip this station - better do - or count with a delay

I can understand the previous ratings, especially regarding missing items after ordering: Ordered around 2045, food received around 2055. Dessert was missing (apple turnover), but will be served in two minutes. Left at 2105, without dessert. Poor performance. Luckily it was just a prize from a competition. If I had paid for dessert, I would be mad right now.

I never liked McDonalds. We were there to drink coffee and I have to say I need to change my perspective. The chain is starting to make efforts to no longer produce as much waste as before. We were therefore able to drink our coffees with porcelain cups. I prefer that, plus it produces less waste. The service is great. I removed one star because the breakfast choice is still North American with a lot of fat. For WiFi: you have to connect with the Deutsche Telekom network and naturally it didn't work. So an improvement, but I will only go there for a coffee break.

Help, what is that? Completely misorganized. Staff is having fun, but nothing else is going on. Never heard of hygiene. If we hadn't gotten it to go I would have gone back to complain. Nuggets were dry and cold. Absolute impudence

It was nothing but slow and dirty

Always long waiting times. Immediately after ordering, your number will be displayed for collection. Unfortunately, you still have to wait a while. I suspect they are trying to trick the system to show someone at the Indian headquarters (facts) how quickly they serve customers.

What bothers me is that, despite supposedly checking, toilet paper was missing from the men's toilet. In the meantime, the quality of the toilet has improved and, as a disabled person, I was helped to get to the toilet.

Mr. Bartłomiej is most kindest and helpful person. I haven’t met better service in MCDonald’s then his.

Good and fast service, clean and nice

I accidentally left my wallet behind. An honest visitor had kindly handed it over to the cashier. Many thanks to the honest finder and the friendly local staff!

Very unfriendly staff only opens at 7:04 instead of 7 and only because I called. Then I asked very nicely if they only had breakfast and all 3 employees coldly ignored me.

Tables dirty, during my stay of over 45 minutes 2 tables were dirty. None of the tables were cleaned during this time. There was enough staff, the restaurant was visited by about 10 people.

As expected, food & service were 100% and great (hence the 2 stars). HOWEVER: the background noise from the kitchen equipment was horrible. Ongoing beeping from various sources made me nauseous. Do not know how staff manage! Also, only 2 small toilet stalls at a big McDonalds at a busy Autobahn rest stop and no self cleaning toilet rings or disinfectants in the stalls? Result was terrible. Stop somewhere else.

Only 9 guests in the restaurant. And the staff doesn't have time to clean! Tables dirty. Seat cushion dirty! There are fries under free tables. Even during table service, leftover food on the tables is ignored. I then left this branch again without eating!

McDonald's should check the toilets more often during busy times! No soap or toilet paper available 😏 When I told the staff, I only received a tired smile.

The manager threw the citizen on the floor just because she was overwhelmed. Then she ran away crying. In addition, the store was overloaded, only because there was a bus, you couldn't complain because there was no money. Not cool

First time I've tried to give a rating to a McDonald's but here I had to, it's such a shame! The toilets are dirty and puked, an infection. The restaurant room is disgusting, you drag sauce under your shoes. No more towels in the only dispenser. No more toys for happy meals, More than books in German, still ok but not great. In summary when returning from Europapark we will avoid this McDonald's for sure and I recommend that you do the same.

Cold citizens and nobody speaks German

The citizen and fries were cold and the citizen fell apart. Never had such a bad citizen. We don't go there anymore.

The women's toilet can only be used if you fight your gag reflex after entering. She was in such a state that after washing my hands, I wiped the soles of my shoes with damp toilet paper before going out. Otherwise it would be too disgusting for me to get into the car.

McDonald's on the highway. Always busy so waiting times are slightly longer. In return you always get freshly prepared food. The staff really tries hard at peak times. Despite the many visitors, it is always clean.

I ordered a bacon scrambled egg wrap for breakfast and a colleague ordered a scrambled egg cheese wrap. His wrap was lukewarm and mine wasn't even warm, or at refrigerator temperature in places. Furthermore, both wraps were simply swapped and I ate his while wondering where the bacon was. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Conclusion: Given the high prices for such meals, I would be happy about the real food and preferably warm. 2 stars for the food because it was still okay.

Food was good. Drinks had no taste? I hope the syrup was accidentally empty. If you look at it positively, it was the first cola without any sugar.

Newly designed outdoor area is nice to sit. Toilets can be used without an access key.

Everything is disgustingly dirty, the tables are dirty, you could barely eat because of the flies, I don't even think what could have gone into the kitchen... I heard that the staff spoke Hungarian, so when they brought it out, I politely thanked them in Hungarian, and then they threw the tray there and left... I couldn't believe the toilet! It was so disgusting that an abandoned highway toilet is cleaner than this! It's a shame that this...

Terrible McDonald's. Outside, ALL chairs are broken and there is little place to sit. Unfortunately, like everywhere in Germany, there is a lot of smoking on the terrace. Staff was slow and clumsy. Order was not delivered correctly

Well, somehow McDonald's is slowing down pretty much everywhere, but this one is even faster.

Unfortunately an absolute disaster. At 4:20 p.m., so not a real rush hour and still completely dirty, overwhelmed and impossible staff. The women's toilet only consisted of a functioning toilet and a huge queue in front of it. Even at the end of 2019, orders were only accepted at the checkout and it took forever. All employees present were completely overwhelmed by the simplest processes and they even argued loudly in front of the customers. Because we had to wait forever, we got back in the car and placed the order at MC Drive. Two Mc Chicken Classic, one cold and one, that's no exaggeration, could really have been from the day before. Cold, some of the bread was completely hard from keeping it warm, the salad was brownish and the taste of the meat was disgusting. At the MC Nuggets we ordered the sauce twice, were then asked for it again at the counter and it was still forgotten. The fries were soggy, not completely fried and cold. We won't be going to McDonald's again for a long time...
