Unfortunately, it was far too crowded, resulting in total chaos. The food at McDonald's has definitely been better before.

I go there so rarely, but when I do, there's always something wrong. They always forget which burger or sauce, and sometimes the drinks are wrong. Last time, Happy Meal had books, and you could select which one your child wanted using the app. I got the wrong book and asked if there were any others. The woman at the drive-thru didn't even hear my question and clearly said no. Behind her, her colleague opened a box with other books. We can't really collect things properly if there are always limits.

...If you need something quickly, then you just do it. Personally, I don't know anyone who actually likes it or who goes there intentionally.

I've rarely experienced anything like this; almost everything was done wrong. We ordered the new chipotle sauce and got a different one instead—okay, that's overlooked. The McFlurry was only half-filled and then melted—maybe it wasn't so clever to prepare that first. And then the highlight: because my girlfriend doesn't eat meat, she ordered the !Plant! Honey Mustard Wrap and just got a regular one. Added bonus: my burger was just carelessly thrown together in a heap. So sorry, but for almost €30, you really expect more. In the end, we had to hand over the almost-full tray because we lost our appetite.

We drove into the McDrive on October 10th shortly before 3 p.m. Apparently, McDonald's no longer adheres to the six-step service process—neither when greeting customers, nor when naming the price, nor when saying goodbye. They seem to be skimping on the pickles when preparing their burgers. Previously, there were two pickles on the hamburger and cheeseburger, but now there's only one. The iced tea was completely watery. McDonald's definitely used to be better, but it's nowhere near what it used to be, so I can't recommend it.

Anyone looking for a plant-based option for eating out with friends can save themselves the trip here. By eliminating the McPlant without replacement, McDonald's has slammed the door on anyone who chooses not to eat meat for ethical, environmental, or taste reasons. The message is clear: diversity in the circle of friends is not welcome here. ​This decision is not only a slap in the face to paying customers, but also completely ignores the responsibility a global corporation bears for animal welfare and the environment. While other companies are trying to offer sustainable solutions, McDonald's is cementing its reputation as an industrial giant of yesterday. ​In the future, we will spend our money where everyone is welcome and where "sustainability" is more than just an empty phrase in the marketing department. One star is for honest communication through actions: certain customers are simply no longer welcome here.

Unfortunately, I'm noticing that the Villingen branch is getting filthier each time. Whether it's the orderliness or the cleanliness of the entire store... it's a shame... I'd rather go to the drive-thru, then I won't see it.

Today I specifically asked again if everything was really in the package, and the maple burger was still missing... Very bad experience at McDonald's Today I placed a small order and paid €18 for it. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my food. After waiting so long, I went to the cashier to ask where my order was. The manager told me he didn't know where my order was and even accused me of simply stealing a license plate to get free food. That was extremely disrespectful. After a long discussion, the cashier finally found my order in the system. Then I received a completely inedible meal—it tasted like it was two days old. No apology, no explanation, absolutely nothing. The manager showed no interest or respect for the customers. I wasted an hour of my day and was treated badly for it. You really can't call this fast food anymore.

Standard McDonald's food... No better or worse than anywhere else. Products that are already out of stock are still being sold! The employees here are completely overwhelmed. The line at the McDrive goes all the way to the entrance. I thought I'd come in, place my order at the terminal, and then waited five minutes at the checkout just to pay (I was standing there alone). That's when the term "fast food" takes on a whole new meaning. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my food. There wasn't a single napkin on the tray. All iced drinks are unavailable, and a standard McMeal costs €12. This was probably my first and last visit here. Finally, one positive thing: the fries were still hot and the bag was full, which isn't something you'd take for granted these days.

The fries are of poor quality, more like those you'd get from a bad food truck or a sports field. Definitely not up to the standard of other McDonald's like those in Zimmer and Sulz. The Dyson-derivative in the restroom only delivers cold air. When asked, they say it's always been this way. There are no paper towels in the restroom either. Ironic that this is sold as "sustainable" when you save on paper in the restroom, but all food, from hamburgers to beverage cups, is packaged in paper and cardboard.

So, anyone who queues up at the McDrive as usual and waits patiently until their order is taken will be in for a surprise: Only at the order counter do they learn that only cash payments are accepted. This means they're standing in line the whole time for nothing – because if you don't have cash on you, you simply can't pay and therefore can't order anything. To top it all off, they ask you if you have any cash on you – before your order is even taken. The whole thing is really a bad joke. McDonald's is just getting "better" all the time...

It's always the same, the food is good, but the prices are also for a fast food place.

I went with the girl specifically for the Mario Kart toy from Happy Meal. I ordered and with the order came the surprise, instead of Mario Kart I received a plastic animal from the previous offers. I asked if there was a problem with the current toy (Mario Kart), one of the employees told me that they no longer had it and that's why I got the old toy. I just want to mention that there were two slightly older employees in this branch yesterday, only one taller with glasses and the other shorter. At the beginning we were totally happy, but the last few times there was always something missing, especially with the Happy Meal. We haven't had any toys in it three times in a row, and you just slap the food on top, which is a real shame, especially more salad if you don't feel like it work or there is too much going on then you should take your time to finish an order and then properly so that nothing is missing, let alone that the Curly Friesians are finished. After 4 years again in a McDonald's. Orders now only take place via terminals, so you first have to find your way around. Almost no customer contact. You can find menus straight away, but things get complicated when it comes to individual combinations. Ordered McRip with fries and mayo, drink OJ. Pay €7.49 with card, no problem. The "fries" were very reminiscent of pepper sticks from a bag - when McDonald's opened its first stores in Germany in the 1970s, they had the best fries in the world! The McRip was also juicier and tastier on my last visit! I think I might check back in another 4 years.

After a lot of patience and the last 5 visits, I now have to give a review. Actually, if you decide to go to Mc'D on a Sunday (like today), you should be happy about the food you ordered. Unfortunately, this was not the case on the last 5 visits to this restaurant. (I have to mention that we always go to the drive) Let's start with order number 5: Ordered via the app, pulled up at the drive, mentioned everything, paid and then picked up. After a short wait we got the order and went home. Everything was unpacked there and all the sauces (ketchup, mayo + 2x sweet and sour) and a cheeseburger plain were missing, so the disappointment was of course great. Continue with order number 4: Also since the same scenario, when we arrived home the fries, 2x mayo + 2x ketchup and a McChicken Classic were missing, the disappointment was great again. Order No.3: Same thing again, the cherry bag was missing at home, 2x double cheeseburger plain and 1 vio still water (+0.25€ deposit) are of course included. Order No.2: Exactly the same, at home as always the sauces (sweet and sour, sour cream + ketchup) were only missing this time. Order No.1: Also done everything before, arrived home and got a completely different burger instead of a BigTasty Bacon. Great disappointment again. Conclusion: I understand a lot of things and it's okay if you forget something, we're all human and make mistakes, but the last 5 times? A pure disaster. When asked each time, despite receipts or the order history in the app (saved as a screenshot), the answer was always "we're not allowed to give that out anymore." or the waitresses at the drive didn't understand us (because they didn't have a good knowledge of German) or "um, I have no idea “I personally find it sad. We actually like coming to the Mc'D in Villingen, but we're slowly becoming so disappointed after these 5 incidents that we're already considering not coming at all if we ever want to come. Even if you try to call the branch, either no one answers the phone or you abruptly hang up. It's actually a shame that guests are accommodated in such a way (not at all or with such statements).
