The burgers are tiny, but delicious.

Very clean restaurant, food is good and hot.

I have eaten a hot burger for the first time in a long time and it was very tasty. The Star Burger is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I gave kochlöffel a chance twice. Twice there was a hair on the burger, which is truly disgusting.

Bring plenty of time. I was there for about 40 minutes, even though it wasn't busy, for fries and two hamburgers.

Microwave fries DISGUSTING but the people who work there are nice

Fries are great but burgers are okay, the meat is terrible... and some of the food has been lying around for a long time, at least 30 burgers in one pile.

The food was miserable, the fries were greasy, the cheeseburger was disgusting and the drink was catastrophic. I ordered a Spezi which tasted like orange juice and the prices were excessive 😡🤮.

Food was good. Staff was friendly and everything was perfect.

We waited 20 minutes and, to top it off, received rubbery, cold fries and a dry cheeseburger. What a disaster. Even the worst McDonald's can't compare to this place. This was our first and last time.

Computer ordering for 2 people was impossible. Complaining was pointless. 3 conditions were all overwhelmed. ...with 2 customers, tssss. One napkin for 2 customers, no cloth to wipe after eating the chicken. Bottom line, a shame 😩

This is a German version of Fast Food chain! I really liked the new renovation of the restaurant and also their new Menus. Best burger in Town for me, lot of options and also their chicken wings are great! Im considering this same as McDonald’s! And its very accessible because its in the Downtown Villingen! 👍🏼

Kochlöffel has finally reopened after over 3 years under new management. The manager is the same old and still the same 😉 Atmosphere: Everything is new, modernly furnished, with plenty of space right up to the back. Highlight: The backrest. Those ordering takeout or simply wanting to wait can lean against it and relax a bit until their order is ready. TOP customer service 👍 Staff: With a new staff, including the same restaurant manager as before. Everyone is very friendly and the food is prepared quickly. Preparation: Professional and fast, everyone has their own area, and it works great 👍 Ordering process at the cash register/terminal The ordering terminal works perfectly, unfortunately. "Card payment only" is available. Here, you can enter everything you want without stress, with all the extras. Whether you order at the terminal or the cash register, after payment, you receive the receipt with the order number. As soon as the food is ready, the number is called out. Food/Quality/Taste The Starburger 🌟🍔 is truly the star among burgers. A truly filling burger pettie, nice and thick, you can taste the meat, well topped with: 🥬🍅🧅🥒🧀 & mayonnaise, a toasted, soft burger bun, it all goes together perfectly, and the first bite is a burst of flavor. The large, thick slice of tomato rounds it all off even more. It could, however, have a bit more onion, which should be more noticeable. For me, one of the classic best burgers at 👨‍🍳🥄 Cheeseburger 👎 a real disappointment, the burger pettie is so thin, you can measure it with a caliper. The crispy chicken 👎 was also a sad disappointment. 100% chicken patty so thin you could measure it with a caliper, topped with iceberg lettuce and mayonnaise, that's about it. If it were a hot dog, I'd say: A very sad sausage 😅 Conclusion: If you're in the mood for fast food, Kochlöffel is a good choice. Kochlöffel 👨‍🍳🥄 has always been worth a visit. They simply have the best seasoned fries 🍟 the chicken is uniquely seasoned with the Kochlöffel seasoning mix, pure enjoyment. What I don't like so much: The supposedly budget-friendly menus—where do you save money? You don't save anywhere! The individual price is significantly cheaper compared to a meal (e.g., the 🌟🍔 for €12.50), meaning paying €16.60 for my three burgers and large fries is more than great. Why should I get a drink when Müller is around the corner?! The burger parties, consisting of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and crispy chicken, are ridiculously thin. Now I understand why there's the option to order a ddp patty [nothing but a marketing strategy]. Now everything's clear to me (except for the 🌟🍔, where the meat is nice and thick, and you can really taste it). Not exactly customer-friendly, which makes it all the more sad that you're charged extra for everything, like a small blob of ketchup in the corner for 0.50 cents, which is unfair and not nice☝️, or a takeaway bag for 0.20 cents.

We went to Kochlöffel on Saturday. We would like to give the food 0 stars. After a quick order, the food was already ready. - but what we got was outrageous for over €45. Burgers that couldn't have been topped with less love, soggy salad, and only lukewarm from the warming counter. Portion of curly fries that left a lot to be desired, a tiny bit of curry sauce for just under 50 cents. The end of the story: The next day, you're lying there with nasty food poisoning and wishing you hadn't made the visit... and no, that's where the fun ends for us, because we had our 2-year-old daughter with us, and we certainly won't spend money on a "second chance" in the hope that things will be better. Unfortunately, the children's play area was also very poorly designed, with no toys, and in these temperatures, they didn't even think it was necessary to turn on the air conditioning, which caused a lot of noise from the grills and the like. It was unpleasantly hot and you sweated while eating. It's a shame, the old cooking-spoons feeling isn't there anymore.

I have to say, I was really pleasantly surprised. The food was good, the prices were reasonable, the staff were friendly, and the place was comfortably decorated. Definitely a nice change from all the other fast-food giants. 👌🏻

Very rude service... I ordered one serving of mayonnaise, one serving of ketchup, and one serving of sweet and sour sauce. I got two servings of ketchup and one serving of mayo. When I asked her about it, she very rudely said I got two servings of ketchup and one serving of mayonnaise. Also, my fries were swimming in ketchup. It was inedible.

It's a real shame... some of the staff are really unfriendly. I can understand if you're having a stressful day, but it's a shame that you don't even get a friendly hello when you walk in. The food was actually pretty good, but I wish they'd at least put a blanket over the sauce when packing the food, because otherwise everything would leak out.

The ambiance of the new Kochlöffel is modern and very appealing. Unfortunately, the food only looks good in the pictures. I was very disappointed with my "Chicken Box" for just under €10. I would have expected a few more fries, and the toppings on the burger are beyond cheeky! Five small pieces of lettuce and the chicken are barely enough for half the burger bun. Especially since most of the burgers are already pre-made in the hot counter, where they're warm, but anything but fresh and crispy. I won't be eating here again!

It was quick, the decor is nice. The lamps hang too low. There's a Lego plate in the play area, but no Lego. The chicken tastes good, the hamburger is OK, but the cheeseburger is simply disappointing. In my opinion, it's not worth a second visit!

☆☆ I visited the newly opened branch today and I'm really very satisfied! The food was delicious – I ordered at the terminal, and my order was prepared surprisingly quickly. If you'd prefer, you can also order from a member of staff at the counter the traditional way ☆☆ Although not everything is running perfectly yet (which is completely normal after a new opening), the employees are consistently friendly, helpful, and dedicated. I have great respect for that – after all, they're only human, not machines ☆☆ ☆☆ I'm very happy that Kochlöffel is back – welcome back! For me personally, it's even better than the big M or similar. The branch is modern, clean, and very attractively designed. I'll definitely be back ☆☆

The chicken nuggets weren't cooked through, but were raw and inedible. I ended up with a stomach ache and food poisoning. The fries were soggy and just swimming in sauce. The portion was small. The hamburgers, however, were still acceptable. We still waited 30 minutes for our food and were really disappointed. The employee with the southern appearance was very unfriendly and not customer-oriented.

Hello I'm really happy that Kochlöffel has reopened. I was there on the first day, of course. The decor is modern. Unfortunately, I saw that they're closed on Sundays and public holidays, which I find unfortunate. Kochlöffel used to be open every day, and the opening hours were different, too. But it's still great that you're back. 👍👍

We were here yesterday for the reopening. Of course, we understand that it's busy on the first day and that it's certainly a bit overwhelming for the employees. However, this could have been better coordinated internally. First, the order numbers were called out, but then you had to show the slip at the pickup counter on your own initiative. In our opinion, the kitchen was far too small for the rush, which apparently just caused the employees to get in each other's way. We got our food later due to the organization, which, as I said, isn't bad for the first day. What we got, however, was cold food. The fries we received were mostly leftovers. Very disappointing. The worst part, however, came after the visit. We both got stomachaches! My toilet has been my faithful companion since yesterday. Conclusion: We won't be coming back. WHAT A BAD PITY!

Super friendly and welcoming staff, and the food was also excellent. The reopening was a success. I'm happy to have a Kochlöffel restaurant in Villingen again. 🫶

The food is tasty but the price-performance ratio is rather mediocre and the lady who was on duty was very unfriendly. It's a shame, because wooden spoons can be different...

Very tasty food and nice service

Villingen is a romantic little town that everyone should visit at least once. An old Zähringer town with a romantic flair. There's a lot to discover. The town center is ideal for walking, shopping, and relaxing. I really enjoy being there and feel completely at home—there's no rush, which is good for all of us. Go and experience it for yourself 👍 and the view of the Miau is fun.

I hope that there will be a cooking spoon there again, even after the fire on Monday, the food is always delicious and I would be happy if the cooking spoon is rebuilt.

Vegi-Menü: Die Pommes waren sehr knusprig, aber mit etwas zu viel Pommessalz (mit Paprikagewürz) gewürzt. Das Patty des Vegi-Burgers wurde in der Fritteuse gebraten und hatte dadurch an Geschmack verloren - schade!

Vrlo ljubazni sa zaslugom, cene su pristupačne i priroda je božanstvena.

Sehr nette freundliche Damen arbeiten dort. Sie bleiben mega cool und freundlich selbst beim größten Andrang. Preislich sind sie ok. Pommestüte für 2.50 € gerade für die Schüler die Mittags kommen ein fairer Preis bei der Größe der Portion.

Gegrilltes Hänschen ist bestes was die haben

Leider wurden die Vegetarischen Burger wiederholt auf dem Grill vergessen… Ansonsten Top

Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen gut, genauso wie man es von Kochlöffel erwartet. Alles okay. Man darf ja auch nicht vergessen, dass es nur eine Fastfood - Kette ist.

Kalte Pommes, Ketchup hat Sauer geschmeckt. Das war schonmal viel besser

Essen war sehr lecker allerdings war das Personal zur Stoßzeit überfordert und hat fast bei jeder Bestellung irgendwas vergessen oder war falsch...

Na Ja, der Hunger treibts rein, der Geiz behälts drin.

Haben jetzt auch Veggi Krossies (Nuggets) fände es schon wenn es auch ein Veggi Paddy für Burger gäbe, der Reisburger ist nett, auch lecker. Aber nicht ganz was mich abholt.

Essen ist günstig, schmeckt dafür allerdings auch nicht zu gut.

Besser als Mcdonalds Preise sind top,sauber gehalten und nettes personal

Ich gehe und Esse sehr gerne dort es schmeckt auch immer sehr lecker vor allem das Hähnchen u die Süsskartoffel Pommes.....

Habe da eine Pommes Tüte genommen und da waren Splitter drinne und die Holzgabel war war vorne zerbrochen und hat gesplittert habe dann Splitter im Hals gehabt das geht gar nicht

Sehr lecker und mittelmäßige Preisklasse. Nur zu empfehlen für den kleinen aber auch grossen Hunger !
