Fortunately, it's not very busy here, but the food is all the better for it, the waiting times are short, and the location is better than other fast food chains in the area.

Something was missing from my order. I find Burger King's response, that the customer must check everything immediately, a little cheeky. If the staff isn't capable of packing ten items correctly, the responsibility shouldn't be shifted onto the customer. I'll be going to McDonald's from now on.

Well... I somehow feel like the burgers at Burger King used to be better.

Just received half-cooked fries. After complaining, I received new ones from the same batch, again half-cooked, of course. At the bar, I enjoy them in my hand, then continue to serve drinks, but no handwashing. To make matters worse, the plant-based burger was only lukewarm. HACCP not compliant... Difficult.

Unfortunately, with larger orders, it's necessary to unpack and inspect the entire packed bag. Today, I picked up food for several people, and the bottom line was that one order was missing fries and another was missing chicken nuggets. All in all, it's very annoying when mistakes are made here and you can't rely on the staff.

The staff don't make any effort. Double cheeseburgers are made with only one patty, fries are forgotten, and the onion rings were soggy and tasted like they'd been last week. The Fanta had hardly any syrup and therefore tasted and smelled like water. You're happy when you unpack your order at home. That was our last visit to this restaurant.

It was the third time I got the wrong milkshake. Instead of strawberry I got vanilla.

The food was great, but we ordered several 0.5L milkshakes, and all of them were significantly less than 0.5L. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we were in the car. Also, one of the milkshakes didn't have the usual thick consistency, but was more runny. It's a shame. It could be better.

A quick dinner before work. That's the plan. We come into the restaurant and are initially pleasantly surprised that the restaurant smells like it has been freshly cleaned. Ordered the food (2x Cheesy Bacon Lover in the large menu) and received it relatively quickly. But then the disillusionment. The bacon is missing on both burgers. So go to the counter and complain. With a brief apology, the burgers were supposedly remade. Strangely enough, I now got a Chessy Bacon Lover and a completely different burger (lots of onions, mayonnaise, but no BBQ sauce). We complained about the wrong burger again (this time with the Cheesy Lover next to it and showed what went wrong) and we noticed how annoyed the employees were. Unfortunately, the third attempt at the burger was also a failure. After our mood had already reached its lowest point, we left the restaurant quite disappointed and will not eat there again.

Was one of my favorite places in this area. But now, it became a one of the worst ones. Service is unprofessional same with the "Chef". Food is not looking appetizing, underfilled drinks and the extras you choose are barely visible. Maybe owner of this franchise has changed. Don't know. But not coming back soon.
