After waiting for a long time to eat, it was cold

I'm really considering whether I should sue the guy. Wanted my cola in a reusable cup. Got it in a paper cup... brought it to his attention. What do I hear? Busy, cup is cup. He didn't get involved in anything and then got so mushy that I was called a racist and a Nazi... sorry, but that's not possible. Was there the last time.

I will avoid that in the future. Toilets are only cleaned superficially. Toilet seats are just disgusting. I said they only looked briefly but nothing was done. Avoid them otherwise illness is inevitable

It's basically forgotten after the drive in something, be it ketchup or just napkins. I've never had a complete order I placed in the bag that was correct.

3 employees, none of them speak German... can't understand the simplest sentences and are completely incompetent. Avoid this Burger King...there's a better one 10 minutes away. Left the restaurant. actually 0 stars.

None of the employees speak the local language...ordering at the counter is rather impossible.

We don't go often. But it is always delicious and we are satisfied. 😊

A quick dinner before work. That's the plan. We come into the restaurant and are initially pleasantly surprised that the restaurant smells like it has been freshly cleaned. Ordered the food (2x Cheesy Bacon Lover in the large menu) and received it relatively quickly. But then the disillusionment. The bacon is missing on both burgers. So go to the counter and complain. With a brief apology, the burgers were supposedly remade. Strangely enough, I now got a Chessy Bacon Lover and a completely different burger (lots of onions, mayonnaise, but no BBQ sauce). We complained about the wrong burger again (this time with the Cheesy Lover next to it and showed what went wrong) and we noticed how annoyed the employees were. Unfortunately, the third attempt at the burger was also a failure. After our mood had already reached its lowest point, we left the restaurant quite disappointed and will not eat there again.

One of the dirtiest toilets in the world. Even paper and soap are often all. 1 urinoar defective. Nobody cares about it. Reported repeatedly for years. Neither the tenant nor the regional manager do anything, total failure!!!!!!!

Was one of my favorite places in this area. But now, it became a one of the worst ones. Service is unprofessional same with the "Chef". Food is not looking appetizing, underfilled drinks and the extras you choose are barely visible. Maybe owner of this franchise has changed. Don't know. But not coming back soon. I'll check it out next year maybe.

Waited a long time and still the food doesn't taste fresh or tasty.. And I'm an ex-employee... it's not good that there was a lot going on at the time...

It's a shame that you took out the fries with cheese sauce, they are available everywhere in the USA, and since this is an American fast food chain, I don't think that's a good thing. That's why so many people came there and happily said that they would rather eat somewhere else where they offer that... it's a real shame

Stomach pain after a visit and diarrhea.! The citizen was almost cold and completely dried out. I definitely won't go there again for half a day. The toilets were also extremely dirty. Absolutely no recommendation. You still have a lot of improvements to make!

The very last! Sorry, but doesn't the health department have eyes here? Food has no taste, okay, but if you bite into something disgusting and unknown, EVERYTHING here goes away!!! The toilets... every parking lot toilet on the highway (the one without service, made of stainless steel) is CLEANER than this one! I always feel in good hands at Burger King. The atmosphere is casual and the staff is friendly. What I particularly appreciate is the reliability in terms of quality. The burgers are always juicy and the ingredients are fresh. I recently tried the new Whopper and was pleasantly surprised. The fries are always crispy and tasty. The prices are fair for the quality offered and the speed of service is okay. All in all, a solid place for a quick meal. Five stars from me!

Simply a disaster. In the drive-in you are only served by people who speak very bad German and also indistinctly and too quietly. Ergo, you can't actually understand anything through the loudspeaker. Simply DON'T go there...the "burgers" are cold, the drinks are warm and completely non-carbonated and the staff is completely overwhelmed when there are complaints.

Pretty good Burgerking, is how a Burgerking should be, fresh food, cleanliness and... Completely correct service.

The food was actually always ok for me in terms of completeness, special requests and taste. However, ordering terminals often don't work, the ordering process at the counter takes a long time, the staff gets confused with the order when preparing things and the biggest problem is hygiene. They walk around the kitchen with their cell phones, then touch the food and then go back to the cell phone, all without washing their hands. Aren't there training courses for something like this?

Freundliches Personal und das Essen wurde gut zubereitet.

Esse im Jahr 3-4 was beim Burger King. Guter schneller Service. Geschmacklich schmeckt es in jeder Filiale gleich.

Das Personal war freundlich, die Bestellung vollständig, aber der plant based chicken nugget burger war mit chicken nuggets belegt - sowas darf nicht passieren.

Da bin ich aus anderen Städten besseres gewohnt. Geschmacklich schmeckt alles gleich lieblos dahingeklatscht. Die Pommes waren nicht mal gesalzen und die Burger waren schon halb kalt obwohl ich sie direkt vor Ort gegessen habe. Der Käse beim Baconcheese Burger war nicht ansatzweise geschmolzen und der Bacon wirkte halb Roh. Die Milchshakes sind leider auch eine Katastrophe was die Konsistenz angeht.

Lebensmittelvergiftung. Ich hatte 3 Stunden nach einem Plant based Chilli Cheeseburger eine hastige Lebensmittelvergiftung und habe mich die ganze Nacht übergeben müssen. Absolut enttäuscht.

Habe schon besser Besuch aber immer noch besser wie McDonald's.

Im drive in extrem unfreundlich kein Hallo oder wie üblich "Willkommen bei Burger King". Mitarbeiter klingen auch extrem unmotiviert. Man wartet auch sehr lange obwohl niemand da ist.

Musste am Autoschalter leider länger warten, ansonsten alles o.k.

Mal ein anderer MC Donalds als hier. Sind dann sogar such auf andere Menues gestoßen und haben unscwohl gefühlt.

"Fast" ist hier leider gar nichts. Auf einen Cheeseburger 5 Minuten zu warten ist halt echt bitter. Und ständig fehlt irgendwas. Ich entschuldige mich jetzt schon bei allen wartenden Bestellern hinter mir. Ich werde in Zukunft kontrollieren, bevor ich weiter fahre.
