If you want food that's assembled without gloves, then this is the place for you. Absolutely disgusting.

I like to get a soft-serve ice cream with caramel here when I come from Warnemünde. And personally, I think the ice cream tastes better than the one across the street, but that's just my opinion...

It's so sad that on a Sunday after 12 pm there's nothing left, not even fries, nuggets or a crispy snack. I'd be so embarrassed, I'd rather keep the place closed and not have 6 employees running around incurring costs.

The food was simply greasy. 15 euros for a burger and fries! It was delivered and the grease was dripping right through the bag. The fries were soggy and soggy from the grease.

I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had to wait an hour and a half for our order. When we asked about it after about an hour, the staff either ignored us or shrugged off the order, saying it was "not their responsibility." It was simply an imposition. I was struggling to even find the right words as I wrote this message.

It just takes forever to wait 30 minutes for the drive-thru. This has happened several times now. The owner doesn't seem to care about his store either.

It was really good again. I'm already looking forward to next year.

Waited almost half an hour for an order. Preparation should be done systematically, and the rolls weren't really fresh. It's a shame; it used to be better. It never matches the pictures.

I often go to the drive-thru here. The quality has declined dramatically in the last few months. Most of the time (actually, most of the time!) I get the wrong menu. Today I ordered Whisky BBQ Beef and got a disgusting Chicken Kebab Burger. It's incredibly annoying when you only notice it later in the car. As I said, it's happened to me there many times. Be sure to double-check your order when ordering at the drive-thru!

Why pay extra for bacon if you don't get it

1st is still too many. Ordered two small meals. Far too few staff. The staff could have resoled their shoes while walking. Extremely slow and uncoordinated work. Waited 28 minutes for the food. The order was incomplete, the burger buns were hard. After the long wait, they declined to exchange it. The staff were unfriendly and barely understood German. The outside area was absolutely filthy, the tables were sticky, and the floor was full of rubbish. No cleaning staff were seen. Probably the worst burger joint I've ever visited. The reviews should give management something to think about. I'd rather go to McDonald's in the future.

The fries were weird and there were lots of salt lumps in the package. The nuggets tasted like cardboard, and the curly fries and sweet and sour sauce were also disgusting. And the delivery man was rude in asking for a tip, and we waited over an hour for the delivery man. You're better off trusting McDonald's because McDonald's is on the 1st!!!

Terrible! When did you go so bad? Totally cold, totally hard, and I don't even know how to describe the taste! Simply below the belt! The bread wasn't tasty, and the paper stuck to the cheese. The only good thing was that it was delivered 12 minutes earlier than stated. So, I wouldn't recommend Burger King over Lieferando at all!

Absolutely terrible service! They gave me something completely different than what I ordered, but otherwise it was good.

I tried it three times. It's creepy. And I'll never stop there again. Foreign staff act superior but don't serve. They prefer to chat and watch TV. Trash cans are piled high. Food takes forever, no fasting... Better to go somewhere else...

Absolute rip-off. 23 euros completely thrown in the trash. Not the burger I ordered. Big King XXL had something with vinegar sauce, but not Big King sauce. I waited over 25 minutes for a normal order, then three items were missing. Then they had the nerve to put the burger on the hot shelf and offer me the same one again seven minutes later. After the manager arrived, they strangely increased the speed. Then another 10 minutes of waiting and the ordered burgers were cold. And all of this in an empty restaurant. Very disappointing.

Some customers had already waited 40 minutes for their orders and were complaining loudly. Our conclusion: We waited a total of 35 minutes for two drinks. We certainly won't be back. No I can't recommend Burger King, I had to wait 25 minutes for 4 burgers and some fries and the place wasn't full. I got a vanilla milkshake at the drive-thru, but it definitely wasn't a shake. It was solid soft ice cream in a cup, which wasn't even really tasty and didn't really taste like vanilla. The staff was also unfriendly. Next time it will definitely be milkshakes from McDonalds again.

Since I rarely go there, I'll rate the last visit 5 days ago. Very long waiting time. Someone was running/standing behind the counter wearing street clothes. Food was cold. It was hard to tell what flavor the milkshake was. Strawberry can hardly be distinguished from vanilla. (By the way, I hate those stupid cardboard drinking straws!) We didn't have napkins. Paid a lot of money for little product!

I wanted to get a cheeseburger menu in the evening. But I only eat them with cheese and I always eat everything else. What was, the complete opposite, everything was on it and I don't like it that way. I was wondering why it took 5 minutes otherwise it takes 8-10 minutes. I don't even know where to start... Never again Burger King on the city highway. When we got to the restaurant there was only one table occupied by two teenagers. Our food came to us at an acceptable speed, but it was only lukewarm. The hygiene condition of the restaurant left more than to be desired. There were four employees behind the counter who just stood, played with their cell phones and chatted. There were loud complaints that a guest had recently opened the entrance and exit door so wide and that the employees got cold as a result. When a guest asked where to put his tray, he was told to put it on top of the cart. All the cars were completely overcrowded. Shortly before 2 p.m. another colleague arrived and was immediately assigned to the lobby. She barely had time to take off her jacket. The other four employees behind the counter continued their conversations. Our stay was from around 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. This kind of work ethic is absolutely unacceptable. The lazy staff should be ashamed of presenting the company like this.

Easily overwhelmed at lunchtime

It was very cold in the store. The burgers were lukewarm in terms of temperature. The cleaning condition was not good. Pretty much any table with greasy buildup. There were a lot of leftover food on the floor.

I was lucky to have a super competent shift manager who helped me with my problem with Payback without any major inconvenience. It's that easy! I was thrilled!
