Terrible! When did you go so bad? Totally cold, totally hard, and I don't even know how to describe the taste! Simply below the belt! The bread wasn't tasty, and the paper stuck to the cheese. The only good thing was that it was delivered 12 minutes earlier than stated. So, I wouldn't recommend Burger King over Lieferando at all!

Absolutely terrible service! They gave me something completely different than what I ordered, but otherwise it was good.

I tried it three times. It's creepy. And I'll never stop there again. Foreign staff act superior but don't serve. They prefer to chat and watch TV. Trash cans are piled high. Food takes forever, no fasting... Better to go somewhere else...

I waited over 25 minutes for a normal order, then three items were missing. Then they had the nerve to put the burger on the hot shelf and offer me the same one again seven minutes later. After the manager arrived, they strangely increased the speed. Then another 10 minutes of waiting and the ordered burgers were cold. And all of this in an empty restaurant. Very disappointing.

Sunday evening, moderately busy. Only two of the ordering machines were working. Accordingly, we had already spent 15 minutes waiting for our orders. The printers on the ordering machines weren't working, which added to the chaos. Anyone wanting to pay in cash had to wait at least 20 minutes, as all the employees were frantically running around behind the counter, packing orders. Some customers had already waited 40 minutes for their orders and were complaining loudly. Our conclusion: We waited a total of 35 minutes for two drinks. We certainly won't be back. This has nothing to do with "fast food."

A new absolute low. We waited almost two hours from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the delivery. The food was lukewarm at best, and the taste was borderline poor. When we asked by phone, we only received lame answers. The store is clearly running itself into the ground. Never again!

I got a vanilla milkshake at the drive-thru, but it definitely wasn't a shake. It was solid soft ice cream in a cup, which wasn't even really tasty and didn't really taste like vanilla. The staff was also unfriendly. Next time it will definitely be milkshakes from McDonalds again.

Since I rarely go there, I'll rate the last visit 5 days ago. Very long waiting time. Someone was running/standing behind the counter wearing street clothes. Food was cold. It was hard to tell what flavor the milkshake was. Strawberry can hardly be distinguished from vanilla. (By the way, I hate those stupid cardboard drinking straws!) We didn't have napkins. Paid a lot of money for little product!

I wanted to get a cheeseburger menu in the evening. But I only eat them with cheese and I always eat everything else. What was, the complete opposite, everything was on it and I don't like it that way. I was wondering why it took 5 minutes otherwise it takes 8-10 minutes. I don't even know where to start... Never again Burger King on the city highway. When we got to the restaurant there was only one table occupied by two teenagers. Our food came to us at an acceptable speed, but it was only lukewarm. The hygiene condition of the restaurant left more than to be desired. There were four employees behind the counter who just stood, played with their cell phones and chatted. There were loud complaints that a guest had recently opened the entrance and exit door so wide and that the employees got cold as a result. When a guest asked where to put his tray, he was told to put it on top of the cart. All the cars were completely overcrowded. Shortly before 2 p.m. another colleague arrived and was immediately assigned to the lobby. She barely had time to take off her jacket. The other four employees behind the counter continued their conversations. Our stay was from around 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. This kind of work ethic is absolutely unacceptable. The lazy staff should be ashamed of presenting the company like this.

absolutely miserable quality, fart-dry burgers, chocolate shake lighter than a washing machine and no taste... completely overpriced... product appearance (as we all know, the eye is one) is terrible... it's clear to me that it differs from the product images, But this is the end of it...I can bite into a fiend... used to be a fan of BK -> that's over... that's not how customer loyalty works.. no idea whether the franchisee or the BK itself screwed up here... It was very cold in the store. The burgers were lukewarm in terms of temperature. The cleaning condition was not good. Pretty much any table with greasy buildup. There were a lot of leftover food on the floor.

I was lucky to have a super competent shift manager who helped me with my problem with Payback without any major inconvenience. It's that easy! I was thrilled!

I haven't been to such a bad store in a long time!!! First we ordered a standard burger which was ready relatively quickly. When I wanted to eat it straight away at my seat, it was pretty cold and the cheese didn't look so tasty anymore. (can happen sometimes) The bad thing was that I got the SAME burger again a few minutes later and it was just warmed up. Then I wanted to eat my fries during that time, but they were only warm on the outside and were still very cold on the inside. P.s. There wasn't much going on. Max 2-3 people. I don't know whether they didn't understand my language (German) or whether people don't know it differently.

I can't comment on the quality or speed of the food. I just wasn't served. Although the restaurant was empty and the guest in front of me had already ordered, none of the probably Indian employees thought it necessary to serve me. The three of them put together the guest's menu and, despite repeated eye contact, made no move. After 8 minutes of doing nothing, I left the restaurant and will not visit it again.

Unfortunately I can't describe the food because we didn't get there until then. Due to the lack of parking spaces, we wanted to park in one of the 4 (2 were free) delivery parking spaces. We were then rudely asked by a driver from Burger King to leave and go somewhere else - the seats are private. I would have liked to answer him the way he spoke to us, but on the one hand that is not my requirement and on the other hand we had our children with us. Tonight I ordered food and drinks at the drive-thru, including three milkshakes in three flavors. When the order was handed into the car after almost 5 minutes, I saw (due to the darkness and the light in the sales room) that 2 shakes were not filled to the line, there was over 1 cm missing. Well, you can be picky, but for the price I would like to have the full range. In response to my criticism, the bottle was refilled, but the machine was blamed because it apparently filled automatically. I'll probably pay more attention to this in the future as I never noticed it before.

Everything is bad, drive in doesn't understand German. Menu not taken as a menu but everything individually so that you paid €5 more than usual. Pure rip-off. No ketchup, no dip. Ordered Cola without ice cubes and it came with ice cubes, the food was also cold and didn't taste good and sticky. Definitely used the same frying oil for days. People avoid this Burger King!!! The health department should take a look and close the shed if necessary.
