Jot Fast Food in Rostock

We had food delivered to the IGA Park and were pleasantly surprised. We called and ordered, and it worked out great, even when we said it had to go to the IGA Park. The driver got my phone number and called me shortly beforehand to let us know we could come to the street. He went to a lot of trouble to find us there. Thumbs up for the great service.

Today I ordered two portions of fries, but without gravy. When I called to inquire, the employee said I had to order extra gravy. It was a very bad experience.

The food is always delicious and hot, the drivers are always very friendly, and this time there was even a sweet, very friendly female driver. I like ordering from there, and delivery is always quite fast.

I tried food it was delicious and the quality of food was amazing , atmosphere was also friendly and the customer service was wonderful.

I have no idea why every delivery service always has to offer everything or why an Italian tries Asian. We were really in the mood for Asian noodle pan and unfortunately the wife ordered there. Worst Chinese pans we have ever eaten.... Soup vegetables, a bit of woody bamboo shoots from the jar, a few fresh carrot strips maybe and maybe a bit of fresh green pepper and hardly any soy sauce or anything else. It was really really bad...unfortunately. Shoemaker stick to your lasts......

The food was very tasty, the driver was very friendly, and the price-performance ratio was good. The calzone was well-filled and tasted good. It could have been better with red onions, not quite as thick, but then it would get 5 stars. We'll order again. Thanks.

I would have liked to order here but the many negative reviews... no, I'll leave it! It's such a shame there are no good alternatives for pizza and the like, not even Smileys or Dominos, in Lütten Klein and the surrounding area. Dough too much sugar - Smileys or Dominos not enough toppings, dough far dry. Just do a good job but that's apparently asking too much

It's a small shop with friendly staff. The delivery service is also very good, fast, and the food arrives hot. Unfortunately, most of the food is tasteless and hard to digest. We had good experiences with the burgers. Unfortunately, not with the rest. The doner kebabs sometimes contain much too large pieces of meat and salad, and unfortunately, the meat you requested wasn't taken into account. Sometimes you can order it, but there are better options nearby.

You can do it. I occasionally pick something up here, but you can also have it delivered. The service is friendly and fast, the food and prices are okay. The only thing that bothered me was that the snack bar was closed for weeks - without any information. No notices, no answering machine text... that could be better.

I really have to say, the people are really nice. The delivery service is super friendly, and the food is almost super good. I only have two things to say. I really like cooking almost everything myself. My family comes to eat here every day because they like my food so much. The gyro with fries and vegetables is super delicious, just like everything you make. Just make a little more gyro and less vegetables. I've had a lot of vegetables and not a lot of gyro, and leave the fries in a little longer so they're nice and crispy. They've been really wet and wobbly a few times, otherwise, the food is great. As for the pasta casserole with ham and various pasta, I'm afraid I have to tell you, it tastes good, but something is missing: the ham. I only had four pieces of ham, and there was hardly any sauce either. More oil than sauce and very little cheese. I'd also love to come by and give you personal tips and show you what could be improved. But otherwise, you're a great shop, super friendly, and apart from those two or three things, the food is great. I enjoy eating there and will. I'll continue to order from you. Keep up the good work

Very fast and the citizens are really tasty.

fast food, we didn't mind the fact that it wasn't a classic restaurant, we expected that, we expected fast food, good Italian food, well, it didn't work out very well, the food was like semi-finished products made on the spot, so pretty terrible, the staff was nice and tried, but it didn't fill us up pleasantly, don't look for a pleasant atmosphere here....

Very bad food, burger for 9€ and it's cold, no love in the presentation or anything else, bacon not cooked and the potato casserole without cream sauce even though it was ordered.

You can tell the ambiance is a bit dated, but that's not a problem at all. The service is excellent. I'd almost say warm. The food tastes pretty good. We like shopping at this restaurant.

Never had such a bad delivery service. First of all, we waited over 1.5 hours and then we got the wrong burger. Update: got a new burger and what can I say, the patty is just 2/3 as big as the patty from the False Burger. So seriously, that was the first and last time that I ordered something from you, because for me that is more than a rip off and you shouldn't support something like that!!!!

The food is delicious, especially the kebab and the pizza.

Been coming here again and again for 5 years. Dishes are always fresh and hot and relatively inexpensive. Have a large selection of hot and cold dishes. I cannot rate the delivery service.

I am very satisfied with the price performance. It may take a little longer on weekends or public holidays, but that's understandable. I always enjoy ordering from Bella Italia.

Canned mushrooms on the pizza. Inedible! A very warm bottle of Coke for €3.50. Very, very bad pizza. The canned mushrooms made the dough wet and soggy. €13 for the trash.

We ordered a salami party pizza tonight. The pizza was completely dry, with barely any toppings, and the base was like chewing gum and burnt. Never again. We paid 25 euros.

The pizza was surprisingly tasty and very well topped... Hence the stars. The ambience is so-so... I wouldn't expect anything else in a prefabricated building with cheap beer, burgers, kebabs, croques and pizza

Ordered two pizzas - one with a thin base, one with a thick base - both were identical, apart from the price - outrageous! The base was also like rubber and the topping, apart from the cheese, was rather poor. We taste the nuggets and the fries, everyone has to know for themselves whether that's good!
