BURGER KING in Rostock

I'm here often. Yesterday I waited over 45 minutes for my food again. The ice machine for the drinks hasn't worked for several months. The quality has declined significantly.

You can quickly grab a bite to eat and drink in peace. For my taste, it's more something than the skewers of the Golden Arch. But that's a matter of taste. It's tidy and orderly, and service was prompt and efficient. The restrooms were tidy and not dirty.

Unfortunately, the burgers and fries were lukewarm. Service was very fast and friendly.

After a 2.5-hour traffic jam, we were in a hurry to get to the ferry, and the highway exit at Burger King was closed, so we had to take a long detour to get there. However, the service was very fast and friendly, and the burgers tasted delicious! We were able to bring the burgers with us and eat them at the dock, and we checked in with a margin of 10 minutes.

The usual fare, of course, but a really friendly team and very clean restrooms! The entrance is a bit hidden; you have to drive around the Harley-Davidson base, then take a narrow road on the left up to the parking lot...

Tables were dirty and the Coca-Cola wasn't chilled.

It's just a typical fast-food restaurant. But it's clean, the wait time is short (5 minutes), and the food tastes delicious 😋.

Waited 40 minutes for the food. The burger place was full, so the kitchen was running smoothly, but the front-of-house service was completely overwhelmed and lacked structure. One of the burgers was cold and hard. They got a replacement without any problems, but that just shouldn't happen in a fast-food restaurant. There's no burger in Rostock Roggentin for a while, which is a shame.

This was the worst Burger King experience I've ever had. We, along with many other customers, had to wait almost an hour for our food. All the employees were completely overwhelmed, and there was no discernible system for processing orders. So many customers went back to the counter after receiving their orders because something was packed incorrectly or was missing.

A 45-minute wait, the number is simply put on the back burner, and "quicker" orders are given priority to keep the list short. When the food was finally ready (King of the Month and a regular King menu), half of it was missing. The team is unfortunately completely overwhelmed. In a regular restaurant, the service would have been more relaxed and complete.

Very warm Coke, lukewarm fries and the staff couldn't do anything about it as there were only two employees on hand (10pm), and guests left all their leftovers behind.

Not a single order came as requested. What's so hard about putting a couple of burgers on a tray? The Coke tasted like lukewarm water, and there were no ice cubes. Seriously??? Honestly, if the burgers hadn't tasted so good (they were really good 😋), the chaos would have been zero points. Hopefully, it was just a bad day!

We "landed" here late after the evening drive. The store was still full of hungry people. We also ordered a lot of things, so we ended up with quite a bit. Delivery errors were quickly and friendly resolved. The team was in great spirits until 11 p.m. on July 21, 2025. We say thank you and best wishes from North Hesse.

We ordered at 1:11 p.m. and, after asking twice, our food was thrown onto a tray at 1:45 p.m. The place was in total chaos, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. We're actually friendly people, but we didn't say goodbye. We'll never go back there again.

Order there often! Uber Eats doesn't offer chili cheese fries with the beef bundle, so I simply asked for them in the comments and got them! Now that's what I call service; some other restaurants could learn a thing or two from that! 6 out of 5 stars for that!

Very clean. Sometimes it's very busy. Then it takes a while. But that's okay. When 50 people order at once, things get hectic. The food and the quality are great.

You shouldn't even get one star. I was there relatively late on Saturday, but the horror followed on Sunday. At first, I was feeling down about myself because I'd never heard anything good about Burger King, and then the horror became reality. I spent the next day with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and persistent pain. This can only be food poisoning. And since I only ate at your place that day, everything else is out of the question. I'm extremely disappointed and advise everyone not to get food there unless they urgently need a sick note!

Veggie products in particular are sometimes offered incorrectly or not at all. For example, bacon on a veggie Danish thing. Or no veggie chicken burgers available. Recently, even a Whopper Jr. wasn't available. o.O

The meat patties are extremely small. Very frustrating. It's not been a burger experience since shrinkflation. Burgers, no thanks.

I am visiting Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from my hometown of San Francisco, California and i decided to visit Frankonia for outdoor boots. During my travel to the town of Sanitz i drove over to Burger King 👑 for a meal and i was absolutely impressed by the quality of the Whopper meat and preparation. I ordered other items but i was surprised to observe the big difference between Germany's and America's fast food approach. In general, the Pommes (Fries) Burger meat, and even the soda tasted much healthier (No pun intended). The Whopper tasted beefy, moist, and flavorful. The Whopper was not sloppy or drippy and the temperature was perfectly hot. I am hoping that the fast food industry pays attention to Germany's handling of their franchise because America has been put to shame. Kudos Germany and BK (Deutschland).

Burger King is hands down one of the best fast food chains out there. Their burgers are consistently juicy and flavorful, and the fries are always perfectly crispy. The menu offers a great variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The service at Burger King is fast and efficient, making it a convenient choice for a quick meal. I always leave Burger King feeling satisfied and happy with my meal. I definitely give it a 5-star rating!

Well, I like eating at BK, but this location really made me sick, in the truest sense. Either it was the meat that wasn't quite cooked through, or the drinks. During my last visit you could no longer choose from the drinks machine, only the usual soft drinks, which meant that the cola was lukewarm and left a bad aftertaste of disgust, as if you had mixed it with tap water. And today it was similar. The burgers were cold, so the cheese didn't even melt slightly and the Sprite was lukewarm and also, I think, mixed with tap water so I didn't even drink half of it. So this BurgerKing location has damaged itself with its current results. The only positive thing you can say was the speed of preparation, which may be due to the half-hearted approach to the matter without quality. Cleanliness at the tables and floor were also subpar, where you could still analyze the previous food leftovers, what the previous customer had eaten. Not to forget that I vomited several times due to this lack of quality. So avoid this BK location and eat somewhere else.

The only good thing about this BK so far was the drinks machine that you can mix yourself, but unfortunately that has now been dismantled. Of course, you basically forget about ice cubes now. And it's been like this a few times. The chocolate ice cream I ordered consisted almost entirely of ice crystals and an indefinable mush that was far too sweet. As if the ice had already melted and was frozen again and on top of that there was disgusting stuff. Immediately thrown away. Never go there again! 0 points would be deserved.
