The staff is really very friendly. I've never experienced anything like it in a branch before.

You're used to the service at McDonald's. It's always terrible, but you accept it. Here, however, they've come up with something new. Perhaps just a test. I hope it catches on, though. With table service, the number is usually taken immediately. Here, however, the number is put aside. A few minutes later, a service employee comes back and asks if everything is OK or if something is missing. If everything is OK, the number is only taken then. Great idea and unusual for McDonald's.

We were back here after a long time. We could have saved ourselves the trouble. Not a lot of customers, about five orders, yet we still had to wait a long time for our COLD burger and fries. The staff were completely overwhelmed when it came to preparing our orders. Every second customer had to pick up something... That's enough to last us a very long time. The first part is three years old...it's being updated today because we were there again...we could have left it alone; the portions seem smaller to me, but they've probably gotten more expensive. It was very loud and hectic, the employees were running around frantically...I'd rather not even mention the cleanliness; the tables were absolutely filthy, with sauce and food leftovers sticking everywhere. This was definitely our last visit here!

I've been waiting for my order for 20 minutes. What's going on? Update: The wait time was reduced to a mere 10 minutes on my next visit...one more star.

There's really nothing negative to say; even the toilets were attractive and odorless, which has to be mentioned.

My burger wasn't lovingly made; it was all slapped together, and my hamburger only had half a slice of cucumber on it, not the usual three (I was looking forward to the cucumbers). But at least the ice cream machine worked.

The food is now far too expensive for what you get. The extra sauces cost as much as printer cartridges and are regularly forgotten, which is nice when you've ordered at the drive-thru and are already long gone. If you need quick and affordable food on the go, you're better off at various kebab shops and the like nearby.

Ordered at the drive-thru on August 14th around 8 p.m. When I got home, I realized all the sauces and the cheeseburger were missing! I called and went again. I only got one ketchup, one mayonnaise, one sour cream, and one sweet and sour, plus a free burger. Thanks for nothing. As a bonus, I had cold food at home and my kid was in a bad mood! At other stores, they at least give you a coupon as an apology.

The food and service always meet my expectations. The people who work there are always friendly and nice to everyone. I love it 😊

I've been relieved repeatedly. On August 10, 2025, I ordered a takeout meal from the drive-thru for €72.80. I tipped, and as a thank you, I was ripped off again for a burger (Chiken Samurai). Who checks with all the bags in the car? I can just imagine the young lady leisurely tucking into this burger 🤔

We ate here today. There was no changing table for babies, so we had to change the baby standing up. We wanted to order at the counter, but were told it was only available at the vending machines. The food arrived after 20 minutes, one item was missing, and the drinks we ordered were missing. They then came back and said they only had milkshakes and water. Poor service and organization

The McDonald's was nicely decorated and clean. The food was some of the best I've ever eaten at a McDonald's. It was fresh, it was warm, and the burgers were perfectly assembled (not carelessly slapped together like in some other restaurants). But the best thing about the whole visit was the service. We had our food delivered to our table. We were wished 'Bon appétit' (quite unusual for McDonald's). We were also asked several times if everything was OK and if we liked it. We didn't have to wait five minutes and the food for four people was there. You could really tell how involved and interested the restaurant manager was. For example, he asked people waiting for an available ordering terminal if they wouldn't rather order at the cash register. By far the best McDonald's I've ever been to.

I placed a takeaway order today. When I checked, I noticed that two burgers were missing. The receipt said hamburgers. However, I had selected a cheeseburger. Someone messed up the touchscreen on the ordering terminal and accepted the hamburger without checking, so whatever. When I wanted to inform the cashier that the two hamburgers were missing and I actually wanted a cheeseburger, she handed me the hamburgers and turned away, even though I was still talking because I wanted to ask if they could cancel it and convert it to a cheeseburger. She then turned back and said she would have to throw them away anyway and that's not okay, I just have to live with it. I had one more concern, as the whole process took a while and the fries were already cold, but the employee on shift was unwilling to communicate further. I cannot recommend customer service without omissions. In the restroom, there are no towels to dry yourself off, the restroom is completely dirty, just disgusting.

It takes forever to get your food. You're not even served at the cash register, even if you ask questions. On a Tuesday lunchtime, the place isn't even half full...of course it takes forever. That's awful! Burger King is across the street, and it's faster there.

Always check the contents of the bag carefully at the drive-thru—the amount of times something is "forgotten" here makes you suspect a method behind it. 😉 Receipts are also often "forgotten."

The Coke tastes like dishwashing liquid and then you are told that's how it should be.

One of the best McDonald's in Germany. We pre-ordered using the app. The food came so quickly, we hardly had to wait at all, but everything was freshly prepared.

Recently, I ate the new Burger Samurai and Co. in Sievershagen. Today I was here, and the difference is incomprehensible. I don't know if the sauce was gone, but all the burgers were just dry. Management should rethink their attitude and instructions to the staff as soon as possible. Eventually, the tourists will leave, and the place will be empty!

At the drive-thru counter today we met the friendliest McDonald's employee ever

We were at the drive-thru last night. The clerk was super nice! It was pretty quick too! We got everything we ordered. The lady who delivered the food was also very nice. The food seemed fresher than usual at other Macers. Great! This is the first Macerated Donuts I've given five stars!

Very poor service, Everything was incredibly dirty. There wasn't even any Coke to drink. Seating was inadequate. The food looked like it had been dropped. Very disappointing. We wish we had gone to a competitor.

AUDIENCE! THE BOSS IS FINALIZED, AS WELL AS ONE EMPLOYEE. We ate here today and ordered the Minecraft double pack menu. 2 regular cheeseburgers with fries and cola for 12.99 without toys. This is included and also makes up the price. We went to the employee and asked where the toys were, and the answer was that there were no more toys, they were sold out nationwide. The great employee could have told us that earlier. After all, he knew that we were ordering the menu because he had previously stood with us at the machine and helped us with a small complication. The coupon said that a toy with accessories was included. Finally the boss came over and said that there was nothing they could do and that they would only get a code by email. You couldn't have given toys from the Happy Meal or money back. All of this was said very cheekily and without empathy. The very last thing, we report this to customer service!!!

So even for a McDonald's where you go in without much expectation, the service here is bottomless. Disorientated employees and no one comes under any stress afterwards.

We waited over half an hour, and the food was lukewarm. And when we asked, we were told that only one grill was working. Because they had to keep the shop closed until the equipment was repaired.

Nice shop. Nice facility. Pleasant volume, even when it was half full. About 30-40 people. All customers are very quiet. Employees mainly concerned with themselves; A customer had to wait a short time, but still okay... it wasn't that long, about 5 minutes. The only two deficiencies are hygiene – really! really! – no one is wearing gloves and everyone is touching something (clothes, hair, etc.). A bare hand was reached into the bag of pickles. Second problem: moderate unfriendliness. Maybe it was busy and they had a long day, but in the restaurant industry you should still be friendly.

Unfortunately, this McDonalds has gone down a lot. We were there with our children to celebrate my son's birthday (2 adults + 3 children). We ordered normally and took our seats. It was very crowded (Saturday evening). After we waited half an hour and also noticed that other guests had to wait less than 10 minutes for their food, I asked at the counter. A blonde woman with glasses came up to me and asked how she could help me. I explained my concerns to her and asked if we had been forgotten. She looked at her screen and said again loudly that we were forgotten and then just walked away without communicating with me further. Didn't say another word to me and just left me there. Then a younger employee came and finally talked to me. He apologized and said they would get my food ready straight away (also took less than 5 minutes). It wouldn't have been a problem if they had communicated with me properly and not just left me there. We also noticed 10 minutes beforehand how the lady took a tray from her colleague and loudly told him that she had to take it away herself because they were special guests. She obviously knew the guests. However, the gentlemen didn't have to wait that long. It's okay that you know someone there. But you don't have to shout it so that everyone else hears it. Especially not those who have to wait half an hour and then can no longer comment, let alone apologize. From now on we will probably prefer to go to McDonald’s in Sievershagen. Too bad.

I've got some conflicting opinions about this place. They've got ipads with Hill climb on it, but the progress resets after a little bit, leaving you at ground zero. Their cheeseburgers tase good, but they only give you one singular pickle. I wanted pickles, not a pickle. The sundae tasted good, but the texture was off. All in all, it's a mid experience. At least they were quick.

We were there about 2 weeks ago. The restaurant manager went around with a bowl of gummy bears and handed them out to young and old. 😊 I had a problem with my app, but I was helped immediately so that I still got my discount coupon. Very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again.

That was surprising. Food great as always, nice music AND: the restaurant manager took the tray from us and asked us if everything was good. Sooo neat and friendly. Then he went from table to table and politely asked all the guests whether they were satisfied and whether everything was on the tray. Hats off, we really liked that!!!

Unfortunately no McD app can be used on site. Not all McD products were offered there and the prices were expensive. It's on a motorway rest area. You would have forgotten about my fries with your Happy Meal if I hadn't mentioned it right away. But they were friendly and the burgers were quite fresh.

The service staff are really very friendly and helpful, but that doesn't hide the shortcomings. Wheelchairs/strollers cannot access the entrance alone, nor are there toilets suitable for disabled people, let alone a changing table or alternatives. When asked, the (dining) tables were referred to as an alternative option for changing.

McDonald’s in Rostock is always a little adventure. On behalf of all Rostock branches, feedback on McDonald’s Stadtautobahn today. Incredibly often, vegan products or products containing oat milk are not available. (E.g. ice cream and dark chocolate oat drink). Why offer this range if it is only available with luck? This always causes disappointment. Furthermore, the tables are dirty in 70% of visits. Like that again right now. Oat drink not available and table dirty. I like the products and the concept, but these points get annoying over time.

(My opinion) It’s nice place I think it’s under rated I haven’t tried the mcdrive but I heard that it took 20 minutes for the food. In the Mc it was super fast it took 2 minutes and they came they forgot a wrap but that’s okay the food is pretty good

One thing was really tasty..But also overpriced like everywhere else..I waited half an hour in the restaurant for the food. I'm not lying..It wasn't nice..The food was good but it had nothing to do with fast food..

We actually always take our kids to McDonald's in the summer when we visit the Baltic Sea, it was standard practice for us but that will probably be the last time (10.08.24). We wanted to order at the terminal but we couldn't enter some things, such as these iced coffee shakes, ice cream and the promotion codes for some dishes in the app were not accepted even though the codes were still ok. Tried everything several times but nothing.....why...???? Some of the toilets were very unclean, the toilet paper holder was broken and the men's toilets were even completely blocked, so my son was afraid that the toilet would overflow. Return trolleys were completely overcrowded and tables were unclean. A lady came to wipe the tables, but that was sprayed twice with a spray bottle and once with a cloth and that was it... half of the dirt remained on it, the rest was on the benches and the full return trolleys were not even noticed. There are rotten plants drying out on the tables outside...better none than something like that. I would now say it was "medium" busy (we actually know it's much busier at that time) but the food was everything, just not hot or even freshly prepared. Lattice potatoes were sticky, almost cold, burgers were pressed together carelessly as if someone had squeezed them, wrap was also lukewarm and everything had even less content than usual. The drink tasted a bit more watery (maybe it was all syrup??) and there was no drinking lid on it. Packaging was generally in short supply as some burgers were with the wrong packaging and an employee stuck a handwritten note on it. Ice cream for my kids also looked a little too runny for ice cream in my opinion. But we didn't have to wait long, other people probably did, as I observed, especially at the drive-in even though there was "normal" traffic there too. I can't say anything more about the friendliness of the staff etc., the food was brought to the table in a friendly manner without any further words, we had no further contact. But apparently everything is very poorly organized, maybe staff is missing??? or everyone doesn't make enough effort to create an orderly process. Conclusion: Cleanliness, order and freshness are probably no longer represented there. Unfortunately, the "visit to the toilet" didn't take long to arrive and the food was a hit... And at the end we had to spend the visit to the Baltic Sea going to the toilets as quickly as possible, especially for our youngest children; for the older ones it came a little later. Sorry but that was the last time we were there... Unfortunately, this McDonalds is no longer an isolated case... Given the outrageously exorbitant prices that you are supposed to pay for “bad” fast food, we will go somewhere else in the future.

Food was ok, as expected, service only 1 star. The fruit squeezer was first forgotten in the children's menu, or the ice cream for the second child, and the toy was forgotten in the third children's menu. There were no forks or skewers with the chicken nuggets, so we had to eat them with our fingers. It doesn't look very inviting from the outside either, more like it's closed or rather outdated... We're definitely not going to eat inside again, MC Drive at most.

We decided to have a quick meal at short notice, but that quickly turned into a wait of over 20 minutes. Yes, there was a little work to do, but there was actually no reason to work chaotically. The citizens piled up, unfortunately not under the warm lamp but with the employees in the preparation. It was not possible to push in as some of the employees worked at random and therefore couldn't keep up to actually pack the orders. The colleague had already made the ice cream and then it stood there, some of it stood there for almost 10 minutes, all I can say was delicious, thawed/melted ice cream. When we received our order, as always, citizens were missing and once again cold. So there were cold citizens at home. We weren't the only ones. And as always, no reaction on site.
