McDonald's in Rostock

The service staff are really very friendly and helpful, but that doesn't hide the shortcomings. Wheelchairs/strollers cannot access the entrance alone, nor are there toilets suitable for disabled people, let alone a changing table or alternatives. When asked, the (dining) tables were referred to as an alternative option for changing.

Typical McDonald's. But toilets are very clean and the staff is really very friendly.

Was there today for Halloween 🦇. Somewhat decorated. Otherwise the normal concert and 🚽 were clean

Best 0 stars. Ordered from UberEats and the order didn't arrive. The restaurant was called 10 times and no one answered. Are you crazy? Never again!!

The 3 stars are because, sadly, you always have to check your bag. It doesn't matter whether it's a Mcdrive or whether you order it. Out of 10 times something was missing 5 times. But the staff is ALWAYS very friendly!!!

McDonald’s in Rostock is always a little adventure. On behalf of all Rostock branches, feedback on McDonald’s Stadtautobahn today. Incredibly often, vegan products or products containing oat milk are not available. (E.g. ice cream and dark chocolate oat drink). Why offer this range if it is only available with luck? This always causes disappointment. Furthermore, the tables are dirty in 70% of visits. Like that again right now. Oat drink not available and table dirty. I like the products and the concept, but these points get annoying over time.

(My opinion) It’s nice place I think it’s under rated I haven’t tried the mcdrive but I heard that it took 20 minutes for the food. In the Mc it was super fast it took 2 minutes and they came they forgot a wrap but that’s okay the food is pretty good

I was just here and was asked very nicely whether I was satisfied. For my answer, I received a free milkshake as a thank you. The customer is very important here. Really great. Stay the way you are 🥰

Ladies toilet no paper, sticky floor The floor in the dining room was totally dirty and the tables were greasy. Not nice to eat here.

6 of you are behind the theses... the shop is empty and the floors and tables look like shit. Feeling good is different... instead of chatting, get the store in shape!

Fast food restaurant, how do you define fast? The main thing is that the children have fun. The taste is always the same, I don't want to judge whether that's good or bad, it doesn't matter...

One thing was really tasty..But also overpriced like everywhere else..I waited half an hour in the restaurant for the food. I'm not lying..It wasn't nice..The food was good but it had nothing to do with fast food..

We actually always take our kids to McDonald's in the summer when we visit the Baltic Sea, it was standard practice for us but that will probably be the last time (10.08.24). We wanted to order at the terminal but we couldn't enter some things, such as these iced coffee shakes, ice cream and the promotion codes for some dishes in the app were not accepted even though the codes were still ok. Tried everything several times but nothing.....why...???? Some of the toilets were very unclean, the toilet paper holder was broken and the men's toilets were even completely blocked, so my son was afraid that the toilet would overflow. Return trolleys were completely overcrowded and tables were unclean. A lady came to wipe the tables, but that was sprayed twice with a spray bottle and once with a cloth and that was it... half of the dirt remained on it, the rest was on the benches and the full return trolleys were not even noticed. There are rotten plants drying out on the tables outside...better none than something like that. I would now say it was "medium" busy (we actually know it's much busier at that time) but the food was everything, just not hot or even freshly prepared. Lattice potatoes were sticky, almost cold, burgers were pressed together carelessly as if someone had squeezed them, wrap was also lukewarm and everything had even less content than usual. The drink tasted a bit more watery (maybe it was all syrup??) and there was no drinking lid on it. Packaging was generally in short supply as some burgers were with the wrong packaging and an employee stuck a handwritten note on it. Ice cream for my kids also looked a little too runny for ice cream in my opinion. But we didn't have to wait long, other people probably did, as I observed, especially at the drive-in even though there was "normal" traffic there too. I can't say anything more about the friendliness of the staff etc., the food was brought to the table in a friendly manner without any further words, we had no further contact. But apparently everything is very poorly organized, maybe staff is missing??? or everyone doesn't make enough effort to create an orderly process. Conclusion: Cleanliness, order and freshness are probably no longer represented there. Unfortunately, the "visit to the toilet" didn't take long to arrive and the food was a hit... And at the end we had to spend the visit to the Baltic Sea going to the toilets as quickly as possible, especially for our youngest children; for the older ones it came a little later. Sorry but that was the last time we were there... Unfortunately, this McDonalds is no longer an isolated case... Given the outrageously exorbitant prices that you are supposed to pay for “bad” fast food, we will go somewhere else in the future.

Last time I had cardboard in my Big Tasty Bacon... it wasn't such a burner...

Food was ok, as expected, service only 1 star. The fruit squeezer was first forgotten in the children's menu, or the ice cream for the second child, and the toy was forgotten in the third children's menu. There were no forks or skewers with the chicken nuggets, so we had to eat them with our fingers. It doesn't look very inviting from the outside either, more like it's closed or rather outdated... We're definitely not going to eat inside again, MC Drive at most.

It was quite good and very quick, what really bothers me personally is when the food isn't hot

.... Toilets unreasonable. When asked by the regulator, the MA said "I don't know". Service is non-existent, no customer contact, constant, incessant beeping from the kitchen appliances is ignored. I'm happy to show the air time, we were in the restaurant for a very long time Judgment. The food was good without any complaints, drinks were not sufficiently cold. Re-ordering worked well and was delivered quickly. Food was hot, fries were great. Urgent attention to general cleanliness in the future, the toilets need a basic cleaning. The waste bin for paper towels should be able to be emptied regularly.

Food was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. Cola tasted like colored water. Fries were totally soggy

We decided to have a quick meal at short notice, but that quickly turned into a wait of over 20 minutes. Yes, there was a little work to do, but there was actually no reason to work chaotically. The citizens piled up, unfortunately not under the warm lamp but with the employees in the preparation. It was not possible to push in as some of the employees worked at random and therefore couldn't keep up to actually pack the orders. The colleague had already made the ice cream and then it stood there, some of it stood there for almost 10 minutes, all I can say was delicious, thawed/melted ice cream. When we received our order, as always, citizens were missing and once again cold. So there were cold citizens at home. We weren't the only ones. And as always, no reaction on site.

Since when are dogs allowed in the restaurant???? People walk past it stoically. Super appetizing. Food also takes a really long time. Ordered at 12:51 p.m. and arrival at 1:02 p.m

Unfriendly staff, drink spilled when brought to the table, drink filled too full, straw refused because it doesn't come with iced tea. Didn't get it even when asked politely, really bad service, cold burgers.

Very bad service, my things were forgotten when I drove in. I was promised a free meal as compensation, then it came a few days later but I didn't get anything. I was lied to about my money and I didn't have anything again

Last time we were there we always forget something! This time the crowning glory, 2x MC menus, 1x Happy Meal 20x nuggets, sauces, fries forgotten in all menus! Forgot toys too! It's happened several times, just by the way!!!

We were here for a children's birthday. The table was lovingly set and the kids were regularly provided with gummy bears by the very nice blonde employee. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for that:)

It's a pretty good, clean and quiet store of the huge franchise. Pleasant service, up-to-date technology and a sufficiently large parking lot.

I couldn't manage to place the order on the display. But the service was very friendly and helpful. In any case, the grandson liked it. Grandparents are not the target group of the restaurant.

Worst take out ever! Staff extremely slow, managed to forgot all five dip sauces, the filet was not even on the bun, no napkins, no straws

I don't understand why there is never ice cream, so it's no longer normal and people now drink cola like they would in a café. Staff friendly, but otherwise McDonald's is getting worse and worse. I just want to eat some ice cream.

The last load. A waiting time of 35 minutes. Guests are not processed according to order, but at will. The team can't cope with stress, we and others were missing mayo, ketchup, etc.

I've been a guest here for over 30 years and even though a lot has changed over that time, it's still something special when I go to this McDonald's. It not only brings back childhood memories, but also the anticipation of the delicious food. I love it!

Juice shop. Wait your legs in your stomach for every visit and then be rewarded by not getting any sauce at all instead of double. Every visit is a failure Tear down the store or get some smart staff

I was here for breakfast. The atmosphere gives the impression of mass processing, but that's the way it is and it's absolutely fine. In contrast to other fast food restaurants, your food is brought to your table here. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented.

Unfortunately it was so cold in the restaurant today that we quickly left. Apparently the heating was broken, can you still open a restaurant?

If you order something there you have to check the order as soon as you receive it. Things are always missing.

Ein modernes MC-Restaurant , mit augenscheinlich genügend Personal, welches jedoch völlig überfordert scheint.

Das ist mit Abstand der beste McDonalds. Waren zum 2. Mal da auf Durchreise und es war wieder einmal echt gut. Pommes knackig, frisch und warm. Es ist nicht zu voll dort und sauber ist es auch. Machen da jetzt jedes Mal Rast 😉.

Also das essen war lecker der Service auch aber das ist eine Frechheit das Ihr Walfänger mir hier kein Strohhalm geben wollt wegen den Eiswürfeln wo man das nicht mal auswählen kann ob man welche haben will oder nicht. Komme nicht mehr her ihr zwerge

Es ist nicht seit Wochen nicht geheizt, das lauwarme Essen ist dadurch innerhalb von 2 min komplett kalt. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, versteht aber kein Wort deutsch. Es gibt nicht mal mehr die papp Strohhalme. Alles in allem sind sie (vermutlich alle "Restaurants" der Kette) einfach nur teurer aber kein Stück besser geworden, im Gegenteil.

Я сюда часто приезжаю на протяжении 5 лет и вот мой общий отзыв. Еда тут на 3 , потому что всегда нужно проверять заказ если берёшь с собой, часто кладут не то что я заказываю. Картошка часто не свежая, а пару раз приготовленая . Бургеры ок . Кока кола 🤦🏻‍♀️разбавлена с водой,меня это жуть как бесит ,так не всегда но сегодня ощущение что воду пила в место ориг.колы. Официанты приветливые, на этом плюсы закончились,говорят что на клиента 3мин ,я жду заказ и 15 минут и более 20 бывает даже. Хочется вкусно покушать и еду свежую и горячую ,почему-то это происходит тут редко .

Ich war am 28.12.23 da und habe u.a. 2 Happy Meals zum mitnehmen bestellt. Als ich Bestellung erhielt, fragte ich die Mitarbeiter ob das Spielzeug mit drin sei. Sie antwortete mit Ja und ging schnell wieder nach hinten. Ich hab mich drauf verlassen. Als ich zu Hause ankam und alles dann auspacken konnte und meine Kinder das Spielzeug haben wollten, musste ich sie nun leider enttäuschen, dass es doch nicht drin war. Ich finde es eine Dreistigkeit, dass einem von den Mitarbeitern ins Gesicht gelogen wird. Meine Kinder waren nun sehr traurig und enttäuscht. Ich hoffe, dass es beim nächsten Mal besser klappt und man nicht belogen wird. Und dann hatte ich noch Eistee ohne Eiswürfel bestellt und es waren trotzdem Eiswürfel drin. Da frage ich mich ob es den Mitarbeitern egal ist, oder ob sie NICHT lesen können.

Ach ja, die guten Zeiten bei McD sind wohl auch vorbei. Wir waren seit längerer Zeit mal wieder im Restaurant an der Stadtautobahn. Das Restaurant ist modern eingerichtet und sogar eine Tischbestellung ist möglich. Leider hat man insgesamt bei der McD Kette immer mehr dein Eindruck die Speisen werden schlechter und die Preise immer höher. Der bestellte McRösti wirkte etwas „zusammengeworfen“, auch geschmacklich hatte ich ihn besser in Erinnerung. Hinsichtlich Preis/Leistung daher 2 Sterne Abzug.

Komische Vorgehensweisen dort, erst bringen sie dir das Essen an den Tisch bei jeder Bestellung Fehlte natürlich etwas. Bei mir Cookies and Cream Tasche. Ich machte mich auf den Weg zum Counter und da hat eine Junge Dame erstmal die Label der Haltezeiten entfernt genau von dem Produkt was mir gefehlt hat... Dann kam noch ein Kollege und ich sagte was macht sie da und seine Antwort war, das ist bei uns so ??? What wozu sind denn da Haltezeiten dran? Die Pommes waren ebenfalls nahezu ungenießbar die warn einfach nur wabbelig absolut unverständlich sowas an den Kunden zu geben. Die Cheeseburger hatten nicht mal geschmolzen Käse weil die Pattys bestimmt auch schon über ihre Haltezeit und waren fast Kalt.

Alles frisch und schnell zubereitet

Wir sitzen aktuell 8.12.23 13:12uhr beim Essen. Jetzt weiß ich wieder warum wir das nur einmal im Jahr machen. Nur ein Mitarbeiter der Deutsch versteht und die Musik utopisch laut. Ganz ehrlich als würde ich in der Disco stehen fehlt nur noch die passende Beleuchtung. Man versteht sein eigenes wort nicht. Zu dem ist es unordentlich und Decoration liegt auf dem Boden das man sich die Beine bricht .Müll nichts wird sauber gemacht. Hätte gerne Fotos angefügt leider ging das nicht

Alles gut wie immer, nur das die Bestellung am Terminal eingegeben werden muss, lässt McDonalds mich als Kunde verlieren. No go, unwürdig.

Nette Bedienung, es hat geschmeckt wie immer.

Leider muss ich sagen, einen so dreckigen McD habe ich ewig nicht mehr gesehen. Am schlimmsten waren die Toiletten...

Ein Mc Donald's der genau das tut, was ich mir als Kunde wünsche. Dies freundlichkeit. So fühlt man sich wohl. Top auch in online Bestellung.

McDonald's Drive-In - Cheeseburger mitgenommen und voll zufrieden! 🍔🚗😎

Ich musste mich mal wieder eines besseren belehren. Kaum was los und dennoch war der Kassierer und die Chefin überfordert. Man kam ein. Der Boden war echt dreckig und der Kassierer saß auf dem Boden wo auch sein Lappen lag. Der Eimer auf der anderen Seite. Immer wieder legte er ihn auf den Boden und putze damit die Geräte und Maschinen. Die Chefin macht die Bestellung für die Bestellung. Tritt mehrfach auf dem Boden liegenden Lappen und durch den Dreck der zu sehen war. Ihr war es sichtlich egal. Aber sie lachen... die beiden Köche Taten mir nur leid für die gute Arbeit die taten. Dann konzentriert er noch meine Bestellung und zu Hause bemerkt fehlte auch noch etwas und die Dips waren unvollständig. Ich werde mich zügeln nochmal dort zu essen. Vielen Dank ...

Bisschen goofy die Location, allerdings war das Ambiente und alles drum herum für McDonalds echt top.

Wir sind im Drive now eingekehrt. Vielen Dank und ein großes Lob an Frau Schubert. Selten eine so überaus freundliche Mitarbeiterin erlebt, die so empathisch und kompetent gearbeitet hat. Das Essen war warm und lecker, frozen Yoghurt gab es auch wir waren rundum zufrieden. Trotzdem sind diese 5 Sterne insbesondere Frau Schubert gewidmet, die uns mit Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit in unserem Kurztrip nach Warnemünde beeindruckt hat

Leider Burger schon fast kalt. Bedienung freundlich. Wenige schattige Plätze, da nur 1 Schirm auf.

Ich bat um das Öffnen des sonnenschirms. Keine Reaktion. So saß ich mit einem Kleinkind in der prallen Sonne.

Geiles Personal, vor allem wenn's spät wird. Musik einfach perfekt! Essen war auch klasse. War ein richtig geiler Abend! Gerne wieder!

Das ist für mich immer ein Zwischenstop wert hier anzuhalten. Ein sehr gutes Mc Donalds Restaurant.

Diesmal waren Nuggets und Pommes super frisch und knusprig, und hier gibt es wenigstens Mayonnaise zu den Pommes!!!
