Never again . Fries totally sticky. Breading of the chicken pieces is not nearly crispy. Amount of food for over 10 euros is a joke. Even the operator couldn't operate the terminal properly.

After the last visit on Sunday we all have gastrointestinal problems.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all, even ordering from the machine was a big problem because you had to remember a number. There wasn't even a receipt. The food wasn't really tasty and the service wasn't really trained.

Food was cold and not right. Tables dirty, I went out to get something to clean myself. Never again, just keep your distance from here and go to Burgerking.

Yesterday we ate at KFC again for a long time. The order went smoothly. The food was ok. The drinks were very bad. No matter whether Seven up, Mirinda or apple spritzer. It tasted like water, even water tastes better when you drink it!! The cleanliness was a disaster!! I was really shocked. The floor was sticky from all the sodas. The tables and chairs/benches are dirty and covered in grease. There is no cleaning or cleaning at all after one or two customers. I know it's not always easy to keep everything clean. But it was so intense that I had the impression that they never cleaned there. The women's toilet was very bad, it smelled so badly of all intimate odors and urine. The sink area was also very unhygienic, there weren't even paper towels. There is never cleaning every day or every two days. I also asked one of the employees to clean the tables. He wipes it once without drying and more or less defiantly. McDonald's is much cleaner at a distance. Too bad

I have visited many fast food restaurants, but unfortunately KFC Bielefeld was an absolute low point. The order was a real mess. At first I had to fight through communication problems because the employees hardly spoke any German and no English at all. Any attempt to adjust my order or ask a question resulted in a confused shrug and an annoyed look. Then came the food – what can I say? Parts of my order were completely missing. I specifically ordered a specific combo, but neither the side dish nor the extra sauce were included. The quality of the food itself was also disappointing: cold fries, the chicken carelessly thrown into the box and barely seasoned. No trace of the typical KFC quality. Conclusion: I absolutely cannot recommend KFC Bielefeld. If you want to be annoyed by incomplete orders and uncomprehending employees, you've come to the right place. Otherwise: Better go somewhere else!

Dirt everywhere, sticky tables and floors that apparently haven't been cleaned for a long time - a real health risk! That alone would be reason enough to never go there again, but as if that wasn't enough, when I unpacked I also found that my meal was more than incomplete! Parts were simply missing. Nothing like this has ever happened to me and waiting so long for this quality is an absolute joke. KFC Bielefeld is absolutely not recommended. Worst service, unreasonable condition and complete lack of care. Anyone who eats here is wasting time and money.

I can't rate food. Ordered via UberEats and not received. An anonymous number called me twice and I didn't answer. When I called the driver he said he had left the food in front of the door. The food wasn't on my doorstep or that of one of the neighbors (terraced houses). Either a walker is now full or the driver is. The restaurant cannot be reached, the driver says it is not his issue. We're here often, but recently we've been going to Osnabrück more often to go to KFC (5 stars for that). The problem here is that the drinks are usually not chilled and non-carbonated. Furthermore, everything is pretty dirty and the trays are left on the tables because the return carts are usually full. Eating is okay so far, but it's no use if you have a warm, non-carbonated drink. As I said, we are going to Osnabrück more often again. Then instead of 30 km that we drive to Bielefeld, we have 50 km that we have to drive to Osnabrück.

Tables dirty. Drink columns had leftovers spilled everywhere. Outdoor areas full of spiders and the tables there too were very dirty. Will avoid this store.
