What has happened to the store in the last few years is very sad. The quality has deteriorated significantly, the shop is constantly dirty, toilets are dirty and so much more. I was also able to observe how employees eat fries from the deep fryer and then continue to prepare the food without washing their hands. I think it's an absolute disgrace and I don't recommend anyone to eat there.

The worst KFC ever. Firstly they don’t operate the Drive through. You have to order inside. You go inside and they refuse to take orders at the Kasse and you are ordered to order at the self service terminal. So you go to the terminals and over half of them are defect. So there is a queue of over 30 people just waiting to order while three staff stand behind the Kasse doing l. Avoid this KFC if you can or go to McDonalds. The Manager of this place needs to find a new job, just terrible

The employee who had her shift on August 7th at 10:30 p.m. was very unfriendly, disrespectful and rude, she threw the money on the table and then the money fell down and there wasn't even a "sorry" At the end when I wanted to leave, she wanted some money because I charged my cell phone while I was eating, completely outrageous!!!

Bad, very bad, fries ice cold, 3 portions, my son was sour. Then he put the fries on the counter and we waited for 10 minutes. No new ones came. My son went over and the lady was still arguing instead of giving us new fries straight away. What a terrible service we paid a lot of money for. This is the last shop. Never again !!!!!!! Fries completely cold and greasy. Chicken was ok but only slightly warm. The waitresses were very slow and didn't do parts of my order correctly until I was asked and reminded what happened. Tables dirty. Drink columns had leftovers spilled everywhere. Outdoor areas full of spiders and the tables there too were very dirty. Will avoid this store.

By far the worst KFC I have ever visited. I've been here a total of 3 times now... 2 times of which the drive in was closed without any sign or anything like that attached. You wait forever and nothing happens. There are never ice cubes and there is never a receipt at the kiosk where you have to order yourself. This KFC is an absolute horror!!!! Plus it's always dirty and the staff isn't very nice either.

The ice cream machine was broken, unfortunately there was no sign anywhere indicating this. I paid with a card and then got something else instead of the ice cream. Fries were completely over salted, even though I like salty fries. The chicken was very tasty. The employee was nice. The tables are dirty, as they feel in every fast food restaurant. The bar stools are not recommended, they simply slip away and you cannot sit down properly.

Food tastes as usual. Compared to before, I think the quality has decreased. It also feels like the portions and burgers have become smaller. Staff should pay more attention to ensuring that everything actually ends up on the tray. I missed the sauces. Several people took their orders in front of me and everyone complained about some missing paid item.

But the worst was the service. The staff seemed completely uninterested and clearly had no desire to work there. They were slow and unfriendly, and it was clear that they would rather be somewhere else. No smiles, no courtesy - just bad service. And then the food came. It was cold, tasteless and not at all what I'm used to from KFC. The chicken pieces were dry and tough, the fries were limp. It's really unfortunate to see how this franchise puts KFC's reputation in a bad light. I just don't understand how franchisees can't care about the condition of their restaurant and how they treat their customers. I definitely won't come back and can't recommend it to anyone. If you're looking for good food and service, look elsewhere.

Nothing has changed, food is cold as always, extremely expensive, hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired. This time was definitely the last time. There's recently been a restaurant in Bielefeld (Chicky-Chick) that's super tasty, everything is hot, super friendly staff, fast delivery and the prices are amazing, so it's definitely the perfect solution for KFC, you get something for your money. I only eat at Chicky -Chic

Even though we were the first customers of the day, the store was not clean at all. The table is sticky, the floor is full of crumbs and sticky drink traces. Everything was wet when the drinks were served. Three employees in the store and no one tried to clean anything. Food was great, but the atmosphere was a disaster. Almost a case for the health department. If it looks like this at the front, you don't want to know what it looks like at the back.

I usually took a bucket of chicken pieces and was always happy with the taste and stuff. Only at the drinks tap it always looks like a mess because people can't or don't want to tap properly

The lady at the front of the checkout is very unfriendly (who is a bit stable) if you are not interested in working, just stay at home

Der Kaffee ist erwartungsgemäß lauwarm....die Pommes sind auch fast kalt...die Crispy Bkt war ungewürzt zum Glück hatte ich div Dips bestellt. Wirklich schade...und 24:97€ für kaltes Essen und kalten Kaffee geht gar nicht...bin auch nicht satt geworden.

The experience at KFC in Bielefeld was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed listless and not very committed. Unfortunately, my visit to KFC left many negative impressions, which is why I would not recommend the restaurant. Such a great shop. 2 tables are occupied, nothing is going on and rubbish is piling up everywhere. More fries on the floor than were sold, dirty tables, people stuck to the floor in the toilet, no paper towels and the trash can was full to the brim. Not to mention the comfortable rubber slippers that are worn when working in the kitchen. You lose your appetite.

Incredibly dirty. Some auto repair shops are cleaner than this place. Tables are sticky, some of them still have leftover food lying around. We even saw an employee wiping everything with the same dirty rag, without cleaning products and without washing the rag in between, which just smears everything. Window panes may need to be cleaned once a year, but that is the smallest problem. The drinks machines don't seem to be cleaned either. Just 🤮. It has nothing to do with a lack of staff. There are always enough people there. Sometimes there are only 2-3 guests in the restaurant. We were there during the week and also on the weekend. Sometimes something goes wrong and there is no time for cleaning. But every time? This should be particularly important in the catering industry. The food was supposedly ok. I did not order anything.

Im Imbiss lag überall Müll auf dem Boden herum. Papiertüten, Strohhalme, Kunststoffdeckel - und keinen der Angestellten hat’s interessiert. Toiletten kein Papier zum Trocknen der Hände. Tische schmierig und nicht gesäubert. Keine Quittung an den Bestell-Terminals bekommen. Bedienung unfreundlich, Arbeitstempo unmöglich. Danke, ich komme nicht wieder!

Habe noch nie ein so versifftes und dreckiges Lokal erlebt. Die Tische kleben, es gibt keine Servietten. Auf dem Boden wird dreck und Abfall liegen gelassen oder einfach in die Ecken gekehrt. Nie wieder!
