Unbelievably disgusting food!!! Despite asking if it was not spicy, they served it spicy, and then they served a different burger than ordered. The chicken wings were almost raw and mushy, the fries were soggy with black spots, the floor was littered with food scraps, the drinks station was sticky, and the staff were disorganized and overwhelmed. Never again!

Actually, no stars at all. €40 for such crap, unbelievable, never again, and then another 90 minutes of waiting for it.

The atmosphere is often noisy and not freshly cleaned. I prefer the drive-thru here. It's not the fastest. The food is like anywhere else, it's a franchise. The drive-thru employees are courteous.

We were in the drive-thru, and it was a disaster... We ordered Twister and Bucket (used coupons), and we didn't get our food for 45!!!! minutes. The worst part, however, was that the coupons didn't arrive at first, but then they did?! And the first part of the order was already packed in the bag, where it waited for 40 minutes for the other part. The result: cold food, soggy fries... The chicken was tasty, but that doesn't make up for it now.

We did everything wrong that could be done wrong. The drive-thru was empty, and we were the only ones who ordered something. A kids' box with a burger and mashed potatoes. What did I get? Mashed potatoes without sauce and just my Coke. We also ordered a corn on the cob with butter and salt. What was missing? Butter and salt. The woman at the counter was rude—we had to repeat everything three times, and she still didn't understand anything—as you can see.

The food is good there, I can recommend it, but the restrooms need a bit of cleaning. Otherwise, I think the staff is good and friendly, and the drinks are good, too.

Unfriendly staff. The employee in a black blouse, who was presumably the manager, also looked like she'd been through rain for seven days. Retraining is urgently needed in terms of friendliness and how to treat customers. It was our first time there and I'll never go back. I like KFC, but the store in Bielefeld is really run down… the counters are constantly broken, it's too hot, the outside is closed even though it's July… after 8 p.m., it feels like there are only leftovers. Service is also slow. But at least the Coke tastes better than the Pepsi in the store. There's still a lot of room to improve. I'd also love to see a KFC in Gütersloh.

For the first time in my life, I had to spit out a burger and throw it away after the first bite. The Korean burger was completely oversalted. Other customers shared the same opinion. Simply disgusting!

I've never experienced such slow service in my life. Every single person working there took their time and acted like it was their first day 🤦🏼‍♀️. The food was okay, but extremely salty. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. We waited 20 minutes for one order (two menu items).

3 Crispys, 9 Bites, 1 French Fries with Mayo: €19.47 A steep price: NOTHING was "crispy" or crunchy. Everything was soft and mushy, from the fries to the chicken pieces, limp, soft, and pretty flavorless. Without the dips, it's practically just an oil/fat mess with the smell of chicken. Tables: almost all dirty. Everything here is run with profit maximization in mind, as is typical of such chains. Hardly any staff, electronic ordering, self-dispensing soft drinks, etc. I'd rather spend more and eat better. Never again KFC.

We were there on Saturday. The staff looked bored and unfriendly. You get rude answers to simple questions. Before you can go to the toilet the floor is completely wet (water standing) the food trolleys were all overflowing the only response to these comments was "yes, I know!" The only options available with the meals were water (still) or iced tea (unfortunately this got thinner and thinner and even then only water came out). It was just water written by hand on a piece of paper on an order tablet and that was it. We also waited a long time for the food. And after you have explained everything to the staff they give you a rude response saying "we don't have time" not enough staff!!! We are NEVER going in there again!!!!!

What makes this situation particularly outrageous, however, is that shortly after our rejection, we observed a group of Arab youths being admitted and served – by the same employee. It creates the impression that double standards were applied here – and that we, as German customers, were obviously unwelcome. Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but borders on outright discrimination. To be treated in this way as customers willing to pay is unacceptable. I expect a clear statement on this incident and an explanation as to how it is possible that guests are deliberately turned away while others are still being served – and this within official opening hours.

I went to KFC in Bielefeld for the first time to try the veggie chicken burger alternatives to BK and McD (since they rarely offer veggie chicken burgers). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The burgers weren't great, and it wasn't busy on a Tuesday night. However, the tables and benches were very dirty, so it seems like nobody cares whether it's clean or not. The paint on the red tables is already chipping off everywhere. It just feels very run-down overall. I definitely wouldn't recommend it!

They should have reheated it and added a bit of seasoning to taste, but other than that it was fine. Unfortunately, it was a bit louder than you're used to in normal restaurants, but I suspect that's because of the chickens. As I said, they forgot to cook one of my wings properly.

Food is very expensive now. Paid almost €38 for 3 people with 2 menus and a small burger + drink. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. We ordered a double bacon cheese and only got a normal one (a difference of almost 2 euros). The other menu was missing the coleslaw and the two portions of fries that came with it were a joke...maybe 10 fries per bag. You could have saved yourself the 17ml mayo for +50 cents per portion of fries. One bag of mayo was enough for both portions of fries...we paid almost €40 for that. We decided that this visit to KFC was our last and that next time we would rather add an extra 20 euros and go to a decent restaurant where you don't end up feeling like you've been taken for a ride.

Am SB-Terminal wird kein Beleg ausgegeben. Nummer also gut merken, sonst verloren. Der Laden ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Und es wird immer schlimmer. Zuvor: Leider zum zweiten Mal am drive in Schalter eine völlig falsche Bestellung erhalten. Statt 4 Crispy Menü mit Pommes Mayo, Cola und 3 Crispy extra gab es 10 hot Wings mit Pommes und Ketchup, Salat und Cola. Immerhin waren Pommes und Cola übereinstimmend. Für den Preis von 15 Euro, der für das bestellte Menü am Schalter aufgerufen wird und ansonsten niemand in der Warteschlange stand, mehr als enttäuschend, wenn man es zuhause auspackt. Offenbar muss man alles jedes mal im Wagen auspacken und kontrollieren.
