Very disappointing and unhygienic! I went to Burger King on Eckendorfer Straße, Bielefeld today and my experience was absolutely disappointing. After I placed my order at the machine, five people who ordered after me (obviously colleagues of the kitchen staff) received their food before me. I found that very unfair. What was even worse, however, was that an employee wearing gloves came to the customers at the counter, high-fived them and then continued preparing the burgers in the kitchen without changing her gloves. This is extremely unhygienic! When I asked my supervisor about it, my concern was not taken seriously - he didn't seem to understand it or didn't speak the German language sufficiently. This visit was disgusting and I definitely do not recommend this store. The lack of hygiene and the unprofessional handling of customer concerns are particularly unacceptable.

Food is okay. What should be positively emphasized is that vegan patties are possible on every burger.

At McDonalds this only takes a few minutes, if at all. The new Whopper tastes exactly like before. I didn't notice anything about the better bun.

I ordered a large meal but got a small drink. So I went to the counter and brought it up. The employee reacted annoyed, tipped the small drink away in front of me and gave me a large one. If I had known that this was how it would be handled, I would have been satisfied with the little one. After that, a chili cheese nugget is missing. I didn't even ask about it. Afterwards the 5 are thrown into the trash, only to give me a new bag with 6… .

We were there as a family on September 14th, 2024. Our order was placed at 6:26 p.m. and exactly 1 (!!!!) hour later I was able to pick it up at the counter. The staff was unrestrainedly overwhelmed with everything. I was missing the drinks, sauces, curly fries from the order. So they still had to be produced. Meanwhile I could watch the already finished food on the tray getting cold. The ice cream was melted when I brought it to the table. Some of those waiting have meanwhile canceled their orders. I spoke to the manager, he was unreasonable and rude. The tables weren't even wiped down by the staff. I would have done it myself, but everything was missing. Napkins, straws, etc. The food carts were not cleared out, trays with packaging waste and leftover food were piled up on the tables. It was the last time we were there. There will be no response to this review anyway. Because nothing came on site, neither an apology nor a stupid coffee as compensation.

Bungler King! The atmosphere in this Burger King branch was substandard. Not only were the tray carts full, there were also trays of leftover food piled up on the tables. The checkout area was full of waiting people who looked, probably rightly, annoyed as the wait times were unusually long. On the one hand the food was cold and on the other hand it was mostly not what we had ordered. There was hardly any risk of confusion. How can you leave out the fries in the children's menu and add additional hamburgers? Also, leave out a promotional burger completely and still bill it. At the same time, the unsold burgers were piling up in the display. The young service employee who packed the bag was asked about the inconsistencies WHILE PACKING, but said everything was correct. The long waiting times, the many unprocessed orders and the completely incorrect processing of them suggest that overwhelmed employees with two left hands consisting only of thumbs and elbows are at work here, who at the same time have the desire to damage the company name . The potential customer is well advised to visit the competition with the golden seagull on the same street, because they can't do anything worse than today's experience at this Burger King. Hardcore fans of BK should take the trip to Herford, because they know how to do it right there.

A cheeseburger is always packed instead of a chilli cheese burger and the food is often cold. In principle, there are never any napkins. The ice cream portions are completely different from customer to customer. The staff seems completely overwhelmed and waiting times of up to 30 minutes for small menus are common here. The Bürger King is completely overcrowded with strange guests on the weekend and you can't find a parking space. Homeless people stand at the front door and beg for money. Basically, I would recommend checking every order and not even going here on a weekend evening.

Dieses Missverhältnis zwischen Kundenaufkommen und Wartezeit legt den Schluss nahe, dass es an einem effektiven Zeitmanagement sowie einer kundenorientierten Arbeitsweise mangelt. Es erscheint paradox, dass selbst in Zeiten geringer Belastung die Wartezeiten in keinster Weise den Erwartungen an einen zügigen und reibungslosen Service entsprechen. Zuletzt möchte ich die offensichtliche Priorisierung monetärer Interessen über den Dienst am Kunden kritisieren. Heute spontan nach Burgerking um uns von der Qualität zu überzeugen! Kunde ist König wird auf alle Fälle hier GROẞ geschrieben! Wir sind direkt vom Chef höflich empfangen und bedient worden. Kinderfreundlichkeit wird hier ebenfalls groß geschrieben. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und heiß! Keine Spur von schlechtem Service oder schlechter Qualität! Hunderte Jahre gewartet und schlechtes Essen bekommen

Habe insgesamt für knapp 30 Euro bestellt. Mir fiel im Laufe des Essens auf,dass ich statt 9 Chicken Teile Onion Rings bekommen hatte. Der Stress der Klarstellung war anstrengend. Habe zwar die Chicken ersetzt bekommen. Wie auch immer: nie wieder!

Sehr unorganisiert. Habe für meine Bestellung 25 Minuten gewartet in einem mittelmäßig gefüllten Laden. Dazu fehlte noch ein Burger, der nachgeliefert wurde und eine Sauce. Personal schlicht überfordert, schleift Müll einfach unter den Sitz, statt es aufzuheben. Burger Brötchen finde ich nicht gut genug getoastet und Käse ist quasi nicht geschmolzen.

Unfähiges und unfreundliches Personal und mäßiges Essen. Nach dem ich 30 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet habe wurde mir auf meine Nachfrage hin gesagt: ,,dauert noch bisschen". Fünf minuten später habe ich mich erneut erkundigt und mir wurde gesagt die Bestellung sei schon gelöscht. Insgesamt haben mehrere Leute um mich herum Probleme mit ihren Bestellungen gehabt und das Personal stand entweder unbeschäftigt rum oder war völlig überfordert und planlos. KEINE Empfehlung!

Erstmal muss man 15minuten warten bis das Essen kommt und dann sind die Burger kalt. Gleich beschwert beim Küchen Chef widerwillig hat er ein Burger ausgetauscht trotzallem betrete ich den Laden nicht mehr. Kundenfreundlich kenne ich anders.

Unfähiges Personal. Lächerlich schlecht informierte Mitarbeiter. Mitarbeiter sprechen nur schlecht deutsch und sind deshalb schwer zu verstehen. So hält man keine Kunden. Immerhin die Burger sind okay.
