We ordered via UberEats and drove there to pick up the order. The order itself was fine. The only thing missing from our son's Happy Meal were the nuggets, which he was really looking forward to. It's a shame

Bad service. Employees didn't give out a Naturo figure, even though one had been ordered. When I pointed out that the figure was missing, they blamed the error on my order. You can order a Naruto meal with a figure or a T-shirt from the ordering machine. The option without a figure isn't available, as far as three people have seen. Too bad. I can't recommend eating here.

All the Coke varieties are definitely not carbonated, you could say that the drinks are of zero quality, so the customer probably doesn't feel valued. Dear employees, please double-check what you're actually putting in the bag. Two out of three takeout orders were missing burgers, so I don't need to choose the burger menu if it only includes a drink and a side dish.

I have been to the drive-thru on Eckendorfer Straße in Bielefeld several times and I was served by Sahar the last two times and I have to say that she is by far the nicest BK employee!!

Great visit to Burger King – a big compliment to the service team! I went to Burger King today and I'm absolutely satisfied! The food was delicious as usual – my Whopper was fresh, juicy, and perfectly prepared. The fries were also hot, crispy, and really well-seasoned. What made the visit particularly pleasant, however, was the great service. A huge compliment to the two young ladies working the counter! Both were extremely friendly, patient, and super attentive – you could tell they enjoyed their jobs and wanted to offer their customers a good experience. Despite the large number of customers, they kept an overview, everything went quickly, and they always served with a smile. This kind of service is unfortunately no longer a given these days – so: a huge compliment, and please keep it up! I'll definitely be back 👌

Great visit to Burger King – anytime again! I recently went to Burger King and was really pleasantly surprised! I received a friendly greeting as soon as I entered, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant – modern, clean, and inviting. Ordering was quick and easy. I would especially like to praise the staff: very polite, attentive, and never seeming stressed despite being very busy. My Whopper was perfectly prepared – freshly grilled meat, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and the bun was pleasantly warm and soft. The fries were also crispy and well-salted – just right. I also tried the new [name of a seasonal burger, e.g., "Plant-Based Long Chicken"] and was thrilled with the taste. Burger King is truly on trend with its vegetarian and vegan options. What I also liked: The tables were cleaned regularly, and there was plenty of space, even for families with children. The cleanliness of the restrooms was also top-notch. Overall, a thoroughly successful visit. For me, Burger King remains a reliable place for delicious fast food with good service. A clear recommendation!

I rarely eat fast food – just a quick bite at the drive-thru, and that's it. Sometimes you get this craving for "dirty" food. What's really positive here, though, is that the food is freshly prepared, and above all, you get warm, crispy fries that haven't been sitting around for ages. Unfortunately, that's no longer a given at many other chains. For me, this is the only "good" and relatively inexpensive burger joint (there's also a KFC right next door) in the area. Friendly service, quick service – that's what makes fast food fun!

But when I got home, I realized that a burger was missing! Incredibly unprofessional and absolutely disappointing. If you don't want chaos, long waits, and incomplete orders, you should avoid this place. Clearly: not recommended!

The staff definitely doesn't care about their jobs! The employee wanted to give me something I didn't order because the original item was no longer available. I asked him to cancel the bill, and he said that wasn't possible because I paid by debit card. I should either take what was there or just leave without a refund. Do yourselves a favor, BK, and replace your staff or provide better working conditions. The employees take out their frustrations on the customers.

Overall, it's really good. It even looks quite inviting. My order arrived quickly (to go). Unfortunately, part of the order was missing (not the first time. I usually check on the spot, but it doesn't always work), and one burger was only lukewarm. There was no time to turn it over.

In terms of layout, this Burger King is the same as any other. The very friendly and competent employees do things differently and better. I was impressed by their approach. A clean and tidy appearance coupled with calm and error-free work. That's not something you can take for granted these days, and I personally observed and was impressed by it.

It's just Burger King. Prices don't match the food. It feels like the burgers are getting smaller and the prices are rising. The place isn't really nice either.

Today I had lunch at Burger King on Eckendorfer Straße. I ordered a burger, a coke and a white fries. The food was prepared immediately and was ready for consumption. Unfortunately, I discovered that neither the burger nor the fries were hot. Relatively speaking, the cola was warmer than the entire meal. I let the food go back and asked for a hot meal. This wish was immediately fulfilled and implemented, so very well. However, the new food served was just as cold as the previous one. I suspected that my food was taken to the back of the kitchen and then passed through the counter to the front. But that's just a guess! Overall, I was very disappointed today! Not even this one star serves the handle. I often come after work to get something from you because it's on my way home. But every time you're just too stupid to do anything properly. It's normal too. Unfortunately, you cannot hire specialist staff. Either the prices will be whatever they feel like. You don't get a bong. Or you order two hot brownies and hot blondies and get two hot brownies and are asked if that's okay... Very professional!! It's a fast food restaurant! Fast food means quick food. And of course, I can understand if there are difficulties. We're all human and sometimes there are a bit of communication problems, but every damn time? This had to happen now.

The burger was filling and was actually served hot! The fries were dry and just lukewarm. Tiny portion. Mayo from the plastic bag. The food will be distributed according to the numbers called. You can also order on the display. Everything is very impersonal. The atmosphere is restless and there was some rubbish on the tables. The constant back and forth made it very uncomfortable. There was no more soap in the toilet. Bottom line: No recommendation.

I am very happy with this Burger King! The employees are fast, friendly and work very efficiently. The food is fresh, hot and tastes great – exactly as you would expect. What strikes me as particularly positive is the order and cleanliness, both in the restaurant and at the self-service stations. Of course, it will take a little longer if there is a bigger crowd, but that is completely understandable - after all, the orders should still be fresh and prepared correctly. All in all a top Burger King with good service and delicious food!

I ordered from Burger King today via UberEats. Unfortunately, the complete menu was missing, including a drink (cola), which the driver, Mr. Anas C., apparently did not deliver. Even at the front door he seemed very excited and wanted to get the handover over with as quickly as possible. He didn't answer my questions about the missing items and simply told me to call the Burger King branch on Eckendorfer Strasse. No sooner said than done. After I called the branch, I was confirmed that the driver can be seen on the video recordings taking the entire menu with him. To me this is clear fraud. Someone like Mr. Anas C. shouldn't work for UberEats. I really hope that something like this doesn't happen again in the future. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

Burger King Eckendorfer Straße in Bielefeld 12/26/24 around 7:30 p.m. in the drive in tried to place an order over the intercom. 1. The employee hardly seems to understand German or English. Due to his language skills, the employee was barely or not at all understandable, and he also answered very quietly and mumbled. 2. Two hot brownies with ice cream and one churros with Oreo were ordered. We received 2 hot blondies with ice cream. The churros were not given out with Oreo but with Smarties, even though the employee asked again twice. That's not how it works. This requires action on the part of the franchisee. I also noticed that the order for the vehicle in front of me was probably not correct or only partially complete.

There were peppercorns in my order where I ordered peppercorns without a burger, here I go to order that again

We were particularly looking forward to the churros with Smarties, chocolate sauce and cinnamon and sugar, as described online. What was delivered was absolutely disappointing: loveless churros without sauce and without cinnamon and sugar, with Smarties on the side. When we called, the only answer we got was ‘What should I do now?’. There was an offer to re-prepare it, but only on the condition that we picked it up ourselves. That's a disgrace. If you already offer a delivery service, then the service should be good. That was definitely the last time we ordered from you.

12/2024 Today we went to the Burger King on Eckendorfer Str., BI... for the first time in a very long time. We ordered a Whopper & a cheeseburger as a double menu & for cash payment.. 🍔 Due to a lack of German communication, the employee returned the change incorrectly.. 💴 Only after my complaint did I get the appropriate change back. After a short wait we received our food.. 🍱 The second burger was missing from both menus. Again I stood at the counter and requested and received the burgers. The food tasted delicious 👍 Basically, it is to be expected that the staff speaks German at least understandably. It doesn't have to be perfect, but you have to be able to communicate. And please check the menus for completeness, this is the only way to retain customers and ensure there are no negative reviews.

Pleasant place with plenty of seating. Vending machines/machines work well and you can order/pay without any problems. When we picked it up, our food took a little longer, even though the branch wasn't quite as full.

Review for Burger King - November 23, 2024, 6:30 p.m On November 23, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., I once again had an unsatisfactory experience at Burger King. I use the drive-thru to save time, but unfortunately my order was put together incorrectly again. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I find it extremely annoying that I even use the drive-thru when I end up having to go back to the restaurant to report the error. These unnecessary inconveniences cause frustration, especially when you're looking forward to your meal and are then disappointed. It should actually go without saying that orders are processed correctly and completely. As a customer, you lose trust in the service because you can never be sure whether the order will arrive correctly.

Coupons are not accepted at the machine. I go to the checkout and want to order my food and leave money. One of the employees comes to us annoyed. After I tell him my order and recite the coupons, the following comments come: "Please be quicker, I don't have time, it's full" - I say "sorry I have to think about it", "actually that doesn't work here, you have to go to the machine." order” - I “can’t help it that they don’t work” - and the sentence that finished me off: “Funny that the other customers can manage it *nods his head past me and points to the other customers there are no problems with them” a lá (which means something like “because of” for the dear colleagues on site who don’t understand German anyway) you’re too stupid to do it. All sentences are, of course, presented in German that is somewhat better than what Heini did himself. I wouldn't be surprised if there are customers who reprimand him and call management for help. Disrespectful and rude service, you can probably expect loud and personal complaints in the future.

Always been a fan, but today the scariest thing ever happened. Ordered via the Burger King app, received a notification with the name and number of the ride. So far so good. Then several text messages came in a row that the driver would wait and the delivery would be canceled immediately. Then I called him and he said he wasn't there yet, he would be there soon...he always does that so he doesn't have to wait for the delivery. Waited a while then called again because I received a cancellation text. He kept finding excuses, the whole game went on the whole time "I'll be there in 30 seconds" then after half an hour he says that he's not coming at all and is not responsible. I then called the Burger King location and asked for help because I ordered through the Burger King app and not Lieferando. The site manager blamed Lieferando and was not interested in a solution. Update: Spoken to a nice lady on the customer hotline who gave the tip for the customer service email. The lady from the customer hotline center was very friendly and helpful. There are a few stars up for that.
