Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience here. I've been waiting for my order for half an hour, even though it wasn't particularly busy. The process seems disorganized, and the wait time is definitely too long for a fast-food restaurant. It's a shame, because you normally expect fast service at McDonald's. 😤😤😤

This was, without a doubt, the most disrespectful service I have ever encountered. First, my order was wrong. Then, I discovered the cashier didn't put a receipt in the bag, so I had to go back to the counter to fix it. The employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. While talking, she was so forceful and careless that she almost spat in my face. This was unhygienic, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I've never felt so disrespected as a customer. Management needs to retrain staff on basic courtesy and hygiene avoid this location.

I ordered at 6:46 PM on July 31st and waited over 30 minutes for my food – despite table delivery and a not particularly complicated order. When the food finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed: • Cold fries, • Cold Chicken McNuggets, • Cold burgers – and to top it off, the wrong burger was delivered: Instead of the Philly Cheese Stack, I simply got a Samurai Mac. That's not only annoying, but also extremely unprofessional. At a fast-food restaurant, I expect fast, accurate, and hot food – none of that was delivered. This really makes a visit to McDonald's no fun. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the quality has left something to be desired. Yesterday evening around midnight, we just wanted to get ice cream, but the door wouldn't open. After other customers tried to leave, but the door wouldn't open for them either, and they called an employee, he unlocked the door, let the customers out, and told us, "You can't come in, only the McDrive" before locking the door again (the whole store was full of customers who didn't know anything about it). Today we were finally allowed in, but instead of the new nuggets, I got two apple turnovers that tasted like pears (???). I'm pissed off.

We recently went to McDonald's on Eckendorfer Straße during peak hours – it was accordingly busy, but the service was still surprisingly fast. The food was okay: burgers and fries as you'd expect, the curly fries hot and crispy. However, the latter came with a little surprise of a special kind: a free grasshopper in the middle of the bag – obviously fried with the food. Perhaps a bonus for fans of protein-rich insect cuisine, but more of a crunchy culture shock for us. The staff was friendly, but our complaint was met with a shrug. So there's still room for improvement in their complaint management. Conclusion: Solid fast food, fast service – but please no insect topping next time.

Waited 20 minutes for two Bic Macs. The other pre-packaged food was lukewarm by then. The Coke tasted like stale herbal lemonade. I also forgot the bottle of water. I noticed it after checking! The food kept getting colder. €26 for trash.

There was NO order from this place that had everything in the bag. Every single time (5 times) i ordered from here something was missing at delivery.

I think this is the worst restaurant in the entire Bielefeld area. Unfortunately, we live right next door, so we usually go here. But there's always something missing from our order. The staff can't handle large orders for four people. You should definitely check immediately! There are better restaurants in terms of taste; the food is often dry and cold. To top it off, there was a black hair in the ice cream last time. These days, I'm just annoyed when the kids want to go to McDonald's.

I go there very often with my girlfriend for a latte macchiato. Everything is always prepared to our satisfaction, even with special requests!! Anyone who complains about the staff should work there themselves. I'm just a guest and I see how unfriendly some guests are. And how messy they make. (They certainly don't eat like that at home.) So it doesn't surprise me that the cleaning isn't always kept up so quickly. Despite everything, the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

After that, we waited another 17 minutes for an apple turnover. The table order for an apple turnover was apparently overlooked, so I had to ask at the counter myself. After a brief discussion with the service staff, the apple turnover was handed to me. The staff needs further training. It's not acceptable to categorically deny that an apple turnover was ordered. I come here quite often, but I really have to point out one thing. I always thought McDonald's was wheelchair-friendly. That's true, but I'm autistic. So I've definitely eaten in better McDonald's. There was so much sauce on my burger that it was almost inedible. I had ordered at the order terminal and wanted to pay at the checkout, which was very confusing as to which checkout you had to go to. No employee said anything. An der Sprechanlage bekommt man oft die Ansage vorzufahren oder kurz zu warten, weil der Kunde vor einem bereits vor gefahren ist, damit der Kassierer den Code abschreiben kann. Danach noch kassieren und am Ausgabeschalter steht die Bestellung schon im Fenster und ist kalt. Nervt extrem.

The worst branch in Bielefeld, hands down. Was there every now and then every few months, always MC Drive. The ice cream machine just seems to be broken all the time. Each time we were told that milkshakes and ice cream were not available. Half of it is always missing or it is said that certain products are not available just because you are too lazy to prepare them. The Frapes are really bad, I see people leaving the store with Frapes and we are told they are not available, this has happened several times. This branch is complete filth.
