McDonald's in Bielefeld

There was NO order from this place that had everything in the bag. Every single time (5 times) i ordered from here something was missing at delivery.

I think this is the worst restaurant in the entire Bielefeld area. Unfortunately, we live right next door, so we usually go here. But there's always something missing from our order. The staff can't handle large orders for four people. You should definitely check immediately! There are better restaurants in terms of taste; the food is often dry and cold. To top it off, there was a black hair in the ice cream last time. These days, I'm just annoyed when the kids want to go to McDonald's.

We only ordered ice cream, and they couldn't even put the sauce on the ice cream, they could only put it on the side. One star because they couldn't even put the sauce properly on the ice cream.

We only wanted a Coke at night, but it was so watery, it was almost impossible to drink and not tasty. The drinks were replaced, and they didn't taste much better. It's a shame they were too expensive for that. The floor and tables were also quite dirty.

I go there very often with my girlfriend for a latte macchiato. Everything is always prepared to our satisfaction, even with special requests!! Anyone who complains about the staff should work there themselves. I'm just a guest and I see how unfriendly some guests are. And how messy they make. (They certainly don't eat like that at home.) So it doesn't surprise me that the cleaning isn't always kept up so quickly. Despite everything, the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

McDonald's is below average in terms of cleanliness. Many tables and benches were greasy and dirty. The cappuccino tasted good. The wait time for two cappuccinos was about 15 minutes. After that, we waited another 17 minutes for an apple turnover. The table order for an apple turnover was apparently overlooked, so I had to ask at the counter myself. After a brief discussion with the service staff, the apple turnover was handed to me. The staff needs further training. It's not acceptable to categorically deny that an apple turnover was ordered. In such cases, you should first listen to the customer and check when the order was placed and why it was lost in the system.

I can't recommend the McDonald's in Bielefeld. There are hardly any customers there, and yet a normal order without any special requests takes 15 minutes. There are seven people in the kitchen, four at the front counter, and yet no employee can manage to do anything. What are the hiring criteria at McDonald's? The main thing is to be slow, right?

Yes, but I always order crema coffee to go in a McDonald's reusable cup. It's the best, by the way.

I come here quite often, but I really have to point out one thing. I always thought McDonald's was wheelchair-friendly. That's true, but I'm autistic. It's really awful that the toilet lock shows the wrong color when it's free. 🤣🙈 Red actually means occupied, not free. I would never have thought to push down the stupid handle to see if it would open. 😅 Until I asked. It was really embarrassing 🤣🙈

Went to McDonalds again after a long time. A queue always forms at the drive because the employees simply don't enter the code correctly because most of them apparently don't understand German ABC! When we got home they packed a lot of things for us wrong: strawberry shake instead of chocolate, cheeseburger WITH cucumbers instead of without, wrong sauces for the nuggets etc (to name just a few) and the employee didn't understand me three times when I told him I wanted the receipt please until I said note 😒 In addition, the whole food was cold and stale. You really don't feel like going to McDonalds anymore! Maybe it's better and healthier 😉

The lady who attended to me had excellent service and willingness. The truth is that people like that make your day better.

So I've definitely eaten in better McDonald's. There was so much sauce on my burger that it was almost inedible. I had ordered at the order terminal and wanted to pay at the checkout, which was very confusing as to which checkout you had to go to. No employee said anything. When I finally got to the right checkout, I waited forever until someone came to cash out.

An der Sprechanlage bekommt man oft die Ansage vorzufahren oder kurz zu warten, weil der Kunde vor einem bereits vor gefahren ist, damit der Kassierer den Code abschreiben kann. Danach noch kassieren und am Ausgabeschalter steht die Bestellung schon im Fenster und ist kalt. Nervt extrem.

The worst branch in Bielefeld, hands down. Was there every now and then every few months, always MC Drive. The ice cream machine just seems to be broken all the time. Each time we were told that milkshakes and ice cream were not available. Half of it is always missing or it is said that certain products are not available just because you are too lazy to prepare them. The Frapes are really bad, I see people leaving the store with Frapes and we are told they are not available, this has happened several times. This branch is complete filth.
