No, unfriendly and not customer-oriented. Better go somewhere else..... I've never experienced anything like that before.

We were there around 11pm and there wasn't much going on. Despite a comparatively large number of staff, we were only able to find a table that was clean after a long search. Eating leftovers, sauces and garbage seem to be normal here. If possible I would like to give no star

Danach noch kassieren und am Ausgabeschalter steht die Bestellung schon im Fenster und ist kalt. Nervt extrem.

The worst branch in Bielefeld, hands down. Was there every now and then every few months, always MC Drive. The ice cream machine just seems to be broken all the time. Each time we were told that milkshakes and ice cream were not available. Half of it is always missing or it is said that certain products are not available just because you are too lazy to prepare them.
