Forgot nugget sauce in the drive

Tables, chairs, floor are so unkempt. I don't even want to imagine the kitchen. I was there around 4:30 p.m. and there was hardly any activity and I think there were enough staff to at least keep the tables clean.

I've never seen such a dirty interior. The carts with garbage on them are already overflowing. Three dining tables not clean (the surface). I won't go in here to eat again!!!

The floor is so greasy that it feels like you're in an ice rink 🤢

We had made reservations for a children's birthday and agreed by phone. Actually, a table was supposed to be decorated, and a cake was also asked. We were there on time with the children, nothing was prepared and there was no surprise for the birthday child as promised, suddenly no one knew anymore and the responsible employee could no longer be found. The other employees didn't want to understand us anymore: I have no idea... Child disappointed and there wasn't even an apology. We left a lot of money there for 6 people, we definitely won't go there again.

Considering it's McDonald's, you really can't complain! The service has always been friendly and quick! Also the only McDonald's where I had one nugget too many in my menu ;)

Tables not wiped down and the entrance is dangerously high for vehicles that are not SUV's and touching the underbody.

Chicken nuggets were good. The store was relatively clean for the run, but the cola was different and scary. I didn't drink a sip

Service wasn't good, we had to wait forever in the drive for 2 small cappuccinos... Actually wanted to have 2 large milkshakes, but the machine was broken. It's just the standard set in the store.

The worst experience I had with McDonald's Jamals! Food cold high 10! I leaked something and let them know to clean it up and nothing happened! Perfect for breaking the habit! There are fries lying around everywhere! Outdoor area dirty! Never come here again!!+

Waited forever inside this afternoon. It wasn't even full, but they still couldn't manage it. Fries limp, burgers too. Shake machine rail broken as always. The floor was sticky. Bah, never again Mäcces Eckendorfer.

We had to wait 27 minutes for our ordered food. When the order was brought to the table, both the fries and the burgers were cold. I will avoid this place in the future. Absolute chaos force.

There have been countless times when I didn't have everything in the bag, even though only a few parts were ordered. Coincidence?

Super slow service… I wanted to redeem a voucher. Since my waitress didn't know how to redeem it, she initially just left me standing there without asking a colleague for advice. Then I had to wait another very long time until my order was ready. When I got home, I noticed that my wrap Caesar was a chilli wrap... so no recommendation, today I just had chaos and several wrong orders.

I've been waiting almost 15 minutes for my order at the Drive Inn counter. This isn't the first time. It's gotten really bad. I'll avoid it in the future.

It has nothing to do with a fast restaurant anymore. The food is there but unfortunately it takes forever. Been waiting for food for over half an hour. Most of those who came after us have already left.

Food is okay. The service was friendly but completely understaffed. Unfortunately there isn't even a changing table. I've never experienced it at McDonald's. I'll go to Burger King next time.

We went there for dinner with the children today after visiting the swimming pool. The toilets were relatively dirty, there was no ice cream, milkshake, Fanta or Sprite available today. The parking situation is very tight. It's just a small branch, the seats outside are tables with fixed benches, so you're relatively cramped. A positive aspect is that we got free hot water for the baby bottle.

Orders will not be taken into account... Employees very very unreasonable... If it is possible for everyone, please continue driving... Every other McD is better...

Were there today, Food was OK. But the environment was a complete disaster. Everything was dirty, tables were stuck and nothing was cleared away. When my daughter went to ask oh can someone clean the table she got Take a handful of dry cloths... Was very unappetizing. When the food came, you didn't get a hello or a good appetite. This has happened several times now, with the same employee offering the same poor service at mcdrive over and over again. First of all, he doesn't speak German and doesn't understand the orders. Furthermore, things are always either missing or packaged incorrectly. You have to keep repeating yourself because the gentleman apparently can't hear either. He is also unfriendly. It is an employee with an Iraqi migration background who wears a mustache. I appeal to McDonald's to at least hire employees who have sufficient knowledge of German and a friendly demeanor. I received the wrong menu and of course the ice cream machine was broken, so I couldn't even order that. So really, our experience in the branch couldn't have been worse!

All the order terminals were broken, the ice cream machine was broken, there was shit in the toilet, the waitress took 10 minutes to take in three citizens, didn't get a receipt, waited 10 minutes for the order master so that he could take my order. Disgusting. Really. Went there today, June 11, around 7 p.m.: Everything was cold, everything was old, things were missing.

Fast food becomes slow food. At the Drive Inn it took FOREVER again! Nothing worked with the app.

The lady at the drive in didn't understand us in German. We stood there for more than 5 minutes for 2 Mc Flurry and had a menu and didn't even get a glass. Even Mecces train station is better. Oh and there was only Oreo to choose from for the McFlurry.

This McDonald's branch is one of the worst, if not the worst branch I have visited! The location is great for drivers, the staff is very unfriendly and unmotivated! The branch is very dirty! A negative example for a McDonald’s branch!

For the first time in 5 years, I went to McDonald's out of necessity because of a transit. I think two individual burgers and a 6 cheese ball just over 21 euros are really steep.

The fries weren't salted, the waiting time was way too long. The toilets are dirty and very disgusting to use. Toilet seats are loose. In the kitchen, chips, salad and other items were flying around on the floor.

Counting should be learned. Meanwhile, something was missing from every order - regardless of whether it was picked up inside or in the drive. Sometimes a whole menu sometimes burgers - with an order of 2 pieces? Well, maybe you can save money that way. Or maximizes profit. Really starting to forget a burger with a quantity of 2 pieces. In the future we will count everything at the checkout or stand in the drive until everything is counted.

Im grossen und ganzen hat MAC Donalds sehr nachgelassen.man muss sein essen an einem großen Smartphone selber bestellen und immer weniger Service die Eismaschine ist ständig kaputt.Im Ausland ist das anders da setzt man noch auf den Kunden und auf Service.

Mit einer der dreckigsten McDonalds in der Umgebung. Sehr unangenehm dort zu essen.

Essen war gut und vorallem heiß, was nicht immer der Fall bei McDonalds ist. Ich für meinen Teil finde die Optik, Gestaltung und die Sauberkeit (gerade auf den Tischen) in dem McDonalds sehr optimierungsbedürftig. Das habe ich in anderen Filialen schon bedeutend besser gesehen.

Wollten MC Donalds noch einmal ne Chance geben und wir hätten es besser lassen sollen. Irgendwie sind wir immer dort wenn die Mitarbeiter total überfordert sind. Wir mussten auf einen Burger so lang warten dass das andere Essen in der Tüte nur noch lauwarm gewesen ist. Die größte Frechheit war der Wrap kaum Inhalt und flach wie ne Flunder. Schade Mc D war mal gut aber so sag ich lieber Nö danke für nichts.

Sparmmenü bestellt: Mac Drive. Nur einen kleinen Burger,kleine Pommes ( kalt ) und kleine Cola für 10 Euro.

Heute morgen um 6 nach der Arbeit wollte ich mir noch einen Snack für den Heimweg gönnen. Dort angekommen waren 2 Autos vor mir im McDRIVE und ca 10 Menschen, zu Fuß, die alle im MCDRIVE bestellt haben und auch bedient wurden. Ende vom Lied, nach 15 Minuten warten ohne überhaupt bestellt zu haben bin ich wieder gefahren. Die pure Unfähigkeit in einem Laden.

Extrem unfreundlich Falsche Öffnungszeiten für Kunden ohne Drive in. Der Manager handgreiflich. Nicht empfehlenswert. Seit Wochen die Öffnungszeiten nicht aktualisiert.

Völlig unfreundliche Bedingungen am Drive in. Die 4 Soßen in der Bestellung wurden komplett vergessen. Also als Frau rate ich keinem dort nachts hin zu fahren.

Typisches McDonald's sehr freundliches Personal, Essen, naja man kennt es, das Gebäude ist allerdings mittlerweile viel viel zu klein und damit wird das Personal unnötig überlastet.

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder zu McDonalds gefahren. Am Drive bildet sich jedesmal eine Schlange, weil die Mitarbeiter einfach den Code nicht richtig eingegeben, weil die meisten anscheinend das deutsche ABC nicht verstehen! Als wir dann zu Hause waren haben die uns vieles falsch eingepackt: Erdbeer Shake, anstatt Schoko, Cheeseburger MIT Gurken, anstatt ohne, falsche Soßen zu den Nuggets usw (um nur einiges zu nennen) und der Mitarbeiter hat mich 3x nicht verstanden als ich ihm sagte ich möchte die Quittung bitte, bis ich Zettel gesagt habe 😒 Zudem war das ganze Essen kalt und abgestanden. Da hat man echt keine Lust mehr überhaupt noch zu McDonalds ! Ist vielleicht auch besser und gesünder 😉

Echt Dreckig! In meinem Bestellten Getränk waren einfach Obstfliegen drinn! Nicht zu empfehlen ausser man mag die Orientalische Kultur!

Habe für 30€ Essen bestellt. Auf die Frage hin, ob ich einen Trinkhalm haben könnte, fragte der Mitarbeiter, für welches Getränk ich einen bräuchte. Ich hatte eine Cola. Daraufhin hieß es, dass es für eine Cola keinen Trinkhalm mehr gäbe. Leute.. wir sprechen hier über Cent-Beträge. Info an den Bereichsleiter: ich fahre nur aus diesem Grund nun zum Konkurrenten, um hier ein Zeichen zu setzen. Und dieser ist bekanntlich fast immer in unmittelbarer Nähe und gibt auch Trinkhalme raus. Tolle Sparmaßnahmen! Hat super funktioniert! Ein Kunde weniger.

Eigentlich gut , leider muss man seine Bestellung besser ist es sie zu kontrollieren ( Drive In ). Mc Rib ohne Zwiebeln bestellt, bekommen ein MC Rib ohne alles , weder Soße noch Gurke . Die Cheeseburger waren lau warm. Das war schon Mal besser .

McDonald’s Filiale direkt an einer Hauptstraße in Bielefeld. Sehr moderne Ausstattung, ein McCafe , ein McDrive und viele Sitzplätze im Innenbereich. Top Cappuccino. Alles sehr sauber und im guten Zustand. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Drive-in genutzt und über 20 min für ein paar Shakes und 2 pommes gebraucht. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und haben ihren Job gemacht, aber es gibt Filialen, da geht das in 5 Minuten. Die Organisation der Filiale ist optimierungsbedürftig, das kann nicht sein, das der arme Kerl an der Ausgabe alles alleine machen muss, während innen ein dutzend Kollegen herumlaufen.

Essen und Service wie gewohnt mittelwarm und freundlich. Was mir aber schon beim letzten Besuch aufgefallen ist - ich hatte es damals für einen Einzelfall gehalten - ist der fettige, rutschige Boden im ganzen Restaurant. Das geht so nicht und macht absolut keinen guten Eindruck.

Absolut unter allem Niveau. Wir haben 15 Minuten am Drive In gestanden und auch gehupt. Nicht ein Mitarbeiter hat reagiert. In der Vorbereitung stand sogar ein Mitarbeiter in Jacke. Diese Filiale wird einen Besuch von uns nie wieder erhalten.

Danke für 4x Pommes obwohl eigentlich Chilli Cheese Snackers und Curly Fries bestellt und bezahlt wurden. TOP!

Schmuddelig, Keine sauberen Tische, überfüllte Rückgabewagen usw. Kein wirkliches Ambiente wo man verbleiben möchte

At night one could only order from the drive in and it was crowded. When going to McDonald's I am used to sitting inside and being cozy and instead I had to eat in the car. Also the Mcdouble chilli cheese got so overpriced it is not worth it anymore

Gefühlt gibt man sich hier ein wenig mehr Mühe bei der Zubereitung der Speisen, ich finde es geschmackvoller und ansehnlicher als in anderen Filialen. Service und Ambiente sind Standard und der ist bekanntlich nicht besonders hoch.

Keine Seife auf der Toilette, auf die Nachfrage kam die Antwort...Wasser ist ja da))) Haben zum Essen Kaffee im Mehrweg gegen Pfand bestellt, angeblich kein sauberes Geschirr da und Süßstoff für Diabetiker!!! auch nicht vorhanden.

Für das was man bekommt, ist McD. einfach viel zu teuer und das Essen ist es nicht wert. Aber nach 3 Jahren war der Big Rösti richtig lecker. Doch der Preis von 9.99 für das große Menü ist einfach ne Frechheit. Keine 10 Minuten nach Erhalt der Bestellung waren die Pommes schon wieder kalt. Aber was früher schon selten funktioniert hat, funktioniert auch heute wohl nicht: warum bestelle ich Ketchup zu den Pommes - steht so auch auf dem Bon - und ich bekomme trotzdem Majonese!! Warum ist das so schwer?

Leider hat sich dieses Restaurant sehr verschlechtert. Wartezeiten von 20min für ein smart Menü sind leider viel zu lang. Tische sind komplett dreckig und es Stapeln sich Müllberge bei den Tablettabgaben. Keine Cola Zero, sweet chilli sauce und Mayo auch nicht bei meinem Besuch Freitag nachts. Pommes sind oft übersalzen und die Bürger meist kalt und mit altem Salat bestückt. Früher lief hier alles viel schneller und besser.
