A delivery service driver from Macedonia brought me something to drink, sat with me in the living room, gave me the drink, I felt sick and passed out, when I woke up I saw that he had disappeared with my new, packed notebook. When I called, they wouldn't give me the name of the delivery driver. I'm more than disappointed because I can't display it like this. What should I do now??? I would like to report the McDonald's driver. He mixed something in my glass!!!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. However, the burgers have become very small compared to last year. It's a shame that I rarely go to McDonald's to eat.

For a McDonald's, it's neat and clean. No unpleasant odors from the kitchen. Order issued quickly. Complete order without any problems. The quality of the food cannot be faulted

Saturday 2 p.m. My friends and I enter the McDonald's in Heidenheim after a long absence. The innocent souls are still unaware of what awaits them. After a good half hour all orders are ready. The first floor is crowded and we decide to eat on the second floor. On the way to the second floor, my friend should have noticed the dry, sticky stain of cola on the stairs, but, unaware of the tray he was carrying in front of him, he made the same mistake as his predecessor and tripped over a step that was too high. The drinks pour like two Niagara Falls over the stairs and his pants. You can hear the fellow cursing loudly. And rightly so. The second floor is in a sad condition. On the table are what are probably all the trays of the day and the day before. The total number is estimated at 30, some stacked on top of each other. The device responsible for this is completely overcrowded, with half a dozen trays still stacked on top. In the corner sits another group of people loudly enjoying their food. Glue the tables. After wiping them, we sat at the table next to the stairs. The only option, as the entire middle of the room is, as I said, overcrowded with tablets. I immediately worry about the mountain of trays lying on the device in question, rising above us like a volcano. However, it seems to be stable. We'll start the feast immediately. The food is a real treat and the fine people quickly forget the unpleasant situation. The pants will also dry quickly on a hot summer day, but are probably already sticky. But disaster is near and it hits us in the midst of a positive mood stimulated by the high discourse. From the opposite side, a young gentleman stands up and runs towards the storage device. We look up with an uneasy feeling. But it's too late. He can't balance his tray on the mountain. A quick “sorry” doesn’t make the situation any better. The journeyman with the sorry pants is hit hardest. After removing the tray from the food, all we can say about such a device is that it always lives up to the reviews. We would still like to eat there again. Food 5/5 Staff 2/5 Ambience: non-existent but was still kind of fun?

I came back to Heidenheim from vacation shortly before 2 a.m. The only option to get something to eat was McDonald's. I ordered for 50€. When I got home we noticed that half of our order was missing. That's how you make money.

This time I had to wait 20 minutes after paying, even though I ordered it using the app.

More and more new staff are being added who really have no idea what they are doing, where I was with previous staff and once a code was broken or didn't work, it was fixed immediately, now it's just 'that's just the way it is'. People also look at you in a completely disgusting way and greetings don't even come out of their mouths.

The cola is expired and tastes like water and you can't drink it. The onions are so big that it got stuck in my throat. The employees are very unfriendly and look at the customers as if they were hitting them

Unfortunately very dirty. The important young man in the yellow jacket could do a better job wiping the tables instead of picking up the trash in the parking lot

It's the same every time, always something is missing. Then you hire people who can't even speak properly. Absolutely cheap. I definitely don't have that problem with Subway. And what's still rubbish is that the fries go into the deep fryer, then stay on top for half an hour and then go back into the deep fryer shortly before they are sold, so that they look fresh. Be sure to report it to the health department. I really don't recommend it at all. And the prices have now become far too expensive so I can buy burgers myself. It would also be nice to be able to clean and all the touch machines where you can order are also partly broken.

If you exceed 2 hours you get a ticket. Even if you ordered again and again because you were meeting up with friends and after all it is a restaurant that earns something from drinks and ice cream! Now I contacted McDonalds and also sent receipts showing that I always ordered something during the visit. If they insist that I pay the 40 euros, I'd rather go somewhere else in the future! By the way, the license plate is photographed as you drive in and out.

As far as a normal McDonald's, you just have to be careful with parking. Longer than 2 hours then it costs 40 €!!!!!! So no more cozy coffee or chatting with friends!!!! I find that impossible!!!! Our visit could be verified by ordering!!!! I don't know of any other McDonald's that runs such a highway robbery in their parking lot!!! I always thought the customer was “king”?? We will not visit this branch again!!

Fries cold, something is always missing from the order

Clean, friendly and fast! Everything was perfect here! The "M" is really tasty and can compete well with the burgers from the many "burger smithies" in the city!

I didn't get an autograph from Ronald McDonald, it's a shame he's never there.

Disastrous there... none of the employees understand what you're saying... ordered items are always missing and when packing up the burgers are stacked until the burgers underneath are flattened in the bag... I've been there several times now and can say it's always like that , so not an exceptional case because there was a lot going on, there was nothing going on today and still 20 nuggets were missing, 3 double cheeseburgers weren't there... I advise against this "Mc Donalds"... it's better not to visit

The worst place ever. It's +30° outside and the air conditioning doesn't work in the room. It's a suffocation chamber, not a McDonald's. The cashiers do not know how to use the cash register, because of which it takes more than 10 minutes to serve a client! This is unprecedented unprofessionalism.

Typical McDonald. Depending on the day and time, you can be lucky or unlucky. Food warm or cold, clean or dirty, staff friendly or unfriendly

It was closed because of Corona. We ordered from the car. Today we were there with our granddaughter. She had fun.

I got an apple turnover with no date of manufacture and it was very cold and bitter :(

Toilets were clean. Unfortunately, the dining tables were not wiped and were dirty. Staff was friendly.

Good food , Pleasant atmosphere

Ate inside today and I have to say it was pretty disgusting. All the tables were sticky and full of rubbish, the floor was full of chips and sticky and the toilet wasn't clean either. The food was cold. I'm very disappointed 😞.

They're so incompetent, they barely speak German, they don't even understand what you want to order

Unfortunately, my last experience with this Heidenheim McDonald's branch was more than disappointing. I eat there with my friends quite regularly, including on April 22nd, 2024, as the upper floor can be very inviting for a smaller group of conversations. During this stay we chatted while eating and probably exceeded the maximum desired length of stay. Because I have now received in the mail how long we were actually there. With photo evidence. And minute-by-minute time tracking. In my opinion, giving a loyal customer a 40-euro parking ticket is simply wrong. It's a shame, we've always enjoyed sitting there together.

Whenever we are here we get fries that are at most lukewarm. We've complained about this several times and gotten hot ones, but at some point we don't feel like it anymore.

The food was always fresh and impeccably presented, accompanied by generous seating that extends over two floors and also extends outside. Clean sanitary facilities are available. I was impressed by the technologically advanced ordering system via screens. But what I appreciate most is the cozy atmosphere that gives this McDonald's a positive touch. Overall, I experienced significantly higher quality here compared to other McDonald's branches.

Always a must on the way to vacation. Still good prices, good WiFi and something for everything

The location is nice, there is a parking lot, there is a cafeteria. The prices have skyrocketed. We came for an evening snack, ate and left. There is no change.

The shop is very dirty. Dirty tables, not to mention the toilet.

The toilets are clean, the service is not the best but the food is good. 5:5 stars just try it 😉

Compared to the last visit, I have to deduct points this time. We were late with dinner because of an appointment. It probably would have been better if we had eaten at home. 1. The lobby was sticky and slippery 2. This time one of the toilets was broken and the floor next to the towel holder was wet. 3. As an employee, don't touch a small child's face and stroke them without asking. 4. The food was only moderately warm this time. And the burgers were pretty dented. I guess it really depends on the staffing of the shift. I'm really sorry I have to say it like that. But this time there was definitely room for improvement.

Up until now everything has always been OK. Except for 1/2 times forgotten sauces... but that's just what happens.

Ordered cappuccino and caramel macchiato on site. Cappuccino was served with a wooden spoon and without a saucer, the macchiato was missing the caramel syrup and the decoration. The spoon that came with it was dirty, as was the second one. The two milk jugs hadn't been cleaned all day - they were completely filthy with dried milk. 3 of 4 employees didn't understand German, the fourth only understood enough to be able to claim that I hadn't ordered a caramel macchiato, just a simple one - despite the receipt as proof. If you feel like lousy service and poor hygiene, this is the place for you.

A very nice McDonald's. Nice personel. Food as you know it. 👍

Pommes zu kalt, Getränke im Winter ohne Eis!

Dieser McDonald's ist in Ordnung.

ES GAB KEIN FRÜHSTÜCK GRUND: „wir haben erst um 10 Uhr auf gemacht und um 10 Uhr hört Frühstück auf“ und es gab kein Eis das ist wirklich nicht nett und der Spieltisch war auch kaputt !

Sauber ist anderst.. Der Laden war ganz schön Schmuddelig und die WC´s sehr fragwürdig. Das Essen hat aber gepasst.

Am 12.11.2023 war ich mit meinen Kindern und meiner Schwester bei MCDonalds essen. Wir haben gelacht, gegessen, gut bestellt und... Heute habe ich in meinem Briefkasten eine Strafe von 40 Euro erhalten. MCDonalds sei Videoüberwacht und man hätte mich über 2 Stunden parken sehen. Nur ich war ja in MCDonalds essen. Ich wusste nicht, dass ich Zeit stoppen muss, wenn ich essen gehe! Ich WAR seit 15 Jahren Stammkunde. Jede Woche. Mal Nördlingen, mal Aalen und Heidenheim. Das ist eine Frechheit... Korrektur am 08.12.2023. MCDonalds hat den Strafzettel storniert, hätte ich nie erwartet. Ich habe Ihnen Rechnungen vorgelegt, dass ich wirklich da war und es wurde storniert. Ich habe einen Anruf bekommen von MCDonalds, der Strafzettel wurde am 04.12.2023 storniert. Ich nehme alles zurück und bleibe treuer Stammkunde. 😁 Danke für die Mühe. 😊

Ist halt das goldene M, wer da Essen in spitzen Restaurantqualität erwartet, ist fehl am Platz. Der Service verlief aber reibungslos, es war alles da was bestellt wurde. Zum Ambiente, es war nicht überfüllt, daher war es recht angenehm dort zu essen, Wartezeit war auch recht kurz & bin froh, dass man nicht auf die Automaten angewiesen ist, sondern nach wie vor direkt am Schalter bestellen kann.

Falsches Essen bekommen aber sonst alles ok

Einfach mittlerweile schlecht. Ich ging schon eh nicht oft zu MC. Der letzte Besuch aber hat mich ganz von der Fast Food Kette gebracht. Mieser Service weil die Bedienungen kein oder kaum deutsch sprechen. Das Essen war unterirdisch! Ist bei anderen Mc-filialen nicht anders.

Essen Topp, Personal zu hektisch an der Kasse. Bekannter hat nach Job gefragt, dann wollten Sie Lebenslauf. Für Bürgerbrater, das ist überzogen. Naja die meisten machen den Job nicht lange...

zweistöckiger McDonald's bei dem ich positiv überrascht war hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit im Restaurantbereich. Ich war mit meinem Sohn nach einen Fußballtournier dort zum essen und wir haben im zweiten Stock platz genommen. Hier war relativ wenig los und die Tische waren sehr sauber und nicht verklebt. Das habe in in anderen Filialen schon ganz anders erlebt. Über die Qualität der Speisen braucht man glaube ich beim McDonalds nicht viel sagen, denn da habe ich zwischen den einzelnen Filialen bisher noch keinen Unterschied festgestellt. Ich bin niemand der relativ oft zu McDonald's geht, aber einmal im halben Jahr kann man das schon mal machen und mit den Coupons in der App sind die Preise auch angemessen. Ohne Coupons würde ich glaube ich nicht mehr bei McDonald's einkehren.

Hab ich irgendwas verpasst? War nach jahrelanger Abstinenz mal wieder bei McDonald's essen... Über 10 Euro für ein Menu??? Gehts noch? Das letzte mal hab ich irgendwas um die 6 Euro bezahlt. Seither aber nicht fast das doppelte verdient :-(

Big Mac nur lauwarm, MA eher lustlos ,sind mit Privatgesprächen beschäftigt ,

Leider waren die wraps zum Frühstück kalt. Sonst freundliches Personal Kaffee waren gut .Bei diesem Besuch war alles gut.

Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt Spielzeug vergessen und 20er Nuggets vergessen

Gut und freundlicher Sevice wie immer.

Wenn die Eismaschine gelegentlich auch mal im Sommer funktionieren würde, wäre das echt nice.

Das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen könnte wärmer sein. Ansonsten ist es recht ordentlich.

Das mit den Punkte sammeln funktioniert nicht immer das ist schade aber ansonsten ein McDonald's wie jeder andere 😅👍

Ist der Big Mäc jetzt ohne Sauce?

Ein normaler durchschnittlicher McDonald's nicht mehr nicht weniger.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Andere McDonalds Restaurants könnten ein Beispiel davon nehmen. Das Eis war sehr lecker und nicht zu beanstanden. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Schneller Service.

Ein McDonald‘s wie jeder andere. Das Restaurant ist relativ sauber.

Schöner, sauberer und ordentlicher, zweistöckiger McDonald‘s mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern die auf Zack sind. Hier gibt es auch einen Aufzug für das OG.

Klasse MC, Burger super, schnelle und freundliche Bedienung (Drive).

Ambiente ist wie bei alle McDonalds aber zumindest ist hier der Service top und das Essen immer frisch und das schon seit Jahren meiner Meinung nach einer der besten McDonalds die ich kenne👍🏼
