We was today here, before 12:00. There was not many people. All is comfortable and fresh, and good music on background. Service was friendly and fast. And our food and my coffee was tasty coffee. Thank you for this atmosphere:))

McDonald's in Heidenheim has exceptionally friendly staff and service, especially towards children.

I'd give less if it were possible. Everything fried tasted of old grease. The burgers were older. The apple pie was pineapple, which I can't stand. It's a shame; I won't order it again!

I ordered today through Lieferando, and it was disastrous. First, the fries were very salty, and the nuggets were utterly stale. They had no taste and were made with old oil. Never again.

Very courteous and friendly service

Service was relatively good and fast, but the food was tasteless. The glass special was missing, and Coke without ice cubes was served with ice cubes.

I got 20 plant-based nuggets. When I got home, the ones on top were warm and good/tasty, but among the fresh ones were five that were definitely old and had probably just been refried. They were so hard, I could barely chew them; I had to stop myself from gagging. It wasn't the first time I'd been sold them. I've learned my lesson now; never again!

After a long wait at the cash register to even pay, two MC Classic Burgers suddenly became two MC Chicken Crispy, one with bacon, and one without. I would also like to thank the employee who repeatedly looked at me and continued to ignore me at the cash register.

A good McDonald's with fast service and a clean restaurant. The food is usually fresh, especially the fries. It can get a bit crowded at times, but overall, it's a reliable place for a quick snack.

It was delicious, but there were a lot of flies inside and also on our food. And there was no soap in the toilet, which was really sad 😢.

I took this order, and the milkshake didn't contain any caramel, and the glass was cracked on one side. The employees know they have a duty to handle the products with care.

Disaster I would love to read this post. Sitting in a restaurant is unbearable, as millions of flies land on the food and disturb everyone who stays there. While we were eating, there were flies everywhere; we had to chase the musicians away and eventually leave the restaurant. This is not normal at all. In extreme heat, the air conditioning sometimes doesn't work. But the flies are the worst so far. You are welcome to check this out. We were at the restaurant on May 7, 2025.

Twenty flies constantly bothered me while I was eating. The whole place was full of them. Disgusting.

I really like it there and I'm happy to come back. The food is excellent and exactly as requested.

The number of flies in the restaurant is completely unacceptable and disgusting. In addition, it often happens that the staff don't bring the entire order and are rude after a complaint.

The fries are always cold, the computer keeps crashing, you have to wait 15 minutes for your order after the number has passed.....

Update: We visited the restaurant again last Friday. This time it was really clean; twice, the staff were busy keeping the tables and floor clean. The food came very quickly, and everything was freshly prepared. The staff member was very friendly and very helpful during the ordering process. We'll be back. :-) We still deducted one star: There were at least as many flies in the restaurant as in the barn on a farm. We went to the restaurant for lunch. Although one staff member was busy cleaning the tables outside, the inside area was unfortunately complete chaos. Fries on the tables, used napkins on the benches, and spilled drinks on the floor. Obviously, at peak times, in such a large establishment with an outdoor area and a first floor, you need more than just one staff member to keep things tidy. Otherwise, the food came quickly, but my lattice potatoes had been in the warming area for a while, which is why the texture wasn't as good.

Employees are very rude and very lazy, speak little to no German, take a long time to take orders and are just complaining (actually no star)

A parking ticket for 30 euros because we exceeded the maximum parking time – even though we were guests in the restaurant at the time. That's very disappointing and annoying. That's how you scare away customers!

This was definitely the last time I'll eat there. Flies are everywhere! The staff don't speak fluent German, which makes ordering difficult. Tables are dirty, with leftover food under the tables. It used to be good, but now it's run down. The burgers are smashed together and cold. NEVER AGAIN

We went out to get something to eat beforehand, and my son had a happy meal. When we got home, there were no toys inside. It really can't be that things always get forgotten.

Crazy...what many others are saying here is true. I also didn't receive my order correctly (wrong burgers, etc.), but the complaint was problem-free, and I was even able to keep the incorrect burgers.

The ordering service at the counter was very poorly understood; the special breakfast burgers were sold out at 9:30 a.m.!

I ordered a McFlurry with sour dragon tongue – the ice cream was only half full, with no syrup, and barely any topping. I asked politely and normally if that was correct. Instead of an explanation, the employees spoke to me aggressively and rudely – I was told, "That's standard," in a tone that was anything but professional. And as if that weren't enough, I was then banned from the premises just for calmly asking. That's not how you treat paying customers. A simple clarification would have been perfectly sufficient. Very disappointing – I definitely won't be coming back.

Wrong burgers packed, shop was poorly attended - you could have expected the right food. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home.

I placed an order at McDonald's about half an hour ago. Unfortunately I threw away the proof of purchase. For some reason the sauces and salad disappeared from the order. All I got was Coca-Cola, a burger and a portion of fries! The McDonald's employees are probably very inattentive or eat their food at home. 🤣🤣🤣 Although many people are pretty full, I now understand why that is. Well, I never really write reviews, but I have to do it now. A few days ago I reserved the birthday hall for my son because he wanted to celebrate his birthday there with his friends. These points of what doesn't work are as follows. 1. We were given a birthday cake from Mcs so I looked online to see what it looked like. The pictures showed big, beautiful cakes. But all we got was a tiny chocolate cake with a few Smarties – no candle, no “Happy Birthday”. 2. The plates and napkins were pink and in Bibi and Tina style, and the decorations were from Christmas - completely inappropriate for a child's birthday in May. 3. It was extremely stuffy in the room even though it was raining outside. When asked if the window could be tilted a little further, they said: “Forbidden”. Everyone – children and adults alike – was sweating. 4. I bought a few small bottles of “Goldwasser” – €4.50 each, completely overpriced. 5. When I called to make the reservation, I was told that we could only celebrate at a certain time because the children were seen as a nuisance at lunchtime. McDonald's is supposed to be child-friendly and there is a children's room upstairs for birthday parties.

After waiting half an hour without receiving the simple order (breakfast duo + glass) or reasonable information about how long I should wait + unfriendly employees, I canceled the order and left again

After a long absence, we decided to have something to eat together after going to the cinema and end the evening. Since we arrived at night, we didn't notice the notice about the maximum parking time of 2 hours. Despite the fact that we had placed various orders more than once during the visit period, i.e. consistently paying guests were parked in the customer parking space until the very end, we were not only very surprised by the speeding ticket with a maximum cost of €40 for 1 hour and 20 minutes... no, that is a shameless impudence! Pure rip-off and not even remotely understandable behavior as a restaurant towards its “guests”. Since the food was not only prepared and served carelessly as usual, and the coffee is/was now inedible and completely overpriced, this "parking violation" is just the height of impudence, which will certainly not encourage us to visit this "restaurant" again. I would be happy to comment on this, but again this would be a service that is certainly not offered.

TOILETS: Unfortunately, the toilets are completely filthy. It smells strongly of urine there. PARKING: Absolutely awesome. Paying guests are being ripped off there. Apparently as a customer you are only allowed to stand in the parking lot for 2 hours. Now the parking lot operator charges 40 euros for overstaying by 1 hour and 25 minutes.

I ordered a Mc Chicken Classic with bacon, spoiler, there was no bacon on it I ordered McSundea chocolate and got white. It was good👍🏼

Disaster with this parking depot company. It's a shame that McDonald's doesn't intervene in some cases.

Very tasty, rarely the service is bad

Overall, the food corresponded to the standardized McDonald's level, but unfortunately the fries were only lukewarm, which spoiled the enjoyment. A major point of criticism was the condition of the sanitary facilities: the toilets were unclean and unkempt, there were no towels to dry hands, the waste bin was dirty, and the lamp in the toilet flickered. The dining room was also dirty and the facilities seemed neglected. The various technical deficiencies and the inadequate condition of the rooms leave a poor overall impression. There is urgent need to catch up here.

Good parking and enough space to eat

Went to McDonald's with the grandchildren, of course a highlight for the children, with vouchers you can eat relatively cheaply!

We were there on Friday with our daughter to celebrate her birthday. Everything worked out very well. The room was beautifully decorated. The food was brought to us. The service was super good. There was even a free cake and the staff were all really nice to the children and I think they also had fun and gave the children a very nice afternoon. I can definitely recommend it.

Were here for breakfast. Tables dirty, food neither fresh nor warm even though there was nothing going on. Closing the branch is unreasonable.

We always celebrated children's birthdays there. Now with a new boss in 2025, a children's birthday party on the weekend, i.e. Saturday or Sunday, is no longer possible. The room is not made available although the staff does not have to do anything. Underground service.

Ein 1cooler Mc Donald s. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannend. Es gibt draußen einen grossen Sitzgarten plus Spielplatz. Dazu hat der McDonald s eine große Auswahl!!😁. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung. Vorne draußen gibt es einen großen Parkplatz und einen Mc.Drive. ich komme sicher wieder her!!😀.

After 3 years I gave another chance to McDonald's despite the fact they kill millions of animals every year, but they have a Vegan burger yeeeee 🥴. I saw in an advertisement the new Big Vegan TS hamburguer. Well the only good thing about it, is because it's Vegan. There were only 3 customer in the store, so not really crowded, and the attendant haven't give the proper attention to build the sandwich, I would wait 30 minutes no complaining if the sandwich was well prepared. It was dry, dismantled, old vegetables and the tomato was like you see in the pictures, they put the bottom of the tomato in the sandwich, that sucks. Who puts the bottom of the tomato in sandwiches??? Never more McDonald's.

The food is as you would expect from other branches, there is nothing to complain about here. The quality of the prepared food remains consistently good over many visits on different days and times of day. Service is completely in the green area, regardless of whether you order on site or pre-order in the app and table service. In my opinion, what should be improved in the branch is the cleanliness: both the tables and things like seats, backrests, etc. could use a lot more attention.

You get what you expect from a McDonalds

Terrible, several guests were making loud phone calls on the first floor via WiFi in foreign languages. I felt very uncomfortable there and none of the tenants cared about it, so I went to the second floor with my order number and had 20 minutes to place my order waited, the breakfast comes partly cold and the tenant claims that they don't serve deserts, which I ordered on the monitor, such nonsense

A delivery service driver from Macedonia brought me something to drink, sat with me in the living room, gave me the drink, I felt sick and passed out, when I woke up I saw that he had disappeared with my new, packed notebook. When I called, they wouldn't give me the name of the delivery driver. I'm more than disappointed because I can't display it like this. What should I do now??? I would like to report the McDonald's driver. He mixed something in my glass!!!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. However, the burgers have become very small compared to last year. It's a shame that I rarely go to McDonald's to eat.

Saturday 2 p.m. My friends and I enter the McDonald's in Heidenheim after a long absence. The innocent souls are still unaware of what awaits them. After a good half hour all orders are ready. The first floor is crowded and we decide to eat on the second floor. On the way to the second floor, my friend should have noticed the dry, sticky stain of cola on the stairs, but, unaware of the tray he was carrying in front of him, he made the same mistake as his predecessor and tripped over a step that was too high. The drinks pour like two Niagara Falls over the stairs and his pants. You can hear the fellow cursing loudly. And rightly so. The second floor is in a sad condition. On the table are what are probably all the trays of the day and the day before. The total number is estimated at 30, some stacked on top of each other. The device responsible for this is completely overcrowded, with half a dozen trays still stacked on top. In the corner sits another group of people loudly enjoying their food. Glue the tables. After wiping them, we sat at the table next to the stairs. The only option, as the entire middle of the room is, as I said, overcrowded with tablets. I immediately worry about the mountain of trays lying on the device in question, rising above us like a volcano. However, it seems to be stable. We'll start the feast immediately. The food is a real treat and the fine people quickly forget the unpleasant situation. The pants will also dry quickly on a hot summer day, but are probably already sticky. But disaster is near and it hits us in the midst of a positive mood stimulated by the high discourse. From the opposite side, a young gentleman stands up and runs towards the storage device. We look up with an uneasy feeling. But it's too late. He can't balance his tray on the mountain. A quick “sorry” doesn’t make the situation any better. The journeyman with the sorry pants is hit hardest. After removing the tray from the food, all we can say about such a device is that it always lives up to the reviews. We would still like to eat there again. Food 5/5 Staff 2/5 Ambience: non-existent but was still kind of fun?

I came back to Heidenheim from vacation shortly before 2 a.m. The only option to get something to eat was McDonald's. I ordered for 50€. When I got home we noticed that half of our order was missing. That's how you make money.

This time I had to wait 20 minutes after paying, even though I ordered it using the app.

More and more new staff are being added who really have no idea what they are doing, where I was with previous staff and once a code was broken or didn't work, it was fixed immediately, now it's just 'that's just the way it is'. People also look at you in a completely disgusting way and greetings don't even come out of their mouths.

The cola is expired and tastes like water and you can't drink it. The onions are so big that it got stuck in my throat. The employees are very unfriendly and look at the customers as if they were hitting them

It's the same every time, always something is missing. Then you hire people who can't even speak properly. Absolutely cheap. I definitely don't have that problem with Subway. And what's still rubbish is that the fries go into the deep fryer, then stay on top for half an hour and then go back into the deep fryer shortly before they are sold, so that they look fresh. Be sure to report it to the health department. I really don't recommend it at all. And the prices have now become far too expensive so I can buy burgers myself. It would also be nice to be able to clean and all the touch machines where you can order are also partly broken.

If you exceed 2 hours you get a ticket. Even if you ordered again and again because you were meeting up with friends and after all it is a restaurant that earns something from drinks and ice cream! Now I contacted McDonalds and also sent receipts showing that I always ordered something during the visit. If they insist that I pay the 40 euros, I'd rather go somewhere else in the future! By the way, the license plate is photographed as you drive in and out.

As far as a normal McDonald's, you just have to be careful with parking. Longer than 2 hours then it costs 40 €!!!!!! So no more cozy coffee or chatting with friends!!!! I find that impossible!!!! Our visit could be verified by ordering!!!! I don't know of any other McDonald's that runs such a highway robbery in their parking lot!!! I always thought the customer was “king”?? We will not visit this branch again!!

Fries cold, something is always missing from the order

Clean, friendly and fast! Everything was perfect here! The "M" is really tasty and can compete well with the burgers from the many "burger smithies" in the city!

The worst place ever. It's +30° outside and the air conditioning doesn't work in the room. It's a suffocation chamber, not a McDonald's. The cashiers do not know how to use the cash register, because of which it takes more than 10 minutes to serve a client! This is unprecedented unprofessionalism.
