Nice play area. Very clean. Hot fries. However, that's where the positives end. The kids' cheeseburgers were cold. Both Whoppers were cold. What a shame.

Stay away from the kebab style! Unless you want to spend a night in the emergency room! Like me.

It's completely unacceptable that I ordered a plant-based nugget burger and received a nugget burger with real chicken, but wrapped in plant-based paper! I only noticed it at home, otherwise I would have complained, but this is simply unacceptable!

First, the negatives: A rather strange guy behind us in line suddenly asked if we'd be much longer, and then actually smelled the back of my neck – that was quite unpleasant. As for the food: it was perfectly fine, as were the prices – nothing special, but okay. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the staff: they noticed we were a couple and immediately gave us an extra straw and fork. A small gesture, but really thoughtful – I appreciated that.

The service is very poor; something is always forgotten or overcharged. And app points aren't calculated or deducted, even if you tell the cashier! Today we ordered a doner box and got chili fries, and we heard the manager shout, "What's a doner box?" Actually, that's actually customer fraud, but Burger King's reputation is ruined.

We also had a bad experience with the delivery service. I won't even start on the food, but the staff was so unfriendly. No hello, no goodbye, they were in a bad mood. That's unacceptable. And as is the case with many people, the wrong food was delivered. Isn't that really that difficult with two burgers and two fries?

I just ordered a delivery service... I wanted a burger without a pickle – of course, I got it with a pickle. I wanted the wrap without a tomato – you don't have to be a clairvoyant to guess what I got. In short, I ended up with cold food and a warm drink, which I requested cold. So, an order where I didn't get what I wanted at all.

Our romantic restaurant... something's really changed there... clean, friendly, and the burgers are really good...

We ordered three meals. The burger was delicious, especially the sauce that made it very juicy and pleasant to the taste. However, there were also unpleasant moments, such as the potatoes being barely warm and the missing toys our child had ordered, even though they were listed on the order form and in the display case. They gave us different ones, saying the ones we ordered weren't available. And they only said that after I had clarified the matter with them. And the staff were very dissatisfied, who didn't smile and didn't serve their customers in a friendly manner.

Things have been getting worse lately. I've been given the wrong food twice in a short space of time. I ordered King Nuggets and got chili cheese nuggets, which are also €2 cheaper. I'll be avoiding this place in the future 🤬.

Last night, I went to BK for the first time in years and had the long chili. After an hour or two, my stomach was already acting up, and today I've had stomach problems all day. Now I know why I haven't eaten there in years. I couldn't fault the service or ambiance.

Room for improvement: Service: The service could be improved somewhat. Due to the high volume of customers, the staff were a bit overwhelmed, resulting in longer wait times. A few additional employees could certainly help. Overall, however, we had a good experience and will certainly return. A visit to Burger King is always a safe bet for a quick and delicious meal.

I can recommend Burger King, you get delicious, freshly prepared burgers and freshly made fries, without salt if you wish 👍 the service staff are okay, but there are a few language problems and sometimes people don't really understand what you want.

The food is actually good and almost always fresh. But the staff really can't seem to get anything done! Even if it's quiet and you only order two meals plus a burger, they forget the extra burger. Unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt, but luckily the staff did! But that won't happen to me again!

Still bad. They put the prices sky high 27.77 cents x 2 mini sandwiches and a large sandwich. On the way out I went to the doner because I was hungry. Absurd. Spending a lot of money to not eat well with that money I take a family bucket at KFC and 3 of us eat with drinks included and without limits. Burger King after 20 years I say goodbye to you. Too expensive for more lukewarm sandwiches. Totally disgusting... 9 euros for a mini burger is a disgrace.

Today I would like to highlight a special employee at Burger King: Ms. Claudia Filip. She is always exceptionally kind, especially to my 7 year old daughter and me. We visit this Burger King once a week because my daughter trains Krav Maga next door and gets to choose something tasty as a reward afterwards. Ms. Filip makes our visits special every time! Even when no new toys were available, she always gave my daughter loving attention. This exceptional service cannot be taken for granted and deserves great recognition. One burger was cold. Was complained about. The new burger was not good in taste and the quality was poor. Caused discomfort and stomach problems after consumption. Are disappointed. Won't be going back to Burger King anytime soon.

I ordered at 1 p.m. today, called at 3 p.m. and asked where the order was. I was first told that there was no order at all and after 5 minutes back and forth the driver was on the way. At around 4 p.m. the driver came even though I had canceled and collected the full price from my mother! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

Stood at the drive in for a good 5 minutes without anything happening. Intercom dead even though nothing was going on. At some point we drove to the serving window in the hope of being able to place our order there. Employee saw us, stood at the side of the window... and then ignored us... Then BK HDH wants us as a customer And our money probably not...

Chilli cheese nuggets were old and had probably been thrown in the hairdresser a second time. Burgers were cold even though we ate right after the drive-in. Very disappointing.....will not eat there again!

During our drive-in visit today, several things were once again missing from the order. Unfortunately, no one can be reached by phone or they hang up straight away. Apparently this is happening more and more often in the branch, as the owner already protects himself with the receipt. We only noticed this when we got home. We think it's pure impudence and a rip-off on the part of this management to treat customers like this. I hope that this review reaches you up there and that you are ashamed of this action. We will no longer use this branch.

If I could I would give them minus points, all the extras on the burgers were missing and when I ordered churros towards the end I had to wait 25 minutes for them. Unsympathetic staff when I asked how long it would take, I was only told it would take.

Best BK was there twice today, I dropped my Fanta in the restaurant & the whole floor was full, I wasn't even allowed to clean it up myself & I got a new Fanta, so many classic restaurants can learn a lot from the service, thank you very much to the nice gentleman for the Fanta & the friendly lady for the service.

Ordered via Lieferando. I called 20 minutes after the food was supposed to be there. Apparently it still takes 14 minutes. Okay, we'll wait. After another 60 minutes still no Esden received. 3 hours later the driver calls and says he is there now. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. In between I kept trying to call the restaurant, but no one answered the phone!!!

Let's make it short, scam... we had 3 orders and in all of them something was wrong or additional costs were incurred. For example, at the terminal there is normal ketchup with the fries, 50 cents on the bill. Free article from the app about crowns, 50 cents when paying. Coupons not redeemable or includes other burgers. Staff (shift manager?!) Very, very unfriendly... so you'd better eat somewhere else :)

The ambience on site itself was good and also pleasantly air-conditioned. If the owner reads my review, I would recommend giving the preparation process a little longer.

There were onion rings with the app for 0.99 cents. I paid 3.49 when I asked and was told the price was no longer valid. That's more than 3 times as much without telling me. I don't think it's good.

The burgers I was served had an ice-cold and mushy texture, prompting me to take them apart and examine them more closely. Upon closer inspection, I first noticed that the rolls were dry and not toasted. The lettuce also appeared limp and faded in color, with an unappetizing shade of brown that indicated spoilage. This disappointing experience is probably due to the fact that employees here change jobs more often than they change their underwear. This means that inexperienced people without sufficient knowledge of German have to get into management positions. There don't seem to be any employees with years of experience who could take the helm in critical situations, but given the pitiful pay, that's hardly surprising.

It's actually practical that there is a Burger King in Hildenhein, but unfortunately we noticed a lot of negative things: -So first of all we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 menus (at least there was nice music while we waited) -Then there were offers that were not given at machines and were only valid upon request -When we asked about the offer, the US Federal Reserve acted like a fool and said it was because of the deposit -5 orders were made before us, but they were ordered later -The last point is the price-performance ratio... We spent 34 euros for 2 small menus, 1 coffee and 6 chicken nuggets, where we only spent 20 euros at the competitor McDonald's Conclusion: It took a very long time for 2 small orders, offers were only valid upon request, staff were not nice and sometimes other orders of the same size were made first even though you ordered earlier and the price-performance ratio is really bad!!! No recommendation!!!
