Ordered from the car on the way and picked up straight away, in transit so to speak... Everything was great👌

I don't expect anything from fast food stores anymore, except that they at least stick to the "Fast" in the name. Today I wanted to quickly pick up 2-3 little things with a colleague because we were very stressed today, after 20 minutes I had to leave the store without food... of course it was paid for in advance.

Very busy branch with clearly not enough staff in preparation, because you had to wait a long time for the order.

Overall okay. The MCs is often full - long waiting times are inevitable. Staff friendly, food is okay.

Fast service, everything was great!

Went to MC Drive by car. Short time from ordering to receiving the goods. Delicious, good quality burgers. Good for a quick hunger not far from the motorway.

The service here at this restaurant is pretty subpar. The display shows that you can pick up your goods. Then you stand there and say you want to pick up your food and then they say it's not ready yet. There seems to be a system here to declare the orders as finished so that the statistics are correct. There are four finished orders on the display. People stand there with their legs in their stomachs and preparation is nothing. What is displayed here doesn't seem to fit. The fries are very wobbly, somehow not fresh and the burger was also cold. All in all not satisfactory

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've eaten at in my life.

Unfortunately one of the worse McDonald's. Tables mostly greasy and dirty. Burgers were often cold, despite quick table service after ordering - so they had probably been kept warm for a while. In addition, you always have to check the order for completeness; something is usually forgotten. That's annoying... If you ask, you'll get the missing burger or something similar. At least without any discussions. The ambience is like everywhere else at McD.

Great place with nice service. The order was completed quickly and as expected. I definitely recommend it and thank you.

We have ordered food there many times, each time with an enormous waiting time, sometimes even with a 30 minute wait on Mc Drive, there were 3 cars in front of us. Something like that just doesn't work and at no other McDonald's do you have to wait so long, it's just annoying

It was very clean in the guest room and also in the toilets. We had a large order and it came very quickly.

We ordered lactose free cappuccino and instead it was made with regular milk. When we explained this to the employee, he didn't understand the difference between the two types of milk. Some extra training or job reorientation is required.

Has decreased significantly. Orders are hardly understood, after asking 3 times it sometimes works or something else comes up when the screen doesn't work. Honestly. I was there early in the morning at 9:10 a.m. and had to wait a whopping 10 minutes for a Mc Toasty Chees and a cappuccino. I have to say that there was someone in front of me with a soft drink who had to wait 6 minutes without a previous customer and a customer in front of me with two lattes. Then a friend ordered a few Mc Toasties and a coffee from Mc Drive and had to wait almost 20 minutes for it. This is called FAST food.

It's a shame that there are no more Germans willing to work. Overall service was better at MC, McCaffee not a requirement, served as you walk past, no saucers, napkins, cake selection very limited And everything after rush hour. But clean 👍

Worst McDonald's ever!! After half an hour I asked when our food would be ready. Statement that it was forgotten and is finished straight away (exactly the same game at the neighboring table). 15 minutes later it arrived, some things were missing and the other half was COLD. My complaint was met with a roll of eyes. No apology, nothing happened. This branch is completely wrong and unprofessionally managed!

The slowest drive thru I know Again and again… experienced 8-14 minutes of waiting time after ordering!

Just ordered two McFlurry Twix. So that's an absolute joke. The cup isn't even half full and then half of the toppings are missing. Mess!!!!!!

I don't even want to talk about the food. Because the sanitary facilities alone are enough to make you run out of there screaming. There is a lack of soap, toilet paper, cleanliness and even toilet lids. A thick layer of dust on the urinals including the hair insert. Urine and other dried residues stick to the seat glasses. Apparently, according to the cleaning list, cleaning has already taken place three times to date (Sunday morning). Simply disgusting!

We go there often. Sometimes an ice cream, sometimes coffee or sometimes a burger and have never been disappointed. No matter what language and no matter how crowded, they are always super nice and helpful to us.

Very bad shop with every order they come too late or you basically wait 2 hours for your food, or better said every time you get a lukewarm apology and you have to say you can walk there and back in 2 hours 0 stars because even the food is cold when it's there and if you complain you get insulted when ordering started and there were vouchers as an excuse

Been there twice so far. Once in the local restaurant and once in McDrive. Long wait every time, but in McDrive we waited almost 35 minutes.

Often very crowded here. Service performance mixed. Something is often forgotten, burgers are a matter of luck whether they are well assembled or quickly thrown on top of each other.

A nice shop with VERY lots of parking spaces, I'm regularly there, even at night, nice service and always clean!

We ordered online and paid with Paypal, food came but something was missing. Called and was told it would be delivered immediately, that was over an hour ago. Nobody answers the phone, what kind of service is this. 😤.After 1.5 hours someone reached, very cheeky and incompetent. We will complain to higher authorities. Paid and didn't receive the goods, it wasn't the first time.

Everything is no longer as it was

After 40 minutes of waiting, we asked employees where our order was, they forgot it and after another 10 minutes it was finally brought to our table. They accidentally added other citizens to our order at the end but I'm not complaining about that. Food was still good.

Very tasty, the cola with an extra burger and even toenails, which is how I like it best. I was constipated but this drink solved my problems, it flowed out like butter.

We waited a full 25 minutes for our food. And that in a fast food restaurant. The young lady who brought our food was very snippy and condescending. The toilets were last checked at 7 a.m. and we were there at 12:30 p.m. If you looked here regularly, there would also be soap in the toilets. We wouldn't come back.

Burger forgot to pack the Big Mag Double

As far as food and ambience are concerned, it's just a typical McDonalds. The fact that we waited 35 minutes (3 menus and 1 ice cream), even on a busy day, is simply unacceptable. And this despite the fact that we processed everything at the terminal with EC payment (it said it was quicker than paying at the checkout). First and last time visited.

Hoping for a milkshake and a McMenu with a free glass, I was deeply disappointed in this branch. When I asked about a straw with my drink, I was told: "Straws are only available with milkshakes." Yes, that's a shame because there was no milkshake as described. Even though the branch was very empty, I had to wait a long time for my order. My McSundae was as shown in the picture, almost a milkshake due to the liquid and the lack of sauce. Inedible. In addition, the choice of drinks was very limited. The beeping is annoying. One star is actually too many for the situation described. However, the atmosphere is pleasant, hence one star. I recommend that anyone planning to eat here abandon their plan and go to an alternative McDonald's branch.

0 stars We just ordered online and chose this store solely because of the cheesecake. However, a member of staff called us to inform us that the cheesecake was no longer available, forcing us to choose another cake. I find it annoying that the product was not removed on Lieferando. When I checked later, the cheesecake was still available. We also ordered a Mac menu, which according to the picture contained a glass. The bill suddenly said "*No glass*", which I found to be inappropriate since it wasn't advertised that way. Also, the fries were still frozen. Unacceptable and we will never order there again!

Because of the lack of alternatives, I often come here. Every time on a public holiday or Saturday evening the staff is completely overwhelmed. You wait 20' or more in the drive-in. Kaulitz menus are apparently only available in the app. Pure chaos.

Well, I've never had such chaos before..... first you stand at the checkout for 5 minutes until someone is comfortable enough to come to you and then you want to order the finished menu as it is pictured and advertised and then called "No, you can't order that from the menu!" And then 1 complete menu is not entered at all despite being told 3 times because the cashier doesn't understand what you want from her!

I would actually like to give 0 stars. Such a juice shop... the last time the weather got nice, the ice cream machine was already off at 7 p.m. on Saturday evening. The quality of the burgers has been getting worse and worse for months. Totally broken and falling apart. You ask for a new burger and only get the old one in a new package. We now always order from the McDonald's terminal because I can log in with my app. Unfortunately, this didn't work in the branch, which meant my visit got off to a bad start. But then our food was brought to us by the super nice employees, and my mood immediately improved. The food and coffee were excellently prepared. The coffee with my beloved caramel shot was particularly impressive. In other branches you can hardly taste the shot, but here the coffee with the shot was super tasty. The toilets were also extremely clean, as was the rest of the branch. Overall, I really liked the branch and would definitely go there again.

A little hidden in the commercial area, close to the Bernau Nord motorway exit. It seemed relatively clean and the staff was friendly and even spoke German fluently.

Cheeky, specifically asked if imc Flurry Magic had gluten in it. The saleswoman asks and says that's not the case. After 30 minutes of googling, there is wheat/barley and malt in it. It's a shame that you can't rely on the staff.

This McDonalds is getting worse and worse. It currently feels like 19 degrees there. I don't think they understand the difference between heating and air conditioning. An imposition. Ordering at the machine was so slow. A dirty table and the noise due to the constant beeping of the machines makes a visit not relaxing. The food is as you know it. It took a really long time even though it was empty.
