McDonald's in Bernau bei Berlin

The floor was dirty and tables hadn't been wiped down for a long time. Garbage trucks were with mountains and were taken away at some point. Benches and chairs were full of crumbs. Latte Macciato was prepared in a cup, even though you ate and drank on site. Staff lacks smiles. You don't necessarily have to go back here.

So the food was neither exceptionally good nor terribly bad. Nevertheless, this McDonald's can be glad that I wasn't the flash. It was dirty behind the counter and a young employee tried to fix it. However, I would disapprove if my child received a toy that had already been lying on the greasy kitchen floor. Apparently they didn't tell the employees that we currently have time for Monopoly. According to the board, you get 3 stickers (9 chances of winning) for the big menu. If I hadn't pointed out that the non-recyclable cup doesn't have a sticker, the drive employee wouldn't have given me one. And on the way I noticed that there was no sticker on the Royal TS either. So I have almost 20 euros for mediocre service. Normal food, unpleasant insights behind the scenes and unchecked, somewhat listless staff. In my time there was no such thing at McDonald's... not even in the facility area!!!!

So far the food has always been decently prepared and the staff is friendly. At certain times you'll have to stand in the drive-in for a while, but you can avoid this by going there a little earlier.

A 4.99 euro McSmart menu costs 5.99 euros because the lady at the counter doesn't know any other price.... No response, even after several emails. It's not about the one small euro, but about the principle. That was just the straw that broke the camel's back. Then no more. They don't need it, but livestock also makes a mess and it's an advantage as a consumer: you don't have to go there and we'll never go to McDonalds again.

You have to wait a long time for the food here. Then what you ordered won't be delivered. You can completely forget about the young blonde. Thanks for nothing!!!!

I thought I would quickly go there and eat and be done.... but nothing like that.... it quickly turned into a 45 minute wait until I got my food delivered to the table, a family's order was misplaced and they had to wait over an hour, staff completely overwhelmed , behind the counter there was absolute chaos instead of everyone being given a task by the supervisor, everyone was jumping around in different corners and getting in each other's way. Now finally got something to eat... Hot fries Bigtasty bacon lukewarm Cold nuggets... Bad service... It's a shame that it went like that. In the future, I'll avoid the branch when I'm there on business...

It used to be always clean there and the staff was friendly. The staff is only partially friendly, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, even the tablet where our food was placed had old mayonnaise stuck to it. Not one was clean.

It’s our go-to McDonald’s since we live nearby. It's Thursday evening 6:00 p.m. and we actually waited for 1 hour until I went forward and asked politely. The piece of paper was then torn out of my hand and given to a lady who was packing the bags the whole time. We then had our order on the table about 10 minutes later. Of course it was cold. Since around 20 citizens were piling up, as well as for fries and co. The drive switch was also open and had to be processed as well. Unfortunately, it wasn't even said that it would take long at the moment. You can also put up a sign. But 1.10 hours with demand for fast food is not possible. Even if it's a team that doesn't know each other because the sickness rate is high. Service must continue to be a priority and it wasn't there. Management was completely missing. Too bad Also dirty. Tables and floors. The cars were usually kept up.

Strangely, it was a very good visit. After choosing our food at the tablot, we only received our food a few minutes, despite the restaurant being full. Good day, Waited a whopping 120 minutes for the order from Lieferando today and received it warm and lukewarm. Since ordering via the drive in or in the store is not an option (long waiting time, errors) I will no longer order there. The MC Donalds in Eberswalde, on the other hand, is fast and error-free.

Sorry guys, but unfortunately the chain is slowly going underground. This time the order at the terminal went quite well, but the delivery to the table? Without words. 4 menu = 3 cold citizens. This no longer has anything to do with system catering. In the future I'll eat on the train at Serways, it's no longer more expensive.

Not clean, the toilets looked like heaps of rubbish, probably not cleaned for a long time. The staff seemed annoyed and overwhelmed, totally unmotivated. ... a shame for McDonald's...

Opening time was 8 a.m. The toilet was so disgusting, the floor was sticky, there was rubbish everywhere, toilet paper wasn't filled and the funny thing...was supposedly cleaned at 8 and 8.30 a.m. but it was only 8 a.m. Ugh, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like

Unfortunately you have to wait far too long (the food is still not warm or something is missing). The toilets are a mess, no toilet paper in the toilet (toilet dusty)... toilet paper but to dry your hands with... yuck... staff actually only concern themselves with useless stuff... that's why actually 0 stars

Here you always have the feeling of being in the middle of chaos, employees seem very stressed and often listless. We always check our order for completeness because sometimes something is forgotten. But you also have to say that it is always very crowded here.

Craziness! Dirt, abnormal waiting time and very bad service

Very unfriendly service, the coffee was spilled and there wasn't even a saucer. Our food was brought cold and it's massively cold in the restaurant, it's uncomfortable to sit here because it's 10 degrees outside. Also there is no soap in the toilet.

Of the 3 dish return scales, 2.5 were full and 8 of the staff were standing around at the counter. The place wasn't even full yet

If I could I would also give 0 stars, my fries were cold I planned to get nuggets instead of normal nuggets really just pure disappointment in the juice shop.

Location clean and staff friendly. The caramel sauce from the ice cream tasted so strange, as if it were stored in an open container without a lid in the refrigerator. The nuggets were flawless.

It's not possible to wait more than 30 minutes for 4 coffees, people. Organization is ZERO. Avoid this place.

Worst McDonald's I've ever entered. The toilets are dirty (I was here the day before and it was just as dirty, so nothing was cleaned in 24 hours, it looks more like it hasn't been cleaned for a few weeks). The floor is sticky and the signature for supposedly checking every hour is the biggest joke. Hopefully nothing can happen to my coffee, but when it comes to food, I don't want to know what the hygienic conditions are in the kitchen.

Mobile actually happened very quickly. 2 burgers, double cheese and double chili cheese as well as lattice potatoes

Were there for breakfast, hardly any people, nice and quiet. Very clean and very nice service. I can recommend the MC Cafe with a caramel shot and the MC Beacon with egg and cheese.

Ordered via Lieferando and waited almost 2 hours for delivery. I don't understand why it's taking so long. Delivery time was also not updated via the app. When we asked by calling the store, we got a free Mc Sunday.

This has absolutely nothing to do with FAST FOOD! Waited several times, and today again forever. Today at MC DRIVE 30!!! It took minutes with 5-6 cars in front of me. I don't come here anymore, I'll give them a chance after maybe a year or not.

On a Sunday evening you can queue at the drive-in for 30 minutes. In the end the food is still lukewarm and things are missing. I really don't know what the problem is, either closing the counter when you're overwhelmed or just hiring more employees! It's really annoying because you could have eaten somewhere else three times during that time. It's supposed to be "quick".

Went to MC Drive by car. Short time from ordering to receiving the goods. Delicious, good quality burgers. Good for a quick hunger not far from the motorway.

The service here at this restaurant is pretty subpar. The display shows that you can pick up your goods. Then you stand there and say you want to pick up your food and then they say it's not ready yet. There seems to be a system here to declare the orders as finished so that the statistics are correct. There are four finished orders on the display. People stand there with their legs in their stomachs and preparation is nothing. What is displayed here doesn't seem to fit. The fries are very wobbly, somehow not fresh and the burger was also cold. All in all not satisfactory

Unfortunately one of the worse McDonald's. Tables mostly greasy and dirty. Burgers were often cold, despite quick table service after ordering - so they had probably been kept warm for a while. In addition, you always have to check the order for completeness; something is usually forgotten. That's annoying... If you ask, you'll get the missing burger or something similar. At least without any discussions. The ambience is like everywhere else at McD.

It was very clean in the guest room and also in the toilets. We had a large order and it came very quickly.

We ordered lactose free cappuccino and instead it was made with regular milk. When we explained this to the employee, he didn't understand the difference between the two types of milk. Some extra training or job reorientation is required.

Honestly. I was there early in the morning at 9:10 a.m. and had to wait a whopping 10 minutes for a Mc Toasty Chees and a cappuccino. I have to say that there was someone in front of me with a soft drink who had to wait 6 minutes without a previous customer and a customer in front of me with two lattes. Then a friend ordered a few Mc Toasties and a coffee from Mc Drive and had to wait almost 20 minutes for it. This is called FAST food.

Worst McDonald's ever!! After half an hour I asked when our food would be ready. Statement that it was forgotten and is finished straight away (exactly the same game at the neighboring table). 15 minutes later it arrived, some things were missing and the other half was COLD. My complaint was met with a roll of eyes. No apology, nothing happened. This branch is completely wrong and unprofessionally managed!

The slowest drive thru I know Again and again… experienced 8-14 minutes of waiting time after ordering!

Just ordered two McFlurry Twix. So that's an absolute joke. The cup isn't even half full and then half of the toppings are missing. Mess!!!!!!

I don't even want to talk about the food. Because the sanitary facilities alone are enough to make you run out of there screaming. There is a lack of soap, toilet paper, cleanliness and even toilet lids. A thick layer of dust on the urinals including the hair insert. Urine and other dried residues stick to the seat glasses. Apparently, according to the cleaning list, cleaning has already taken place three times to date (Sunday morning). Simply disgusting!

We go there often. Sometimes an ice cream, sometimes coffee or sometimes a burger and have never been disappointed. No matter what language and no matter how crowded, they are always super nice and helpful to us.

We ordered online and paid with Paypal, food came but something was missing. Called and was told it would be delivered immediately, that was over an hour ago. Nobody answers the phone, what kind of service is this. 😤.After 1.5 hours someone reached, very cheeky and incompetent. We will complain to higher authorities. Paid and didn't receive the goods, it wasn't the first time.

A nice shop with VERY lots of parking spaces, I'm regularly there, even at night, nice service and always clean!

Everything is no longer as it was

After 40 minutes of waiting, we asked employees where our order was, they forgot it and after another 10 minutes it was finally brought to our table. They accidentally added other citizens to our order at the end but I'm not complaining about that. Food was still good.

Absolutely unfriendly staff. Slow food and not fast food, we had to wait over 30 minutes and then the order wasn't even complete. Simply a terrible and formative experience.

Very tasty, the cola with an extra burger and even toenails, which is how I like it best. I was constipated but this drink solved my problems, it flowed out like butter.

We waited a full 25 minutes for our food. And that in a fast food restaurant. The young lady who brought our food was very snippy and condescending. The toilets were last checked at 7 a.m. and we were there at 12:30 p.m. If you looked here regularly, there would also be soap in the toilets. We wouldn't come back.

The whole order was wrong, and after I noticed, I had to take everything out and show it, even the coffee lid, to get the lady to add caramel, arguing that I was wrong...
