Service was very efficient and fast, and the food was as usual at McDonald's. However, the broken ordering kiosks were a real pain. One didn't work at all, and the others didn't accept cashless payments, and the printer sometimes jammed.

Well, McDonald's, the legendary fast-food chain from the USA. It's okay once in a while, but not a must; I'd rather cook at home. If you do go, it's handy if you're out at night. The coffee was alright; I lasted until 5:00 AM. Then it was only human to fall completely asleep. 🫠 Anyway, I thought it was pretty cool. :-)

Unfortunately, they no longer offer vegetarian options. That makes it unusable for me. Too bad.

Food was average, the burger could have been warm; loud! Constant beeping from the kitchen, people waiting for food everywhere, and dirty floors and tables – at least the latter could have been avoided; there seemed to be enough staff.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and they quickly helped me with a problem I had with the app.

Help, why is there no black tea? There hasn't been any black tea for months. What's the problem?

I was there yesterday, but that will definitely be my first and last time. It was utter chaos and the food was almost cold.

I ordered from the machine inside and noticed that everyone, absolutely everyone, eventually came to the counter and asked if they'd forgotten them. Only then was the order processed. What a pity, because for those prices, they could certainly charge more.

A McDonald's, after all. One of the busiest places in town on weekends, especially during dinnertime. I ordered online while I was on the go and was able to take the food with me when I arrived. I can't give it a full 5 stars because there were problems with the delivery service a while ago. The food is just standard McDonald's. Since fast food isn't my thing, I can't give it that many stars. (I'll remain neutral.) The parking lot is huge due to the adjacent Obi supermarket. The McDonald's makes a good impression.

Food served incorrectly, tables dirty, air conditioning set like it's summer!!!!

I was just at McDonald's and tried to pay with coupons – I was cheated out of €6. It was a huge hassle to get my money back, and they even blamed me for using the coupon incorrectly. No courtesy, no apology, just rude. The food also looked like it had been carelessly thrown into the packaging. No care, no customer service – just slapped on. Also, something was missing from my order almost every time, and no one cares. You get the impression that the employees at the front counter don't really listen or understand what you're saying. Communication is almost nonexistent, and you don't feel like you're being taken seriously as a customer. Overall, a very disappointing visit – both the service and quality left a lot to be desired.

Breakfast at McDonald's is unfortunately very disappointing. The McMuffin is smaller than the lid of a coffee cup. The taste was OK. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not satisfactory.

A truly crappy place. Incomplete food order, food not warm, unfriendly staff, I'll never go there again, very unreliable. Aside from all the other ingredients, my burger beef wasn't stacked properly.

We come here occasionally, but unfortunately, the taste has become a mixed bag. The burgers range from almost cold to very hot and from dry to dripping with grease. As of 2022. Unfortunately, the situation hasn't changed for the better in 2025; in fact, the opposite is true.

Unfortunately, we were unable to order food here. Of the four terminals, only three were in operation. The line stretched all the way to the door. After waiting an eternity, we tried to place our order. Card payments were not possible at the terminal due to a technical problem. After choosing to pay at the cash register, we unfortunately did not receive a printed receipt. So we left.

Burger not freshly made, fries too salty

I have to say, the reviews put me off a bit... But I was pleasantly surprised. We were there on Thursday around 9:30 p.m....the restaurant was clean and tidy...our order was ready quickly...everything was well-stocked and warm...and the restrooms were clean, too.

Ordered via Lieferando I arrived two hours early so the food would arrive on time. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The food didn't arrive until an hour after the ordered time, and it was still cold. No response over the phone, just unfriendly excuses.

Everything takes a very long time, even though we're the only customers. The cheeseburger didn't come with a pickle. The staff is unmotivated.

The food was delicious as always and the service was nice 👍🏻 but one problem was that the technology didn't work (ordered terminal) and it was a bit dirty in some places :(

McDonald's isn't what it used to be. The only positive aspect is the speed.

McDonald's is McDonald's, and the food is great for young people, so we took advantage of the offer. The restrooms are clean, and the staff does their best 😄 so I recommend it.

There's hardly any ordering terminal there, it takes a very long time, you get stuck to the floor, and it doesn't look particularly clean behind the counter. This is where I was last.

Wrong burger (delivered with onions instead of without). They immediately returned it and made a new one. As an apology, they even gave me three ice creams at the end of the meal. Now that's what I call service. Thank you so much!

Not a single order goes by at the drive-thru without something missing. You constantly have to go back to the restaurant and get the leftovers. Unbelievable...

A McDonald's as you know it. I almost always only eat the McRib. Often, they don't even give you a wet wipe or napkin. When you order from the MacDrive, something's always missing.

Usually takes a very long time.

Since I ordered to my home delivery, I can't comment on the ambiance. But I can comment on the service and the food. First, let's talk about the delivery. It took 2.5 hours, even though the restaurant is only 5 minutes away by car. I even called the branch at some point. They said there was a traffic jam. Even a traffic jam wouldn't have turned 5 minutes into 2.5 hours. I also checked online to be sure. It showed normal traffic and no traffic jam. The food was still reasonably warm. However, the burgers looked like the driver had been in an accident. There wasn't a bun where it was supposed to be. Conclusion: Never again at this McDonald's.

Directly on the motorway, perfect for those passing through

Be careful at this store. The hygiene seems to be poor, even in the kitchen. After a visit, I experienced diarrhea and vomiting. It's a shame this store has been completely run down in recent years. A prime example of the lack of skilled workers.

Ok, everything was OK, the place was reasonably busy at Thursday afternoon. The toilets were clean and free.

Many seats were dirty and covered in crumbs. Not a single employee wiped down the seats and tables during our stay (over an hour). We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order, even though the place wasn't that busy when we placed our order.

Well, then, in a nice way. The employees don't listen properly. If you order a double cheeseburger, you get two single ones. And they look different than usual. Inedible. Drinks are forgotten. The sauces aren't packed in the quantity you ordered and paid for. McDonald's has declined somewhat for the worse.

The staff just can't listen properly. I told them I wanted a double cheeseburger, but I got a regular one, and it was ugly and poorly packaged. They also forgot my Fanta, which I paid for.

I recommend this place because everything is clean and there are even fresh flowers on the tables.

We stop there every year on our way to and from our Baltic Sea vacation. We always enjoy it there and love having breakfast there.

On our way home, we had to get off the highway due to a traffic jam and decided to make a quick stop at McDonald's. Well, we could have saved ourselves the trouble; it was completely overcrowded and the staff were a bit overwhelmed. We decided to take everything we ordered with us, but they still gave us a tablet. We took everything down and noticed in the car that half of it was missing. The toy from the junior bag was missing (my daughter quickly noticed it, and we went to get it), and the sauce for the fries wasn't there either. It would have been better if an employee checked everything before serving it. But you have to admit, it was very stressful... Hence the 3 stars.

I've rarely seen anything as incompetent as this McDonald's. Almost every second order is incomplete. Regardless of whether it's delivery or you order in. How difficult can it be to complete an order? It's a disgrace. The only reason I order from you is that no other McDonald's in the area delivers. Unbelievable...

Fast and convenient service – as the McDrive concept actually promises – is not possible under these circumstances. The organization within the team appears to be lacking. There is a clear lack of internal communication and quality control. It's particularly regrettable that, despite frequent errors, neither a sincere apology nor any improvement can be seen. The handling of complaints often seems routine and not very solution-oriented, as if such incidents were an everyday occurrence – which is not a good sign. For a company like McDonald's, which aims to stand for consistent standards, efficiency, and customer satisfaction worldwide, this branch is unfortunately a negative example. The errors are piling up so much that they can no longer be considered isolated incidents. As a paying customer, you expect, at the very least, that an order is filled correctly and completely – and without any additional hassle or monitoring effort on the part of the customer. Conclusion: This branch regularly disappoints with poor service, frequent errors in order processing, and a lack of customer focus. Anyone who values reliability, speed, and quality should look for another McDonald's branch. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location at this time.

I'd read the reviews here beforehand and was a bit unsure. My conclusion: It's okay, but you should allow yourself some time. The food was good and hot – something you can't say about every McDonald's. Service was good, and they always strived to keep things clean.

Unfortunately, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. After 40 minutes, I politely pointed this out to the employee and asked how much longer we could expect to wait, as we didn't really want to spend half the night there. The answer was, "Yeah, maybe another 10, maybe 15, maybe 20." For a few standard burgers and fries? And then this outrageous statement. Never again.

One thing is clear: someone at your place is skimping on the salt. I thought it was an oversight the last few times, but yesterday it happened again. The fries really taste like they don't have any salt on them at all. And watch the time limit! We got the fries, and they were soggy, like they were old and had been microwaved. The salt is a huge problem, though, because it's not standard at McDonald's and would be a reason for us to stop coming back.

We arrived at 8 a.m. on Sunday. Believe it or not, we had to wait 40 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. Others who ordered after us received their food a few minutes later. There was no apology or explanation as to why it took so long.

Worst restaurant ever... 45-minute wait for food... No one speaks German... And that was 5 minutes after opening!!!!

We've been there several times, and twice something was missing. Today, the burgers were missing from both Happy Meals. Two order screens have been broken for weeks. And somehow you get the feeling that the staff is completely overwhelmed.

Even though I ordered a product there and paid for it, it wasn't delivered to me. They also gave me the wrong burgers, even though I had ordered everything correctly.

Sure, we were there during rush hour, and it was packed. But how can it be that we're standing at the drive-thru 30 minutes after ordering (2 McFlurrys and a Sprite), and three cars behind us have already gotten their orders, and we've been served the wrong food three times? No apology or anything. I don't know, but for a McDonald's, even during rush hour, it's completely unnecessary.

The absolute worst shop. You complain, and rightly so, because something's missing from every order. That's how you can make money, but you're immediately blocked from MC on Lieferando. The manager even told me that this isn't possible. Nonsense. My order was just canceled again. Sad. Everyone makes mistakes.

I've been to much better McDonald's. The milkshake was out here... One employee was pretty much at a loss, wiping tables, distributing food, and clearing away dishes.

A parody of a soft drink! Really terrible. The menu is terrible... I don't know if it's like that all over Germany. Zero vegetarian options. The salad was really grapes... two slices of tomato and two slices of cucumber and a little bit of leaves were soaked.!??? The service was completely useless, probably in training. Coke was sloppy. Two burgers just smeared with mayonnaise, maybe even if it tastes good. Gastro hell.

I was there last night, July 13, 2025. Unfortunately, a burger was missing from my order. I couldn't even complain because there wasn't even a receipt. The milkshake machine wasn't working, as is often the case. I'm disappointed.

The restaurant was clean, the service was efficient but not very attentive. We placed two orders, and both were not OK. Ordered Big Tasty BBQ and received the regular version twice, even though the sticker on the packaging and the receipt said BBQ. They forgot an apple turnover on the second order, and we had to wait another 7 minutes.

I haven't been to McDonald's in at least 20 years, but the soft serve ice cream with chocolate sauce was delicious.

They always make sure everything is clean. Even the windows are cleaned every now and then. 🤗

A truly terrible store: No ground beef in stock, no curly fries, and they're out of caramel sauce for Flurry too. The guy who handles the inventory should probably find another job. It's like going to an Italian restaurant and being told: Sorry, no pizza or pasta today. And the worst part is: You stand in line for 20 minutes, only to be told what they don't have. Just awful!

Located on the edge of a hardware store, it was well-frequented and accordingly crowded. Unfortunately, the food took a relatively long time to arrive and arrived incomplete.

I gave the food five stars because it is and always will be just McDonald's, but the food was still delicious and hot, so it deserves five stars. Ordered food with a stand, picked it up myself after 20 minutes, food wasn't hot, coffee was missing altogether, and after another 10 minutes, I also picked up the coffee myself. Coordination was a disaster.

The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced! As you can see in the pictures, I ordered a McRib meal with double meat, as well as a Filet-o-Fish with triple fish. After almost 30 minutes (it was barely busy), I got the Filet-o-Fish with double fish. When I pointed this out to an employee, he immediately told me it was as ordered. There was a similar problem on Sunday. I ordered a coupon McRib meal (double meat) + 6-pack nuggets...after 45 minutes, the 6-pack with a drink arrived, but the fries and McRib were missing. They were then brought out, and lo and behold, a regular McRib with a note on it saying double meat. I've heard from local customers that it's always like this there. On top of that, it looked extremely dirty in front of the fries station...really sad.

Unfortunately, card payments weren't possible at the checkout, which sometimes happens, but the staff showed no willingness to help us place our order on the tablet, which also displayed the error. The sheer number of problems during the ordering process was enough to make us lose our appetite. Furthermore, there were only a few employees who were able to communicate with us...

Fast service, fresh preparation, large parking lot and highway and gas station nearby. McDo with McCafé and Drive-Thru. Good for breaks.

I don't even know where to begin. I'm in the area all the time for work, so I go there often. In my opinion, it's getting worse and worse. The employees (all foreign) can't seem to get anything done. The entire meal got cold because a burger took ages to cook. Food got cold because they thought the customer would pick it up themselves, etc. The place looks like shit. When you're in the store, there are always customers complaining.

The waiting times, especially during peak times, are enormous for a fast food chain.

It's fast, but it's messy. If one of the food carriers would clean the tables and swap the carts, then... But they're all young men.

If you're prepared to wait a long time (32 minutes) for your app order, this is the place for you. When we asked, the friendly employee revealed that he was standing around chatting with our receipt.

So, in conclusion, it takes a really long time to get your food—a 20-minute wait—and then the food isn't appetizing. Among other things, I ordered a large fries, but I got a medium one that wasn't even half full. And the burgers were very poorly made (see photo).
