Super super lovely team, very friendly, it was really fun to eat there!! Above all, I have never seen how clean the toilets were in such a fast food chain, so it was really great

Due to the construction site, it can't be found with any navigation system in the world, but Burgerking can't do anything good about that. Despite the fact that the house was empty, we waited quite a long time and maybe there were no staff available like everywhere else. When I had my food on the tray and wanted to sit down, the nasty surprise came: the first chair I pulled from the table was completely full of cola, and the second one too. I chose a new seat but the bench there was completely smeared, I don't even want to know what it was. So unfortunately we continued to find a table that was probably wiped down for the last time at Easter. I always thought Burger King was great, but the store didn't work at all.

It's a smaller branch that doesn't have the entire range, that's the only thing that's a shame. otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Couple of my friends and I recently dined here at BK and I must say we really enjoyed it. The burgers and fries were very tasty and warm. The lettuce in the burger was fresh and crunchy, something you're used to in most fast food restaurants. The staff was very friendly and we were able to have a good chat with the friendly colleague at the checkout while we waited. This was probably because there were few customers there at the time because it was close to closing time.

Unfortunately we had takeaway food. Fries and ketchup were completely missing. Chilli citizens tasted old. Citizen King is getting worse. Employees a bit overwhelmed.

Employees are great and reliable. Generally the impression of the restaurant is quite good, I can recommend it.

It was supposed to be open until 9 p.m. and they closed at 8:40 p.m. The two employees also showed that they no longer wanted to serve me.

Good location in the shopping center, plenty of parking spaces and connections to public transport. Dishes are fresh, staff is friendly. Everything okay.

It always tastes delicious there, and the staff is really nice! A really good BK! Sometimes it takes a while, but in my opinion that shows that the food is freshly prepared there.

If you're hungry, there's definitely something to satisfy your stomach here. The employees try hard. But in terms of ambience and service, there is still a bit of room for improvement. Sometimes you get the feeling that the employees are doing their job here, according to plan. Otherwise quite ok.

Unfortunately I only have to give one star, if it's up to me they should also get minus stars, that's how bad it is! You order something and you get the wrong order, and in other branches I got the food hot and not cold! Unfortunately you can't talk to the branch manager because they don't see it. So grade 6-

Almost 30 minutes of waiting time for food even though there were only 3 customers in front of us, burgers and fries were cold, I've never come across such a bad Burger King. All customers were dissatisfied from what we noticed. Really sad.

The food is bad and the staff are few good. The atmosphere is just like it is at BK.

BK Bernau (near Berlin) Today, March 14th, 2024 / 2:07 p.m “Freshly prepared and cold burgers”? I actually thought that at least the meat should be warm. Not even the cheese has melted in the slightest. Menu for 16€!!! And then cold! I was there last time. There is a bratwurst stand around the corner. The sausage costs €3, but is cheaper and certainly warmer than BK. There is also no receipt because the device is supposedly defective. My conclusion: one of the worst BK restaurants I know. Finally close the thing - hardly anyone goes there anyway. This restaurant's reputation quickly precedes itself. I don't recommend anyone to "stop" there - unless you are disappointed.

Last night I wanted to eat here with my family, but we weren't accepted! It was better to take care of the customers in the car at the door. When they didn't pay any attention to us, I asked how long it would take. there was only the answer. You have to be patient. We were the only ones at the checkout. Next time we'd rather drive a little further and eat at McDonald's Very rude to treat customers like that

They forgot to put me chicke nuggets. Dear Burger Kind team, if you value your service, please contact me and bring me chicken nuggets. It was ordered for the kid. This is disappointing.

Delicious and warm food I will still repeat

The restaurant was adequately filled and the new technology was very pleasant, but many tables were not clean. We had to wait 10 minutes for our food but otherwise very nice staff. The burgers were really very fresh and well topped. So overall the restaurant has recovered well from before and it tasted great

Great coupons, delicious burgers at good prices. The self-service on the screen works perfectly. There is also free WiFi. Usually there is a parking space right in front of the door. The grilled burgers are really tasty. McDonald's simply can't keep up. So always happy 😃

Ordered one Cheeseburger, shop was empty only 2 other guests and I had to wait 15min for my Burger and got it only when I complaint. Burger was almost cold as well. Never again!

Best service ever, which is not common in Burger King restaurants. The ambience is so beautiful that it can be easily improved. The food tastes extremely delicious.

Everything is good, speed and cleanliness

The breakfast at the checkout is the greatest man of honor, he gave me my lost AirPod back the next day and the food has also improved 100% compared to before❤️

The food is prepared without gloves and you don't get what you order. Example: I ordered 2 nugget burgers and got 2 cheeseburgers. An absolute mess.

Tja, da wollte ich den ohnehin schlecht bewerteten BK hier in unserer Umgebung eine neue Chance geben, und da stehe ich vor verschlossenen Türen. 19.12.2023, um 10:15Uhr. Der Laden ist zu. Obwohl am Ausgang erkennbar ist, dass der Laden offen sein sollte. Die verkürzten Öffnungszeiten gelten ja erst ab Weihnachten, zumindest laut Aushang. Macht bitte korrekte Angaben mit aktuellen Öffnungszeiten. Ansonsten bleibe ich bei meiner bisherigen Bewertung: Mies! Kalte Burger, lange Bedienungszeiten und unmotiviertes Personal. Wie gesagt: wer Langeweile hat kommt hier entweder hin um sich ewig nicht bedienen zu lassen, oder um vor der Tür herum zu Lungern. Macht Burger King endlich wieder zu einer ernsthaften Konkurrenz zu McDonald's hier in Bernau.

Die ganze Bahnhofspassage sehr unsauber,regnet rein Tueren und Rolltreppen gehen nicht.Alles beschmiert in den Grünanlagen Müll. SEHR UNORDENTLICH und dass kurz vor dem 1.Advent

Super Team sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn es einen Wunsch hat. Das Essen schmeckt gutund es geht sehr schnell. Ich esse sehr oft dort und werde es immer wieder tun. 👍

Jeder andere Burger King ist besser und Hygienischer

Das Geschäft war schmutzig die Pommes 🍟 versalzen.

Dieses BK erhält von mir für den Service 5 Sterne, aufgrund von Max! Das Essen war ok, die Pommes waren kalt und die Burgen sahen nicht sehr ansprechend aus.

Wer schnell was essen möchte ist hier falsch... die Wartezeit ist enorm ohne das viel los ist. Zur kälteren Jahreszeit sitzt man trotzdem lieber mit Jacke weil es ziemlich kühl ist. Das Essen kann man essen ist aber Qualitativ echt nicht zu empfehlen.

Also ich verstehe die negative Kommentare nicht,bin sehr zufrieden die Arbeiter sind mega nett zu einem, und man muss auch mal Dank aus sprechen was sie leisten,und wie viele Kunden jeden Tag kommen.👍 werde wenn ich wieder Urlaub mache dort hin❤️macht weiter so.

Top BK. Burger waren bisher immer top. Keine Unterschiede zu anderen Filialen. Personal ist auch voll in Ordnung. Natürlich kommen die manchmal an ihre Grenzen wenn die Schlange bis zum Eingang geht. Da müssen aber eher die Kunden Empathie zeigen.

Das Essen schmeckt man bekommt es schnell und man kann es sich auch vor Ort bequem machen

Nach den ganzen negativen Bewertungen haben wir uns überlegt ob wir wirklich einen Zwischenstop in diesem Burger King einlegen sollten. Doch unsere Erfahrungen war anders als Erwartet! Als wir das Local betraten stellten wir fest, dass es sehr sauber war. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und haben auch meinen Sonderwunsch beachtet 😊 Teilweise haben sie den Gästen auch das Essen an den Tisch gebracht. Als ein Gast mit seinem Hund vorbei kam wurde selbst dem Hund Wasser angeboten. Die Toiletten waren auch sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren 3 Personen und haben alle den gleichen Positiven Eindruck gehabt. ☺️

Herr Reimann (S0T) ist der beste Mann überhaupt!!! Super freundlichen und einfach mega nett! Das Essen ist halt BurgerKing, aber es ist sauber und alles top. Man kann auch mal ein bisschen quatschen und das Essen braucht nicht lang. Hab auch ausversehen mal was veggi bestellt und das hat auch wirklich nicht nach Fleisch geschmeckt. Macht weiter so!

Essen war ich nicht nur aufs Klo . Spülung auf dem Sitzbecken mangelhaft. WC Papierhalter locker und fällt beim benutzen runter .

Best service really polite workers

Vom Essen kann man halt nichts erwarten. Aber nach Bestellung noch 30 min. warten geht gar nicht (! zum Glück war nur ein Besteller vor mir. Die nach mir, hatten unter Umständen doppelt Pech)

Leider sehr klein und für viele ältere Menschen nicht gerade zufrieden Stellend da man nicht gerade mit offenen Armen empfangen wird
