At the MC Drive today I discovered that the guy at the counter was a nose picker. I then asked him what that meant and refused to accept the order and pay. The answer was he wouldn't have done it and the drama started. Well, if you don't understand why a customer no longer wants the order and still asks why, then you can't help this guy anymore

Was served by the restaurant manager Mr. Steinbach himself, a super nice person who was very accommodating to me regarding the content of my order....super fast and competent...rarely experienced, great guy, thank you very much

I always but really always order and always something wrong comes out of it even though I explain in detail, there is always something more which of course was calculated or something wrong was added at home, I don't go to this McDonald's anymore because sometimes that can happen but I never do I can't get what I order.

When it comes to large orders, it's easy to forget something else

I've rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's. No matter whether tables or seats. Not to mention the toilet. An employee who was literally messing around with tablets or something else created a very quiet atmosphere at lunch. That was the first and last time in this MCD.

I was treated very kindly and my food was ready in no time, but above all it was still warm when I got home with it. Definitely a thumbs up keep it up👍

There's a sign on the door saying we don't have salad. Burger today without salad. It doesn't work like that

You actually think that all McDonald's should be the same. But this one was underground. The employees were completely overwhelmed and anything but friendly. It took 20 minutes to take the order once. The employees simply ignored you at the checkout. Don't thank me a second time.

Always get cold food at McDrive. If you complain, they pretend to be sorry, but nothing changes. Anyone who believes that this is how they can achieve their economic success will see their customers again with the competition.

Fries were cold and tasted old. Maybe the fat is rancid because it isn't changed that often. Then you want two apple turnovers but you get disgusting peach parts that just taste disgusting. You obviously had tomatoes in your eyes when you packed it up. And then in the packaging where the apple turnovers were supposed to be. But the main thing is to take away money and then give you the wrong products. Chickrnburger really disgusting Chicken nuggets too Chocolate shake wasn't a burner either. Conclusion: I had diarrhea all night because I got disgusting food.

A slightly smaller mc, if you come a little outside of the usual lunch time you can get super fresh burgers and fries. Staff friendly even when ordering if it takes a little longer with vouchers :)

Fries were still almost raw. It's a shame I've already left, otherwise these would have to be replaced.

Noisy, not always clean, when you order via the app with “delivery to the table” no one comes and you have to get your things yourself. It doesn't need to be mentioned that neither the app nor the ordering stations work reliably and that the correct processing of the order is a matter of luck?

Edit: I'm raising my rating because something has really changed and the store has gotten better. There hasn't been anything cold here for a long time, the organization is better and the only thing that's annoying every now and then is the "it'll take a moment, please pull over to the right" but you have that everywhere these days and it's probably so that you don't hit the switch with exhaust gas shot up Old review: I'm not really impressed with the branch, even though it's clean and tidy most of the time. Underground McDonald's! I ordered there via Lieferando, didn't receive the order after more than 1.5 hours and then it was simply canceled! On the phone only excuses and blaming Lieferando! Pathetic service, I'll never use it again!!!

On Sunday February 4th, 2024 we were there and bought something via Mc drive. The chicken burgers gave me food poisoning. I don't know how this branch works. Something like this needs to be closed!!

Worst McDonald's in the world. Despite complaining because the burger was missing, I was given the wrong burger twice in Mc Drive. People very unfriendly and listless. Food disaster even though you always expect the same quality at McDonald's. This branch should actually be closed.

Katastrophe, ich habe Plastik im Salat gefunden. Das Fleisch sieht etwas alt aus und der Speck ist schrecklich. Sehr verbrannt. Ich habe auch Soße bestellt und sie haben sie vergessen. Ich empfehle es nicht!

MC Drive war wirklich sehr schnell und Essen war in Ordnung. 👍

Die Qualität von McDonald's lässt nach. Die Soßen sind billiger geworden.

Leider auch hier die Bestellung nicht komplett, Auf Anfrage wurde der Kassenzettel verlangt und nach Prüfung wurde der fehlende Teil noch gemacht. Ohne Entschuldigung die ich eigentlich erwartet dafür daß ich teile meiner Bestellung hinter laufen muss. (Leider auch nicht das erste Mal)

Habe nur Kaffee getrunken. Reinlichkeit wird bei MCDONALDS sehr groß geschrieben.

Das Ort ist Nice und das Restaurant auch, aber das Essen, ist zwar lecker aber Der Cheeseburger Zu klein andere auch, wenn du sat werden willst musst du 3 essen.

Wenn viel los ist leidet die Sauberkeit. Kostenfreie Parkplätze, barrierefrei.

Ein moderner Fast Food Laden. Alles läuft nur noch über die touch panels dort. Trotzdem ist das Personal hilfsbereit, wenn es Probleme gibt.

Pommes waren nicht gewürzt. Es wurden keine Servietten mitgegeben. Milchshake war die falsche Geschmacksrichtung, bei der Reklamation war der Angestellte äußerst unfreundlich.

War alles in Ordnung dort hat alles super funktioniert

Heute war das Essen frisch und schnell zubereitet. Das beste ist, dass die Pommes richtig heiß waren.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich bei der APP-Bestellung. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, leider nicht heiß.

Leider enttäuschend heute. Der McCafe Kaffee und Eisschokolade werden nur noch aus der normalen Maschine gezogen… und im Pappbecher serviert… sehr schade und dann aber fast 4,50€ verlangen

Pommes etwas weich. Burger in Ordnung.

In Rheingönheim hat man uns alte Cheeseburger serviert. Die Gitterkartoffeln und die Pommes waren auch sehr alt. Der Mitarbeiter am Drive In Schalter hat kein Deutsch leider verstanden. Am Mittwoch 17.5.2023 um 19.30 Uhr. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Essen am MC Drive geholt. Ging alles sehr schnell. Dafür 1 Stern. Sehr netter Service. 2 Stern. Aber, nach nur 5 Minuten Autofahrt war das Essen schon kalt. Die Pommes total latschig, fast nicht durch und kalt. Hamburger Royal TS kalt. Chicken Nuggets wohl auch schon länger gelegen. Leider nicht das erste Mal, dass ich kaltes Essen bekomm.

Naja, wurde nicht krank von Essen. Bei McDonald's reicht mir das. Personal sehr nett ;)

Automatisches Bestellsysten funktionierte super. Burger werden immer teurer aber dafür kleiner. Ist aber wohl überall Trend.

So viel Stress hab ihr im Moment nicht also könnte man dann die Burger ordentlich Schichten und nicht an einer Seite die Soße andere Seiten kässe ein biss Soße weg Rest Burger ohne Soße nicht gut selbe mit dem kässe.

Wenn's denn intellektuell für eine korrekte Bearbeitung der Bestellung reicht (leider nur in ca. 50% der Fälle), dann bekommt man, was von McDonald's zu erwarten ist.

Sehr freundliches und kulantes Personal essen zum mitnehmen bestellt und daheim festgestellt das was fehlt dort angerufen hat man sich sofort drum gekümmert und die fehlenden Sachen nachgeliefert und extra Zugabe als Entschuldigung Gab es oben drauf auch sehr freundlich 🫶

Ein durchschnittlicher Mägges eben. Nutzte seit Corona nur noch den Drive In. Solide Qualität, aber ein Blick in die Tüte lohnt sich... ca. bei jeder vierten Bestellung ist was nicht in Ordnung.

Die Bedienung war außergewöhnlich freundlich und nett.
