Unfortunately, on top of the prices, you also get the wrong order and then they're rude to you. The fries that weren't ordered were cold and like chewing gum. The burgers are getting smaller and smaller, but they charge 8 euros for a crispy chicken. Very cheeky.

This was the worst Burger King ever. The place was really hot, felt like 35 degrees. Drinks weren't chilled and tasted absolutely awful. The burgers weren't fresh either. There was only one toy for kids, even though they displayed several at the counter, including old ones. Overall, you just feel sick after the visit. The kebab-style fries were an absolute disaster. No play area for kids

The waitress looked like Ciri from The Witcher. We waited 27 minutes for three burgers, a Coke, and a small fries that should have been a large one. If I want to wait 27 minutes, I'm going to a restaurant, not a fast food chain. The portions are way too small for the price, by the way. Next time, I'd go to MCs again.

Absolute rip-off. Mini portion of fries for €5. I bought a large portion of fries and got what I would have gotten for a small portion at McDonald's. And the small paper bag I received here was only two-thirds full. When I asked about it, the staff told me that's just how it is here. Absolutely disgraceful. I won't buy anything here again. Absolutely ridiculous. McDonald's is 100 times better. Don't go here if you expect fair prices!

Unfortunately, the men's restroom is completely filthy. The men's restroom isn't lockable. Orders aren't taken properly. The burgers are served without salad or sauce. Completely dry. The staff are completely overwhelmed.

The food quality and taste for this location has definitely been getting worse over the last few years. The price just keeps going up. At this price, I am thinking that an actual quality restaurant burger would be better as they are now the same price. The taste is now the same as a lower quality American location.

The employees' faces look like they've been through 10 days of continuous rain. A simple hello or goodbye seems like too much to ask. The food is cold to lukewarm, definitely not fresh. I get the feeling the burgers had been sitting around for a while before they were handed out. I ended up throwing them away. It was simply inedible. What also happens all the time: The self-service counters often don't have paper, so there's no receipt. And if you pay with a card, the money is gone, but the order isn't sent to the cashier. Then you stand there and have to hope you remembered everything you clicked. It's way too warm inside, and towards the evening, the music is very loud (probably depends on who's on shift). A customer received his meal as a gift from an employee. It was immediately obvious that he was friends with a member of staff. There was laughter, handshaking, and cheerful chatter, and when the man wanted to pay, his money was declined with a gesture and the food was simply pressed into his hand. ☺️

I live right next to this location, and although I don’t go very often, I always hope it will be better than the last time. Unfortunately, every visit continues to disappoint me even more than the previous one. The quality keeps declining and the taste gets worse each time. The menu is extremely limited, and there is almost zero care put into the preparation of the burgers. Honestly, this is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Even if I ever consider having fast food again, I will definitely not come back to this branch. Yes, I understand it’s a fast food chain and the service can be basic—but still, a minimum level of care and attention should be given to the food you serve. The burgers I’ve had here were simply the worst I’ve ever tasted—dry, tasteless, and poorly assembled.

Even one star is actually too many. The staff and their customer service is terrible. They routinely forget things, from onion rings to three burgers. And when you ask or complain, they get even more rude. My last online order, only two of six burgers were delivered. The driver, who didn't speak German, said he'd only been given that and simply drove away. Restaurant unreachable by phone. After I drove to the restaurant, I was told the driver simply hadn't brought it. Strangely, they were out of the burgers and had to make them again. You can fool yourself. The food is, as you'd expect from a BK, not particularly outstanding, but not terrible either.

If you're not careful you'll get screwed over when you return your change and the problem is you hire people who can hardly speak any German. I have nothing against foreigners, I'm one myself but you have to be able to communicate somehow

Even today, two years later, I can only confirm my positive experiences: Burger King continues to do a very good job. The employees are still friendly - they show a lot of patience and warmth, especially when dealing with children and seniors. Even foreign customers who do not speak German perfectly are treated respectfully and calmly. If an error does happen, it is always corrected courteously and quickly. In addition, there are regularly new offers and promotions that provide variety. I've only had good experiences so far and will continue to enjoy eating there in the future!

Very rude, when I asked about the wrong things on my tray I was told “it’s the same thing!” and walked away, a no go! (PS: there were completely different fries and burgers on them!)

However, both a giant ant on one of the seats and a dead pigeon that must have flown to the window and are simply left there spoil the appetite a little. I cleared away a huge amount of toilet paper that was lying on the trash can and floor. The sink was relatively new and had an integrated hairdryer.
