Well located..It's a bit of a hassle from the parking lot to the restaurant. The tables weren't all clean after lunch

The dirtiest McDonald's I've seen in a long time: the tables and seats are smeared with leftover food everywhere. Toilets dirty. The whole store looks unkempt. Hardly any staff to be seen. Two of our burgers came with very spicy sauce, even though they weren't ordered spicy. After all, the exchange was free and with compensation for the kids.

I've been a McDonald's customer for more than 40 years now, but today was definitely the last time. Food as usual but, ambience well, tables dirty, toilet even more dirty, service, what's that?. But especially the male employee. Offensive and racist. I politely just asked for a wooden knife to cut the M Burger into two parts. His serious answer: Do they want to stab people? When I asked to speak to the managing director, he replied that there was no managing director here. Then my wife and I left the food and left. A disgrace of "human" I have to emphasize that the young lady who took our order was very friendly.

I totally got the mini burger instead of the double cheeseburger

The chicken nuggets were not as usual but much darker and burnt apparently because of the holidays they were fried twice!!!! Pictures speak for themselves! Why do you do this to your guests, especially children who are really looking forward to their food from McDonald's? I was speechless!

As an emergency service, we were forced to eat here as the only open restaurant at night. Since the indoor area is closed early and we can't fit through the drive-thru with the ambulance, we have to walk through, whether in rain, snow or cold. There are almost 80 people sitting in the shop, actually 80 people maybe even more. I wanted to order and was told I needed a mask. Unfortunately I didn't have any with me. But I don't really understand. Of course, maybe I should have had a mask with me. But really now?!!!! I drove over to Burger King and placed my order there, it worked wonderfully even without a mask because there were only four people in the restaurant.

With every order and in every branch you really have to take a few minutes and go through the bags carefully, because there is always (!) something missing. Either the milkshakes are mixed up or, like now on Saturday, the sauces are forgotten. It really can't be that hard not to forget anything! There is an app that you can use to enter orders. When you start driving, the app remembers where you are and so everything can be prepared. That sounds great at first. In Ludwigshafen I experienced that the lady at the checkout couldn't take an order (car counter) and hand over the goods to a customer at the same time. A driver first placed the order, then drove up to the window and when he got his food, the next order was taken, so that with two vehicles in front of one it took almost 30 minutes. It was around 5:00 p.m. at a time when there was nothing going on at all. Neither in the DriveIn nor in the branch itself. Of course we have a shortage of skilled workers, but then they should just close the DriveIn if they don't have anyone to take the orders and then someone to take care of the food at the same time. I was so upset by the time I got the food that I won't be going there again. I then complained. The complaint goes to Mc Donalds in Munich. They also replied and wrote that they would get in touch from the branch in Ludwigshafen Bruchwiesenstrasse. After more than a week, no response, so the way the food order is taken and processed, they also give feedback on complaints at the same pace. It's just bad.

They really have the nicest mcd employees I know, much more pleasant than other mcds, they very rarely seem stressed, but things are different at busy times. The interaction with each other is particularly positive, there is no shouting, they help each other. 🫣Some people know me too. Questions are answered in a friendly manner and you don't get the impression that you are being processed quickly. :) if there weren't so many calories involved, I would come more often :)

I'm an absolute McDonald's fan! But this time I have to deduct 2 stars for the food. I used the delivery service via Lieferando, the fries and bacon were dried out and overall not really hot anymore. I had the feeling that the food had been sitting for a long time before it was delivered.

At least 4 employees (or not) stand together and chat. 2 cheeseburgers, 2 McRib, 1 large fries, 9 pieces of nuggets ordered for 26.64. Unpacked at home and if the cheeseburgers are missing (costs only €4.58) call the restaurant, we are only human and make mistakes sometimes, in the most unfriendly tone. I then ended the conversation and will steer clear of this Megges in the future.

Ronald McDonald has slacked off. The burgers are getting thinner and the prices are going up. The staff often forgets to give something when ordering but it is deducted. Ambiance well, the tables are mostly clean, that's something, but the toilets often look like a puke, unfortunately there's no other way to say it. If the children didn't want to go there every now and then, mcdoof would already be crossed off the list.
