Unfortunately, the food didn't taste good.

Yesterday I was passing through and wanted to grab a quick bite. I intended to wash my hands beforehand, but after using the restroom, I decided against it because the hygiene conditions were appalling. Hygiene should be a given – especially in a restaurant. Under these circumstances, one can hardly imagine what the kitchen must be like. For this reason, I will not be visiting that restaurant again.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I was there with my two young children and wanted to buy a single McSundae to share, as a full portion is too much for each child. I politely asked if I could have an extra empty cup so I could share the McSundae. The employee was initially helpful, but the manager immediately intervened and flatly refused – all because of a single empty cup. I find this very incomprehensible, especially for a company that presents itself as child-friendly. They offer so many things for children, but they skimp on something so small? This was particularly disappointing since I had just placed a large order and am a regular customer. This is not what customer service should be. I will avoid this branch in the future.
