I was very disappointed with my visit. We waited a full hour and a half for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and the taste was really underwhelming. The service was also rather rude, which further worsened the overall experience. The pictures online didn't match what we actually received at all – it completely disappointed our expectations. Overall, it wasn't a good experience for us, and I wouldn't go back.

The food arrived super on time and was absolutely delicious! I ordered a sucuk burger and a spicy cheeseburger—both were fantastic. The sauce was amazing! I'll definitely order again. 🍔🔥

Unfortunately, our visit to Sticky Fried Chicken in Ludwigshafen was very disappointing. The service was exceptionally poor. We had to wait over an hour before we finally went to the counter ourselves to ask when our food would arrive – only then did the employee realize that our order had been forgotten. Even at the beginning, it took 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our order. Overall, a very disappointing experience that we don't want to repeat.

The half chicken is very tasty, and the wings are top-notch too! Very good quality, would gladly order again....

So I was suggested this restaurant on TikTok, so I went in and found the service unfriendly and, at least in my case, some of the burgers and chicken were cold!

I asked for chicken pieces that weren't spicy. The chef assured me this would be the case. What I got: spicy. The coleslaw was unseasoned; I ate three forksfuls and then it was gone. Both employees were unmotivated; no greeting or smile. When I placed my order, I sat down at a table to wait. After waiting for almost half an hour, I went to the cashier to ask. No one came to tell me the food was ready, even though I saw at least three people behind the counter and at the cashier. They directed me to a place next to the cashier where I should wait. Aha. But no one told me. Because communication was terrible. Unfriendly. Absolute crap. The atmosphere in the place: as Rosin would say, nothing fits together. The music doesn't match the garlands and the cushions on the couch. The place wants to be a bar, a bit of a pub atmosphere. First and last time. Never again.

Extremely rude! Lies on the phone that they hadn't received their order and told us to contact Lieferando. We did, the order was received, and it was even processed. But then apparently they forgot about it. Instead of admitting their mistake, they lie and say the order never arrived. Stay away... I won't order from liars again. 1 star is already too much.

Nothing worked here. The order was placed at 5 p.m. and was supposed to be delivered at 7 p.m. When I called the restaurant at 9 p.m., I just got a "no order" message and they're sorting it out with Lieferando, even though I received the confirmation of receipt and delivery tracking. They weren't solution-oriented and very rude on the phone. I would have at least appreciated some understanding and a solution. For example, the order could have been taken again. It seems like they didn't need to spend over €100. It's a shame; I would have liked to try the food, but it wasn't meant to be.

The chicken doesn't taste good at all, the breading is way too salty, the burger buns taste exactly like the ones from Lidl, dry and with the classic discount store flavor. Far too expensive for such poor quality. It was the first and last time I'll eat there.

The delivery arrived 1:30 hours later, 4 wings per person were ordered, only 3 arrived.

The fries had a balanced seasoning and a juicy crust. The ambiance was very balanced and pleasant. The burger was juicy and crispy on the outside. Overall, it's 10/10.

The food was really only mediocre. I don't know why the place has so many good reviews, to be honest. The beef patty that was recommended had a much too strong smell (which definitely shouldn't be the case).

When we ordered, we were told it was slow and the food would arrive in 30-40 minutes. After 1.5 hours, we called and were assured that the driver would arrive any minute. After a total of 2 hours, the "food" finally arrived. It was lukewarm, barely seasoned, and by far the worst fries I've ever had. It's a disgrace to tell us it's fast and then have to wait 2 hours. The shop is 5 minutes away from us. What's taking so long? Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. The shop used to be better, but it's deteriorated considerably.

Hello, this is the fifth time I've ordered from you. Until now, I've been extremely satisfied with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, this time the quality has deteriorated significantly compared to the last few times. The hot wings were crunchy and soggy, and the chicken strips didn't seem freshly made; they were dry and hard. I was also negatively surprised by the chicken dip. It has the consistency of a spread and a very pungent smell. I would be happy if the quality of the food could improve again.

No joke, this place is incredibly awesome. I had the chicken fillet burger menu, everything was simply amazing, and the sauces were STUPIDLY awesome. If you like chicken, this is the best place in the Ludwigshafen area.

Ordered 15 chicken sticks, had to wait about 45 minutes despite the store being empty, only got 9 but had to pay for 15 in the end, really abysmal!

I eat there a little longer, actually it's quite okay but this delivery was a disaster, as you can see in the picture it was hardly cooked through and after asking I was told: "Just eat it, nothing will happen."

As if that weren't enough, we didn't get any sauce with the chicken wings – something that should be a given when you order boneless chicken. Truly disappointing! The service was unfriendly, the problem wasn't resolved, and the food was a disappointment overall. I will definitely never order from here again and can only recommend everyone to find a better provider!

I come from Stuttgart and was traveling in Mannheim and Ludwigshafen today for work and happened to drive past Stickys. I am completely thrilled. The boss was very friendly and took the time to answer questions about the products in detail. I've eaten KFC alternatives many times but Stickys beats them all!!! The breading and fries are damn well seasoned and the coleslaw is to die for. I will definitely eat here again. Thanks!

The four of us went to this restaurant for the first time last night. On this day it was a little quieter and less crowded. The food was quite good and the atmosphere in the room was very pleasant. We had to wait a little longer for our food, but that wasn't a problem. However, I could imagine that the waiting times could be even longer if the house is full. The toilets were clean and well maintained. Overall it was a successful evening

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The waiting time was extremely long - we had to wait forever for our food even though the restaurant wasn't even full. In addition, the staff was rude and made little effort to make our stay pleasant. Questions were only answered with annoyance and a smile was sought in vain. It's a shame because the food itself was fine, but the poor service completely ruined the evening. Definitely not a recommendation!

Ordered a burger and fried hot wings there. The burger was good. There was nothing to complain about. The chicken looked good too. Unfortunately they tasted fishy. Were probably fried together with squid rings or in the same oil. I was really looking forward to it. I hope this was just an isolated case because I would like to order there more times.

A casual dining place that was decent but a little pricey. The portions are larger than usual but the prices do reflect this, can pay around €18 for a burger with fries and can of drink. The wings were a little bit overcooked and dry. To me there was nothing special about it, nothing wrong with it either but it's expensive when compared to other restaurants. I would enjoy it and find it a lot easier to recommend if it was a bit cheaper. It is fully halal so I can appreciate that greatly, service was great and food served quickly. I liked the interior and atmosphere of the restaurant too.

It was our first time eating there and I have to say we were really positively surprised. The chicken was all juicy, be it the burger, wings or chicken pieces. We will definitely visit the store more often. Price performance was also good, I can only recommend it.

Own I like the store and everything is usually fine. But if lieferando says 8:43 p.m. for delivery and I change my order at 8 p.m. because LIEFERANDO is damaged, then you call them and want to unsubscribe from the wrong sweet potstos that have been clicked three times, the guy simply says your order is already out even though I live 5 minutes away. Then the delivery person comes and I have to pay €37 instead of €24 anyway. The driver comes up without a wallet and then does the “I don’t have any change” move so that you can rip off €3 more. Previously I would have said sticky's best But unfortunately you also become money-hungry people who rip off your customers.

Great chicken. Large burger with fries and drink under €20, very fair. Everything was clean, the chef even had a hairnet. Payment by card was probably only partially possible, had to walk 10 minutes to the savings bank, it's better to let us know in advance.
