It's a shame that everything is now only done via computer. No more communication with staff possible. Instead of taking the customer by the hand and explaining everything to him, you just shrug your shoulders. There will definitely not be a next visit. The store was absolutely empty. Apparently many people don't like this system. Great concept that sends customers to the competition.

I've experienced worse at KFC. This seemed to be a very good part of the kfc company

The food is like any other KFC, my only complaint about the drinks is that the mixture of syrup and water from the machines is very much in the branch's favor. Water with color taste equal to 0

It's a waste of money, the chicken and fries are bland and bland. The operation of the dispenser was difficult to understand. The toilets are in serious need of renovation.

So first of all I waited 45 minutes for my order then ordered a total of 30€ but only twice the offer (HotwingsThuesday) cost 7€ didn't want to discuss, took my food and never went to this KFC again... I think it's normal and It's human that something gets forgotten but 80% of the order is missing...

Food is never fresh, usually cold and just doesn't taste as good as it used to.

We ordered today and were satisfied with the speed of delivery, cleanliness and packaging, as well as quality. We were delivered by Daniel, who was very polite. The order was complete and warm. There was nothing to complain about.

Staff didn't want to. Food wasn't warm. Very loud in the restaurant. While you eat, the chairs are put up. 1 hour before the end. I've already eaten in Schleswig Holstein and Worms. Everything there was good to very good. Unfortunately not here.

Ordering only via terminals, which takes time and is not intuitive. By then I was actually full again.

Was here for the first time at KFC and almost everything was great. Ordering was super easy using I Pads like that. The employee at the checkout wasn't that nice and quite annoyed. The food was ready quickly and was super tasty and you can get as much to drink as you like you want that's great too so it's definitely worth it.

Food no longer tastes good at all, breading was soggy, sauces were artificial, fries weren't crispy. All in all, a poor performance and at an expensive price. We will avoid KFC in the future!

The food was - as always - good. But what annoys me is that KFC offers the option of taking food away in reusable containers. Today was the THIRD time I tried to get my order with reusable containers. Again in vain. The first two times I mentioned it, the employees at the counter didn't understand anything. The branch manager was semi-interested and wanted to refill the already packed items, which I then refused because the garbage had already been created. Today I gave up on it. It says Mehrwrg on the order, but no one reads it or understands it. I suspect that this is only offered because it requires KFC to be a franchisor, but they simply ignore it because the provider of the reusable system (Vytal) asks the restaurateur to pay. In other cases this would be called greenwashing. However, I will now go to KFC even less often than I already do. And will keep trying. A pity...

Unfortunately I am very disappointed. After a long time I went to get something to eat and I really regret it. It doesn't taste good at all anymore. The lettuce on my burger was brown and was very unappetizing. The chicken strips were very lean in taste, hardly any spices and overall didn't taste like anything. We actually remembered it much better, what a shame!

Things were forgotten while eating. There is no cutlery, even upon request, the cashier said I should eat my coleslaw with my fingers. The toilet was totally unclean.

Dry roll that lasts forever. It is that it is a quick stomach filling on the way, just not good of course.

The KFC here in Oggersheim is my favorite of all the branches in the area. Very good service, always clean. Food always good. Better than anywhere else.

Absolutely inedible. Both burgers were ice cold, the fries as well as the chicken bites and chicken pieces. Both burgers had mini pieces of chicken on them, not even covering half of the burger. Never again. Tried three times, cold, disgusting food every time. Get some meatloaf rolls from Görtz, it's worth it. Oh and the prices for this disgusting food are also totally exorbitant.

The incredibly brain-resistant lady on the other side couldn't even greet me on the phone and when I told her what it was about she went straight to the boss. Wurde modernisiert, aber die Toilette nicht. Man darf NUR die Selbstbestellung-Kiosks benutzen. Bedingung ist langsam. Es ist öfters passiert, dass man sehr lange auf Hänxhen warten muss - in meinem Fall wurde meine Bestellung auch vergessen (Dez. 2022). Ab und zu haben Teile von meine Bestellung gefehlt. Auf die Preise muss man achten. Manchmal ist ein Upgrade teuer wie ein Einzelprodukt. Man bekommt nur die kleine Becher - ich weiß nicht ob man überhaupt die 0,4 oder 0,5 bekommt wenn man zum Mitnehmen bestellt.

„Bites“ sind ungenießbar. Das um 22 Uhr bestellte Essen ist ungenießbar. Die Pommes schmecken, als wären sie gestern aufgewärmt worden. man kann sich vergiften. Der Preis entspricht nicht der Qualität.

Mein erster KFC. Ist okay, nicht der überflieger. Das Restaurant ist chic und gemütlich. Das Personal versteht leider nicht so gut, Bedienung nur am Automaten. Bei uns war der Milchshakeleider nicht verfügbar. Dabei haben wir uns genau darauf sehr gefreut. Also kaum Dessert zur Auswahl. Der chili Cheeseburger war nicht wirklich scharf. Da bietet die Konkurrenz mehr.

Einer der schlechtesten KFC Filiale in der ich jemals war. Servis und Sauberkeit gut, jedoch haben die hotwings rein nach fett geschmeckt, der gewöhnliche Geschmack der hotwings war nicht gegeben. Geschmacklich kompletter Reinfall. Empfehlenswert ist Mannheim KFC Filiale.

Bedienung nicht so freundlich, das Essen fast kalt, Portion nicht wie auf Foto beschrieben, sehr klein, das Fleisch beim Burger mußte man suchen, das einzige was gut war, die Pommes. Ins gesamte ist das Essen dort zu teuer, nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr guter service und frisches hähnchen

Ausbaufähige Parkplatz-Situation: Von den spärlichen 10 Plätzen auf dem Gelände ist einer für Behinderte und drei sind von eigenen Lieferando-Smarts belegt, bleiben also ganze 6 Parkplätze für die Kundschaft übrig. Die übrigen Parkplätze um das Schnellrestaurant herum wurden/werden zu Tesla-Ladestationen umgewandelt, oder man parkt (verbotenerweise) auf dem Lidl-Parkplatz. Daher für das Ambiente nur 1 Punkt.

Ich habe den Veggiburger und die Chilicheespommes gegessen einfach echt lecker

Ds essen ist top. I love it! Am besten sind die hot chicken wings. Der Service ist auch sehr nett und mann muss auch nicht lange warten. Doch im Geschäft ist es manchmal etwas dreckig. Deswegen gibt es von mir 4 Sterne.

Schönes Restaurant der beliebten US-Kette. Wer auf Hähnchen steht wird sich hier wir im Himmel fühlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Die Preise sind leider recht hoch. Dafür ziehe ich den fünften Stern ab. Ansonsten alles super!

Leider kalte Pommes und Hähnchen, wurde aber auf Nachfrage neu gemacht. Danach jedoch lecker und warm. Innenraum kalt und Toilette dreckig. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht Beschwerden zu korrigieren.

Leider war das Essen matschig, der burger lieblos zusammen geschmissen .

Waren gestern dort. Hähnchen kalt, Pommes noch kälter. Kalt war es auch im Restaurant, habe meine Jacke angezogen. Cola aus dem Spender hat wässrig geschmeckt. In den Menüs/Buckets können hier keine Maiskolben als Beilagen eingestellt werden, nur als kostenpflichtige Uptrades/Extras, dabei sind die für uns das beste bei KFC. In anderen KFCs geht das. Schade.

Sergiu hat einen guten schnellen Job gemacht

Bestellung simple über die easy Selbstbedienungsterminals. Restaurant ist scheinbar frisch renoviert, alles wirkte total neu und gemütlich. Beim letzten Besuch war es im Restaurant sehr kühl, ohne Jacke war es sehr ungemütlich!

Very quick, chicken was a bit dry

Es war Lecker und frisch, aber die Toiletten dreckig und die Getränke Maschinen haben nur Wasser ausgespuckt und es hat 20min gedauert es zu reparieren. sonst sehr modern der Laden. Zum weiterempfehlen für das Essen, für den Service auf der Toilette eher nicht

Lieferung gewesen, Fahrer war sehr nett und kam im zeitfenster. Delivery guy was friendly and fast, food was still hot.

War wie immer lecker,und Ambiente ist wie in jedem KFC.

Die Hotwings und Pommes sind lecker. Der Burger war nur halb mit Chicken belegt, leider schade.

Das KFC wurde moderner und mit mehr Technik umgestaltet, definitiv viel besser als zuvor. Schnelle Bestellabwicklung und Speisefavoritem Hotwings, Hähnchenkeule, Salat und Maiskolben mit Butter.

War schon immer mein Lieblings-Fastfood

Für Abends nochmal schnell was essen Okay. Aber der Geruch von Putzmittel das die nutzen ist grausam.
