Fries with “bacon” and “cheese sauce”, the “sauce” was 3 drops and the “bacon” was diced ham. The fries were soggy and cold. At least the taste was reasonably good. The chicken pieces in the bucket were mini and there was hardly any in them. For the price I find that outrageous.

Was in the drive-thru this evening and was served by a random white guy from the store manager. A very polite person who was able to tell me all the prices and products without looking at the menu, impeccable service and my wishes were completely fulfilled. The food was fresh and hot, just the way I like it, the quality of the food was excellent, nothing was missing, everything was there to the point. The first time KFC Oggersheim and not the last time highly recommended. It was also great that drinks were sold in bottles. As a customer, I think that's the best thing. Ordered via Lieferando. Called after 1.5 hours and asked when the food would be delivered. It was said that the driver was supposedly on the way. After another 30 minutes the food was there. Unfortunately it was also incomplete as some supplements were missing. What arrived was of the expected quality from KFC.

So I wonder how mentally deranged you can be… staff that are not able to deliver an order within 2 hours…. You are told that the driver is on the way, then you call and are cheekily told that you will redo the order. So it couldn't really be more incompetent, then the stuff is probably cold too. The last time I ordered was in Oggersheim, so I have rarely experienced such incompetence. I would have preferred to cancel the order, but after the phone call I was unsure whether the money would actually be there by January 2025. I wonder what management thinks about it, insofar as they should care.

I've experienced worse at KFC. This seemed to be a very good part of the kfc company. Edit August 8th: unfortunately the service today was sub-par. The service staff should at least be able to greet customers when serving food and say thank you or request. You have to wait 20 minutes until the food is ready at 9:50 p.m. Open until midnight. Another time I ordered to Lambsheim and had to wait 1 1/2 hours even though it was stated that it would take 20 minutes. I called 3 times and was put off each time with a different excuse. Well, I walk in and have trouble with the machine when I want to order a milkshake. Then we had to download an app and you had to pay 1 cent to order in addition to the price you had to pay for that milkshake. Do I get hassled about paying because they need 1 cent from me if necessary. Well that didn't work so I walk to the cash register. The woman couldn't speak English so she had to call in a man who seemed to me to be the manager. When I asked if I could order a milkshake, he said something like “yes, it won't wake you up at all” while I actually saw people walking out of the KFC with milkshakes. Was here for the first time at KFC and almost everything was great. Ordering was super easy using I Pads like that. The employee at the checkout wasn't that nice and quite annoyed. The food was ready quickly and was super tasty and you can get as much to drink as you like you want that's great too so it's definitely worth it.
