Today is November 15, 2025. Around 3:00 PM, I ordered online from KFC, and the woman (name Borisow) told us to park at the yellow line in front. We did so, as far as that space was available. The woman came out and was extremely rude. She spoke to us as if we were the last person to ever order from them, and that this would be the last time. The staff's rudeness is unacceptable; they seem to have no concept of friendliness or courtesy towards customers.

Don't order from them, it always arrives an hour late. I've ordered a total of 3 times and it's always the same: they don't even answer the phone. What kind of store is that?

The food was hot, the order was complete, and it arrived very quickly. We didn't even wait 5 minutes. Everything was very clean, without exception. The restrooms were also very clean. We're used to the KFC in Worms – a complete and utter disgrace. No comparison!! Excellent!

Order K3003 from October 23, 2025 For €10, we got "Original Bites" from the day before. The meat was bone dry and the breading was extremely dark (I assume they fried it a second time). The burgers were also rather poor. This KFC is already chronically under-cooking its burgers. You feel more bun in your mouth than meat—which is why the burgers are bone dry. For that much money, it's really disappointing.

The employee who prepared my order didn't feel like working. He threw the potatoes on the tray as if he had a problem with us, as well as the sauces. He basically pretended to work for free... And the hot wings were raw; they weren't fried enough.

The food was okay. The French fries were certainly better than at the fast-food burger joints. Unfortunately, my large chicken portion consisted mostly of bones and breadcrumbs. In the restroom, two of the three urinals were out of order, and both soap dispensers were empty. Hygiene is better than that.

I ordered and had to wait 1.5 hours for my food. Then, when it finally arrived, it was soggy and mushy. The fries, as well as the breaded chicken, were completely soggy. A disgrace for €31.41. Once and never again. A disgrace, and when I called, they just said they were unlucky, they would have come and picked it up themselves. That can't be right.

The store has improved significantly compared to its predecessor. The interior has been completely redesigned. It now also has self-service kiosks. The employees are friendly and helpful. Vegetarian dishes are now also available. Unfortunately, the Kentucky Fried Vegan Burger isn't available yet.

The employees forget to pack a lot of things. They're rather clumsy. Two hours after ordering, the food still hasn't arrived. After the first call, they said the driver was on his way. An hour later, we called again because our food still wasn't there, and they told us they'd overlooked our order. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered food in the restaurant and received my food in a bag, while another customer who ordered takeout received it on a tray. My order also included the wrong sauces and the wrong drink size. Thanks to the all-you-can-drink option, this wasn't a big problem, but the sauces were unfortunately annoying. The atmosphere wasn't great either; the drinks station was dirty, and I couldn't use the restroom due to a lack of cleanliness. Of the three urinals, two were out of order, and the third was incredibly dirty. The restrooms all had massive brake pads and stank.

When you arrive, all the tables are dirty. You have to ask the employees to clean it. Nobody thinks to clean on their own. If you're not good at ordering on the computer, you're out of luck, because no one is allowed or able to work at the cash register anymore. It's incredibly cold there in the winter. The burgers have an extremely small piece of meat on them. Eating here is no fun.

The chicken is horrible, the fries are cold, and you can hear the workers yelling a lot, which creates discomfort. This KFC needs a coordinator or manager who knows how to run the business.

I ordered something worth €30 a few days ago. After an hour and a half, I called, and the employee, or rather the so-called shift manager, assured me the delivery was on its way. Lieferando calls there, but is told by the restaurant that the delivery is in the system and has been delivered, and that a refund is not possible without the restaurant's consent. I should contact the restaurant directly. No sooner said than done - the nice shift manager was there again and assured me on the phone again: "The order wasn't in the system." ... Only to call me an hour later on his private phone and offer me a cash payout. Mr. Mainzer (or someone like that?) must have been scared. Unfortunately, I still insist on a refund via my chosen payment method, PayPal, and no more dubious meetings with even dubious people. Still no response or refund after almost a week. Lieferando and the "restaurant" don't want to and can't help. Now waiting for a response to this review and then the next step. DO NOT ORDER THERE! Edit: After several more days without a response, a clumsy email arrived from Lieferando with the refund. No response from the supervisor, no apology, nothing. Very dubious franchise.

The late-night deals, where you can save up to 30%, are particularly worth mentioning – a great offer for anyone who's still hungry late at night. As for the taste: For me, this is the best KFC in Germany! The chicken pieces are always fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned – just as you'd expect. I come here regularly and have never been disappointed.

If you like chicken, you've come to the right place

I order from there frequently, and everything has always been good so far, but unfortunately, with the last few orders, it hasn't been that way, as the order always arrived almost two hours late. The delivery driver says it'll take 45 minutes (almost there...), like a long way, but the food still takes over an hour and a half to arrive. And when you call, they just say they're leaving now and hang up.
