I recently ate at KFC and overall I was very satisfied. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly and quick to serve. As usual, the food was very tasty - the chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The side dishes such as fries were also fresh and well prepared. What struck me as a bit negative, however, was the price-performance ratio. In my opinion, the prices are a bit high compared to other fast food chains, even if the quality of the food is good. You definitely get a good meal, but for the price you might expect a little more, especially if you're traveling with a larger group or family. All in all, it was a very good experience and I will definitely come back, even if I keep the prices in mind a bit.

The food was as usual at KFC - good standard, as you would expect from system catering. The taste is absolutely fine, there’s nothing to complain about. As for the waiting time: Even though it wasn't busy, it took a while for the order to be ready. It didn't bother me personally because my Tesla was charging right at the station in front of the door - so it was a good time. What was a bit irritating, however, was that the waitress called up numbers other than those shown on the display as “ready for collection”. When I asked, I was treated quite rudely - a little more customer friendliness would have been desirable. Overall ok, but there is room for improvement in terms of service.

An absolutely disappointing visit to KFC Oggersheim! I just wanted to know whether you only have to order using the telepointer or directly at the counter. But instead of helping me, I was completely ignored by both employees. The younger one obviously couldn't speak the language and just left me there. The older one could have understood me, but she showed no interest, just turned around and continued. Such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is an outrage! Customer service is zero - I definitely won't go here again!

The counter staff is hard to understand, 1 disabled parking space that is permanently blocked by a Lieferando car. Something like that doesn't work at all.

The burger buns were simply hard. Far too expensive for what you get. The next day, my colleague and I had diarrhea and stomach cramps, and this wasn't the first time we'd experienced this at KFC in Ludwigshafen.

A few years ago super tasty and clean Unfortunately today it doesn't taste as good anymore, everything has become very expensive and as far as I can remember, the mashed potatoes are much smaller than they used to be and taste different... I was really happy to eat there again that day and was more disappointed than satisfied.

Quite often you don't get everything you ordered at the drive-thru. Sometimes sauces are missing, sometimes coleslaw, sometimes corn on the cob. There is probably never butter and salt with the corn on the cob as there always was in the past. Really bad. Often things are simply no longer available to order because they are sold out. I don't know anything like that either. Who runs this branch?! The store is really poorly organized! Last time I ate in the store. The staff is super unstructured. Uncoordinated work, far too much meat in the serving, therefore dry, long waiting times even though there are only a handful of customers. This branch will be avoided from now on! Never again KFC Oggersheim! Quality has declined significantly and the prices are simply too high. Coupled with a service like this, it's easy to break the habit! Update, after about 3 years I'm going again with friends: Ordered 4 burgers at the drive-thru and there were 3 in the bag, so one was missing. If there are only 4 items, if you forget one, the staff must really not care. Then the absolute top hardness: A burger simply had a chicken wing on it. Very pleasant to suddenly bite into a bone while eating a burger. At least the people, at least apparently, knew German. I'm really wondering what's going on with the store. Anyone who gets to know KFC for the first time will never go to KFC again. I recommend avoiding this KFC in Oggersheim. It's a shame. Everything is getting more and more expensive and getting worse and worse. No longer comprehensible. And hiring seemingly incompetent staff (or is there a lack of instruction/training?) is something you should really consider. Profit is probably more important than anything until the store can close because no one comes anymore. Sustainability looks different.

Absolute failure - bad food, unfriendly service and health problems! I've given KFC in Oggersheim a chance several times, but today was really the low point. With larger orders, items are almost always missing - and today, despite an invoice of almost €75, something was missing again. When we called to report this, we were treated extremely rudely. No accommodation, no apology - just stonewalling and zero interest in a solution. But unfortunately that wasn't the worst. After I ate - and I only had the chicken wings today - I felt unwell for hours. I had been having unpleasant belching all afternoon with exactly that pungent chicken wing smell. The sinking feeling in my stomach got worse and worse until I finally vomited. I'm sure it was the food because I didn't eat anything else all day. Bad service can still be forgiven, but if the food is so hard on your stomach, the fun ends. I will definitely never order here again! If you want to save yourself trouble, frustration and possibly even health problems, you should avoid this store.

Worst KFC I know of. Repeatedly stale food and poor service (again, among other things, no napkins at the Drive Inn). I don't understand why this KFC can even get a Francise concession.

Have been to this branch several times now. Unfortunately the drinks don't taste the way they should. The tap system is dirty. The service is unfriendly and packs the orders incorrectly. The rest of the restaurant isn't exactly clean either. I don't recommend this branch. The trip to Mannheim is worth it.

With 3 tables in the restaurant, we also forgot something and didn't even apologize for it. The best thing is that something was forgotten in the other orders, as I could see from my table. Completely overpriced for a counter service...

I'm making this review because it's already happened twice!!! Order arrived after over 2 hours, even though it was shown after 50 minutes. Half of the order was missing, paid for via Paypal. Driver wanted to come back, still waiting.

I was absolutely not satisfied with the menu. The burger was crispy, but the breading was too salty, the fries were lukewarm and limp and the mixture of the iced tea wasn't right (almost just water). Unfortunately, I only noticed this on the motorway, so I couldn't complain about it. Bottom line, absolutely not recommended for over €13. I'm really annoyed.

The food was good. The burgers 🍔 left something to be desired and looked a bit poor (especially the bread roll). Otherwise, chicken 🍗, salad 🥗 and mashed potatoes were great. Ambiance: Somehow we didn't feel so comfortable. The chairs make you feel like you're in elementary school. You can park your car 🚗 at the front or at Lidl 😉

No matter who I order from in Oggersheim, they always say they'll drive up because they just don't understand anything and then half of it is missing every time. You should hire cashiers who can speak German or English.

Fries with “bacon” and “cheese sauce”, the “sauce” was 3 drops and the “bacon” was diced ham. The fries were soggy and cold. At least the taste was reasonably good. The chicken pieces in the bucket were mini and there was hardly any in them. For the price I find that outrageous.

Fries were lukewarm to cold. The zinger sandwich was also not too warm but tasted fine. Pepsi zero from the vending machine tasted different than from a bottle.

Was in the drive-thru this evening and was served by a random white guy from the store manager. A very polite person who was able to tell me all the prices and products without looking at the menu, impeccable service and my wishes were completely fulfilled. The food was fresh and hot, just the way I like it, the quality of the food was excellent, nothing was missing, everything was there to the point. The first time KFC Oggersheim and not the last time highly recommended. It was also great that drinks were sold in bottles. As a customer, I think that's the best thing. Ordered via Lieferando. Called after 1.5 hours and asked when the food would be delivered. It was said that the driver was supposedly on the way. After another 30 minutes the food was there. Unfortunately it was also incomplete as some supplements were missing. What arrived was of the expected quality from KFC.

So I wonder how mentally deranged you can be… staff that are not able to deliver an order within 2 hours…. You are told that the driver is on the way, then you call and are cheekily told that you will redo the order. So it couldn't really be more incompetent, then the stuff is probably cold too. The last time I ordered was in Oggersheim, so I have rarely experienced such incompetence. I would have preferred to cancel the order, but after the phone call I was unsure whether the money would actually be there by January 2025. I wonder what management thinks about it, insofar as they should care.

Nothing is recommended here in the branch! I just picked up a bucket of chicken parts to take home. So a few hours later I had to get rid of the food again. Tend to food poisoning! Staff overwhelmed, even if this was due to technical problems, but food like this shouldn't be taken out, it should be thrown in the trash. Had hot wings. But it's not something this restaurant can do, it's our individual opinion that the vegetarian burgers can still be significantly improved in terms of the recipe.

Give out old burgers at the drive in. Salad was already brown and burger bun looked like it had been reheated twice, just disgusting.

Unfortunately there are only zero drinks available. And the paper tubes take some getting used to. The nuggets tasted a bit bland. Instead of a bucket, we got more of a shallow bowl. The fries were lukewarm. You could hardly get the mashed potatoes off the wooden spoon. I used to like it better.
